Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于传感织物与柔性电路板连接的插槽结构,其特征在于,插槽结构安装于传感织物中导电纱线引出一侧,并与导电纱线连接;插槽结构包括上层插槽与下层插槽,上层插槽与下层插槽边缘处通过固定件固定;下层插槽上位于导电纱线一侧的部分设置焊盘,导电纱线与焊盘焊接;下层插槽上还设置有压片。其有益效果为,本发明通过插槽上下层的设计,可以将柔性电路板完全包覆,起到防护作用;通过插槽下层的压片设计,可以将柔性电路板固定在插槽中不可随意移动,并且可以使柔性电路板与导电线准确连接;通过插槽结构的设计,可以使柔性电路板与织物拆装方便,实现智能可穿戴纺织品的可水洗,达到长期清洁使用的要求。

一种用于传感织物与柔性电路板连接的插槽结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接结构,尤其涉及一种用于传感织物与柔性电路板连接的插槽结构。
背景技术
现有的智能可穿戴纺织品上用于传递电信号的柔性电路板部分通常是被直接固定在织物上的,但因柔性电路板中存在芯片部分而无法水洗。如果水洗则会造成电路短路,影响织物中电信号的传导;但是如果长期不清洗,织物表面灰尘等的积累会影响设备灵敏度以及人体的舒适感。这种柔性电路板直接固定在织物上的方式使得智能可穿戴纺织品因不可水洗,而无法实现其长期清洁、舒适使用的要求。
因此,针对上述缺陷需要对现有技术进行改进。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于传感织物与柔性电路板连接的插槽结构,可以保证柔性电路板与传感织物方便拆卸,分离水洗;晾干后安装方便,不会造成电路损伤,不影响后续使用,实现智能可穿戴纺织品可水洗、长期清洁使用的要求,以解决背景技术中的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于传感织物与柔性电路板连接的插槽结构,所述插槽结构安装于所述传感织物中导电纱线引出一侧,并与所述导电纱线连接,以实现电路导通;所述插槽结构包括上层插槽与下层插槽,所述上层插槽与所述下层插槽边缘处通过固定件固定;所述下层插槽上位于所述导电纱线一侧的部分设置焊盘,所述导电纱线与所述焊盘焊接;所述下层插槽上还设置有压片,在固定所述柔性电路板的同时,保障所述柔性电路板的准确安装。
进一步的,所述上层插槽与所述下层插槽之间留有可供所述柔性电路板放置的空间,实现对所述柔性电路板的包覆设置。
进一步的,所述柔性电路板插接于所述上层插槽与所述下层插槽之间的空间内,且所述柔性电路板的导电线焊接处与所述下层插槽的所述焊盘连通,以实现所述导电纱线与所述柔性电路板的导电线的电路导通。
进一步的,所述插槽结构与所述焊盘方向相反的一侧设置插口,所述柔性电路板通过所述插口插入所述上层插槽与所述下层插槽之间。
进一步的,所述柔性电路板插入所述上层插槽与所述下层插槽之间的空间后,通过所述压片固定并校准与焊盘上所述导电纱线的连接位置。
进一步的,所述焊盘与所述导电纱线连接处涂覆一层防水层。
通过实施本发明的用于传感织物与柔性电路板连接的插槽结构,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过插槽上下层的设计,可以将柔性电路板完全包覆,起到防护作用;
(2)本发明通过插槽下层的压片设计,可以将柔性电路板固定在插槽中不可随意移动,并且可以使柔性电路板与导电线准确连接;
(3)本发明通过插槽结构的设计,可以使柔性电路板与织物拆装方便,实现智能可穿戴纺织品的可水洗,达到长期清洁使用的要求。

下面采用以下具体实施方式具体表述本发明的技术方案
如图1所示,是通过插槽结构连接传感织物与柔性电路板的结构示意图,图中,传感织物101上设置织物传感区102,织物传感区102包括导电纱线103,导电纱线103的引出端设置插槽结构104,插槽结构104上插接设置柔性电路板105,柔性电路板105上设置有芯片301,设置芯片301的一端连接有主板106;柔性电路板105与主板106均设置在插槽结构104内。
如图2所示,是插槽结构示意图,插槽结构104包括上层插槽201和下层插槽202,上层插槽201与下层插槽202边缘处通过铆钉203固定连接,下层插槽202位于导电纱线103的一侧设置焊点205,若干焊点205构成焊盘;导电纱线103与焊点205焊接;下层插槽202上还设置有压片204,压片204用于固定插入的柔性电路板105,防止柔性电路板105移动。
上层插槽201与下层插槽202之间留有可供柔性电路板105放置的空间,插槽结构104与焊盘方向相反的一侧设置插口,柔性电路板105通过插口插接于上层插槽201与下层插槽202之间的空间内,且柔性电路板105的导电线焊接处与下层插槽202的焊盘连通,以实现导电纱线103与柔性电路板105的导电线的电路导通,并通过压片204实现导电纱线103与柔性电路板105的准确连接。
焊盘与导电纱线103连接处还涂覆一层防水层。

1.一种用于传感织物与柔性电路板连接的插槽结构,其特征在于,所述插槽结构安装于所述传感织物中导电纱线引出一侧,并与所述导电纱线连接;所述插槽结构包括上层插槽与下层插槽,所述上层插槽与所述下层插槽边缘处通过固定件固定;所述下层插槽上位于所述导电纱线一侧的部分设置焊盘,所述导电纱线与所述焊盘焊接;所述下层插槽上还设置有压片。
2.如权利要求1所述的插槽结构,其特征在于,所述上层插槽与所述下层插槽之间留有可供所述柔性电路板放置的空间。
3.如权利要求2所述的插槽结构,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板插接于所述上层插槽与所述下层插槽之间的空间内,且所述柔性电路板的导电线焊接处与所述下层插槽的所述焊盘连通。
4.如权利要求2所述的插槽结构,其特征在于,所述插槽结构与所述焊盘方向相反的一侧设置插口,所述柔性电路板通过所述插口插入所述上层插槽与所述下层插槽之间。
5.如权利要求2所述的插槽结构,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板插入所述上层插槽与所述下层插槽之间的空间后,通过所述压片固定并校准与焊盘上所述导电纱线的连接位置。
6.如权利要求1所述的插槽结构,其特征在于,所述焊盘与所述导电纱线连接处涂覆一层防水层。
