背景技术
针刺毡是一种结构合理、性能较好的过滤材料,以玻璃纤维为原料,用刺针对梳理后的短切玻纤毡进行针刺,用机械方法使毡层玻纤之间、毡层玻纤与增强玻纤基布之间纤维相互缠结,纤网得以加固而制成的毡状非织造布过滤材料。
目前现有的针刺毡大都通过胶粘剂缝合而成,使得美观性较差,另外,现有的针刺毡使用寿命短,除尘效果差,不利于人们的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种玻纤聚酯针刺毡及制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种玻纤聚酯针刺毡,包括针刺毡本体,所述针刺毡本体内部贯穿有玻纤原丝,所述针刺毡本体的上表面及下表均设置有PTFE防护层,通过将玻纤原丝通过针刺的方式刺穿针刺毡本体内部,使得该针刺毡在形成过程中没有胶粘剂缝合线,使得产品更加美观,在PTFE防护层的作用下,对该针刺毡本体起到了很好的防护作用,延长了使用寿命。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述针刺毡本体包括基布层,所述基布层的上表面与下表面分别设置有第一超细纤维层和第二超细纤维层,所述第一超细纤维层和第二超细纤维层相互远离一侧分别设置有第一复合纤维层和第二复合纤维层,所述第一复合纤维层和第二复合纤维层相互远离一侧分别设置有第一耐磨层和第二耐磨层,通过设置的第一超细纤维层和第二超细纤维层、第一复合纤维层和第二复合纤维层及第一耐磨层和第二耐磨层,使得该针刺毡具有使用寿命长、除尘效果好、强度高、耐磨性强的优点。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述第一超细纤维层和第二超细纤维层的材质相同,所述第一复合纤维层和第二复合纤维层的材质相同,所述第一耐磨层和第二耐磨层的材质相同,通过设置第一复合纤维层7和第二复合纤维层8的材质相同,第一耐磨层9和第二耐磨层10的材质相同,使得该针刺毡的两侧均具有使用寿命长、除尘效果好、强度高、耐磨性强的优点。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述玻纤原丝设置为短丝结构,所述玻纤原丝的长度为5cm,通过设置玻纤原丝3的长度为5cm,便于玻纤原丝3通过针刺的方式刺穿基布。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述第一超细纤维层和第二超细纤维层6的厚度为1.0~1.5cm,通过设置第一超细纤维层和第二超细纤维层的厚度为1.0~1.5cm,使得该针刺毡的稳定性良好。

四、通过物理机构使玻纤和基布融为一体形成针刺复合毡。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过将玻纤原丝通过针刺的方式刺穿针刺毡本体内部,使得该针刺毡在形成过程中没有胶粘剂缝合线,使得产品更加美观,在PTFE防护层的作用下,对该针刺毡本体起到了很好的防护作用,延长了使用寿命,通过设置的第一超细纤维层和第二超细纤维层、第一复合纤维层和第二复合纤维层及第一耐磨层和第二耐磨层,使得该针刺毡具有使用寿命长、除尘效果好、强度高、耐磨性强的优点,并在聚酯表面毡的作用下,使得该针刺毡具有表面平整纤维分散均匀,手感柔顺,透气性好,树脂浸透速度快的优点。
