Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for conditioning phlegm-dampness constitution, a preparation method of a biscuit containing the composition and a product.
Background
Phlegm-dampness constitution is one of nine kinds of constitutions of abnormal constitution in traditional Chinese medicine, and is also a clinically common constitution type. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the phlegm-dampness constitution is mostly seen in the abdominal obesity, the bright forehead, the swollen eyelids and the people who love alopecia, and is formed by excessive eating, unsmooth transportation and transformation, spleen transportation and weakness and internal generation of phlegm-dampness due to excessive eating, fat and greasy food, wine and meat and other products which are greasy and difficult to transport and transform. Although phlegm and dampness are different pathological products, they appear together, and their formation is related to the metabolic disturbance of water in human body, and closely related to the function of lung, spleen and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine. The spleen and stomach have the function of transporting and transforming food, and phlegm-dampness can be formed if the food exceeds the transportation and transformation load of the spleen and stomach or the food difficult to transport and transform is eaten. Meanwhile, people with phlegm-dampness constitution mostly work mainly by mental labor, lack of exercise, the spleen and the stomach mainly have functions of four limbs, and the activities of the four limbs can stimulate the transportation and transformation of the spleen and the stomach and promote digestion and absorption, so that the reduction of movement and labor can influence the internal functions of the spleen and the stomach to form phlegm-dampness. Therefore, the diet living habits affecting the spleen and stomach functions are likely to lead to phlegm-dampness constitution.
Western medicine mainly treats the existing diseases, and no exact regulation and treatment scheme is available at present for the phlegm-dampness constitution which is the disease yet to be treated. The traditional Chinese medicine has the advantage of preventing diseases, and the traditional Chinese medicine can be selected for the phlegm-dampness constitution to invigorate the spleen, eliminate dampness, reduce phlegm and remove turbidity, so that the phlegm-dampness constitution can not only eliminate the phlegm-dampness evil in the body and reduce blood fat, but also strengthen and transport the spleen and stomach, prevent the phlegm-dampness evil from regenerating, and prevent the occurrence and development of various metabolic diseases such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, hypertension and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine has the advantage of less side effects, but decoction is inconvenient to take, carry and taste, so that a conditioning mode with exact curative effect is sought and hoped by patients.
