the filling assembly comprises an electric control lifter and a filling gun, a telescopic cylinder of the electric control lifter is provided with a transverse plate, and a guide pipe is arranged in the transverse plate; one end of the flow guide pipe is branched into a plurality of branch pipes, the other end of the flow guide pipe is converged into a main pipe, the main pipe is connected with the fermentation tank through a hose, the lower end of each branch pipe is connected with one filling gun, each filling gun comprises a gun body, a coil is wound outside the gun body, and the coil is connected with a direct-current power supply through an electric control switch; the bottom of the gun body is contracted to form a conical surface, an air suction hole is further processed at the bottom of the gun body, one end of the air suction hole extends to the bottom surface of the gun body, and the other end of the air suction hole extends to the upper part of the conical surface and is provided with an electric control air suction pump; a liquid filling cavity is formed in the gun body, the upper end of the liquid filling cavity is communicated with the branch pipe through a liquid inlet hole, and a through hole is formed in the lower end of the liquid filling cavity and extends to the bottom surface of the filling gun; the upper surface of the liquid filling cavity is a conical surface, and the lower surface of the liquid filling cavity is a plane; the movable block is arranged in the liquid filling cavity and comprises a cross-shaped rod, a liquid outlet cylinder and a depth measuring tube, the cross-shaped rod is cross-shaped in section and is arranged in the liquid inlet hole, the cross-shaped rod can slide in the liquid inlet hole, the side surface of the cross-shaped rod is attached to the inner wall of the liquid inlet hole, and the lower end of the cross-shaped rod is fixedly connected with the liquid outlet cylinder; a permanent magnet is placed in a gap of the side wall of the liquid outlet cylinder, a step surface is processed on the outer surface of the liquid outlet cylinder, the step surface can be tightly attached to the conical surface, the liquid outlet cylinder is hollow, a liquid flow hole is processed on the side edge of the liquid outlet cylinder to communicate the inner cavity of the liquid outlet cylinder with the liquid filling cavity, and the liquid flow hole is positioned at the lower part of the step surface; the bottom surface of the liquid outlet cylinder can be attached to the bottom surface of the liquid filling cavity; the depth measuring tube is arranged in the through hole and can slide in the through hole, one end of the depth measuring tube is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the liquid outlet barrel and is communicated with the liquid outlet barrel cavity, the other end of the depth measuring tube extends out of the through hole to the bottom of the filling gun, and a wireless liquid level sensor is arranged at the bottom end of the depth measuring tube;
the conveying assembly comprises a conveying guide rail, a conveying wheel and a filling conveying plate, the conveying guide rail is arranged below the filling guns and is provided with two mutually parallel conveying guide rails, and the extending direction of the conveying guide rails is the same as the arrangement direction of the filling guns; the filling conveying plates are arranged between the two conveying guide rails, rollers are arranged on two sides of each filling conveying plate, the rollers on the two sides are respectively arranged on the two conveying guide rails, so that the filling conveying plates are arranged between the conveying guide rails, and the filling conveying plates can move along the conveying guide rails; friction plates are arranged on two sides of the filling and conveying plate, and positioning holes are processed on the filling and conveying plate; the transmission wheel is controlled to rotate by a motor, the transmission wheel is pressed against the friction plate and is tightly attached to the friction plate, so that the friction plate is driven to move by friction force when the transmission wheel rotates, the upper side and the lower side of the filling transport plate are respectively provided with the light emitter and the light receiver, and when the positioning hole moves to be right below the light emitter, the light receiver and the positioning hole are positioned on the same vertical plane, and the light emitter and the light receiver are opposite to each other up and down; the upper surface of the filling and conveying plate is also provided with a sour milk bottle clamping assembly; the sour milk bottle clamping assembly comprises a fixed clamping plate and a movable clamping plate, the fixed clamping plate is in a semi-cylindrical shape, the upper end of the fixed clamping plate is bent inwards to form a hooping part, the movable clamping plate is detachably inserted on the filling conveying plate, and a sour milk bottle can be clamped between the fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate; a bottle dropping through hole is processed on the filling conveying plate between the fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate, and a diaphragm is adhered in the bottle dropping through hole; when the positioning hole moves to the position under the light emitter, each diaphragm is positioned right above one electric control telescopic cylinder, a bottle receiving cylinder is arranged at the upper end of each electric control telescopic cylinder, the bottle receiving cylinder is a cylinder body with an opening at the upper end, the upper end of each bottle receiving cylinder is processed into a sharp-prick shape, and the bottle receiving cylinder can accommodate a sour milk bottle;
the electric control lifter, the electric control switch, the motor, the electric control air pump, the electric control telescopic cylinder, the light emitter and the light receiver are all connected with the controller through data lines, the controller controls the running or suspension of the electric control lifter, the electric control switch, the motor, the electric control air pump and the electric control telescopic cylinder, and the wireless liquid level sensor is wirelessly connected with the controller and transmits the measurement data of the wireless liquid level sensor to the controller.
2. The yogurt filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a limit clamp is detachably mounted on the telescopic cylinder of the electrically controlled lifter.
3. The yogurt filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the stepped surface, the bottom surface of the liquid outlet cylinder and the conical surface of the bottom of the gun body are provided with latex pads.
4. Yogurt filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the depth measuring tube is further coated with a latex ring.
5. A method for filling yogurt by using the filling device of any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the following steps:
(1) arranging the sour milk bottles to be filled on the filling conveying plate in parallel, abutting against the fixed clamping plate, and then inserting the movable clamping plate on the filling conveying plate to enable the movable clamping plate and the fixed clamping plate to clamp the sour milk bottles; the controller is started, the motor is controlled by the controller to drive the transmission wheel to rotate, the filling transport plate is driven to transmit forwards through the friction plate, when the positioning hole moves between the light emitter and the light receiver, light rays emitted by the light emitter are received by the light receiver, the light receiver transmits signals to the controller, the controller receives the signals of the light receiver and then outputs instructions to control the motor to stop working, and the filling transport plate stops moving;
(2) the controller receives signals of the light receiver and simultaneously outputs instructions to the electric control lifter and starts timing, the electric control lifter is controlled to contract to drive the transverse plate to move downwards, when the transverse plate moves downwards to the conical surface at the bottom of the gun body to tightly press the bottle mouth, the time set by an internal program of the controller is reached, the electric control lifter is controlled to stop working by the controller at the moment, and simultaneously the instructions are output to the electric control air pump and the electric control switch to control the electric control air pump to start working, so that negative pressure is formed in the sour milk bottle, and the sour milk can be filled into the bottle more easily and more quickly; the electric control switch is controlled to be switched off, the coil is powered off, the magnetism disappears, the moving block moves downwards under the action of gravity, the stepped surface is separated from the conical surface, and the yoghourt flows into the liquid filling cavity from the fermentation tank through the hose, the guide pipe and the gap of the cross rod;
(3) at the moment, because the bottom surface of the liquid outlet cylinder is attached to the bottom surface of the liquid filling cavity, the yoghourt in the liquid filling cavity enters the liquid outlet cylinder from the liquid flowing hole, then enters the yoghourt bottle from the liquid outlet cylinder through the depth measuring tube for filling, and after the moving block moves downwards, the depth measuring tube also extends to the bottom position of the yoghourt bottle;
(4) when the yoghourt liquid level reaches a certain height, the controller controls the electric control air suction pump to stop working through information sent back by the wireless liquid level sensor, and controls the electric control switch to close and the controller to start timing at the same time, the coil is electrified to generate magnetism, and the permanent magnet is placed in the gap of the side wall of the liquid outlet cylinder, the magnetic attraction of the coil enables the moving block to integrally move upwards, the stepped surface is attached to the conical surface again, so that the yoghourt is prevented from flowing into the filling cavity from the guide pipe; when the liquid level of the yoghourt reaches the set height of the controller, the yoghourt bottle is not filled, and when the moving block moves upwards, the residual yoghourt in the liquid outlet cylinder continuously enters the yoghourt bottle from the depth measuring tube under the action of gravity to supplement the milk quantity in the yoghourt bottle;
(5) after the controller controls the electric control switch to be closed and the timing time reaches 3-5 s, the controller transmits an instruction to the electric control lifter again, the electric control lifter is controlled to extend, the transverse plate is driven to move upwards, and the gun body is separated from the sour milk bottle; when the timing time reaches 12-13 s, the controller transmits an instruction to the motor, the motor is controlled to operate to drive the transmission wheel to rotate, the filling transport plate is driven to transmit forwards, the filling transport plate cuts off a light path between the light emitter and the light receiver again, the transmission wheel at the rear drives the filling transport plate at the rear to move forwards to the position under the filling assembly, when the positioning hole of the filling transport plate at the rear moves to the position between the light emitter and the light receiver, the controller receives a light receiver signal again and then outputs an instruction to control the motor to stop working, the filling transport plate stops moving, and the steps are repeated to carry out filling of the next wheel.

The method for filling yoghourt by using the filling device as claimed in claim 5, wherein in the step (5), after the timing time reaches 3-5 s, the depth measuring tube is not completely accommodated in the filling gun, and the wireless liquid level sensor mounted at the bottom end of the depth measuring tube is still positioned in the yoghourt bottle; when the controller transmits an instruction to the electric control lifter again, the electric control telescopic cylinder is controlled to work according to a test result of the wireless liquid level sensor, when the timing time reaches 3-5 s and then test data of the wireless liquid level sensor is smaller than a set value or no test data exists, the fact that the yoghourt liquid level in the yoghourt bottle does not meet the requirement is shown, the controller controls the electric control telescopic cylinder to extend, the spine-shaped upper end of the bottle receiving cylinder pierces the diaphragm, the yoghourt bottle which does not meet the requirement falls into the bottle receiving cylinder, and the controller controls the electric control telescopic cylinder to contract again after the bottle receiving cylinder rises to a certain height and completely pierces the diaphragm, so that the bottle receiving cylinder is separated from the bottle falling through hole; the controller controls the total time of the extension and the contraction of the electric control telescopic cylinder to be less than or equal to 6 s; when the test data of the wireless liquid level sensor is larger than or equal to a set value after the timing time reaches 3-5 s, the controller does not control the electric control telescopic cylinder to work, and the electric control telescopic cylinder does not work.
