Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to an effervescent tablet lotion containing a traditional Chinese medicine extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Acute eczema is a recurrent superficial inflammatory skin disease of the epidermis and dermis, and is mainly manifested by widespread, polymorphic, symmetrical dryness, itching, erythema, papules, blisters and even large exudates and erosion. The pathogenesis of the eczema is not clear, and the allergy plays an important role in the pathogenesis of the acute eczema due to the combined action of multiple internal and external factors, such as genetic factors, nerve factors, endocrine factors, external environment and the like. At present, although a plurality of medicines for oral administration or external use are used for treating acute eczema, most of medicines clinically used at present are hormone-type, sedative-type and other chemicals, and the medicines have poor treatment effect and obvious side effects. The external treatment method of eczema in traditional Chinese medicine is to select proper medicines and dosage forms according to the nature of skin lesions and the difference of disease parts, and perform external washing, wet dressing, smearing, spraying, fumigation or hip bath, and has the advantages of good curative effect, direct effect, short treatment course and small side effect, can relieve clinical symptoms, effectively improve skin lesions, avoid adverse reactions of external hormones, and can control disease recurrence to a certain extent, so that the external treatment method is increasingly valued. Therefore, it is important to find a new external medicine for treating eczema, which has good effect, low cost, no toxic or side effect and no irritation to skin.

Example 6: effect of the effervescent tablet lotion of the present invention on delayed hypersensitivity in mice
(1) Experimental animals: ICR mice 30 (purchased from Chengdu laboratory animal Co., ltd.) were half-aged 5-8 weeks old and had a weight of 18-26 g.
(2) Experimental grouping: blank group (normal saline), model group (normal saline), low dose treatment group (prepared by mixing effervescent tablet lotion prepared in example 5 with 1000ml purified water), high dose treatment group (prepared by mixing effervescent tablet lotion prepared in example 5 with 500ml purified water), and positive control group (Ganlin lotion).
(3) The experimental process comprises the following steps: 30 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups of 6 mice each, and all mice were dehaired on their backs with depilatory cream. Except for the control group, the other groups of mice were sensitized by applying 2% 2, 4-dinitrofluorobenzene on the abdomen, applying the same time 1 time the next day, applying 4h times the next day, each group was applied by coating the same time as the other groups on the inner and outer sides of the back in the above experimental group, each group was applied at a dose of 0.5 mL back and 50 μl per ear, 2 times daily for 7 days, 30 min after the last administration, each mouse was stimulated with 30 μl of 0.5% 2, 4-dinitrofluorobenzene-acetone-olive oil solution, and the same amount of mixed matrix was applied on the inner and outer sides of the right ear as the control. After excitation, the animals are killed by cervical vertebra removal of 24 h, ears are cut off, a puncher with the diameter of 8mm is used for weighing the ears, the swelling degree, namely the delayed hypersensitivity value, is calculated, thymus and spleen are taken for weighing, and spleen and thymus coefficients are calculated. The results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1 effect on delayed hypersensitivity in mice (mean ± standard deviation, n=6)
Note that: compared with the blank group, the # P is less than 0.05, and the # P is less than 0.01; p < 0.05, P < 0.01 compared to model group. The following is the same.
From the experimental results, compared with a blank group, the ear swelling degree of the mice in the model group is obviously improved, and the thymus coefficient and the spleen coefficient are obviously improved; compared with a model group, the traditional Chinese medicine composition can obviously inhibit the ear swelling degree in both low-dose and high-dose groups, the inhibition rate reaches 32.50% and 59.56%, the thymus coefficient and the spleen coefficient can be obviously reduced, and the effect of the high-dose group is better than that of a positive control group.
Example 7: effect of the effervescent tablet lotion of the present invention on the model of mouse atopic dermatitis
(1) Experimental animals: ICR mice 30 (purchased from Chengdu laboratory animal Co., ltd.) were half-aged 5-8 weeks old and had a weight of 18-26 g.

(3) The experimental process comprises the following steps: 30 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups of 6 mice each, and all mice had about 2X 3 cm for abdominal shearing and back dehairing on the day prior to the experiment 2 Except for the blank group, the mice in the other groups were sensitized by applying 2% 2, 4-dinitrofluorobenzene to the abdomen, and then applying 1 time the next day, so that dermatitis was induced by applying 0.5% 2, 4-dinitrofluorobenzene to the back dehairing area on days 5 and 8 after sensitization, and each group was started to be applied to the back dehairing area according to the above experimental group for 4 hours after the first excitation, and each dose of the group was 0.5 mL to the back and 50 μl to the ear, and the application was 2 times per day for 7 days. On day 8, continuing administration to dehairing part and double ears, and after 1.1 h, applying 30 μl of 0.5% 2, 4-dinitrofluorobenzene solution to right ear for excitation, applying equivalent solvent to left ear for control, and then applying the right ear for 1 time after 6 hours. After excitation, 24-h, cervical vertebrae are removed, mice are sacrificed, double ears are weighed, and the difference between the weights of the two ears is used as a swelling degree index; sectioningThymus and spleen were weighed and organ coefficients were calculated. The results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 effect on mouse atopic dermatitis model (mean ± standard deviation, n=6)
From the experimental results, compared with a blank group, the ear swelling degree of the mice in the model group is obviously improved, and the thymus coefficient and the spleen coefficient are obviously improved; compared with a model group, the traditional Chinese medicine composition can obviously inhibit the ear swelling degree in both low-dose and high-dose groups, the inhibition rate reaches 47.30% and 64.43%, the thymus coefficient and the spleen coefficient can be obviously reduced, and the effect of the high-dose group is better than that of a positive control group.
