Abstract
The invention discloses a vitamin water powder skin care composition and a preparation method thereof. The vitamin water powder skin care composition comprises the following raw materials: humectant, chelating agent, glyceryl polyether-26, polyglycerol-6, bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane, carnosine, arginine, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid, preservative, pH regulator, herba Portulacae extract, Thymus vulgaris extract, vitamin C, and water. According to the invention, the pH value of the essence is maintained between 7.2 and 8.2 through arginine, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid and a pH regulator, when the essence is used, after vitamin C is mixed into the essence, the pH value is 3.5 to 4.2, the stability of the vitamin C can be effectively ensured in an acidic environment, and the effects of fading color spots and brightening skin color are achieved through the synergistic effect of the vitamin C, the thyme extract, the purslane extract and other components.

Background
Under the action of tyrosinase, melanin produced by melanocytes is converted into dopa by tyrosinase, and then is produced through a series of complex biochemical processes. Melanocytes are present in the basal layer of the epidermis, and ultraviolet light, pollution, and hormones can initiate melanogenesis, which is the transfer of melanin to the keratinocyte layer by melanosomes. Preferably, the humectant is selected from one or more of glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, sodium lactate, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum and 1, 2-hexanediol.
More preferably, the humectant comprises glycerin, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum and 1, 2-hexanediol, and in the vitamin water powder skin care composition, the addition amount of the glycerin is 2.0-4.0%, the addition amount of the butanediol is 1.0-3.0%, the addition amount of the sodium hyaluronate is 0.01-0.04%, the addition amount of the xanthan gum is 0.08-0.2%, and the addition amount of the 1, 2-hexanediol is 0.5-1.0%.
Preferably, the chelating agent is disodium edetate.
Preferably, the pH adjusting agent is selected from any one or more of citric acid, sodium citrate and potassium citrate.
Preferably, the preservative is selected from one or two of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a vitamin water powder skin care composition according to the first aspect, comprising the following steps:
(1) adding the humectant, the chelating agent, the glyceryl polyether-26, the polyglycerol-6 and the bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethyl silane into a water phase pot, heating to 70-80 ℃, and stirring until the components are completely dissolved;
(2) cooling the mixed material to 40-50 ℃, transferring the cooled mixed material into an emulsifying pot, adding carnosine, arginine, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, a preservative, a pH regulator, a purslane extract and a thyme extract into the emulsifying pot, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
(3) cooling to 30-35 ℃, checking, filtering, discharging, filling into bottles to obtain essence;
(4) filling the vitamin C into a powder bin to obtain powder.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) adding glycerol, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum, 1, 2-hexanediol, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, glyceryl polyether-26, polyglycerol-6 and bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethyl silane into a water phase pot, heating to 70 ℃, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved;
(2) cooling the mixture to 40 ℃, transferring the mixture into an emulsifying pot, adding carnosine, arginine, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerin, sodium citrate, a purslane extract and a thyme extract into the emulsifying pot, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
(3) cooling to 30 ℃, carrying out inspection, filtering, discharging, and filling into bottles (the volume is 7.0mL) to obtain essence;
(4) filling the vitamin C into a powder bin to obtain powder.
Example 2
In this embodiment, the raw materials are weighed according to the raw material ratios shown in table 1, and the preparation method of the vitamin water powder skin care composition provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
(1) adding glycerol, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum, 1, 2-hexanediol, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, glyceryl polyether-26, polyglycerol-6 and bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethyl silane into a water phase pot, heating to 75 ℃, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved;
(2) cooling the mixture to 45 ℃, transferring the mixture into an emulsifying pot, adding carnosine, arginine, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerin, sodium citrate, a purslane extract and a thyme extract into the emulsifying pot, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
(3) cooling to 32 ℃, carrying out inspection, filtering, discharging, and filling into bottles (the volume is 10.0mL) to obtain essence;
(4) filling the vitamin C into a powder bin to obtain powder.
Example 3
In this embodiment, the raw materials are weighed according to the raw material ratios shown in table 1, and the preparation method of the vitamin water powder skin care composition provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
(1) adding glycerol, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum, 1, 2-hexanediol, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, glyceryl polyether-26, polyglycerol-6 and bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethyl silane into a water phase pot, heating to 80 ℃, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved;
(2) cooling the mixture to 50 ℃, transferring the mixture into an emulsifying pot, adding carnosine, arginine, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerin, sodium citrate, a purslane extract and a thyme extract into the emulsifying pot, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
(3) cooling to 35 ℃, carrying out inspection, filtering, discharging, and filling into bottles (the volume is 11.0mL) to obtain essence;
(4) filling the vitamin C into a powder bin to obtain powder.
Examples 4 to 5
The raw materials were weighed according to the raw material ratios shown in table 1, and then the finished product was obtained according to the procedure of example 2.

Comparative example 1
To further illustrate the beneficial effects of the present invention, this comparative example produced a finished product using a similar manufacturing process as example 2, and differs from example 2 in that: this comparative example did not add purslane extract, but replaced the purslane extract of example 2 with an equal amount of water.

In order to further illustrate the beneficial effects of the invention, the invention also detects the pH value of the essence in the product obtained in the above embodiment, the test result shows that the pH value is 7.2-8.2, the powder (i.e. vitamin C) of each embodiment is respectively mixed into the essence, the pH value test is carried out again, the test result shows that the pH value is 3.5-4.2, and the essence in the range can effectively ensure the stability and activity of the vitamin C. The volume of a packaging bottle of the essence disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is designed to be 7.0-11.0 mL, the essence can be supplied to consumers for 7-15 days, and the activity of vitamin C can be ensured in the short time.
In order to further illustrate the beneficial effects of the present invention, the powders in the products obtained in the examples and the comparative examples are respectively dissolved in the liquid, the sample solution to be tested with the concentration of 1mg/L is prepared by using dimethyl sulfoxide, and then the tyrosinase activity inhibition rate of each sample solution to be tested is tested, and the test results are shown in table 2 below.

The vitamin water powder skin care composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 3.5-8% of a humectant, 0.01-0.02% of a chelating agent, 261.5-2.0% of glyceryl polyether, 60.6-1.0% of polyglycerol, 0.4-1.0% of bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethyl silane, 0.5-1.0% of carnosine, 0.2-1.0% of arginine, 0.5-1.0% of hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid, 0.2-0.6% of a preservative, 0.1-1.0% of a pH regulator, 0.5-1.0% of a purslane extract, 0.5-3.0% of a thyme extract, 8.0-15.0% of vitamin C and the balance of water.
2. The vitamin water powder skin care composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the humectant is one or more selected from glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, sodium lactate, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum, and 1, 2-hexanediol.

The vitamin water powder skin care composition according to claim 2, wherein the moisturizer comprises glycerin, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum and 1, 2-hexanediol, and in the vitamin water powder skin care composition, the addition amount of the glycerin is 2.0-4.0%, the addition amount of the butanediol is 1.0-3.0%, the addition amount of the sodium hyaluronate is 0.01-0.04%, the addition amount of the xanthan gum is 0.08-0.2%, and the addition amount of the 1, 2-hexanediol is 0.5-1.0%.
4. The vitamin water powder skin care composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH regulator is selected from any one or more of citric acid, sodium citrate and potassium citrate.
5. The vitamin water powder skin care composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preservative is selected from one or two of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin.
6. The preparation method of the vitamin water powder skin care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding the humectant, the chelating agent, the glyceryl polyether-26, the polyglycerol-6 and the bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethyl silane into a water phase pot, heating to 70-80 ℃, and stirring until the components are completely dissolved;
(2) cooling the mixed material to 40-50 ℃, transferring the cooled mixed material into an emulsifying pot, adding carnosine, arginine, hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, a preservative, a pH regulator, a purslane extract and a thyme extract into the emulsifying pot, and stirring and mixing uniformly;
(3) cooling to 30-35 ℃, checking, filtering, discharging, filling into bottles to obtain essence;
(4) filling the vitamin C into a powder bin to obtain powder.
