Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of infectious disease detection, and particularly relates to a special enrichment sampling medical mask for respiratory tract transmitted pathogens.
Background
Pathogen detection is a gold standard for the definitive diagnosis of infectious diseases, and in the past diagnosis of respiratory infectious diseases, a swab collection method of the oropharyngeal or nasopharyngeal portion of the upper respiratory tract is often used to obtain samples of suspected cases. However, for those patients with lower bronchial tubes or lung lesions, the number of pathogens in the nasopharyngeal part of the upper respiratory tract is usually small, so that the pathogen pathogens scraped by the swab are also small, and finally the problem of missed diagnosis with false negative detection results occurs. This problem is very common in the case of suspected cases of avian influenza in the past, but is more prominent and serious in the case of recent novel coronavirus pneumonia, because the infection propagation site of the novel coronavirus is in the lung and the upper respiratory tract is rarely present, and it is very difficult, sometimes even impossible, to collect samples of the lower respiratory tract such as deep cough sputum, alveolar lavage fluid, bronchial lavage fluid, respiratory tract aspirate, etc.; this causes many patients with the novel coronavirus recessive infectivity, even patients or 'rehabilitation discharge patients' to have negative detection results due to the failure of collecting the virus-containing disease material, causes the bacteria-carrying person to be unable to identify isolation and observation treatment as early as possible, and the ill patients to be unable to accurately carry out curative effect observation and discharge discrimination, not only causes the delay of case report and the spread of epidemic situation of the infectious disease, but also brings great difficulty to the isolation and treatment of the patients, and becomes a great technical problem to effectively block the novel coronavirus pneumonia. In addition, even if a swab sample of the upper respiratory tract needs to be collected, the swab is not easy to collect, and serious discomfort can be brought to a patient when the throat swab is put on the rear wall of the pharynx and is applied forcibly; if the collection of the nasopharyngeal swab with higher positive rate is performed, the collection is completed by trained medical personnel. Therefore, it is highly desirable to invent a method and a tool that are simple, convenient and efficient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the medical mask special for enrichment and sampling of respiratory tract transmitted pathogens.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides a medical gauze mask of special enrichment sampling of respiratory track transmission pathogen, includes main part inoxidizing coating, resin bridge of the nose strip and ear area, the main part inoxidizing coating from outer to interior nonwoven protective layer, melt-blown cloth filter layer, nonwoven isolation layer, melt-blown cloth pathogen enrichment layer and nonwoven skin care layer have set gradually.
The invention has the innovation point that the enrichment sampling medical mask special for respiratory tract pathogens is designed, and the enrichment and acquisition of respiratory tract infection pathogens are realized by wearing the mask by a person to be sampled, so that the dilemma that the lower respiratory tract infection pathogens are difficult to acquire in the past is overcome, the content of the pathogens in a sample can be greatly improved, and the infection risk that a person who samples the respiratory tract infection pathogens contacts with an infection source face to face is avoided.
Further, the four sides of the melt-blown fabric pathogen enrichment layer and the non-woven fabric skin care layer are internally provided with rectangular cutting lines which are folded by 1-2 cm, and the cutting lines are convenient to tear the melt-blown fabric pathogen enrichment layer and the non-woven fabric skin care layer so as to obtain the required melt-blown fabric pathogen enrichment layer.
Furthermore, a plurality of horizontal cutting lines are arranged in a rectangular area defined by the cutting lines on the melt-blown fabric pathogen enrichment layer, so that the melt-blown fabric enriched with the pathogens is conveniently torn into small strips, and the pathogens can be more conveniently and effectively eluted from the melt-blown fabric in the later period.
Furthermore, the distance between the horizontal cutting lines in the rectangular area surrounded by the cutting lines is 0.5-1.5 cm, the preferable distance is 1.0cm, and too close cutting distance can cause too much air leakage to influence the whole pathogen capturing effect of the melt-blown fabric; too thin a distance can result in too large a torn melt-blown cloth strip; and excessive entanglement during later elution treatment, which affects the release of pathogens.
Furthermore, the melt-blown fabric pathogen enrichment layer is made of one or more layers of melt-blown fabrics, the melt-blown fabrics are superfine polypropylene fiber melt-blown materials, the fiber diameter is 1-3 micrometers, and the melt-blown fabric has good filterability.
The invention has the advantages that: 1. by utilizing the characteristic that respiratory infectious disease patients can continuously exhale pathogens from the lung, the melt-blown non-woven fabric filter cotton has the characteristics of capturing, intercepting and enriching viruses, the design of the original medical mask is skillfully improved, and a melt-blown pathogen enrichment layer is mainly added to collect the continuously exhaled pathogens, so that the quantity of the collectable pathogens is greatly increased, and the pathogen detection sensitivity is finally greatly improved; 2. the mask adopts a five-layer design, and the outer three layers can well filter dust and pathogens in the outside air, so that the phenomenon that the external pathogens are cross-polluted to a melt-blown pathogen enrichment layer is avoided; 3. the cutting lines arranged on the melt-blown fabric pathogen enrichment layer and the non-woven fabric skin care layer close to the inner side can facilitate a user to take out the melt-blown fabric pathogen enrichment layer and tear the melt-blown fabric pathogen enrichment layer into small strips. 4. The sampling can be automatically completed by a person to be sampled, so that the risk of infection of the person to be sampled is greatly reduced, and the sampling efficiency is improved; 5. simple process, low cost, convenient use, excellent effect and good popularization and application value.

The main part inoxidizing coating is provided with five layers, and outer three-layer is outside protection filter layer, and the main function is keeping apart outside pathogen, when for being sampled the people and providing the protection, avoids outside pathogen cross contamination to melt-blown cloth pathogen enrichment layer 4, ensures the sampling specificity of melt-blown cloth pathogen enrichment layer 4.
In order to better obtain pathogens on the melt-blown fabric pathogen enrichment layer after sampling, cutting lines 6 are arranged on the melt-blown fabric pathogen enrichment layer 4 and the non-woven fabric skin care layer 5. The cutting lines 6 on the melt-blown fabric pathogen-enriched layer 4 and the non-woven fabric skin-care layer 5 are folded along the four sides of the mask to form a rectangular design, for example, the size of the medical mask is 18 multiplied by 9cm, and the size of a rectangular area surrounded by the cutting lines 6 on the melt-blown fabric pathogen-enriched layer 4 and the non-woven fabric skin-care layer 5 is 16 multiplied by 7 cm; and a plurality of horizontal cutting lines are arranged in a rectangular area surrounded by the cutting lines 6 on the melt-blown pathogen enrichment layer 4, and the distance between the horizontal cutting lines is 1.0 cm. The rectangular cutting line is matched with the horizontal cutting line in the rectangular cutting line, so that the melt-blown pathogen enrichment layer 4 can be conveniently stripped out in a small strip shape, the later pathogen elution operation is facilitated, and more pathogens are released as far as possible.
The use method of the embodiment is as follows: when a person who wears the medical mask and is sampled breathes or speaks, pathogens of an upper respiratory tract, particularly pathogens positioned on a lower respiratory tract such as a lung, can be continuously exhaled and adsorbed on the meltblown pathogen enrichment layer 4, after the pathogens are collected for a period of time, a very large number of pathogens can be accumulated in the rectangular cutting line area of the meltblown pathogen enrichment layer 4 close to the oral cavity, the non-woven fabric skin care layer 5 is firstly torn along the cutting line 6 in the later period, and then the area with the cutting line scribed in the meltblown pathogen enrichment layer 4 is torn down one by using tweezers.
