本发明公开了一种防蓝光OCA光学胶,按照重量份数计,包括丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、交联剂0.1‑2份、硅烷偶联剂0.05‑2份、抗氧化剂0.01‑0.5份、防蓝助剂0.05‑0.5份,其中,丙烯酸系胶黏剂的重均分子量范围为100万~200万,玻璃化温度为‑60~‑30℃;抗氧化剂选自对苯二胺类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的至少一种;防蓝助剂选自酮类防蓝助剂、钨酸盐类防蓝助剂中的至少一种。该光学胶在具有良好的粘结性能的同时具有防蓝光的作用,对370nm‑450nm蓝光波段的过滤率达95%以上,能够很好地保护眼睛的健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防蓝光OCA光学胶。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会的发展,电子产品的使用越来越普及,人们在日常工作和生活当中几乎都离不开电脑、手机等电子产品的使用。光学胶(OCA)在各类电子产品的显示屏内扮演着重要的角色。而电子产品在使用时,其LED灯所发出的光中包含有对人体伤害非常大的蓝光,蓝光指波长为380nm~480nm的高能量光,其可以穿透晶状体到达视网膜,使视网膜色素的上皮细胞衰亡,导致光敏感细胞缺少养分,从而引起不可逆的视力损伤,并且蓝光在遇到空气中的细小粒子时散射几率较高,容易产生眩光,对人眼造成巨大的伤害。如何解决上述技术问题,是本领域技术人员致力于解决的事情。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防蓝光OCA光学胶,该光学胶在具有优异的粘接性能的同时,能够阻隔370nm~450nm波长的蓝光,减少了蓝光对视网膜的损坏。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防蓝光OCA光学胶,按照重量份数计,包括丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、交联剂0.1-2份、硅烷偶联剂0.05-2份、抗氧化剂0.01-0.5份、防蓝助剂0.05-0.5份,其中,丙烯酸系胶黏剂的重均分子量范围为100万~200万,玻璃化温度为-60~-30℃;抗氧化剂选自对苯二胺类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的至少一种;防蓝助剂选自酮类防蓝助剂、钨酸盐类防蓝助剂中的至少一种。
优选地,所述交联剂选自异氰酸酯交联剂和环氧交联剂中的至少一种。
优选地,所述酮类防蓝助剂选用了苯并咪唑酮类颜料,所述钨酸盐类防蓝助剂选自稀土离子改性的钒钨酸盐、稀土离子改性的钼钨酸盐中的至少一种。
优选地,丙烯酸系胶黏剂按照重量份数计,由以下组分组成:甲基丙烯酸月桂酯30-60份、醋酸乙烯酯30-50份、甲基丙烯酸3-10份、偶氮二异丁腈0.1-5份、乙酸乙酯100-150份。
作为一种具体的实施方式,丙烯酸系胶黏剂按照重量份数计,由以下组分组成:甲基丙烯酸月桂酯40-55份、醋酸乙烯酯35-50份、甲基丙烯酸4-8份、偶氮二异丁腈0.5-3份、乙酸乙酯100-120份。
作为一种具体的实施方式,按照重量份数计,包括丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、交联剂0.1-1.5份、硅烷偶联剂0.05-1.6份、抗氧化剂0.04-0.4份、防蓝助剂0.2-0.4份。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的防蓝光OCA光学胶,其通过调整各组分的配比,使得该光学胶具有优异的粘结性能,同时通过添加防蓝助剂,能够使该光学胶具有防蓝光的作用,对370nm-450nm蓝光波段的过滤率达95%以上,能够很好地保护眼睛的健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
一种防蓝光OCA光学胶,按照重量份数计,包括丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、交联剂0.1-2份、硅烷偶联剂0.05-2份、抗氧化剂0.01-0.5份、防蓝助剂0.05-0.5份,其中,丙烯酸系胶黏剂的重均分子量范围为100万~200万,玻璃化温度为-60~-30℃。交联剂选自异氰酸酯交联剂和环氧交联剂中的至少一种。抗氧化剂选自对苯二胺类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的至少一种;防蓝助剂选自酮类防蓝助剂、钨酸盐类防蓝助剂中的至少一种,酮类防蓝助剂选用了苯并咪唑酮类颜料,所述钨酸盐类防蓝助剂选自稀土离子改性的钒钨酸盐、稀土离子改性的钼钨酸盐中的至少一种。
这里,该丙烯酸系胶黏剂采用了以下配方制得:按照重量份数计,由以下组分组成,甲基丙烯酸月桂酯30-60份、醋酸乙烯酯30-50份、甲基丙烯酸3-10份、偶氮二异丁腈0.1-5份、乙酸乙酯100-150份。优选地,该丙烯酸系胶黏剂按照重量份数计,由以下组分组成:甲基丙烯酸月桂酯40-55份、醋酸乙烯酯35-50份、甲基丙烯酸4-8份、偶氮二异丁腈0.5-3份、乙酸乙酯100-120份。
作为一种优选方式,该防蓝光OCA光学胶,按照重量份数计,包括丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、交联剂0.1-1.5份、硅烷偶联剂0.05-1.6份、抗氧化剂0.04-0.4份、防蓝助剂0.2-0.4份。
实施例1
一种防蓝光OCA光学胶,按照重量份数计,包括丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、异氰酸酯交联剂0.1份、硅烷偶联剂1份、对苯二胺类抗氧剂0.05份。该丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂按照重量份数计,由以下组分组成:甲基丙烯酸月桂酯30份、醋酸乙烯酯50份、甲基丙烯酸6份、偶氮二异丁腈1份、乙酸乙酯100份。
本例中,在其他组分相同的情况下,分别添加苯并咪唑酮类颜料0.04份、0.05份、0.1份、0.2份、0.3份、0.4份、0.5份、0.6份,经测试,在GB/T2410-2008标准下,该胶水的透光度分别为88%、90%、90%、91%、92%、91%、90%、89%,雾度分别为1.1%、1.0%、1.0%、0.9%、0.8%、0.8%、0.9%、1.1%,蓝光的阻断率分别为92%、95%、95.5%、98%、98.5%、99.5%、96%、92%。由此,我们可知,防蓝助剂的添加量在0.05-0.5份间,其产品的透光度较好,蓝光阻断率较高,特别是添加量在0.2-0.4份之间时,蓝光阻断率最好。
实施例2
本例中提供一种丙烯酸系胶黏剂,按照重量份数计,由以下组分组成:甲基丙烯酸月桂酯50份、醋酸乙烯酯45份、甲基丙烯酸6份、偶氮二异丁腈2.5份、乙酸乙酯120份。
一种防蓝光OCA光学胶,按照重量份数计,包括上述丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、防蓝助剂0.4份,其交联剂、硅烷偶联剂的添加量见下表。

根据表1中的各实施例的配方制得OCA光学胶,并通过以下步骤来制备光学胶制品:首先,使用刮刀在PET离型膜(厚度为50μm)的表面涂抹一层由表1中的各实施例制成的光学胶涂层(干胶厚度为50μm);随后,离型膜放置在温度90度的烘箱中,放置3分钟使溶剂挥发,得到干膜。
根据GB/T2792-1998对上述光学胶制品进行粘着力的测试,测试结果见表1,从表1中,我们可以看出,上述配方制得的OCA光学胶,其具有良好的粘着性能。

1.一种防蓝光OCA光学胶,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、异氰酸酯交联剂0.1份、硅烷偶联剂0.05-2份、抗氧化剂0.01-0.5份、防蓝助剂0.4份,其中,丙烯酸系胶黏剂的重均分子量范围为100万~200万,玻璃化温度为-60~-30℃;抗氧化剂选自对苯二胺类抗氧剂;防蓝助剂选自苯并咪唑酮类颜料, 丙烯酸系胶黏剂按照重量份数计,由以下组分组成:甲基丙烯酸月桂酯30-60份、醋酸乙烯酯30-50份、甲基丙烯酸3-10份、偶氮二异丁腈0.1-5份、乙酸乙酯100-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防蓝光OCA光学胶,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、异氰酸酯交联剂0.1份、硅烷偶联剂1份、抗氧化剂0.05份、防蓝助剂0.4份,其中,丙烯酸系胶黏剂按照重量份数计,由以下组分组成:甲基丙烯酸月桂酯30份、醋酸乙烯酯50份、甲基丙烯酸6份、偶氮二异丁腈1份、乙酸乙酯100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防蓝光OCA光学胶,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、异氰酸酯交联剂0.1份、硅烷偶联剂0.05份、抗氧化剂0.1份、防蓝助剂0.4份,其中,丙烯酸系胶黏剂按照重量份数计,由以下组分组成:甲基丙烯酸月桂酯50份、醋酸乙烯酯45份、甲基丙烯酸6份、偶氮二异丁腈2.5份、乙酸乙酯120份。
