本发明涉及一种高效散热LED路灯,包括透光罩、LED发光源、PCB板、散热片和冷板,透光罩与散热片密封连接,LED发光源安装于PCB板上,PCB板与散热片粘贴连接,散热片两两之间的凹槽处设有冷板,冷板上设有冷却管路,冷却管路中填充有冷却液,冷板与散热片可拆卸连接,本发明结构简单,节能高效,安装的散热片本身就能起到很好的散热效果,在散热片的凹槽处设有冷板,冷板上设有冷却管路,冷却管路中填充有冷却液,从而加速了散热片的散热性能,进一步提高了LED路灯的散热效果,保证了LED路灯的使用周期和稳定性。

本发明属于LED路灯设备技术领域,具体涉及一种高效散热LED路灯。
背景技术
众所周知,LED名为发光二极管,属于一种半导体固体发光器件,LED照明就是利用LED作为光源制造出来的照明器具,适用于各种需要光源的场合,目前市场上的LED路灯由于功率大,照明强,所以导致发热量也大,如果不能及时有效散热的话,堆积在LED光源周威的热量将致使光源快速衰减,能耗增加,直接影响LED路灯的使用周期,增加了成本。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,提供了一种高效散热LED路灯。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高效散热LED路灯,包括透光罩、LED发光源、PCB板、散热片和冷板,所述透光罩与散热片密封连接,所述LED发光源安装于PCB板上,所述PCB板与散热片粘贴连接,所述散热片两两之间的凹槽处设有冷板,所述冷板上设有冷却管路,所述冷却管路中填充有冷却液。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述冷板与散热片可拆卸连接。这样有利于更方便的对冷板进行维护和保养,使得冷板保持较好的散热性能。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,节能高效,安装的散热片本身就能起到很好的散热效果,在散热片的凹槽处设有冷板,冷板上设有冷却管路,冷却管路中填充有冷却液,从而加速了散热片的散热性能,进一步提高了LED路灯的散热效果,保证了LED路灯的使用周期和稳定性。

如图1所示,一种高效散热LED路灯,包括透光罩1、LED发光源2、PCB板3、散热片4和冷板5,所述透光罩1与散热片4密封连接,所述LED发光源2安装于PCB板3上,所述PCB板3与散热片4粘贴连接,所述散热片两4两之间的凹槽处设有冷板5,所述冷板5上设有冷却管路6,所述冷却管路6中填充有冷却液。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述冷板5与散热片4可拆卸连接。这样有利于更方便的对冷板进行维护和保养,使得冷板保持较好的散热性能。
