The highly effective moisturizing and soothing repairing composition of the present invention may be referred to as ECTOINCARETMThe composition is applied to affected areas of the skin and is maintained on the affected areas in an amount effective to provide significant improvement in skin condition and aesthetics, for example, when applied to the face, 14 days later it is found to provide significant reduction in redness, significant increase in skin moisture, enhancement of the stratum corneum, and a clear and ruddy appearance of the skin, and after one week of its inactivity, the skin condition is maintained. It can thus be seen that the present invention is very effective in the repair of skin.
The composition of the present invention can be used in various applications to form various formulations without particular limitation. For example, the composition may be formulated for external skin application, particularly as a cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition.
When it is used as a cosmetic, the cosmetic is preferably in the form of a solution, emulsion, viscous mixture, or the like.
As the ingredient contained in the cosmetic composition of the present invention, an ingredient generally used in cosmetic compositions, for example, a usual auxiliary agent and carrier such as a stabilizer, a dissolving agent, a vitamin, a pigment and a perfume may be further contained.
The cosmetic composition of the present invention may be in any form conventionally prepared in the art, and examples thereof include lotions, creams, lotions, masks, foundations, lotions, beauty solutions, hair cosmetics, and the like.
Specifically, the cosmetic composition of the present invention includes dosage forms of skin cream, skin softening lotion, skin toning lotion, skin firming lotion, skin lotion, moisturizing lotion, nourishing lotion, massaging cream, nourishing cream, moisturizing cream, hand cream, foundation, essence, nourishing essence, mask, soap, cleansing foam, cleansing lotion, cleansing cream, body lotion, and body bath.
When the formulation of the present invention is an ointment, cream or gel, animal fibers, plant fibers, waxes, paraffins, starch, tragacanth, cellulose derivatives, polyethylene glycols, silicon, bentonite, silica, talc or zinc oxide and the like can be used as a carrier component.
In the case where the formulation of the present invention is a powder or a spray, lactose, talc, silica, aluminum hydroxide, calcium silicate or polyamide powder may be used as a carrier component, and particularly in the case of a spray, a propellant such as chlorofluorocarbon, propane/butane or dimethylether may be further contained.
When the formulation of the present invention is a solution or emulsion, a solvent, a solvating agent or an emulsifying agent, for example, water, ethanol, isopropanol, ethyl carbonate, ethyl acetate, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, propylene glycol, 1, 3-butylene glycol oil, aliphatic glyceride, polyethylene glycol or sorbitan fatty acid ester, is used as a carrier component.
In the case where the dosage form of the present invention is a suspension, as a carrier ingredient, a liquid diluent such as water, ethanol or propylene glycol, a suspension such as ethoxylated isostearyl alcohol, polyethylene oxide sorbitol ester and polyethylene oxide sorbitan ester, microcrystalline cellulose, aluminum metahydroxide, bentonite, agar or tragacanth, or the like can be used.
When the formulation of the present invention is a surfactant-containing detergent, fatty alcohol sulfate, fatty alcohol ether sulfate, sulfosuccinic acid monoester, isethionate, imidazolinium derivative, methyltaurate, sarcosinate, fatty acid amide ether sulfate, alkylamidobetaine, fatty alcohol, fatty acid glyceride, fatty acid diethanolamide, vegetable oil, linoleotide derivative, ethoxylated glycerol fatty acid ester, or the like can be used as the carrier component.
When it is used as a pharmaceutical product, the preferred pharmaceutical product is a skin external preparation, and the preparation may further comprise an analgesic or an anti-inflammatory compound, such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, capsaicin, salicylate, tyroprofen, felbinac, piroxicam, corticosteroids and NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs); or may further comprise an antifungal agent, such as including, but not limited to, amphotericin B, candida, dermatan, filipin, nystatin, archamycin, hamycin, mithramycin, mepartricin, natamycin, nystatin, cinacalnine; or may further include antiviral agents such as, but not limited to, acyclovir, cidofovir, cytarabine, dideoxyadenosine, didanosine zidovudine (AZT), and danazolic acid; anesthetic agents may also be included.
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to examples, which are provided for the purpose of further illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and the insubstantial modifications and adaptations thereof by those skilled in the art based on the teachings of the present invention will still fall within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Example 1 provides a high-efficacy moisturizing and soothing repairing composition, which comprises 1% of active ingredients, 1.5% of chitosamine, 1% of 4D hyaluronic acid, 8% of alcohols and the balance of water in percentage by mass.
The effective components comprise: a) ectoin; b) ergothioneine; c) the cannabinoid is used as an effective component, and the mass ratio of the ectoine, the ergothioneine and the cannabinoid is 5: 2: 0.5; the alcohol is a mixture of 1, 3-butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of the 1, 3-butanediol to the 1, 2-pentanediol is 5: 3.

Example 2 provides a high-efficacy moisturizing and soothing repairing composition, which comprises 3% of active ingredients, 5% of chitosamine, 5% of 4D hyaluronic acid, 20% of alcohols and the balance of water in percentage by mass.
The effective components comprise: a) ectoin; b) ergothioneine; c) cannabinoids are used as effective components, and the mass ratio of the ectoine, the ergothioneine and the cannabinoids is 2: 5: 1; the alcohol is a mixture of 1, 3-butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of the 1, 3-butanediol to the 1, 2-pentanediol is 15: 2.

Example 3 provides a high efficacy moisturizing and soothing repairing composition comprising, by mass, 2% of an active ingredient, 2% of chitosamine, 3% of 4D hyaluronic acid, 12% of alcohols, and the balance water.
The effective components comprise: a) ectoin; b) ergothioneine; c) cannabinoids are used as effective components, and the mass ratio of the ectoine, the ergothioneine and the cannabinoids is 4: 3: 0.8; the alcohol is a mixture of 1, 3-butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of the 1, 3-butanediol to the 1, 2-pentanediol is 9: 2.

Example 4 provides a high efficacy moisturizing and soothing repairing composition comprising, by mass, 2% of an active ingredient, 2% of chitosamine, 3% of 4D hyaluronic acid, 12% of alcohols, and the balance water.
The effective components comprise: a) ectoin; b) ergothioneine; c) cannabinoids; d) ceramide is used as an effective component, and the mass ratio of the ectoin, the ergothioneine, the cannabinoid and the ceramide is 4: 3: 0.8: 1.2; the alcohol is a mixture of 1, 3-butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of the 1, 3-butanediol to the 1, 2-pentanediol is 9: 2; the ceramide is triple ceramide, is a mixture of ceramide 1, ceramide 3 and ceramide 6ll, and the mass ratio of the ceramide 1 to the ceramide 3 to the ceramide 6ll is 5: 2: 1.

Example 5 provides a high efficacy moisturizing and soothing repairing composition comprising, by mass, 2% of an active ingredient, 2% of chitosamine, 3% of 4D hyaluronic acid, 12% of alcohols, and the balance water.

Example 6 provides a high efficacy moisturizing and soothing repairing composition comprising, by mass, 2% active ingredient, 2% chitosamine, 3% 4D hyaluronic acid, 12% alcohols, and the balance water.

The effective components comprise: a) ectoin; b) ergothioneine; c) cannabinoids are used as effective components, and the mass ratio of the ectoine, the ergothioneine and the cannabinoids is 4: 9: 0.8; the alcohol is a mixture of 1, 3-butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of the 1, 3-butanediol to the 1, 2-pentanediol is 9: 2.

The effective components comprise: a) ectoin; b) ergothioneine; c) cannabinoids are used as effective components, and the mass ratio of the ectoine, the ergothioneine and the cannabinoids is 1: 3: 0.8; the alcohol is a mixture of 1, 3-butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of the 1, 3-butanediol to the 1, 2-pentanediol is 9: 2.

Example 11 provides a high efficacy moisturizing and soothing treatment composition comprising, by mass, 2% active ingredient, 0% chitosamine, 3% 4D hyaluronic acid, 12% alcohols, and the balance water.
The effective components comprise: a) ectoin; b) ergothioneine; c) cannabinoids are used as effective components, and the mass ratio of the ectoine, the ergothioneine and the cannabinoids is 4: 3: 0.8; the alcohol is a mixture of 1, 3-butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of the 1, 3-butanediol to the 1, 2-pentanediol is 9: 2.

Example 12 provides a high efficacy moisturizing and soothing repairing composition comprising, by mass, 2% active ingredient, 2% chitosamine, 3% 4D hyaluronic acid, 12% alcohol, and the balance water.
The effective components comprise: a) ectoin; b) ergothioneine; c) cannabinoids are used as effective components, and the mass ratio of the ectoine, the ergothioneine and the cannabinoids is 4: 3: 2; the alcohol is a mixture of 1, 3-butanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol, and the mass ratio of the 1, 3-butanediol to the 1, 2-pentanediol is 9: 2.
performance testing
1. Cold resistance stability: the high-performance moisturizing and soothing repairing compositions of examples 1-12 were subjected to a cold resistance test, and after being left at-30 ℃ for 24 hours, the compositions were returned to room temperature (25 ℃), and whether the compositions precipitated or not was observed, and the test results are shown in table 1.
2. Centrifugal stability: the high-efficacy moisturizing and soothing composition of examples 1-12 was centrifuged at 3000r/min at room temperature (25 ℃) for 15min to observe whether the composition precipitated out, and the test results are shown in Table 1.
3. High temperature stability: the high-efficiency moisturizing and allergy-relieving repairing compositions of examples 1-12 were subjected to a high temperature test, and after being left at 40 ℃ for 24 hours, the compositions were left at-10 ℃ for 1 hour to observe whether the compositions were turbid or not.
4. Skin reparative property:
the test method comprises the following steps: the subjects continued to use the product of example 4 for 14 days and the facial images were collected using a VISIA-CR instrument incorporating the most advanced digital camera technology with multiple light sources (standard, UV, cross-polarized, parallel polarized) to improve visualization of the skin analysis.
And (3) testing results: see figures 1 and 2; FIG. 1 is a diagram of capturing images using the front face, and FIG. 2 is a diagram of capturing images using the rear face in succession 14; the darker the color in the figure, the more severely damaged the epidermis of the skin; therefore, the product has a very obvious repairing effect on the skin after being used.

Claims (10)

1. An efficient moisturizing and allergy-relieving repairing composition is characterized by comprising a) ectoine in percentage by mass; b) ergothioneine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof; c) cannabinoid is used as effective component, and the content of the effective component in the composition is 0.5-5%.
2. The high potency moisturizing and soothing repair composition of claim 1 wherein the mass ratio of ectoin, ergothioneine, and cannabinoid is (2-5) to (0.5-1).
3. The high potency moisturizing and soothing repair composition of claim 1 or 2 wherein the active ingredient further comprises d) ceramide, and the ceramide is present in the composition at a level of 0.1% to 1%.
4. The high potency moisturizing and soothing repair composition of claim 3 wherein the ceramide is selected from the group consisting of compounds of formula (1):

-R1represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated C9-C30 hydrocarbon radical, wherein the radical may be substituted by one or more hydroxyl groups, wherein these hydroxyl groups are optionally esterified with saturated or unsaturated C16-C30 fatty acids; or a radical R "- (NR-CO) -R ', in which R represents a hydrogen atom or a mono-or polyhydroxylated, preferably monohydroxylated, C1-C10 hydrocarbon radical and R ' and R" are hydrocarbon radicals whose sum of the numbers of carbon atoms is from 9 to 30 and R ' is a divalent radical;
-R2represents a hydrogen atom, or a (glycosyl) n, (galactosyl) m or sulfogalactosyl group, wherein n is an integer from 1 to 4 and m is an integer from 1 to 8;
-R3represents a hydrogen atom, or a saturated or unsaturated C16-C27 hydrocarbon radical, wherein said radical may be substituted by one or more C1-C14 alkyl radicals, R3 may also represent a C15-C26 α -hydroxyalkyl radical, the hydroxyl radical of which may optionally be esterified with a C16-C30 α -hydroxy acid;
-R4represents a hydrogen atom, saturatedOr an unsaturated C16-C27 hydrocarbon group or a group-CH 2-CHOH-CH2-O-R6, wherein R6 represents a C10-C26 hydrocarbon group;
-R5represents a hydrogen atom, or a mono-or polyhydroxylated C1-C4 hydrocarbon group.
5. The high potency moisturizing and soothing repair composition of claim 4 wherein the ceramide is a natural ceramide selected from one or more of ceramide 1, ceramide 2, ceramide 3, ceramide 4, ceramide 5, ceramide 6ll, ceramide 7, ceramide 8, and ceramide 9.
6. The high potency moisturizing and soothing sensitivity repairing composition according to claim 1, further comprising 0.5-5% of acetylcysteine, 5-20% of alcohol, and the balance water, by mass percent.
7. The high potency moisturizing and soothing repair composition of claim 1 further comprising 1-5% by weight of 4D hyaluronic acid.
8. The high potency moisturizing and soothing repair composition of claim 7 wherein the 4D hyaluronic acid comprises hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, acetylated sodium hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer.
9. Use of a highly efficacious moisturizing and soothing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in a cosmetic, preferably in the form of a solution, emulsion, viscous mixture.
10. Use of the high potency moisturizing and soothing composition of any one of claims 1-6 in a medicament, preferably a medicament for external application to the skin.
