Sampling layer
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the sampling layer 14 may contain an adsorbent material for adsorbing viruses in the aerosol exhaled by the wearer. The kind of the adsorbent in the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to the actual circumstances. But comprehensively considering the aspects of production cost, adsorption capacity of the adsorption material, convenience for virus adsorption, convenience for virus elution when the adsorption material is contacted with a buffer solution and the like, the adsorption material can comprise at least one of cotton, graphite, graphene, activated carbon, porous carbon materials, polyester fibers, nylon and polypropylene fibers, the adsorption material is used in a sampling layer to effectively adsorb viruses in aerosol exhaled by a human body, and then the adsorption material is eluted to realize virus collection.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the sampling layer 14 may be disposed on at least a portion of the inner surface layer 12 corresponding to the nose and mouth of the user, where the nose and mouth correspond to the area where the concentration of the aerosol exhaled by the human body is the largest and where the viruses are most distributed, and the sampling layer may be disposed on at least a portion of the inner surface layer corresponding to the nose and mouth of the user, so as to adsorb the viruses in the aerosol quickly and efficiently, thereby improving the sampling efficiency and effect.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1-2, the sampling layer 14 may comprise: an adhesive sub-layer 141 and an absorbent material sub-layer 142, wherein the adhesive sub-layer 141 may be releasably bonded to the inner surface layer 12; the adsorbent material sub-layer 142 may be disposed on a side of the adhesive sub-layer 141 remote from the inner surface layer 12, wherein the adsorbent material sub-layer 142 may be directly or indirectly attached to the inner surface layer 12 via the adhesive sub-layer 141, wherein fig. 2 is an exploded view of the adhesive sub-layer 141 and the adsorbent material sub-layer 142. The adsorbing material sub-layer 142 includes an adsorbing material and is adapted to collect viruses therethrough, wherein the adsorbing material may include at least one selected from the group consisting of cotton, graphite, graphene, activated carbon, porous carbon material, polyester fiber, nylon, and polypropylene fiber. By adopting the arrangement, when the detection requirement is met, the sampling layer can be fixed on the inner surface layer of the mask body through the sticking sub-layer, so that the adsorption material sub-layer is contacted with the region corresponding to the mouth and the nose, and the sampling is carried out in the using process of the sampling mask; after the sampling is completed, the adhesive sub-layer is peeled from the inner surface layer of the cover body, the sampling layer is disassembled, and the virus is conveniently detected in the follow-up process, so that the sampling is convenient, the time for the sampling personnel to contact with the virus can be reduced, and the potential infection risk is greatly reduced. When the detection requirement is not needed, whether the sampling layer is reserved or not can be selected according to the actual situation of the person.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the composition of the adhesive sub-layer 141 is not particularly limited, and may be selected by one skilled in the art according to the actual needs, as long as the adhesive sub-layer 141 is releasably bonded to the inner surface layer 12. Preferably, the adhesive sub-layer 141 may be made of an adhesive material only, so that the structure of the sampling layer can be further simplified, the feeling of oppression of the human body when wearing the sampling mask can be reduced, and the production cost can be further reduced.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the adhesive sub-layers 141 may be disposed on at least a portion of at least one of the side edges and the middle portion of the adsorbing material sub-layer 142. The inventor finds that the mask body and the mouth and nose can play a certain fixing and supporting role in the wearing process of the sampling mask, so that the sampling layer can be fixed and detached without forming adhesive sub-layers on all parts of the surface of the sub-layer of the adsorption material. In addition, it should be noted that the distribution manner of the adhesive sub-layer in the present invention is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the distribution manner according to actual needs, for example, the adhesive sub-layer may be centrally distributed on the side edges or the middle portion of the absorbent material sub-layer, or be distributed as a plurality of adhesive dots/blocks randomly or uniformly distributed on the side edges and/or the middle portion of the absorbent material sub-layer, or be distributed on the side edges and/or the middle portion of the absorbent material sub-layer in a "cross" shape, "i" shape, "m" shape, "back" shape, "U" shape, "T" shape, or be randomly combined.
In accordance with yet another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3-8, at least one peel member 143 can be formed on the sampling layer 14. Fig. 3 to 5 are schematic views of the adhesive sub-layer, the adsorbing material sub-layer, and the release member after assembly, that is, schematic views in actual use. When the sampling layer is separated and sampled, the problems that the adhesion strength of the sticking sub-layer and the inner surface layer is too high or the edge of the sticking sub-layer is completely adhered to the inner surface layer and the like may exist, so that the sampling layer is difficult to peel off, and the sampling difficulty is increased. According to the invention, the stripping component is formed on the sampling layer, so that the sampling layer can be stripped conveniently, and the contact between sampling personnel and viruses in the sampling process can be reduced remarkably. It should be noted that the type of the peeling member in the present invention is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the peeling member according to actual needs. For example, the peel-off member may be a pop-top sticker or a pop-top strip, wherein at least a portion of the pull end of the pop-top sticker extends beyond the sampling layer; at least one part of the end part of the easy-pulling strip is not connected with the sampling layer, wherein the easy-pulling strip can be completely arranged on the sampling layer or partially extends out of the sampling layer; for another example, as shown in fig. 4, an easy-to-pull strip may be used as the peeling member 143 disposed along at least a portion of the side edge of the sampling layer 14, and the adhesive sub-layer is disposed only on the sampling layer in the region outside the easy-to-pull strip, so that the sampling layer without the adhesive sub-layer portion can be smoothly peeled off by the easy-to-pull strip.
According to still another embodiment of the present invention, the position where the peeling member 143 is disposed is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the position according to actual needs. For example, the peeling member 143 may be provided on the side of the sampling layer remote from the inner surface layer (as shown in FIG. 3), or on the side of the sampling layer close to the inner surface layer (as shown in FIG. 6 or 7), or integrally formed with the sampling layer (as shown in FIG. 5), to facilitate smooth peeling of the entire sampling layer.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 or 6, the peeling member 143 may be disposed on at least one corner of the sampling layer 14, which is more favorable for stress concentration, thereby not only facilitating peeling of the sampling layer, but also not affecting the adsorption effect of the sampling layer on viruses. Further, the manner of forming the peeling member 143 on the sampling layer 14 is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the peeling member according to actual needs, for example, the peeling member 143 and the sampling layer 14 may be integrally formed as shown in fig. 5, so that the bonding force between the peeling member and the sampling layer can be further improved, thereby facilitating the peeling of the sampling layer.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the sampling layer 14 may further include: the isolation sublayer 144, the isolation sublayer 144 may be disposed on a side of the adsorbent material sublayer 142 distal from the adhesion sublayer 141. In order to improve the adsorption capacity, the adsorption material generally has a larger specific surface area, so the adsorption material mostly exists in the form of particles or fine fibers, and the adsorption material can be coated and fixed by further arranging an isolation sub-layer, and the adsorption material can be prevented from directly contacting with the mouth and the nose of a user to further harm the health of the user, such as symptoms of breathing disorder, cough, asthma and the like.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, the barrier sub-layer 144 may be formed of a non-woven material. Therefore, the aerosol exhaled by the user can smoothly enter the adsorbing material sub-layer and is exhausted after being adsorbed by the adsorbing material sub-layer.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the isolation sublayer 144 may be a hydrophilic material, on one hand, the aerosol exhaled by the human body contains water vapor, and the hydrophilic material is used as the isolation sublayer, so that the aerosol can smoothly enter the adsorption material sublayer through the isolation sublayer, and further viruses in the aerosol are enriched in the adsorption material as much as possible, thereby improving the sampling efficiency and the effect; on the other hand, the sampling layer needs to be immersed in the buffer solution for storage after sampling, the buffer solution is mostly water-based buffer solution, and the hydrophilic material is adopted as the isolation sub-layer, so that the sampling layer can be further favorably immersed in the buffer solution completely. The hydrophilic material may be a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric, and the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric may be produced by adding a hydrophilic agent to the fibers in the production process of the nonwoven fabric, or by adding a hydrophilic agent to the fibers in the production process of the fibers.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the sampling layer 14 may further include: the rear separating sub-layer 145 and the rear separating sub-layer 145 may be disposed between the adsorbing material sub-layer 142 and the adhering sub-layer 141, wherein the rear separating sub-layer 145 may be formed of a non-woven fabric material, and is preferably formed of a non-woven fabric having hydrophobicity, such as a water-repellent non-woven fabric. The isolation sublayer is matched with the rear isolation sublayer for use, so that on one hand, the adsorption material sublayer can be integrally coated and fixed, the loss of the adsorption material during sampling is obviously reduced, and higher virus extraction amount is obtained; on the other hand, the hydrophilic material is used as the separation sub-layer, so that the aerosol exhaled by the user can smoothly enter the adsorption material sub-layer, and the hydrophobic material is used as the rear separation sub-layer, so that the output power of the aerosol can be reduced, the retention time of the aerosol in the adsorption material sub-layer can be obviously prolonged, viruses in the aerosol can be enriched in the adsorption material as much as possible, and the sampling efficiency and effect are improved.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the forming manner of the sampling layer 14 is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the forming manner according to actual needs, for example, the sub-layers in the sampling layer can be formed and assembled separately, or can be formed integrally. The sub-layers of the sampling layer can be assembled in a manner of easy separation and stripping, so that the volume of the part subjected to sample processing after stripping is small, and the sample processing is convenient.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the whole sampling layer can be stripped and detected, besides the sub-layer of the adsorbing material, other sub-layers of the sampling layer can also be loaded with a small amount of viruses, and the viruses adsorbed by the sampling layer can be extracted as much as possible by stripping and detecting the whole sampling layer, so that the sufficient amount of the viruses for detecting new coronary pneumonia or other respiratory tract infection diseases can be obtained, and the reliability of the detection result is improved.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the area of the sampling layer 14 may be 5 to 20 square centimeters. The overlarge area of the sampling layer is not beneficial to the elution of subsequent viruses, and the elution efficiency and the elution effect of the viruses can be further improved by controlling the size of the sampling layer.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the sampling mask may further include: an attachment layer 20, the attachment layer 20 being positionable on the shell 10 and adapted to attach to the face of a user to form an enclosure with the shell 10. Adopt hangers part etc. to fix the gauze mask more in current gauze mask, nevertheless because user's shape of face or fat thin difference, gauze mask and user's face can not form good enclosure space, and the aerosol of user's exhalation is most not through adsorbing and direct diffusion outside the cover body, seriously influences the enrichment efficiency of virus. According to the invention, the attachment layer is arranged on the cover body to attach the cover body to the face of a user, so that the sealing property of the cover body and the face of the user can be further improved, excessive aerosol is prevented from being diffused into the air, and the virus enrichment efficiency and effect of the sampling layer can be remarkably improved. In addition, the attachment layer is arranged on the mask body, so that the arrangement of a hanger part can be omitted, and the sampling mask can be tightly attached to the face only through the attachment layer; in addition, the bonding material for forming the bonding layer in the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, for example, the bonding layer may be formed of latex or silicone.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the attaching layer 20 may be disposed on at least a portion of the side edge of the inner surface layer, for example, when the sampling mask does not include the ear hanging component, the attaching layer may be disposed on each side edge of the inner surface layer of the mask body, and may be distributed along the circumferential edge of the inner surface layer, as shown in fig. 9, thereby further ensuring that the mask body can be closely attached to the face of the user; for another example, when the sampling mask has ear hanging parts, the attaching layers can be disposed on two sides of the inner surface layer corresponding to the cheeks, thereby further ensuring that the mask body can be closely attached to the face of the user.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, the sampling mask may further comprise: an indicating material (not shown) may be disposed on the cover and adapted to indicate the flow of water vapor or carbon dioxide. In the actual sampling process, the enrichment concentration of the virus cannot be directly known, so that it is difficult to determine the accurate sampling time. The inventor imagines that whether the enriched concentration of the virus meets the detection requirement can be indirectly judged through the flow rate of the aerosol exhaled by the user, and based on the fact that the inventor adopts an indicating material suitable for indicating the flow rate of water vapor or carbon dioxide, the quantity of the aerosol exhaled by the user is reversely deduced according to the content of the water vapor or the carbon dioxide displayed by the indicating material, and then the sampling time is determined, so that the sampling reliability can be further improved, and whether the user operates according to the sampling indication can be conveniently judged.
According to still another embodiment of the present invention, the indicator material may change color after contacting with a predetermined amount of water or carbon dioxide, whereby the content of water vapor or carbon dioxide may be estimated based on the degree of color change of the indicator material, and the amount of aerosol exhaled by the user may be deduced in reverse, thereby determining the sampling time, whereby the reliability of sampling may be further improved. It is noted that the predetermined amount of water or carbon dioxide refers to an amount of water or carbon dioxide that provides a sufficient amount of virus for detecting new coronary pneumonia or other respiratory infectious diseases, and the range or specific value of the predetermined amount can be determined by routine experimentation by one skilled in the art. For example, one skilled in the art can determine the time required for a patient to exhale a detectable amount of the virus by a step test, a parallel test, or a control test, and then calculate the amount of aerosol exhaled for that time period, while estimating the range or specific value for that predetermined amount in combination with the type of indicator material, the amount, and the concentration of water or carbon dioxide in the aerosol, etc. According to the embodiment of the invention, the carbon dioxide indicator film is used as the indicating material, the carbon dioxide indicator film can change color when the concentration of carbon dioxide in a detection environment exceeds 3%, and when the carbon dioxide indicator film is used as the indicating material, the expired air volume corresponding to the color change is enough to provide a sample volume for detecting new coronary pneumonia or other respiratory tract infection diseases. In addition, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the indicator material used is bromothymol blue, the color change requirement is that the pH value reaches 6, and the expiration volume corresponding to the color change is also enough to provide a sample volume for detecting new crown pneumonia or other respiratory infection diseases. Of course, one skilled in the art will appreciate that one skilled in the art can also estimate the range or specific value of the predetermined amount of carbon dioxide by integrating the time required to diagnose the amount of virus in a detectable amount exhaled by the patient, the volume/mass of other indicator materials used, and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the aerosol.
According to still another embodiment of the present invention, the indicating material may constitute a predetermined pattern, whereby whether sampling is completed or not may be judged according to whether or not the indicating material forms the predetermined pattern, or according to the degree to which the indicating material forms the predetermined pattern.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the type of the indicating material in the present invention is not particularly limited, and those skilled in the art can select the indicating material according to actual needs only to be able to indicate the flow rate of the water vapor or the carbon dioxide. For example, the indicating material may include, but is not limited to: at least one of water color-changing ink, color-changing silica gel, carbon dioxide indicator film, bromothymol blue and a mixture of methyl red and bromothymol blue, and the like, but the carbon dioxide indicator film or the bromothymol blue may be preferable from the aspects of raw material cost, good indication property, convenient process, and the like.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, the sampling mask may further comprise: a hanger component (not shown) that can be coupled to the shield 10. Thereby further ensuring that the sampling mask can be attached to the face of the user.
