Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a powder for fixing cosmetics, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The powder for fixing cosmetics is a common cosmetic. The makeup fixing loose powder in the prior art comprises powder raw materials, wherein the powder raw materials which do not contain or contain a small amount of oil generally do not contain moisture, and are usually used for facial modification and makeup fixing after makeup, so that the makeup fixing loose powder has the effects of absorbing redundant oil and reducing facial gloss, and the makeup is more durable. However, excessive oil absorption tends to dry the skin.
Therefore, it is desired to provide a makeup fixing powder having a makeup fixing effect and an excellent moisturizing effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The cosmetic powder aims at solving the defect that the cosmetic powder in the prior art cannot realize the cosmetic effect and the moisturizing effect at the same time. The invention provides a fixing powder and a preparation method and application thereof. The makeup fixing powder disclosed by the invention can be used for fixing makeup, has a moisturizing effect, is good in skin feel, and can ensure good stability when the moisture content is high.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
one of the technical schemes provided by the invention is as follows: a makeup powder comprising a powder phase and an aqueous phase;
the content of the powder phase is 25-60%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the powder phase in the makeup fixing loose powder; the content of the water phase is 40-75%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the water phase in the makeup fixing loose powder;
the powder phase comprises skin feel adjusting powder;
the skin feel adjusting powder comprises silica; the silica comprises a silylated silica;
the aqueous phase comprises a humectant and water;
the humectant comprises one or more of sodium hyaluronate, panthenol and centella asiatica active ingredients;
the content of the humectant is 1-10%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the humectant in the makeup fixing loose powder; the content of the water is 30-74%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the water in the makeup powder;
wherein the sum of the contents of the components in the makeup fixing powder is 100%.
In the invention, the content of the powder phase is preferably 25-40%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the powder phase in the makeup fixing loose powder. The content of the water phase is preferably 40-65%; more preferably 50-65%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the water phase in the makeup fixing loose powder.
In the present invention, the silica may be silica conventional in the art, such as surface-modified silica or silica that has not been surface-modified. The non-surface-modified silica may be a conventional non-surface-modified silica in the art, and those skilled in the art will understand that the non-surface-modified silica generally refers to amorphous silica, and is generally white powder, and has the characteristics of porosity, light weight, softness and strong adsorbability.
In the present invention, the silica silylate may be silica silylate which is conventional in the art and commercially available, and is preferably silica silylate which has been subjected to hydrophobic surface treatment.
The preparation process of the silica silylate can be a conventional process in the field, and is preferably a gas phase method process. The content of the silica silylate can be the content of silica silylate which is conventional in the field, and is preferably 4 to 10 percent; the percentage is the mass percentage of the silica silylate to the powder.
Wherein the specific surface area of the silica silylate can be that of silica silylate conventional in the field, and is preferably 110-260 m2(ii)/g; more preferably 195 to 245m2(ii) in terms of/g. It is preferable thatWhen the specific surface area of the silica is 110 to 260m2At/g, the components in the water phase can be stably wrapped. The density of the silylated silica can be that of silica conventional in the art, for example, from 50 to 60 g/L.
In the invention, the content of the skin feeling adjusting powder can be the content of the skin feeling adjusting powder which is conventional in the field, such as 24.7%, 45%, 59.67%, preferably 15-56%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the skin feeling adjusting powder in the makeup powder.
In the invention, the skin feeling adjusting powder can also comprise one or more of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer, polymethylsilsesquioxane, talc and mica; preferably vinyl dimethicone/polymethylsilsesquioxane crosspolymer and/or polymethylsilsesquioxane.
The vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane crosspolymer may be a vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane crosspolymer that is conventional in the art, and those skilled in the art will be aware of composite powders that generally refer to silicone resin-coated silicone rubber powders. When the skin-feel adjusting powder comprises vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer, the content of the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer is preferably 1-46%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer in the makeup powder.
Wherein the polymethylsilsesquioxane may be a polymethylsilsesquioxane conventional in the art. When the skin feeling adjusting powder comprises polymethylsilsesquioxane, the content of the polymethylsilsesquioxane is preferably 1-46%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the polymethylsilsesquioxane in the makeup powder.
The vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer and the polymethylsilsesquioxane are both of organic silicon microsphere structures and have good oil absorption, water resistance and light scattering performance, so that a better makeup fixing effect is realized. When the skin-feel adjusting powder comprises vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer and polymethylsilsesquioxane, the content of the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer and the polymethylsilsesquioxane is preferably more than 5%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer and the polymethylsilsesquioxane in the makeup powder.
In the present invention, the powder phase may further include a cooling agent.
Wherein, the cooling agent can be one or more of cooling agents conventional in the art, such as menthol lactate, menthane formylethylamine and methyl diisopropyl propionamide. The content of the cooling agent can be the content of the cooling agent which is conventional in the field, and is preferably 0.01-0.5%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the cool feeling agent in the makeup fixing powder.
In the present invention, the water may be water conventional in the art, and is preferably purified water. The content of the water is preferably 30-70%, such as 31.1%, 46.8%, 69.1999%, and more preferably 40-60%, wherein the percentage is the mass percentage of the water in the foundation powder.
In the invention, the content of the humectant is preferably 5-10%, such as 5.1301%, 7% and 8%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the humectant in the makeup powder.
In the present invention, the sodium hyaluronate may be sodium hyaluronate that is conventional in the art and generally commercially available, such as low molecular sodium hyaluronate and/or high molecular sodium hyaluronate. The content of the sodium hyaluronate is preferably 0.0001-2%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the hyaluronic acid in the makeup powder.
Wherein the low molecular sodium hyaluronate may have a molecular weight <10 kDa. The molecular weight of the high molecular sodium hyaluronate can be more than 1000 kDa.
In the present invention, the panthenol may be conventional in the art, and those skilled in the art will know that it generally means a colorless to yellowish transparent viscous liquid and is easily soluble in water. The content of panthenol is preferably 0.1-1%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the panthenol in the makeup fixing loose powder.
In the present invention, the active ingredient in centella asiatica may be the active ingredient in centella asiatica which is conventional in the art, and those skilled in the art will know that the active ingredient is generally extracted and separated from centella asiatica. The content of the centella active ingredient can be 0.0001-0.1%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the centella active ingredient in the makeup fixing loose powder.
In the present invention, the humectant may further include a polyhydric alcohol and/or hyaluronic acid.
Wherein the polyol may be a polyol conventional in the art, preferably one or more of glycerol, 1, 3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol and polyethylene glycol. The content of the polyhydric alcohol is preferably 1-10% but not 10%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the polyhydric alcohol in the makeup fixing loose powder.
Preferably, when glycerin is included in the polyol, the content of the glycerin is 2-8%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the glycerin in the makeup fixing loose powder.
The hyaluronic acid can be conventional hyaluronic acid in the field, and is preferably one or more of high molecular hyaluronic acid, low molecular hyaluronic acid and oligomeric hyaluronic acid. The content of the hyaluronic acid is preferably 0.0001-2%; more preferably 0.005-1%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the hyaluronic acid in the makeup powder.
Wherein the molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid may be a molecular weight of hyaluronic acid conventional in the art. The molecular weight of the high molecular hyaluronic acid is preferably 1800-2200 kDa.
In the present invention, a chelating agent may be further included in the aqueous phase.
Wherein the chelating agent can be a chelating agent conventional in the art, and is preferably disodium EDTA and/or calcium disodium EDTA. The content of the chelating agent can be the content of the chelating agent which is conventional in the field, such as 0.01-0.1%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the chelating agent in the makeup powder.
In the present invention, the fixing powder may further include a preservative, which may be present in the powder phase and/or the aqueous phase.
Wherein the preservative may be a preservative conventional in the art, such as one or more of sodium dehydroacetate, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, methylparaben, propylparaben, and 1, 2-pentanediol, preferably one or more of sodium dehydroacetate, phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate, methylparaben, and propylparaben. The content of the preservative can be the content of the preservative which is conventional in the field, such as 0.001-1.5%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the preservative in the makeup fixing loose powder.
In the present invention, the pH of the makeup powder can be appropriately set, for example, 6 to 9, depending on the kind and content of the powder phase and/or the water phase component.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the makeup fixing powder preferably comprises the following components by mass: 25% of powder phase and 75% of water phase; wherein the powder phase comprises 7 percent of silica silylate, 10 percent of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer, 7.7 percent of polymethylsilsesquioxane, 0.2 percent of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate and 0.1 percent of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate; the water phase comprises 5% of glycerol, 0.01% of high-molecular sodium hyaluronate, 0.01% of low-molecular sodium hyaluronate, 0.01% of oligomeric hyaluronic acid, 0.1% of panthenol, 0.0001% of centella asiatica extract, 0.02% of EDTA disodium, 0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.15% of potassium sorbate and 69.1999% of purified water; the percentage is the mass percentage of each component in the total mass of the makeup removing powder.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the makeup fixing powder preferably comprises the following components by mass: 45% of powder phase and 55% of water phase; wherein the powder phase comprises 5 percent of silica silylate, 25 percent of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer and 15 percent of polymethylsilsesquioxane; the water phase comprises 6.19% of glycerin, 0.1% of high-molecular sodium hyaluronate, 0.1% of low-molecular sodium hyaluronate, 0.1% of high-molecular hyaluronic acid, 0.5% of panthenol, 0.01% of centella asiatica extract, 0.1% of EDTA disodium, 0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.3% of potassium sorbate, 0.3% of sodium benzoate and 46.8% of purified water; the percentage is the mass percentage of each component in the total mass of the makeup removing powder.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the makeup fixing powder preferably comprises the following components by mass: 60% of powder phase and 40% of water phase; wherein the powder phase comprises 10 percent of silica silylate, 25 percent of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer, 24.67 percent of polymethylsilsesquioxane, 0.2 percent of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.1 percent of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate and 0.03 percent of menthol lactate; the water phase comprises 7.45% of glycerin, 0.05% of high-molecular sodium hyaluronate, 0.05% of low-molecular sodium hyaluronate, 0.05% of high-molecular hyaluronic acid, 0.3% of panthenol, 0.1% of centella asiatica extract, 0.1% of EDTA disodium, 0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.3% of potassium sorbate and 31.1% of purified water; the percentage is the mass percentage of each component in the total mass of the makeup removing powder.
The second technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a preparation method of the makeup fixing powder specifically comprises the following steps: mixing the aqueous phase and the powder phase as described above to obtain the make-up fixing powder.
Wherein the mixing can be conventional mixing in the field, and preferably the water phase is added into the powder phase, and the stirring is carried out until the water phase is completely wrapped by the powder phase to obtain the fixing loose powder.
Wherein the stirring speed can be the conventional stirring speed in the field, and is preferably 1500-2500 rpm/min; more preferably 2000 rpm/min.
Wherein, preferably, the components in the powder phase are stirred uniformly. The temperature of the stirring may be room temperature. The room temperature may be 25 ℃ ± 5 ℃. The stirring device can be a powdering pot. The stirring speed can be the conventional stirring speed in the field, and is preferably 1500-2500 rpm/min; more preferably 2000 rpm/min.
Wherein, preferably, the components in the water phase are dissolved and stirred uniformly. The stirring device can be a stirrer or a disperser. The stirring speed can be the conventional stirring speed in the field, and is preferably 500-800 rpm/min; more preferably 600 rpm/min.
The third technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a powder for fixing cosmetic is prepared by the above method.
The fourth technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: an application of a powder for fixing cosmetic is provided.
Wherein, the application can be used in the last step of makeup.
On the basis of the common knowledge in the field, the above preferred conditions can be combined randomly to obtain the preferred embodiments of the invention.
The reagents and starting materials used in the present invention are commercially available.
The positive progress effects of the invention are as follows: in the process of using the makeup fixing powder, the powder phase can realize oil control and makeup fixing effects, and can release moisture wrapped by the powder phase, so that a moisturizing effect is realized, the skin feel is good, and the stability of the makeup fixing powder can be guaranteed to be good when the moisture content is high.
Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The experimental methods without specifying specific conditions in the following examples were selected according to the conventional methods and conditions, or according to the commercial instructions.
In the following examples and comparative examples, the manufacturers and models of the respective components are shown in the following Table 1.

Example 1 preparation of a powder for fixing cosmetics
The components and contents of the powder for fixing make-up in example 1 are shown in table 2.
In example 1, the preparation steps of the makeup remover powder are as follows:
(1) rapidly and uniformly stirring the components of the powder phase in the table 1 at room temperature by using a powder stirring pot to obtain a uniform powder phase; wherein the stirring speed is 2000 rpm/min;
(2) dissolving the components of the water phase in the table 1, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer to obtain a uniform water phase; wherein the stirring speed is 600 rpm/min;
(3) and adding the uniform water phase into the uniform powder phase, and stirring at high speed (2000rpm/min) until the water phase is completely wrapped by the powder phase and is uniformly wrapped to obtain the make-up fixing loose powder.

The preparation steps of the make-up fixing loose powder in the comparative examples 1-2 are the same as those in the example 1.
The components and contents of the makeup remover powder in comparative examples 1 to 2 are shown in tables 5 to 6.

A non-aqueous make-up powder is commercially available under the trade name megbaolian powder.
Effect example 1 stability test
The stability of the powder of the make-up remover of example 1 was tested according to the procedure of heat and cold resistance in Q31/0120000051C 030: the makeup fixing powder in the example 1 is filled in a colorless and transparent 30mL glass container and is stored at 25 ℃, 45 ℃, minus 10 ℃ and 5 ℃; after 24 hours, the behavior of the make-up fixing powder is observed, a small amount of the make-up fixing powder is smeared on the back of the hand after the room temperature is recovered, and the usability of the make-up fixing powder is evaluated.
The results show that the stability of the powder concentrates of examples 1 to 3 is better, as shown in the evaluation results in table 7.

Note that good in Table 7 means that the powder was uniform and no abnormality was observed, △ means that the powder was slightly agglomerated and adhered, and X means that the powder was increased in particle size and significantly agglomerated and pasty.
Effect example 2 cosmetic effect test
Sensory evaluation was performed on the makeup fixing effect for 4h, 8h, and 12h after 9 women used the makeup fixing loose powder.
Wherein, when 9 women use the make-up fixing loose powder in the embodiments 1-3, the make-up surface is still relatively complete after 12 hours, and no mottle or make-up removal phenomenon exists.
Effect example 3 moisturizing effect test
The skin moisture content of 9 women after using the loose powder was measured at 0.5h, 2h and 6h, wherein the skin moisture content values were all higher than before using the make-up fixing loose powder of examples 1-3.
The method for testing the skin moisture content value comprises the following steps: after cleaning the inner sides of the forearms of 9 subjects, the forearms to be tested are exposed and sit still for 30min in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity laboratory. The area of 3cm multiplied by 3cm is marked on the double arms, the initial value of the moisture content of the skin of the marked part is measured by an instrument, then 0.0020g of the make-up fixing loose powder prepared in the embodiment 1-3 is evenly smeared on the marked part, the make-up fixing loose powder is wiped for 3 times by using cosmetic cotton with the same pressure, and the moisture content value of the skin is respectively tested after the make-up fixing loose powder is smeared for 0.5h, 2h and 6 h. The test instrument is a German CK skin moisture tester CM 825; and SPSS software is adopted to carry out relevant statistical analysis on the result data, and the significance difference level is p < 0.05.

Tests show that the fixing powder in the example 1 is obviously superior to the initial value of the moisture content of the skin after 0.5h and 6h after the use, and is obviously superior to the comparative examples 1-3.
Claims (10)
1. A makeup powder, characterized in that the makeup powder comprises a powder phase and a water phase;
the content of the powder phase is 25-60%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the powder phase in the makeup fixing loose powder; the content of the water phase is 40-75%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the water phase in the makeup fixing loose powder;
the powder phase comprises skin feel adjusting powder;
the skin feel adjusting powder comprises silica; the silica comprises a silylated silica;
the aqueous phase comprises a humectant and water;
the humectant comprises one or more of sodium hyaluronate, panthenol and centella asiatica active ingredients;
the content of the humectant is 1-10%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the humectant in the makeup fixing loose powder; the content of the water is 30-74%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the water in the makeup powder;
wherein the sum of the contents of the components in the makeup fixing powder is 100%.
2. The makeup base powder according to claim 1, wherein the content of the powder phase is 25 to 40%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the powder phase in the makeup fixing loose powder;
and/or the content of the water phase is 40-65%, preferably 50-65%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the water phase in the makeup fixing loose powder.
3. The makeup powder according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the silica silylate is a silica silylate subjected to hydrophobic surface treatment;
and/or the content of the silica silylate is 4-10%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the silica silylate to the powder
And/or the silica silylate has a specific surface area of 110 to 260m2Preferably 195 to 245 m/g2/g;
And/or the silylated silica has a density of from 50 to 60 g/L.
4. The makeup fixing loose powder according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the content of the skin feel adjusting powder is 15 to 56%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the skin feeling adjusting powder in the makeup powder;
and/or the skin feel adjusting powder comprises one or more of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer, polymethylsilsesquioxane, talc and mica; preferably vinyl dimethicone/polymethylsilsesquioxane crosspolymer and/or polymethylsilsesquioxane;
preferably, the content of the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer is 1-46%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer in the makeup fixing loose powder;

the hyaluronic acid is preferably one or more of high molecular hyaluronic acid, low molecular hyaluronic acid and oligomeric hyaluronic acid; the content of the hyaluronic acid is preferably 0.0001-2%; more preferably 0.005-1%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the hyaluronic acid in the makeup powder;
preferably, the molecular weight of the high molecular hyaluronic acid is 1800-2200 kDa;
and/or, the aqueous phase comprises a chelating agent;
the chelating agent is preferably disodium EDTA and/or disodium EDTA calcium; the content of the chelating agent is preferably 0.01-0.1%, and the percentage is the mass percentage of the chelating agent in the makeup powder.
6. The makeup powder according to claim 1, comprising a preservative; the preservative is present in the powder phase and/or the aqueous phase;
the preservative is preferably one or more of sodium dehydroacetate, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, methylparaben, propylparaben and 1, 2-pentanediol; more preferably one or more of sodium dehydroacetate, phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate, methylparaben and propylparaben;
the content of the preservative is preferably 0.001-1.5%; the percentage is the mass percentage of the preservative in the makeup fixing loose powder;
and/or the pH value of the fixing loose powder is 6-9.
7. The preparation method of the makeup fixing loose powder is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing the aqueous phase and the powder phase according to claims 1 to 6 to obtain the powder for fixing cosmetics.
8. The preparation method according to claim 7, wherein the mixing is adding the aqueous phase into the powder phase, and stirring until the aqueous phase is completely wrapped by the powder phase to obtain the fixing loose powder;
and/or the stirring speed is 1500-2500 rpm/min; preferably 2000 rpm/min;
preferably, the components in the powder phase are stirred uniformly; the stirring temperature is room temperature; the room temperature is 25 +/-5 ℃; the stirring device is a powdering pot; the stirring speed is 1500-2500 rpm/min, preferably 2000 rpm/min;
preferably, the components in the water phase are dissolved and stirred uniformly; the stirring equipment is a stirrer or a disperser; the stirring speed is 500-800 rpm/min, preferably 600 rpm/min.
9. A makeup base powder characterized by being produced by the production method according to claim 7 or 8.
10. Use of the powder of claim 1 or 9 in cosmetics.
