本发明涉及蜂窝纸芯生产领域,具体涉及蜂窝纸芯成型用送料装置,包括机架、送料机构和缓传机构,送料机构包括两个送料辊,其中一个送料辊呈中空状,该送料辊的辊面上设有若干环形槽;缓传机构包括升降条和若干缓传单元,升降条与裁切刀移动方向相反;每个缓传单元包括提升杆、线圈、海绵圈、若干输胶管和橡胶板,橡胶板滑动设置于环形槽内,海绵圈与橡胶板固定连接,输胶管贯穿呈中空状的送料辊,输胶管上设有输胶孔,且输胶管的一端与橡胶板固定连接,输胶管的另一端与线圈固定连接,输胶管上设有弹性件,提升杆与升降条固定连接,且提升杆能与线圈接触并拉动输胶管移动。采用本技术方案时,能裁切不同宽度纸张并避免纸张褶皱。

蜂窝纸芯成型用送料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及蜂窝纸芯生产领域,具体涉及蜂窝纸芯成型用送料装置。
背景技术
蜂窝纸芯是依据天然界蜂巢构造制造的,由于蜂窝纸芯具有吸声降噪的特点,通常将蜂窝纸芯作为隔音部件使用,能达到较好的隔音效果。
在蜂窝纸芯生产的过程中,纸张经涂胶复合后由传送辊送至裁切工位进行切割,为了避免横切工位的裁切刀在切割纸张时后面传送的纸张与切刀相抵发生褶皱,常用的传送方式是当裁切刀向下切时,电机暂停,从而使传送辊暂停转动送料;当裁切刀向上移时,电机启动,从而使传送辊继续送料;由于电机启动、加速需要一定的时间,纸张移动和停止的即时性较差,仍然会造成纸张褶皱。
为了解决这个问题,现有技术采用的传送辊上均匀分布有凸出辊面的呈弧形的涂胶条,涂胶条与纸张接触后可以传送纸张并对纸张进行胶水涂覆,形成的胶水条与复合前涂覆的胶水条错开;此种情况下两涂胶条之间的圆周长度即为所裁切纸张的宽度,即传送辊需要根据纸张的裁切宽度进行定制,当需要裁切不同宽度的纸张时需要更换传送辊,不仅不方便,而且影响生产效率,还导致成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便裁切不同宽度纸张以及避免纸张褶皱的送料装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案提供蜂窝纸芯成型用送料装置,包括机架、送料机构和缓传机构,所述送料机构包括转动设置于机架上的两个送料辊,其中一个送料辊呈中空状,该送料辊的辊面上设有若干环形槽;所述缓传机构包括升降条和若干缓传单元,所述升降条与裁切刀移动方向相反;每个缓传单元包括提升杆、线圈、海绵圈、若干输胶管和橡胶板,提升杆和输胶管均呈“L”形,橡胶板滑动设置于环形槽内,所述海绵圈与橡胶板固定连接,输胶管贯穿呈中空状的送料辊,输胶管上设有输胶孔,输胶管的一端与橡胶板固定连接且输胶管与橡胶板连通,输胶管的另一端与线圈固定连接,输胶管上设有弹性件,所述提升杆与升降条固定连接,且提升杆能与线圈接触并拉动输胶管移动。
本方案的技术效果是:两个送料辊转动的过程中,纸张在其中一个送料辊上海绵圈与另一个送料辊的挤压作用下进行传送;裁切刀在向下移动一段距离后,升降条向上移动,从而通过提升杆拉动线圈发生形变,并通过线圈拉动输胶管移动,进而使海绵圈发生形变并向环形槽内凹陷,海绵圈不再与纸张接触后,纸张在失去挤压力的作用下停止移动,此时裁切刀对纸张进行裁切,从而避免纸张发生褶皱,而且可以对不同纸张宽度进行裁切,不局限于送料管转动的圆周长度,另外海绵圈与纸张分离后呈中空状的送料辊内的胶水不能再从输胶孔经输胶管流至海绵圈上,有利于确保海绵圈每个位置对纸张的涂胶更加均匀,从而确保后续纸张叠层展开后形成的蜂窝纸芯质量更高。
进一步的,裁切刀上固定有按压板。本方案的技术效果是:裁切刀对纸张进行裁切后,能通过按压板对裁切后的纸张进行粘连。
进一步的,所述送料机构还包括送料盒、送料台和支撑板,所述送料盒位于裁切刀下方,送料盒的内侧壁设有导向槽,导向槽的下端呈弧形,所述支撑板上设有导向块,所述导向块滑动设置于导向槽内;送料盒的侧壁上设有出料口,所述支撑板于出料口处倾斜并与送料台接触。本方案的技术效果是:通过导向槽对导向块进行导向,在按压板的挤压作用下支撑板能按照既定路线移动并实现倾斜,实现纸张的自动传送。
进一步的,所述送料机构还包括支撑杆,所述支撑杆滑动设置于机架上,所述支撑板上转动设置有转动杆,所述支撑杆与转动杆固定连接。本方案的技术效果是:能提高支撑板移动和倾斜时的稳定性。
进一步的,所述导向块呈平键状。本方案的技术效果是:确保支撑块顺利实现转向倾斜。
进一步的,所述送料台包括水平段和斜坡段,支撑板能与水平段接触。本方案的技术效果是:层叠粘附后的纸张在经过斜坡段时有利于加固相邻两张纸张之间的粘连效果。
进一步的,支撑板能与水平段接触时,支撑板与出料口的侧壁接触。本方案的技术效果是:出料口的侧壁对支撑板进行限位,确保支撑板和水平段平滑过渡。
进一步的,所述支撑杆上固定有橡胶垫。本方案的技术效果是:有利于提高支撑杆与机架之间的摩擦力,避免支撑板在纸张的重力作用下就滑动。
进一步的,所述弹性件为弹簧,弹簧的一端与环形槽的底部固定连接,弹簧的另一端与橡胶板固定连接。本方案的技术效果是:弹簧的两端各自与环形槽的底部和橡胶板固定连接,能提高弹簧形变的即时性和稳定性。
进一步的,所述线圈为尼龙线圈。本方案的技术效果是:尼龙线圈的强度较高,有利于延长使用寿命。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:一号送料辊1、升降条2、裁切刀3、按压板4、一号齿条5、二号齿条6、水平段7、斜坡段8、送料盒9、支撑板10、导向槽11、导向块12、通槽13、出料口14、纸张15、橡胶板16、支撑杆17、转动杆18、提升杆19、尼龙线圈20、海绵圈21、输胶管22。
实施例1:
实施例1基本如附图1-4所示:如图1、2所示的蜂窝纸芯成型用送料装置,包括机架、送料机构和缓传机构,送料机构包括一号送料辊1、二号送料辊、送料盒9、送料台和支撑板10。一号送料辊1和二号送料辊转动设置在机架上,一号送料辊1通过电机驱动其顺时针转动,二号送料辊逆时针转动;如图2所示,一号送料辊1呈中空状,一号送料辊1的辊面上开有若干环形槽;机架上铺设有补胶管(图中未示出),补胶管从一号送料辊1的右端伸入一号送料辊1内,用于向一号送料辊1内补充胶水。
缓传机构包括升降条2和若干缓传单元,升降条2与裁切刀3移动方向相反,具体的,本实施例中通过曲柄滑块机构驱动裁切刀3上下移动,如图1所示,机架上滑动设置有一号齿条5,一号齿条5相当于曲柄滑块机构中的滑块,裁切刀3与一号齿条5的下端焊接,裁切刀3上焊接有按压板4;机架上还滑动设置有二号齿条6,以及机架上通过销轴转动设置有齿轮,一号齿条5与齿轮啮合,齿轮与二号齿条6啮合,二号齿条6的下端与如图2所示升降条2的上端焊接。
如图2、3所示,每个缓传单元包括提升杆19、尼龙线圈20、海绵圈21、若干输胶管22和橡胶板16,提升杆19和输胶管22均呈“L”形,橡胶板16滑动设置于环形槽内,橡胶板16上开有孔洞,海绵圈21与橡胶板16粘接;输胶管22贯穿一号送料辊1,输胶管22上开有输胶孔,输胶管22的一端与橡胶板16焊接,输胶管22的该端与橡胶板16上的孔洞连通,输胶管22的另一端通过销钉与尼龙线圈20固定连接,输胶管22上套设有弹簧,弹簧的一端与环形槽的底部焊接,弹簧的另一端与橡胶板16焊。提升杆19与升降条2焊接,提升杆19与输胶管22的朝向相反,提升杆19位于尼龙线圈20的外侧,提升杆19能与尼龙线圈20接触并通过尼龙线圈20拉动输胶管22向上移动。
如图1所示,送料台通过螺栓固定安装在机架上,送料台包括水平段7和斜坡段8。送料盒9位于按压板4正下方,送料盒9的内侧壁上开有导向槽11,导向槽11的下端呈弧形。如图1、4所示,支撑板10上焊接有导向块12,导向块12呈平键状,导向块12滑动设置于导向槽11内,送料盒9的侧壁上开有通槽13和出料口14;导向块12能在导向槽11的下端转向,并使支撑板10于出料口14处倾斜,倾斜后的支撑板10能与水平段7接触,支撑板10能与水平段7接触时,支撑板10与出料口14的下侧壁接触。
具体实施过程如下:
如图1所示的,一号送料辊1顺时针转动、二号送料辊逆时针转动的过程中,纸张15在一号送料辊1上海绵圈21与二号送料辊的挤压作用下向左进行传送并完成胶水条涂覆。
裁切刀3在向下移动一段距离后,一号齿条5与齿轮啮合,从而通过齿轮带动二号齿条6向上移动,进而通过二号齿条6带动如图2所示的升降条2向上移动。如图2所示,升降条2向上移动时带动提升杆19向上移动,从而通过如图3所示的通过提升杆19拉动尼龙线圈20发生形变,并通过尼龙线圈20拉动输胶管22和橡胶板16移动,进而使海绵圈21发生形变并向环形槽内凹陷,海绵圈21不再与纸张15接触后,纸张15在失去挤压力的作用下停止移动,此时裁切刀3向下移动至图1位置对纸张15进行裁切。
当裁切刀3向上移动至图1位置时,升降条2向下移动,输胶管22在弹簧的作用下复位,海绵圈21也从环形槽内凸出,再次对纸张15进行传送。
裁切后的纸张15叠放在如图1所示的支撑板10上,按压板4向下移动时对支撑板10上的纸张15进行按压并使相邻纸张15粘连,并且按压板4推动图1的支撑板10从上方位置移动至下方位置;当导向块12随支撑板10移动至导向槽11下方时,支撑板10在按压板4的挤压作用下倾斜并与送料台的水平段7接触,随后粘连的纸张15可以在按压板4的挤压作用下自动传送。
其中当支撑板10上层叠有一摞粘连的纸张15后,从图1的左侧观察,将支撑板10上的纸张15展开后,其形状如图5所示;另外,在下次使用装置时,可以人工将如图1所示支撑板10推至送料盒9的上方复位。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上,如图1所示,送料机构还包括支撑杆17,机架上开有圆孔,支撑杆17滑动设置于圆孔内,支撑杆17上粘接有橡胶垫。支撑板10上开有通孔,通孔内转动设置有转动杆18,支撑杆17的上端与转动杆18焊接。

1.蜂窝纸芯成型用送料装置,其特征在于:包括机架、送料机构和缓传机构,所述送料机构包括转动设置于机架上的两个送料辊,其中一个送料辊呈中空状,该送料辊的辊面上设有若干环形槽;所述缓传机构包括升降条和若干缓传单元,所述升降条与裁切刀移动方向相反;每个缓传单元包括提升杆、线圈、海绵圈、若干输胶管和橡胶板,提升杆和输胶管均呈“L”形,橡胶板滑动设置于环形槽内,所述海绵圈与橡胶板固定连接,输胶管贯穿呈中空状的送料辊,输胶管上设有输胶孔,输胶管的一端与橡胶板固定连接且输胶管与橡胶板连通,输胶管的另一端与线圈固定连接,输胶管上设有弹性件,所述提升杆与升降条固定连接,且提升杆能与线圈接触并拉动输胶管移动。
