背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果;根据原材料的不同可以分为色织棉布、色织涤棉布、色织中长仿毛花呢、全毛花呢、毛涤花呢、毛涤粘三合一花呢、竹节纱布、疙瘩纱布、各种混纺色织布等等,还有以丝麻为原材料的色织布很多;根据织造的方法不同可以分为平纹色织布、色织府绸、色织格花呢,牛津布、青年布、牛仔布、还有卡其、斜纹布、人字呢、华达呢、贡缎、小提花、大提花布等等。
专利文件(CN1172045C)公开了一种防缩、抗皱、不变形棉针织面料染整工艺,包括染色完成后的坯布烘干,反应器内加入规定的清水,加入自制特种整理剂(SDP),不断搅拌、并调节pH值,待完全反应后即开始上浆轧液,再进行交联、焙烘、清洗、柔软、脱水、上平滑柔软剂,拉幅热定型、检验和包装,其特征在于:所述的焙烘工艺,其焙烘温度控制在150°~180℃,焙烘时间为2~3min,轧液率:80~90%,车速:18m/min,焙烘工艺在热定型拉幅机中连续进行,定型机长24m,分为八个箱区,第一箱温度控制在120℃,第二箱150℃,第三箱160℃,第一箱至第三箱为焙烘区,第四箱至第七箱为定型区,其箱温度均为170℃,第八箱温度160℃,定型区工艺时间为40s。本发明获得的产品具有手感柔和、滑爽、具有极强的防缩、抗皱能力,洗濯二十次不变形,产品可靠性、稳定性好,工艺简单、可操作性强,成本低、收效大;但是该方法制备的面料没有易清洗的功效,而且制备方法复杂,抗皱性能不是很理想,后期的烘干处理的慢,无法对布料进行均匀烘干。
发明内容
为了克服上述的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,通过该方法使得面料易清洁,使得面料抗皱性能好,且纺织品的弹性提高,纺织品手感柔软、滑爽,通过设置的烘干装置,能够使面料展开烘干,增大烘干时的接触面积,减小烘干的厚度,从而提高烘干效率。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:配制易清洁整理液:取改性SiO2水溶胶、亲水组分和水按重量比3-5:1-3:92-96混合,搅拌,得到易清洁整理液,将纺织面料浸入易清洁处理液中处理得到易清洗纺织面料;
S2:按照重量份取5-10份环氧氯丙烷、8-15份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1-5份氨基硅油、7-15份水溶性聚氨酯树脂、10-25份氨化环氧树脂、10-15份乳酸、30-50份乙醇、18-35份聚丙烯酸酯和500-800份水,并将上述原料混合均匀得到防皱处理液;
S3:将易清洗纺织面料浸渍在所述防皱处理液中,浴比控制为1:4-1:10,得到处理后的纺织面料;
S4:在150℃-180℃下,对所述处理后的纺织面料进行压烫处理,压烫处理的处理时间为1-3分钟;
S5:将压烫处理后的纺织面料用清水洗涤后进行氧漂处理,并将氧漂处理后的纺织面料水洗后成卷,并使用烘干装置烘干,打开烘干箱的箱门,将成卷的面料套在转轴上,另一端依次经过铺展主体上其中一侧第一滚筒的上方与下方、铺板的上方、铺展主体上另一侧第一滚筒的下方、导向轴与第二滚筒上方,最终缠绕在第三滚筒上,关闭箱门,启动支撑座上的驱动电机转动,通过皮带带动第三滚筒上的第二带轮转动,转动的第三滚筒将转轴上面料卷到第三滚筒,烘干箱对收卷过程中的布料进行烘干,同时,立板上的电动气缸驱动滑块在滑轨上滑动,带动T形连接板在导向柱上滑动,滑动的T形连接板带动轴套在第三滚筒上滑动,限制面料偏移,烘干结束后,得到防皱易清洁纺织面料。
进一步在于:所述的改性SiO2水溶胶的制备方法包括:将1-4g前驱体、0.2CMC-1.2CMC阴离子表面活性剂与80-120g水混合,在20-50℃下剧烈搅拌0.5-2h;其中CMC为表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度;滴加催化剂氨水,搅拌1-6h,再添加1-5g改性剂长链烷基硅氧烷,继续搅拌1-5h,制得改性SiO2水溶胶;
所述的亲水组分为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、羟基丙烯酸中的一种与丙三醇、丙二醇、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺中的一种按照质量1.2:3.3比混合组成。

1、易清洁整理液由改性纳米二氧化硅水溶胶无氟超拒水成分和含丙烯酸的亲水性组分以及水构成,该易清洁整理液具有较好的稳定性、优异的拒水性以及良好的低温成膜性能,通过改变共聚物的组成可调节膜的软硬度,对纤维有良好的粘附性,从而易清洁;防皱处理液由环氧氯丙烷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氨基硅油、水溶性聚氨酯树脂、氨化环氧树脂、乳酸、乙醇、聚丙烯酸酯及水构成,使得抗皱性能好,洗濯四十次不变形,且纺织品的弹性提高,纺织品手感柔软、滑爽;
2、通过设置的烘干装置,能够使面料展开烘干,增大烘干时的接触面积,减小烘干的厚度,从而提高烘干效率;打开烘干箱的箱门,将成卷的面料套在转轴上,另一端依次经过铺展主体上其中一侧第一滚筒的上方与下方、铺板的上方、铺展主体上另一侧第一滚筒的下方、导向轴与第二滚筒上方,最终缠绕在第三滚筒上,关闭箱门,第一滚筒通过连接轴安装在第二轴承座上,铺板的两端为弧形,便于面料输送,启动支撑座上的驱动电机转动,通过皮带带动第三滚筒上的第二带轮转动,转动的第三滚筒将转轴上面料卷到第三滚筒,第三滚筒散装在第三轴承座上,烘干箱对收卷过程中的布料进行烘干,同时,立板上的电动气缸驱动滑块在滑轨上滑动,带动T形连接板在导向柱上滑动,滑动的T形连接板带动轴套在滑动,限制面料偏移。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-5所示,一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:配制易清洁整理液:取改性SiO2水溶胶、亲水组分和水按重量比3-5:1-3:92-96混合,搅拌,得到易清洁整理液,将纺织面料浸入易清洁处理液中处理得到易清洗纺织面料;
S2:按照重量份取5-10份环氧氯丙烷、8-15份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1-5份氨基硅油、7-15份水溶性聚氨酯树脂、10-25份氨化环氧树脂、10-15份乳酸、30-50份乙醇、18-35份聚丙烯酸酯和500-800份水,并将上述原料混合均匀得到防皱处理液;
S3:将易清洗纺织面料浸渍在所述防皱处理液中,浴比控制为1:4-1:10,得到处理后的纺织面料;
S4:在150℃-180℃下,对所述处理后的纺织面料进行压烫处理,压烫处理的处理时间为1-3分钟;
S5:将压烫处理后的纺织面料用清水洗涤后进行氧漂处理,并将氧漂处理后的纺织面料水洗后成卷,并使用烘干装置烘干,打开烘干箱1的箱门2,将成卷的面料套在转轴302上,另一端依次经过铺展主体401上其中一侧第一滚筒403的上方与下方、铺板402的上方、铺展主体401上另一侧第一滚筒403的下方、导向轴4010与第二滚筒4012上方,最终缠绕在第三滚筒508上,关闭箱门2,启动支撑座501上的驱动电机504转动,通过皮带带动第三滚筒508上的第二带轮506转动,转动的第三滚筒508将转轴302上面料卷到第三滚筒508,烘干箱1对收卷过程中的布料进行烘干,同时,立板509上的电动气缸5012驱动滑块5013在滑轨5010上滑动,带动T形连接板5014在导向柱503上滑动,滑动的T形连接板5014带动轴套5011在第三滚筒508滑动,限制面料偏移,烘干结束后,得到防皱易清洁纺织面料。
所述的改性SiO2水溶胶的制备方法包括:将1-4g前驱体、0.2CMC-1.2CMC阴离子表面活性剂与80-120g水混合,在20-50℃下剧烈搅拌0.5-2h;其中CMC为表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度;滴加催化剂氨水,搅拌1-6h,再添加1-5g改性剂长链烷基硅氧烷,继续搅拌1-5h,制得改性SiO2水溶胶;
所述的亲水组分为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、羟基丙烯酸中的一种与丙三醇、丙二醇、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺中的一种按照质量1.2:3.3比混合组成;
所述S5中的烘干装置包括烘干箱1,所述烘干箱1的前表面活动安装有箱门2,所述烘干箱1的底端内壁固定安装有放料机构3、铺展机构4、收卷机构5,所述放料机构3位于铺展机构4的一侧,所述收卷机构5位于铺展机构4的另一侧;
所述放料机构3包括放料主体304,所述放料主体304后端固定安装有安装板305,所述安装板305的前表面固定安装有若干个等距分布的第一轴承座303,所述安装板305的前表面转动安装有插于第一轴承座303的转轴302,所述转轴302远离安装板305的一端螺接有限位帽301;
所述铺展机构4包括铺展主体401,所述铺展主体401的上表面靠近两侧的位置均固定安装有若干个第二轴承座404,相对两个第二轴承座404之间转动安装有连接轴405,所述连接轴405的圆弧侧面固定安装有第一滚筒403,所述铺板402的上表面中部固定安装有铺板402,所述铺板402的两端为弧形,所述铺板402的一侧表面固定安装有L形固定板407;
所述铺板402的上表面靠近L形固定板407的一端固定安装有前后对齐的竖板406,两个竖板406的上端固定安装有插板4013,两个竖板406之间固定安装有扁头轴4014,所述扁头轴4014的圆弧侧面转动安装有第二滚筒4012,所述L形固定板407的上表面固定安装有两个前后对齐的第一轴支撑板408;
两个第一轴支撑板408的相对侧面均固定安装有与插板4013相扣的紧固板4011,两个第一轴支撑板408的远离紧固板4011的一端均开设有轴槽409,两个轴槽409上转动安装有导向轴4010;
所述收卷机构5包括支撑座501、固定于铺展主体401一侧表面中部的立板509、固定于L形固定板407下表面的两个导向柱503,所述支撑座501的上表面固定安装有驱动电机504,所述驱动电机504的输出轴固定安装有第一带轮505,所述支撑座501的上表面靠近驱动电机504的一侧固定安装有平台,平台的上表面固定安装有两个第三轴承座507,两个第三轴承座507上转动安装有第三滚筒508;所述第三滚筒508的一端固定安装与第一带轮505所处同一平面的第二带轮506,所述第一带轮505与第二带轮506之间通过皮带传动,所述立板509的一侧表面固定安装有两个滑轨5010,所述滑轨5010上滑动安装有滑块5013,所述滑块5013套接于导向柱503上;所述滑块5013远离立板509的一侧固定安装有T形连接板5014,所述立板509的后端固定安装有电动气缸5012,所述电动气缸5012的丝杆贯穿滑块5013,所述T形连接板5014远离滑块5013的一端固定安装有套接于第三滚筒508上的轴套5011,两个导向柱503的一端固定安装有第二轴支撑板502,所述第二轴支撑板502的上端与第三滚筒508转动安装。
烘干装置的工作原理:使用时,打开烘干箱1的箱门2,将成卷的面料套在转轴302上,另一端依次经过铺展主体401上其中一侧第一滚筒403的上方与下方、铺板402的上方、铺展主体401上另一侧第一滚筒403的下方、导向轴4010与第二滚筒4012上方,最终缠绕在第三滚筒508上,关闭箱门2,启动支撑座501上的驱动电机504转动,通过皮带带动第三滚筒508上的第二带轮506转动,转动的第三滚筒508将转轴302上面料卷到第三滚筒508,烘干箱1对收卷过程中的布料进行烘干,同时,立板509上的电动气缸5012驱动滑块5013在滑轨5010上滑动,带动T形连接板5014在导向柱503上滑动,滑动的T形连接板5014带动轴套5011在第三滚筒508滑动,限制面料偏移。
实施例一
一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:配制易清洁整理液:取改性SiO2水溶胶、亲水组分和水按重量比4:2:94混合,搅拌,得到易清洁整理液,将纺织面料浸入易清洁处理液中处理得到易清洗纺织面料;
S2:按照重量份取8份环氧氯丙烷、11份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3份氨基硅油、12份水溶性聚氨酯树脂、18份氨化环氧树脂、12份乳酸、40份乙醇、18-35份聚丙烯酸酯和650份水,并将上述原料混合均匀得到防皱处理液;
S3:将易清洗纺织面料浸渍在所述防皱处理液中,浴比控制为1:4-1:10,得到处理后的纺织面料;
S4:在150℃-180℃下,对所述处理后的纺织面料进行压烫处理,压烫处理的处理时间为1分钟;
S5:将压烫处理后的纺织面料用清水洗涤后进行氧漂处理,并将氧漂处理后的纺织面料水洗后成卷,并使用烘干装置烘干,烘干结束后,得到防皱易清洁纺织面料。
实施例二
一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:配制易清洁整理液:取改性SiO2水溶胶、亲水组分和水按重量比4:5:94混合,搅拌,得到易清洁整理液,将纺织面料浸入易清洁处理液中处理得到易清洗纺织面料;
S2:按照重量份取5份环氧氯丙烷、8份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1份氨基硅油、7份水溶性聚氨酯树脂、10份氨化环氧树脂、10份乳酸、30份乙醇、18份聚丙烯酸酯和500份水,并将上述原料混合均匀得到防皱处理液;
S3:将易清洗纺织面料浸渍在所述防皱处理液中,浴比控制为1:4-1:10,得到处理后的纺织面料;
S4:在150℃-180℃下,对所述处理后的纺织面料进行压烫处理,压烫处理的处理时间为1分钟;
S5:将压烫处理后的纺织面料用清水洗涤后进行氧漂处理,并将氧漂处理后的纺织面料水洗后成卷,并使用烘干装置烘干,烘干结束后,得到防皱易清洁纺织面料。
根据上述两组实施例可知,两组实施例均能制备出防皱易清洁的面料,易清洁整理液由改性纳米二氧化硅水溶胶无氟超拒水成分和含丙烯酸的亲水性组分以及水构成,该易清洁整理液具有较好的稳定性、优异的拒水性以及良好的低温成膜性能,通过改变共聚物的组成可调节膜的软硬度,对纤维有良好的粘附性,从而易清洁;防皱处理液由环氧氯丙烷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氨基硅油、水溶性聚氨酯树脂、氨化环氧树脂、乳酸、乙醇、聚丙烯酸酯及水构成,使得抗皱性能好,且纺织品的弹性提高,纺织品手感柔软、滑爽。

1.一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:配制易清洁整理液:取改性SiO2水溶胶、亲水组分和水按重量比3-5:1-3:92-96混合,搅拌,得到易清洁整理液,将纺织面料浸入易清洁处理液中处理得到易清洗纺织面料;
S2:按照重量份取5-10份环氧氯丙烷、8-15份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1-5份氨基硅油、7-15份水溶性聚氨酯树脂、10-25份氨化环氧树脂、10-15份乳酸、30-50份乙醇、18-35份聚丙烯酸酯和500-800份水,并将上述原料混合均匀得到防皱处理液;
S3:将易清洗纺织面料浸渍在所述防皱处理液中,浴比控制为1:4-1:10,得到处理后的纺织面料;
S4:在150℃-180℃下,对所述处理后的纺织面料进行压烫处理,压烫处理的处理时间为1-3分钟;
S5:将压烫处理后的纺织面料用清水洗涤后进行氧漂处理,并将氧漂处理后的纺织面料水洗后成卷,并使用烘干装置烘干,打开烘干箱(1)的箱门(2),将成卷的面料套在转轴(302)上,另一端依次经过铺展主体(401)上其中一侧第一滚筒(403)的上方与下方、铺板(402)的上方、铺展主体(401)上另一侧第一滚筒(403)的下方、导向轴(4010)与第二滚筒(4012)上方,最终缠绕在第三滚筒(508)上,关闭箱门(2),启动支撑座(501)上的驱动电机(504)转动,通过皮带带动第三滚筒(508)上的第二带轮(506)转动,转动的第三滚筒(508)将转轴(302)上面料卷到第三滚筒(508),烘干箱(1)对收卷过程中的布料进行烘干,同时,立板(509)上的电动气缸(5012)驱动滑块(5013)在滑轨(5010)上滑动,带动T形连接板(5014)在导向柱(503)上滑动,滑动的T形连接板(5014)带动轴套(5011)在第三滚筒(508)上滑动,限制面料偏移,烘干结束后,得到防皱易清洁纺织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的改性SiO2水溶胶的制备方法为:将1-4g前驱体、0.2CMC-1.2CMC阴离子表面活性剂与80-120g水混合,在20-50℃下剧烈搅拌0.5-2h;其中CMC为表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度;滴加催化剂氨水,搅拌1-6h,再添加1-5g改性剂长链烷基硅氧烷,继续搅拌1-5h,制得改性SiO2水溶胶;
所述的亲水组分为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、羟基丙烯酸中的一种与丙三醇、丙二醇、三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺中的一种按照质量1.2:3.3比混合组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S5中的烘干装置包括烘干箱(1),所述烘干箱(1)的前表面活动安装有箱门(2),所述烘干箱(1)的底端内壁固定安装有放料机构(3)、铺展机构(4)、收卷机构(5),所述放料机构(3)位于铺展机构(4)的一侧,所述收卷机构(5)位于铺展机构(4)的另一侧;
所述放料机构(3)包括放料主体(304),所述放料主体(304)后端固定安装有安装板(305),所述安装板(305)的前表面固定安装有若干个等距分布的第一轴承座(303),所述安装板(305)的前表面转动安装有插于第一轴承座(303)的转轴(302),所述转轴(302)远离安装板(305)的一端螺接有限位帽(301);
所述铺展机构(4)包括铺展主体(401),所述铺展主体(401)的上表面靠近两侧的位置均固定安装有若干个第二轴承座(404),相对两个第二轴承座(404)之间转动安装有连接轴(405),所述连接轴(405)的圆弧侧面固定安装有第一滚筒(403),所述铺板(402)的上表面中部固定安装有铺板(402),所述铺板(402)的两端为弧形,所述铺板(402)的一侧表面固定安装有L形固定板(407)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述铺板(402)的上表面靠近L形固定板(407)的一端固定安装有前后对齐的竖板(406),两个竖板(406)的上端固定安装有插板(4013),两个竖板(406)之间固定安装有扁头轴(4014),所述扁头轴(4014)的圆弧侧面转动安装有第二滚筒(4012),所述L形固定板(407)的上表面固定安装有两个前后对齐的第一轴支撑板(408)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,其特征在于,两个第一轴支撑板(408)的相对侧面均固定安装有与插板(4013)相扣的紧固板(4011),两个第一轴支撑板(408)的远离紧固板(4011)的一端均开设有轴槽(409),两个轴槽(409)上转动安装有导向轴(4010)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述收卷机构(5)包括支撑座(501)、固定于铺展主体(401)一侧表面中部的立板(509)、固定于L形固定板(407)下表面的两个导向柱(503),所述支撑座(501)的上表面固定安装有驱动电机(504),所述驱动电机(504)的输出轴固定安装有第一带轮(505),所述支撑座(501)的上表面靠近驱动电机(504)的一侧固定安装有平台,平台的上表面固定安装有两个第三轴承座(507),两个第三轴承座(507)上转动安装有第三滚筒(508)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第三滚筒(508)的一端固定安装与第一带轮(505)所处同一平面的第二带轮(506),所述第一带轮(505)与第二带轮(506)之间通过皮带传动,所述立板(509)的一侧表面固定安装有两个滑轨(5010),所述滑轨(5010)上滑动安装有滑块(5013),所述滑块(5013)套接于导向柱(503)上。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种防皱易清洁面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述滑块(5013)远离立板(509)的一侧固定安装有T形连接板(5014),所述立板(509)的后端固定安装有电动气缸(5012),所述电动气缸(5012)的丝杆贯穿滑块(5013),所述T形连接板(5014)远离滑块(5013)的一端固定安装有套接于第三滚筒(508)上的轴套(5011),两个导向柱(503)的一端固定安装有第二轴支撑板(502),所述第二轴支撑板(502)的上端与第三滚筒(508)转动安装。
