Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet foods, in particular to a nutritional supplement formula for improving tear stains of a pet dog and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pet is also called as a companion animal, is domesticated by human beings, is suitable for family feeding, can carry out close communication and emotional communication with people, and brings pleasure to people. With the rapid development of the economy of China and the continuous improvement of the living standard of residents, the living style and the mental demand of people are also changed. Pets are increasing in number and occupy an increasingly important position in people's lives, who view them as family members and are concerned and valued about their clothes, activities and health.
Small and lively small dogs such as teddy and biddy bear gradually become one of the most popular companion dogs, and the high-incidence tear stains are more and more emphasized by feedowners and veterinarians. The normal discharge of the canine tears needs to depend on a tear drainage and discharge system with normal structure and function. When the drainage of tears is difficult or the production of tears is increased or both of them occur, the tears overflow excessively, and the overflowing tears react with microorganisms attached to hairs around the eyes of the dog to form brown, brown or pink tears, which may be seriously accompanied by bad smell, wet dermatitis, skin ulceration, etc.
Many factors, such as innate development and acquired nutrition management, can affect tear secretion. At present, the common treatment methods mainly comprise drug treatment and surgical treatment, and the recurrence rate is high no matter the drug treatment or the surgical treatment, so that the expected effect of the breeders cannot be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a nutritional supplement formula for improving tear stains of pet dogs and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems that the current common treatment method mainly comprises drug treatment and operative treatment, and the recurrence rate is high in both drug treatment and operative treatment.
(II) technical scheme
The nutritional supplement formula for improving the tear stains of the pet dogs is prepared from, by weight, 20-50 parts of purple sweet potatoes, 5-15 parts of purple perilla, 5-15 parts of inulin, 5-15 parts of oregano phenol, 2-10 parts of biond magnolia flower, 2-10 parts of plantain seeds, 2-10 parts of semen cuscutae, 2-10 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 2-10 parts of β -glucan and 2-10 parts of mannan oligosaccharide.
Preferably, the formula of the nutritional supplement for improving the tear stains of the pet dogs is prepared from 35 parts by weight of purple sweet potatoes, 10 parts by weight of purple perilla, 10 parts by weight of inulin, 10 parts by weight of oregano phenol, 6 parts by weight of biond magnolia flower, 6 parts by weight of plantain seed, 6 parts by weight of semen cuscutae, 6 parts by weight of isomaltooligosaccharide, 6 parts by weight of β -glucan and 6 parts by weight of mannan oligosaccharide.
Preferably, 3 parts of corn bran, 10 parts of flour and 90 parts of purified water are further added in the formula according to the weight percentage.
A method for preparing a nutritional supplement formula for improving tear stains in pet dogs comprises the following steps:
accurately weighing purple sweet potato, purple perilla, inulin, oregano phenol, biond magnolia flower, plantain seed, south dodder seed, isomaltooligosaccharide, β -glucan and mannan oligosaccharide, and then putting into a mixer to mix uniformly to prepare a semi-finished product;
and cooling the prepared semi-finished product to room temperature, detecting whether the sensory indexes and the moisture are qualified or not, and packaging the qualified product into a finished product.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps after the semi-finished product is manufactured:
preparing batter, namely weighing purified water, corn bran and flour according to the mass ratio, adding all the purified water into a boiling container, adding all the corn bran and the flour into the boiling container after the purified water is boiled, and stirring continuously while adding until the corn bran and the flour are pasty to prepare the batter;
mixing the above materials, adding all the semi-finished products into the paste, and stirring continuously to obtain Chinese medicinal paste;
forming and dehydrating, namely adding the traditional Chinese medicine paste into a forming die to obtain pills with uniform particle size, and naturally drying and dehydrating the pills under the sunlight;
grinding and screening, namely adding the formed pill particles into a grinder for grinding, screening and filtering the ground material to prepare medicinal powder, cooling the prepared semi-finished medicinal powder to room temperature, detecting whether sensory indexes and water are qualified or not, and packaging the qualified product into a finished product.
Preferably, the sensory index and the moisture detection index of the semi-finished product are qualified when the moisture is less than 7%.
Preferably, the heating of the boiling vessel is stopped after the purified water is boiled and before the rice bran and the flour are added.
Preferably, the accurate weighing adopts an electronic scale to weigh the materials, and the maximum error and the minimum error of the electronic scale are 0.5 g.
Preferably, in the step of forming and dehydrating, the pill is demolded after the heat of the traditional Chinese medicine paste is cooled to normal temperature in a die.
Preferably, the mesh number of the filtered medicinal powder in the grinding and screening step is 30 meshes, and the fineness is 0.595 mm.
(III) advantageous effects
The invention provides a formula of a nutritional supplement for improving tear stains of pet dogs. The method has the following beneficial effects:
according to the formula of the nutritional supplement for improving the tear stains of the pet dog, purple sweet potatoes, purple perilla, inulin, oregano phenol, biond magnolia flower, plantain seeds, semen cuscutae, isomaltooligosaccharide, β -glucan and mannan oligosaccharide are mixed according to a specific proportion, and the mixture is fed to the pet dog once a day for 14 days, so that the excessive tearing phenomenon of the pet dog can be improved, the vacancy of improving the tear stains formula of the pet dog in the market is made up, and the purpose of providing an excellent medicament for the health of the pet dog is achieved.

Performance detection and Effect evaluation
In the test, 50 male white-color-ratio pandas with age of 1 year, weight of about 4kg and similar tear stain condition are selected and randomly divided into 5 groups of 10 dogs. The test diets were fed to the test animals in amounts of 0g (control), 1g (example one), 1g (example two), 1g (example three) and 1g (example four), respectively.
The basic daily ration is complete adult Jiss-resistant low-sensitivity dog diet, the test dogs are subjected to conventional vaccination and parasite expelling, the test dogs drink water freely and are fed for 1 time respectively at 8:00 am and 4:00 pm every day, the feeding amount of each time is 51g, and the feeding amount of each time is 5 pm every day: 30, the amount of tear fluid is detected and recorded, the colorimetric value of the tear mark of the left eye is detected and recorded after uniform bathing every week, and the test period is 4 weeks (28 days). After the test period is finished, the feeding of the nutritional supplement is stopped, and whether the tear stains recur within 15 days is continuously observed.
