本发明公开了一种装饰层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)制定版图;(2)取蜜胺泡绵塑型处理;(3)取芳纶抗菌防霉面料塑型处理;(4)在蜜胺泡绵单侧表面粘合聚氨酯胶膜;(5)将聚氨酯胶膜面同芳纶抗菌防霉面料进行粘合;(6)芳纶抗菌防霉面料按照步骤(1)制定的版图划线定位;(7)将步骤(5)的蜜胺泡绵裸露面粘合聚氨酯胶膜;(8)将步骤(7)的材料同步骤(6)的芳纶抗菌防霉面料粘合后进行绗缝;(9)将步骤(8)的材料按照步骤(1)版图裁剪后封边处理,即得产品。本申请采用聚氨酯胶膜将蜜胺泡绵和芳纶抗菌防霉面料粘合在一起,使装饰层具有较好的阻燃性、抗菌性和防霉性。本申请还提供一种装饰层,使用安全、卫生。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料领域,尤其涉及一种装饰层。
背景技术
装饰层主要用于室内、舱内、车辆或其他特殊场所的装饰使用,起到美观、隔音降噪等作用。目前常用的装饰层主要为织物类壁纸、聚酯纤维隔音板、橡胶的隔音毡或泡沫等,存在易燃烧、易发霉和释放有毒有害气体(如甲醛等)等问题。装饰层在贴附平面需具有良好的外观效果,在曲面或球性面内贴附存在褶皱起翘等现象,影响观赏性。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种装饰层的制备方法,具有操作方便,便于工业化生产的特点。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种装饰层,具有较好的阻燃和抗菌防霉性能,对环境友好、安全、卫生。
本发明的目的之一采用如下技术方案实现:
一种装饰层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照产品要求尺寸及粘扣接口位置,制定装饰层1:1比例版图;
(2)取足够尺寸蜜胺泡绵进行塑型处理;
(3)取足够尺寸芳纶抗菌防霉面料进行塑型处理;
(4)在经上述步骤(2)处理后的蜜胺泡绵单侧表面粘合聚氨酯胶膜;
(5)将上述步骤(4)处理后的材料聚氨酯胶膜面同经步骤(3)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料进行粘合;
(6)在经上述步骤(3)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料按照步骤(1)制定的版图划线定位,缝制粘扣零件;
(7)将上述步骤(5)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料蜜胺泡绵裸露面粘合聚氨酯胶膜;
(8)将上述步骤(7)处理后的材料同步骤(6)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料粘合后使用阻燃线进行绗缝;
(9)将上述步骤(8)处理后的材料按照步骤(1)版图要求裁剪后封边处理,即得产品。
进一步地,上述步骤(2)和步骤(3)中塑型处理时加热熨烫温度为130-140℃,时间为3-5s。
进一步地,上述步骤(4)中粘合过程中加热熨烫温度为130-140℃,加热时间为4-5s,上述步骤(5)中粘合过程中加热熨烫温度为130-140℃,加热时间为3-4s。
进一步地,上述步骤(8)中绗缝采用阻燃线进行菱形绗缝,针距为9-12针/3cm,距边缘2mm,菱形绗缝线格边长110-120mm。
进一步地,上述步骤(9)中采用芳纶抗菌防霉面料进行封边。
进一步地,上述步骤(9)中封边采用阻燃缝纫线明线缝制,针距为9-12针/3cm,距边缘2mm。
进一步地,还包括对封边后的产品印刷标识,检验合格后包装入库。

相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:本申请提供一种装饰层的制备方法,外层包覆芳纶抗菌防霉面料,采用聚氨酯胶膜将芳纶抗菌防霉面料和蜜胺泡绵粘合在一起,在粘合顺序上选择先将蜜胺泡绵和聚氨酯胶膜粘合,再和芳纶抗菌防霉面料粘合,得到的装饰层表面平整,无褶皱,可以更好的贴附于球面或者曲面内,并且选用蜜胺泡绵和芳纶抗菌防霉面料相结合,制备得到的装饰层具有较好的阻燃性、抗菌性和防霉性,该方法操作简便,便于工业化生产。本申请还提供一种装饰层,具有较好的阻燃和抗菌防霉性能,并且对环境友好,使用安全、卫生。

一种装饰层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照产品要求尺寸及粘扣接口位置,制定装饰层1:1比例版图;
(2)取蜜胺泡绵进行塑型处理,加热熨烫温度为130℃,时间为5s,采用成型模具塑型;
(3)取芳纶抗菌防霉面料进行塑型处理,加热熨烫温度为130℃,加热时间为5s,采用成型模具塑型;
(4)在经上述步骤(2)处理后的蜜胺泡绵单侧表面粘合聚氨酯胶膜,粘合过程加热熨烫温度为130℃,加热时间为5s;
(5)在上述步骤(4)处理后的材料聚氨酯胶膜面同经步骤(3)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料进行粘合,粘合过程中加热熨烫温度为130℃,加热时间为4s;
(6)在经上述步骤(3)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料按照步骤(1)制定的版图划线定位,缝制粘扣零件;
(7)将上述步骤(5)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料蜜胺泡绵裸露面粘合聚氨酯胶膜,粘合过程加热熨烫温度为130℃,加热时间为5s;
(8)将上述步骤(7)处理后的材料同步骤(6)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料粘合后使用阻燃线进行进行菱形绗缝,针距为9针/3cm,距边缘2mm,菱形绗缝线格边长110mm,粘合过程中加热熨烫温度为130℃,加热时间为4s;
(9)将上述步骤(8)处理后的材料按照步骤(1)版图要求裁剪后封边处理,封边采用阻燃缝纫线明线缝制,针距为9针/3cm,距边缘2mm;
(10)对上述步骤(9)封边后的产品印刷标识,检验合格后包装入库。

(8)将上述步骤(7)处理后的材料同步骤(6)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料粘合后使用阻燃线进行进行菱形绗缝,针距为12针/3cm,距边缘2mm,菱形绗缝线格边长120mm,粘合过程中加热熨烫温度为140℃,加热时间为3s;
(9)将上述步骤(8)处理后的材料按照步骤(1)版图要求裁剪后封边处理,封边采用阻燃缝纫线明线缝制,针距为12针/3cm,距边缘2mm;

分别评价实施例1和对比例1的装饰材料的外观的平整性,对比例1中先将聚氨酯胶膜粘合在芳纶抗菌防霉面料的表面,再粘合蜜胺泡绵,粘接于芳纶抗菌防霉面料表面的聚氨酯胶膜自身易发生粘连后难以揭开使面料产生褶皱,影响装饰层整体的平整性。本申请中采用先将聚氨酯胶膜粘合在蜜胺泡绵的表面,再和芳纶抗菌防霉面料粘合,得到的装饰层平整性较好,不易产生褶皱。
分别检测实施例1和对比例2至4所得装饰层的阻燃性、抗菌性和防霉性,其中防霉性分别检测黑曲霉AS3.3928、绳状青霉AS3.3875、绿色木霉AS3.3935、宛氏拟青霉AS3.4253、短柄帚霉AS3.3985、赭绿青霉AS3.4302,确定防霉等级,结果如表1至3所示。

由表1至3可以看出,本申请实施例1的装饰层在阻燃性、抗菌性和防霉性上均优于对比例2至4,对比例2至4中将本申请中原料蜜胺泡绵替换为隔音毡或聚乙烯泡沫,或者芳纶抗菌防霉面料替换为涤纶防霉面料,制备得到的装饰层在阻燃性、抗菌性和防霉性上均不及本申请实施例1,本申请实施例1中通过聚氨酯胶膜将蜜胺泡绵和芳纶抗菌防霉面料粘合后制备得到,两种材质相互配合,协同增效,发挥较好的阻燃、抗菌、防霉的效果。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种装饰层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照产品要求尺寸及粘扣接口位置,制定装饰层1:1比例版图;
(2)取足够尺寸蜜胺泡绵进行塑型处理;
(3)取足够尺寸芳纶抗菌防霉面料进行塑型处理;
(4)在经上述步骤(2)处理后的蜜胺泡绵单侧表面粘合聚氨酯胶膜;
(5)将上述步骤(4)处理后的材料聚氨酯胶膜面同经步骤(3)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料进行粘合;
(6)在经上述步骤(3)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料按照步骤(1)制定的版图划线定位,缝制粘扣零件;
(7)将上述步骤(5)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料蜜胺泡绵裸露面粘合聚氨酯胶膜;
(8)将上述步骤(7)处理后的材料同步骤(6)处理后的芳纶抗菌防霉面料粘合后使用阻燃线进行绗缝;
(9)将上述步骤(8)处理后的材料按照步骤(1)版图要求裁剪后封边处理,即得产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述装饰层的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)和步骤(3)中塑型处理时加热熨烫温度为130-140℃,时间为3-5s。
3.根据权利要求1所述装饰层的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(4)和步骤(7)中粘合过程中加热熨烫温度为130-140℃,加热时间为4-5s,上述步骤(5)和(8)中粘合过程中加热熨烫温度为130-140℃,加热时间为3-4s。
4.根据权利要求1所述装饰层的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(8)中绗缝采用阻燃线进行菱形绗缝,针距为9-12针/3cm,距边缘2mm,菱形绗缝线格边长110-120mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述装饰层的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(9)中采用芳纶抗菌防霉面料进行封边。
6.根据权利要求1所述装饰层的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(9)中封边采用阻燃缝纫线明线缝制,针距为9-12针/3cm,距边缘2mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述装饰层的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括对封边后的产品印刷标识,检验合格后包装入库。
8.一种装饰层,其特征在于,由权利要求1至7任一项所述方法制备得到。
