Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating diabetic complications and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating diabetic complications and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Diabetes is diabetes of traditional Chinese medicine, and the pathology of diabetes is yin deficiency and dryness heat, which is related to lung, spleen and kidney, namely lung heat, spleen and stomach heat and kidney deficiency. Diabetic complications are a common chronic complication, which is a transformation from diabetic lesions with considerable consequences. The diabetic complication, namely diabetes, is the core and key point of diabetes treatment, and the traditional diabetes treatment focuses on changes of blood sugar and blood pressure, so the diabetic complication is not effectively controlled. The pathological cause of diabetic complications is the atherosclerotic lesion of corresponding organs, namely, the kidney, eye and foot diseases mainly comprise tiny blood vessels, the brain and heart diseases mainly comprise medium blood vessels, and the pathological basis is atherosclerosis. In 2010, according to the statistical data of the American Diabetes Association (ADA), the probability of complication is more than 46% for the diabetics with more than 3 years; the probability of complications of the diabetic patients of more than 5 years is more than 61%; the probability of complications of more than 10 years of diabetes patients is as high as 98%.
Modern medical treatment mainly depends on operations, bridging, stents, intervention, internal hormone infusion, metformin, insulin and the like, some side effects are not avoided, the curative effect is more difficult to last, and only traditional Chinese medicines have better curative effect. However, for treating atherosclerotic angiitis and diabetic gangrene, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is generally prepared from angelica sinensis Sini decoction, fencing decoction, Simiao Yongan decoction and the like, and has disordered order and continuous addition and subtraction when being taken, no particularly effective method is always used for overcoming the defects, and the disease deterioration, severe pain, necrosis and the like cannot be prevented. Therefore, how to research a traditional Chinese medicine composition which can well treat diabetic complications and has no side effect is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a Chinese medicinal composition for treating diabetic complications without side effects and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating diabetic complications comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40-48 parts of ginkgo leaves, 20-25 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 25-45 parts of schisandra chinensis, 15-20 parts of leech, 10-15 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 7-15 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 11-14 parts of gardenia, 10-15 parts of rheum officinale, 8-15 parts of angelica sinensis, 15-20 parts of wolfberry, 3-5 parts of coptis chinensis, 25-30 parts of common yam rhizome, 7-15 parts of mulberry twigs, 15-20 parts of myrrh, 5-8 parts of agilawood and 7-10 parts of rosin.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention achieves the balance of yin and yang by clearing heat and moistening lung, promoting the production of body fluid to quench thirst, clearing stomach and nourishing yin, tonifying spleen and stomach, and nourishing yin and tonifying kidney. Restoring the functions of lung, spleen, kidney and pancreas, and treating diseases such as diabetes, hyperglycemia and hyperglycemia.
Preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
43-45 parts of ginkgo leaves, 22-24 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 30-35 parts of schisandra chinensis, 18-20 parts of leech, 11-13 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 10-13 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 12-14 parts of gardenia, 12-14 parts of rheum officinale, 10-14 parts of angelica sinensis, 17-19 parts of wolfberry, 3-4 parts of coptis chinensis, 27-29 parts of common yam rhizome, 10-13 parts of mulberry twigs, 17-19 parts of myrrh, 5-7 parts of agilawood and 8-10 parts of rosin.
More preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
44 parts of ginkgo leaves, 23 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 33 parts of schisandra chinensis, 19 parts of leech, 12 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 12 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 13 parts of gardenia, 13 parts of rheum officinale, 12 parts of angelica sinensis, 18 parts of wolfberry fruits, 3 parts of coptis chinensis, 28 parts of common yam rhizome, 12 parts of mulberry twigs, 18 parts of myrrh, 6 parts of agilawood and 9 parts of rosin.
The effects of the raw materials in the invention are as follows:
ginkgo leaf: : sweet, bitter, astringent and neutral in nature and taste, enters heart and lung meridians, has the functions of astringing lung, relieving asthma, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and relieving pain, and is used for treating lung deficiency cough and asthma, coronary heart disease, angina pectoris and hyperlipidemia. A large number of pharmacological experimental results show that the components with important pharmacological activity in the ginkgo leaves have two main categories: ginkgetin glycoside and ginkgolide. The ginkgo leaf flavonoid glycoside has the functions of obviously reducing blood fat and cholesterol, increasing blood volume of coronary artery, reducing oxygen consumption of cardiac muscle and improving microcirculation. It is also a free radical scavenger, and has antiaging and anticancer effects. Ginkgolide B is an antagonist of Platelet Activating Factor (PAF), and has effects of resisting blood coagulation, reducing blood viscosity, improving blood flow characteristic, preventing thrombosis, and promoting thrombolysis. Therefore, ginkgo biloba extract and preparations have been the hot spots for research and development in the medical field since the 80 s. Ginkgo biloba leaf extract (GBE) is listed as an important medicine for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, dementia and anti-aging. Is suitable for ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension, hyperlipemia, arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, cerebral embolism, cerebral vasospasm, cerebral insufficiency, senile dementia, Parkinson's syndrome, cerebral apoplexy, myocardial infarction and allergic asthma, and can enhance memory and delay aging after long-term application. And has no toxic and side effects after long-term use. The effective components mainly include flavonoid glycosides and terpenoids. The flavonoid glycoside is mainly quercetin, kaempferide and isorhamnetin, and the terpene is mainly bilobalide and bilobalide. It can improve cell blood circulation and activate cell metabolism, and has obvious curative effect on senile dementia, cerebral injury sequelae, cerebral thrombosis and other diseases. The folium Ginkgo extract can also inhibit carcinogenesis of nitrosamine.
