Abstract

Description

包括金属环和可剥离的热封膜的用于金属罐的盖
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及适用于封闭金属罐的盖的领域。本发明更具体地涉及包括金属环的盖,其中可剥离膜被热封于金属环上。
背景技术
金属罐通常用于食品的包装。这种罐还可以用于包装其它工业产品,例如油漆。
某些罐包括由可剥离膜通过热封密封于其上的金属环形成的盖。这种盖结构允许直接用手容易地打开,而不需要任何工具或附件。
为此,金属环通常包括两个同心部分:
-外环形部,其适于紧固到罐本体的侧壁的边缘上,和
-内环形部,可剥离膜通过热封而被密封于其上。
内环形部的自由边缘通常非常锋利,对于搬运罐的使用者有很大的割伤危险。
为了保护和隐藏该自由边缘,通常将该内环形部的内环形边缘成形为称为“卷材/卷部/卷”的环圈。该卷材通常是通过使物质向罐的外侧滚转到其自身上而形成的;其在罐的内侧指向内环形部的下环形面。
但是,在实践中,该解决方案产生了新的缺点:该金属环制造方法产生了卷材自由边缘,其金属不受保护;于是,该自由边缘易于与罐中的内容物发生化学相互作用,具有潜在的腐蚀和/或硫化现象,其易于污染该内容物并由于这种污染而在环上和/或在产品上有暗沉积物使外观方面变得不可接受。
根据前述内容,需要一种适合于保护卷材的自由边缘以避免易于在卷材的该自由边缘上发生的化学反应现象的解决方案。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提出了一种新的盖结构,其卷材/卷部/卷(roulé)的自由边缘被保护以免受与罐内容物的化学相互作用(从而避免腐蚀和/或硫化问题)。
更具体地,根据本发明提出了一种适合于封闭金属罐的盖,其中该盖包括金属环,可剥离膜被密封于金属环上。
该金属环包括:
-适于紧固到罐本体的侧壁的边缘上的外环形部,和
-内环形部,所述可剥离膜被密封于内环形部上;
其中,所述内环形部包括冠部,界定中心孔口的卷材从该冠部延伸,
其中冠部包括:
-上环形面,所述可剥离膜借助于由热封材料制成的密封带/密封条密封于其上,和
-与所述上环形面相对的下环形面,
其中,所述卷材形成在所述冠部的下环形面侧,并且包括作为所述冠部的上、下环形面的延续而延伸的外表面和内表面,以及布置在所述卷材内的自由边缘,
其中,所述卷材的外表面包括第一连接部分,该第一连接部分与内环形部的第二连接部分相对且靠近其布置,从而在彼此之间界定环形空间。
而且,根据本发明,所述卷材的外表面和内表面覆盖有热封材料,
并且所述第一连接部分和所述第二连接部分借助于所述热封材料彼此密封,以形成封闭所述环形空间的密封接头/密封垫(joint d'étanchéité)。
因此,由于封闭环形空间的密封接头,可以使卷材紧实。
因此,该密封接头防止了该卷材的自由边缘(未覆盖有涂层)和罐内容物之间的相互作用。
因此,该解决方案特别有效地避免了卷材的自由边缘与环境(特别是罐内容物)之间的化学反应。
此外,这种盖还有利地允许使用这样一种金属环,该金属环的涂层在扁平金属上形成,并且其卷材可以通过沿两个方向(“向内”或“向外”)卷动而制成。
根据本发明的盖的其它非限制性和有利的特征如下,其可单独进行或根据所有技术上可行的组合进行:
-冠部的上环形面和下环形面以及卷材的外表面和内表面都覆盖有所述热封材料,
-根据第一实施例,卷材由所谓的“向内”卷动而形成,使得所述卷材的所述第一连接部分与所述内环形部的第二连接部分相对,第二连接部分被布置为延续所述冠部的所述下环形面,
-热封材料选自聚丙烯和聚乙烯(例如,形式为有利地由聚合物基质和聚丙烯分散体组成的热封清漆)。
在一变型实施例中,卷材通过所谓的“向内”卷动而形成,使得所述卷材的所述第一连接部分与所述内环形部的第二连接部分相对,第二连接部分被布置为延续所述冠部的所述下环形面,
在一变型实施例中,卷材通过所谓的“向外”卷动而形成,使得所述卷材的所述第一连接部分与所述内环形部的延续所述冠部的所述上环形面布置的所述第二连接部分相对。
本发明还提出一种金属罐,其包括:
-罐本体,其包括以边缘终止的侧壁,和
-根据本发明的盖,其被压接到所述侧壁的所述边缘。
本发明还提出一种用于制造根据本发明的盖的方法。
该方法依次包括:
-提供根据本发明的金属环的步骤,该金属环的环形空间至少部分地充填有热封材料,并且其中所述卷材的外表面的第一连接部分和相对的内环形部的第二连接部分未借助于所述热封材料密封到彼此,和
-加热步骤,在该加热步骤期间,一方面可借助于密封带将可剥离膜热封于所述金属环上,另一方面借助于密封接头将卷材的第一连接部分密封于与内环形部相对的第二连接部分上。
根据本发明的方法的其它非限制性和有利的特征如下,其单独进行或根据所有技术上可行的组合进行:
-提供金属环的步骤包括在形成卷材的操作之前的涂覆操作,在该涂覆操作期间,将热封材料沉积在冠部的两个环形面上;借助于热封清漆或由预涂有热封膜的金属进行涂覆操作;
-在加热步骤期间,有利地借助于热传导或感应现象从可剥离膜的上表面进行加热以产生密封带和密封接头;加热步骤有利地借助于包括上加热夹爪的热封工具来实施,该热封工具对相对的上环形面、包括与卷材相对的环形区域进行夹持并加热,以产生密封带和密封接头;
-在加热步骤期间,在卷材的下部上施加夹持力,以使所述卷材的第一连接部分和相对的内环形部的第二连接部分彼此抵靠地展平;该加热步骤有利地借助于包括下部支承构件的热封工具(例如,通过感应)来实施,该下部支承构件施加抵靠卷材的下部并指向内环形部的支承力。

盖和金属罐
图1至3示出了盖1,其适于添加在罐本体C上以形成金属罐B(例如,所谓的“两件式”罐)。

该罐本体C有利地由一体的金属本体组成,包括侧壁L和底部F
通常,根据本发明的盖1包括金属环2,其中可剥离膜3被密封于金属环2上。
可剥离膜
有利地,可剥离膜3选自本身常见的可剥离膜3。
该可剥离膜3具有两个相对的表面:
-旨在指向罐B外部的上表面31,
-旨在指向罐B的内部并且设计成被密封于金属环2上的下表面32。
通常,可剥离膜3包括多层(图3):
-由耐腐蚀和柔性材料(例如铝)制成的上基层33,也称为“阻挡层”,和
-下部的密封层34,其尤其适于实现对金属环2的密封。
密封层34可以由不同的子层(未示出)组成,即:
-粘合剂子层,例如由马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯制成,厚度为2至15微米,
-剥离子层,例如由聚乙烯和聚丙烯的混合物制成,厚度为15至80微米,和
-外部密封子层,例如由聚丙烯制成,厚度为2至15微米。
为了促进其剥离,该可剥离膜3还可以包括抓握片或拉片(未示出),旨在便于消费者将可剥离膜3与金属环2分离。
金属环
金属环2例如由钢或铝制成。
该金属环2包括两个主同心部:
-外环形部21,其适于例如通过压接而紧固到罐本体C的侧壁L的自由边缘L1上,和
-内环形部22,可剥离膜3通过热封而被密封于其上。
在下文中关于图2和3更详细地描述内环形部22。
该内环形部22包括由卷材/卷部/卷222从其延伸的冠部221,该卷材222界定由添加的可剥离膜3封闭的中心孔口4。
冠部222包括:
-上环形面2211,其旨在指向罐的外部并且可剥离膜3被密封于其上;和
-下环形面2212,其旨在指向罐的内部并与上环形面2211对向。
卷材222形成在内环形部22的冠部221的下环形面2212侧。
对于穿过冠部221的大致平面而言,“在下环形面2212侧”有利地是指卷材222布置在与下环形面2212相同的一侧。
有利地,该卷材222具有在至少一匝或一圈(例如,在1至1.5匝/圈之间)上形成的大体螺旋形状;这里,该卷材222通过所谓的“向内”卷动而形成,即,指向罐的内部(对于通过冠部221的大致平面而言)。
卷材222还包括两个相对的表面:
-外表面2221,其接续内环形部22的冠部221的上环形面2211延伸,
-内表面2222,该接续内环形部22的冠部221的下环形面2212延伸。
卷材222的外表面2221包括第一连接部分2223,该第一连接部分2223被布置成与内环形部22的第二连接部分223相对且在其附近,从而在彼此之间界定环形空间224。
在此,与内环形部22有关的第二连接部223由冠部221的下环形面2212的内条带形成。

卷材222还包括:

热封材料
热封材料在此分布在内环形部22的冠部221的两个环形面2211、2212上以及卷材222的外表面2221和内表面2222上(该热封材料是在图3中高度示意性地示出)。
“热封材料”是指适于在经受加热(例如,通过传导或感应的局部加热)时被激活以实现密封(或粘结)功能的材料。
该热封材料例如选自聚丙烯或聚乙烯(例如,形式为热封清漆,其有利地由聚合物基质和聚丙烯分散体组成)。
在此,这种热封材料覆盖内环形部22的冠部221的两个环形面2211、2212以及卷材222的外表面2221和内表面2222的至少一部分。
因此,这种热封材料形成两个密封区域(或换句话说,“结合/粘合区域”):
-第一密封区域5形成布置在内环形部22的冠部221的上环形面2211与可剥离膜3的下表面32之间的密封带5,以及
-第二密封区域6形成密封接头6,该密封接头6布置在卷材222的外表面2221的第一连接部分2223和与内环形部22相对的第二连接部分223之间,以封闭环形空间224。
由热封材料形成的密封接头6在卷材222的第一连接部分2223和与内环形部22相对的第二连接部分223之间连续地(并且在整个周长上)延伸。
因此,该密封接头6防止了卷材222的内部(其自由边缘2226所在的位置)与周围环境之间通过环形空间224的交换。
特别地,该密封接头6旨在防止包装产品进入卷材222,从而避免其自由边缘2226与包装产品的化学反应(例如,腐蚀和/或硫化)。
此外,热封材料还可以在密封区域5、6之外——即特别是内环形部22的冠部221的下环形面2212——覆盖金属环2的全部或一部分。
一旦准备好,在(例如用食品)充填该罐本体C之后,可将盖1紧固到罐本体C的侧壁L上。
可以使用传统的压接操作在金属环2的外环形部21与罐本体C的侧壁L的自由边缘L1之间进行这种紧固。
因此,获得了封闭的金属罐B,其包括:
-罐本体C,其包括终止于边缘L1的侧壁L,和
-盖1,其被压接到在该侧壁L的边缘L1上。
盖的制造方法
可以使用在下文中参照图4和5描述的制造方法来获得根据本发明的盖1。
通常,该方法包括两个连续的步骤:
-提供金属环2的步骤,该金属环的环形空间224至少部分地充填有热封材料,并且其中卷材222的第一连接部分2223和与内环形部22相对的第二连接部分223未借助于这种热封材料彼此热封(图4),之后是:
-加热步骤,在该步骤期间,一方面,借助于密封带5将可剥离膜3热封于金属环上,另一方面,借助于密封接头6将卷材222的第一连接部分2223(这里为其上部2224)热封于与内环形部22相对的第二连接部分223上(图5)。
提供步骤
提供步骤有利地包括与可剥离膜3无关地并且在其组装之前制造金属环2的操作。
提供金属环2的步骤在形成卷材222的操作之前包括涂覆步骤,在该涂覆步骤期间,将热封材料沉积在内环形部22的环形面上,即至少:
-沉积在冠部221的上环形面2211的一部分上,优选地沉积在冠部221的整个上、下环形面2211、2212上,
-沉积在所述连接部分2223和223上,以及
-沉积在卷材222的外表面2221和内表面2222上。
提供金属环2的这一步骤有利地包括以下操作:
-提供金属板(未示出)的操作,
-在所述金属板中切割坯件8的操作(图4A),
-拉引坯件8以形成外环形部21的操作(图4A至4B),
-借助于切割工具10(包括上切割工具101和下切割工具102)在坯件8内切割中心盘9以形成具有冠部221的内环形部22(图4C)的操作,
-对内环形部22的内环形边缘进行成形以形成指向冠部221的下环形面2212的壁(以开始形成卷材222-图4D)的操作,
-对壁进行成形以形成与其下环形面2212相对的卷材222的操作(图4E至图4G)。
在形成卷材222的操作之前,有利地实施用热封材料进行涂覆的操作。优选地,此操作在任何成形之前在扁平金属上执行,如下文所述。
该涂覆操作有利地包括将热封材料沉积在旨在形成金属环2的金属部件(板、坯件等)、旨在形成内环形部22的冠部221的两个环形面2211、2212以及卷材222的外表面2221和内表面2222的两个相对的面81、82上。
可以以如下方式执行该涂覆操作:
-借助于沉积在金属部件上(例如,通过喷涂)的热封清漆(有利地包含聚丙烯),或
-由预先涂覆有热封膜(含聚丙烯)的金属实现。
热封清漆可以在金属环2成形之前(有利地直接在金属板上或在坯件8上)以全固体涂层的形式涂覆,或局部地选择性地涂漆(“点涂覆”),或甚至通过喷涂涂覆。
热封清漆有利地由聚合物基质和聚丙烯分散体组成。
在形成卷材222之前,此处的金属环2包括两层热封材料C1C2
-覆盖内环形部22的上环形面的上层C1,和
-覆盖内环形部22的下环形面的下层C2
在形成卷材222期间,两层热封材料C1C2在环形空间224处彼此相对(图4G)。
因此,在提供步骤结束时(图4G),金属环2仍具有两层热封材料C1C2
-上层C1,其覆盖内环形部22的冠部221的上环形面2211和卷材222的外表面2221,和
-下层C2,其覆盖内环形部22的冠部221的下环形面2212和卷材222的内表面2222。
在该卷材222处,第一连接部分2223(这里在卷材的上部2224处)与内环形部22的第二连接部分223相对地布置,从而在彼此之间限定环形空间224。
该环形空间224至少部分地充填有热封材料。
在此,该充填通过两个独立的层部分完成:

以此,两个部分C11C21在环形空间224内彼此相对(或甚至相邻或接触),同时保持彼此独立。
因此,卷材222的第一连接部分2223和与内环形部22相对的第二连接部分223未借助于这种热封材料彼此热封。
下文将结合图5更详细地描述加热步骤。
在此,由于适当地分布在金属环上并通过热和压力的组合作用而被激活的热封材料,实现了可剥离膜3和环形空间224相对该金属环2的密封。
该热封有利地借助于热封工具11例如热封夹爪形成,一旦金属环2和可剥离膜3相对于彼此正确地布置,该热封夹爪就施加压力并加热。
有利地,从可剥离膜3的上表面31进行加热,以借助于热传导或感应来生成密封带5和密封接头6。
该加热步骤在此借助于热封工具11例如通过感应实现,该热封工具11包括两个夹持构件(或“夹爪”)(每个夹持构件由一个或多个部分制成):
-上加热夹爪111,和
-下夹爪112(优选地也是加热夹爪),用于提供反压力。
在此,上夹爪111适于在可剥离膜3上朝向内环形部22的冠部221的上环形面2211施加压力,包括在位置与卷材222相对的内环形区域上施加压力。
下夹爪112包括活动表面,该活动表面由两个夹持部分组成:
-外夹持部分1121,其对内环形部22的冠部221的下环形面2212施加夹持力,和
-竖直地偏移的内夹持部分1122,其对卷材222的下部2225施加夹持力,该夹持力也指向冠部221。
在实践中,由上夹爪111和下夹爪112施加的压力和加热允许加热以适于同时产生密封带5和密封接头6。
实际上,来自两个夹爪111和112的热量通过可剥离膜3和金属环2的内环形部22扩散,从而引起与环形空间224内存在的热封材料相对的两个部分C11C21的密封。
特别地,热封材料的这两个相对部分C11C21熔化在一起以形成密封接头6。
因此,卷材222的第一连接部分2223和与下环形部22相对的第二连接部分223借助于封闭环形空间224(图3)的密封接头6彼此密封。
在该热封期间,由下部夹爪112(特别是内夹持部分1122)施加的夹持允许卷材222的上部2224抵靠(朝向)内环形部22的冠部221的下环形面2212展平(或至少更靠近地移动)。
该现象有助于减小环形空间224的宽度,并且其允许使热封材料彼此紧密接触,从而获得有效的密封接头。
然后,可以使用本身常见的组装步骤(例如,通过压接)将由此获得的盖1组装到罐本体C上。
变型实施例:
图6是根据本发明的盖的第二实施例的示意性截面图。

此外,下夹爪112有利地适于加热金属环2的两个区域,即:
-内环形部22(特别是其冠部221),以通过热封提供可剥离膜3的密封,和
-卷材222的外表面2221,使得热封材料的两个相对的层C1C2熔化在一起以形成密封接头6。
因此,此处同样地,该密封接头6防止了卷材222的内部(其自由边缘2226位于其中)通过环形空间224与周围环境之间的交换。
特别地,此处同样地,该密封接头6旨在防止包装产品进入卷材222,从而避免其自由边缘2226与该包装产品的化学反应(例如,腐蚀和/或硫化)。

Claims (13)

1.一种适于封闭金属罐的盖,其中,所述盖包括金属环(2),可剥离膜(3)被密封于该金属环上。
其中,所述金属环(2)包括:
-外环形部(21),其适于紧固到罐本体的侧壁的边缘上,和
-内环形部(22),所述可剥离膜(3)被密封于该内环形部上,
其中,所述内环形部(22)包括冠部(221),界定中心孔口(4)的卷材(222)从该冠部延伸,
其中,所述冠部(221)包括:
-上环形面(2211),所述可剥离膜(3)借助于由热封材料制成的密封带(5)密封于所述上环形面(2211)上,和
-与所述上环形面(2211)对向的下环形面(2212),
其中,所述卷材(222)形成在所述冠部(221)的下环形面(2212)侧,
其中,所述卷材(222)包括:
-作为所述冠部(221)的上环形面(2211)和下环形面(2212)的延续而延伸的外表面(2221)和内表面(2222),以及
-布置在所述卷材(222)内的自由边缘(2226),
其中,所述卷材(222)的外表面(2221)包括第一连接部分(2223),所述第一连接部分(2223)被布置成与所述内环形部(22)的第二连接部分(223)相对且相近,从而在彼此之间界定环形空间(224),
其特征在于,所述卷材(222)的外表面(2221)和内表面(2222)被热封材料覆盖,

2.根据权利要求1所述的盖,其特征在于,所述冠部(221)的上环形面(2211)和下环形面(2212)以及所述卷材(222)的外表面(2221)和内表面(2222)被所述热封材料覆盖。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的盖,其特征在于,所述卷材(222)通过所谓的“向内”卷动形成,使得所述卷材(222)的所述第一连接部分(2223)与所述内环形部(22)的所述第二连接部分(223)相对,所述第二连接部分(223)作为所述冠部(221)的所述下环形面(2212)的延续而布置。
4.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的盖,其特征在于,所述卷材(222)通过所谓的“向外”卷动形成,使得所述卷材(222)的所述第一连接部分(2223)与所述内环形部(22)的所述第二连接部分(223)相对,所述第二连接部分(223)作为所述冠部(221)的所述上环形面(2211)的延续而布置。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的盖,其特征在于,所述热封材料选自聚丙烯和聚乙烯。
6.一种金属罐,包括:
-罐本体(C),其包括以边缘(L1)终止的侧壁(L),和
-根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的盖(1),其被压接到所述侧壁(L)的所述边缘(L1)上。
7.一种用于制造根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的盖(1)的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括下列相继的步骤:
a)提供金属环(2)的步骤,
其中,所述金属环(2)包括:
-外环形部(21),其适于紧固到罐的侧壁的边缘上,和
-内环形部(22),所述可剥离膜(3)旨在密封于所述内环形部上,
其中,所述内环形部(22)包括冠部(221),界定中心孔口(4)的卷材(222)从该冠部延伸,
其中,所述冠部(221)包括:
-上环形面(2211),所述可剥离膜(3)旨在借助于由热封材料制成的密封带(5)密封于所述上环形面(2211)上,和
-与所述上环形面(2211)对向的下环形面(2212),
其中,所述卷材(222)形成在所述冠部(221)的下环形面(2212)侧,
其中,所述卷材(222)包括:
-作为所述冠部(221)的上环形面(2211)和下环形面(2212)的延续而延伸的外表面(2221)和内表面(2222),以及
-布置在所述卷材(222)内的自由边缘(2226),
其中,所述卷材(222)的所述外表面(2221)包括第一连接部分(2223),所述第一连接部分(2223)布置成与所述内环形部(22)的第二连接部分(223)相对且靠近,从而在彼此之间界定环形空间(224),
其中,所述环形空间(224)至少部分地充填有热封材料,并且其中所述卷材(222)的第一连接部分(2223)和与所述内环形部(22)相对的第二连接部分(223)未借助于所述热封材料密封到彼此,和
b)加热步骤,在所述加热步骤期间,一方面,所述可剥离膜(3)借助于所述密封带(5)热封于所述金属环(2)上,另一方面,所述卷材(222)的第一连接部分(2223)借助于所述密封接头(6)密封于与所述内环形部(22)相对的所述第二联接部分(223)上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提供金属环(2)的步骤包括在形成所述卷材(222)的步骤之前的涂覆操作,在所述涂覆操作期间,将所述热封材料沉积在所述金属环(2)上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,借助于热封清漆或由预先涂覆有热封膜的金属来执行所述涂覆操作。
10.根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述加热步骤期间,从所述可剥离膜(3)的上表面(31)进行加热以产生所述密封带(5)和所述密封接头(6)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热步骤借助于热封工具(11)实施,所述热封工具包括上加热夹爪(111),其对相对的上环形面(2211)、包括所述卷材(222)的相对环形区域进行夹持并加热,以产生所述密封带(5)和所述密封接头(6)。
12.根据权利要求7至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述加热步骤期间,并且在“向内”卷动的情况下,在所述卷材(222)的下部(2225)上施加夹持力,以使所述卷材(222)的第一连接部分(2223)和相对的内环形部(22)的第二连接部分(223)彼此抵靠地展平。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热步骤借助于包括下夹持构件(112)的热封工具(11)实施,所述下夹持构件(112)施加抵靠所述卷材(222)的下部(2225)并指向所述内环形部(22)的夹持力。
