And S302, receiving and caching court trial process information acquired through a court WEB end and a mass WEB end through a cloud server.
And the court trial process information S303 is that the cloud server respectively pushes court trial process information of the other party to the court WEB end and the mass WEB end according to the court trial room number. Wherein, in the court process, still include the silence function, as follows:
when the judgment that the mass speech in the audio and video stream acquired by a certain mass WEB end does not meet the specified requirement is made, for example, a bookkeeper directly judges the mass speech, or when the judgment that the mass speech of a mass WEB end does not meet the specified requirement is made through corresponding software, for example, the mass speech content or the emotion of the mass speech is intense, and the like, a 'mute' control corresponding to the mass WEB end displayed on a court trial room page of a court trial room is clicked, and a mute instruction is sent to another mass WEB end through the court WEB end.

For example, the original announcement does not meet the specification, the bookkeeper clicks a 'mute original announcement' control displayed on a trial room page of the court WEB end, and the court WEB end sends a mute instruction to the public WEB end used by the announcement. And after receiving the mute instruction, the crowd WEB end used by the notice sends a pull canceling instruction containing the court trial room number and the ID of the notice WEB end to the cloud server, and the cloud server suspends the pushing of the audio and video stream to the notice WEB end. After the original announcement accords with the regulation, a bookclerk clicks a 'cancel mute original announcement' control displayed on a trial room page of a court WEB end, the court WEB end sends a mute cancel instruction to a public WEB end used by the announcement, the announcement WEB end sends a stream pulling instruction containing the trial room number and the ID of the announcement WEB end to a cloud server, and the cloud server starts to continuously push audio and video streams to the announcement WEB end.
After the court trial:
after closing the court, as shown in fig. 7, the process of storing the data after the court trial is performed. Described below is one manner in which a court trial server obtains court trial process information from a cloud server.
S401, after receiving the close court instruction in the step S210, the court trial server requests court trial process information from the cloud server according to the agreed file name, which may be case number in this example. The court trial process information comprises complete court trial process information stored by a cloud server, wherein the complete court trial process information comprises record data and complete audio and video data;
s402, retrieving and acquiring court trial process information corresponding to the stored case number by the cloud server, and feeding the court trial process information back to the court trial server;
s403, the court trial server searches a corresponding schedule according to the case number, and stores the record data to a corresponding position of the database server according to the schedule; and
and S404, the court trial server stores the audio and video data to a storage server according to the schedule.
And then, the court trial server can also send an instruction to the cloud server to delete the court trial process information corresponding to the case stored in the cloud server.
And the court trial server acquires and stores court trial process information of a court trial WEB end and court trial process information data of a crowd WEB end corresponding to the court trial scheduling information from a cloud server according to the page identification of the court trial room page corresponding to the court trial scheduling information. The court trial process information of the court WEB end comprises court trial audio and video streams and court trial record information of the court WEB end, which are acquired by the court WEB end, and the court trial process information of the mass WEB end comprises court trial audio and video streams which are acquired by the mass WEB end.
In summary, the internet remote court trial provided by the application is realized based on a WEB browser, and court trial process information acquired by a court WEB end and a mass WEB end is received and cached by a cloud server in the court trial; the cloud server respectively pushes court trial process information of the other party to a court WEB end and a mass WEB end; the court trial process information at least comprises audio and video stream and/or record information acquired through each WEB end, and the court trial WEB end and the mass WEB end can acquire the audio and video stream and/or record information of the other party in real time in the court trial. Meanwhile, the defects that the audio and video exchange server in the original scheme is a single-machine deployment scheme and has defects in disaster tolerance and high availability are overcome. In addition, the court trial state and the state of the WEB ends of the masses are controlled through the WEB ends of the court, so that the court trial and the court order can be better controlled through the WEB ends of the court.

Claims (11)

1. An Internet remote court trial implementation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the court WEB end jumps to a court trial room page corresponding to the page identification according to the page identification of the court trial room page provided by the court trial server, and the page identification of the court trial room page corresponds to the court trial scheduling information one by one;
the court WEB end sends a court opening instruction to the crowd WEB end entering the court trial room page according to a court opening instruction of a court user received on the court trial room page, and starts to acquire court trial process information of the court WEB end, wherein the court trial process information comprises court trial audio and video streams and court trial record information acquired by the court WEB end to the court end;
the court WEB end sends court trial process information of the court WEB end comprising the page identification to a cloud server, the court WEB end receives and displays the court trial process information of the mass WEB end pushed by the cloud server according to the page identification, and the court trial process information of the mass WEB end comprises court trial audio and video streams collected to the home end by the mass WEB end.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the crowd WEB end skips to a court trial room page corresponding to the court trial room identifier according to the court trial room page identifier fed back by the court trial server;
after entering the court trial room page, the mass WEB receives a court opening instruction sent by the court WEB end and starts to acquire court trial process information of the mass WEB end at the local end;
and the mass WEB sends mass WEB end court trial process information comprising the court trial room page identification to the cloud server, and receives and displays the court trial process information pushed by the cloud server according to the page identification.
3. The method of claim 2 further comprising the court WEB receiving court trial inventory objection information sent by the crowd WEB.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the court WEB end sends a family instruction to the crowd client side of the court trial room page according to the family instruction of the court user received on the court trial room page, so that the crowd client side suspends collecting court trial audio and video streams of the crowd client side;
and the court WEB end stops collecting court trial audio and video streams of the court WEB end.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after sending a family instruction to a crowd client of the court trial room page, the method further comprises:
and the court WEB end sends a court continuation instruction to the crowd WEB end through the court continuation instruction of the court user received by the court continuation tag on the court trial room page, and meanwhile, continues to acquire court trial process information of the court WEB end.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
and the court WEB end stops acquiring the audio and video stream of the court WEB end according to the court closing instruction of the court user received on the court trial room page, simultaneously sends a court closing instruction to the crowd WEB end of the court trial room page, and simultaneously sends the court closing instruction comprising the court trial scheduling information to a court trial server.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
after receiving a mute instruction of a court trial user on the court trial room page, the court WEB end sends a mute instruction to a mass WEB end used by a party who does not violate the court trial discipline, so that the mass WEB end does not play court trial audio streams which are transmitted by the cloud server and collected by the mass WEB end used by the party who violates the court trial discipline;
and after receiving the mute cancellation instruction of the court users on the court trial room page, the court WEB end sends the mute cancellation instruction to the crowd client terminal which has received the mute instruction, so that the crowd WEB end plays a court trial audio stream which is pushed by the cloud server and collected by another crowd WEB end.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
after receiving a mute instruction of a court trial user on a court trial room page, the court WEB end sends a mute instruction to a mass WEB end used by a party who does not violate a court trial discipline, so that the mass WEB end sends a push stop instruction comprising the page identifier and the mass WEB end identifier to the cloud server, and the cloud server does not push an audio stream collected by another mass WEB end entering the court trial room page corresponding to the page identifier to the mass WEB end any more;
after receiving a mute instruction of a court hearing room page, the court WEB end sends a mute cancel instruction to a crowd client end which has received the mute instruction, so that the crowd WEB end sends a continuous push instruction comprising the page identifier and the crowd WEB end identifier to the cloud server, and the cloud server continuously pushes an audio stream acquired by another crowd WEB end which enters the court hearing room page corresponding to the page identifier to the crowd WEB end.
9. An Internet remote court trial implementation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the court trial server provides a court trial room page identifier corresponding to the court trial scheduling to a court WEB end, wherein the page identifier of the court trial room page corresponds to the court trial scheduling information one by one;
the court trial server receives the court trial information sent by the court WEB end, the court trial information is obtained from the cloud server according to the page identification of the court trial room page corresponding to the court trial scheduling information or according to the case number corresponding to the court trial scheduling information, the court trial process information of the court trial WEB end corresponding to the court trial scheduling information and the court trial process information of the mass WEB end are stored, the court trial process information of the court trial WEB end comprises court trial audio and video streams and court trial record information of the court end, the court trial process information of the mass WEB end comprises the court trial audio and video streams collected by the mass WEB end to the court trial end.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the obtaining court trial process information and mass WEB process information of the court trial on the court trial WEB side corresponding to the court trial scheduling information from a cloud server according to the page identifier of the court trial room page corresponding to the court trial scheduling information comprises:
the court trial server sends a court trial process information acquisition request comprising a page identifier to the cloud server;
and the court trial server receives the court trial process information and the masses WEB end court trial process information corresponding to the page identification feedback fed back by the cloud server.
11. The method according to claim 9, wherein after receiving the close court instruction including the court trial scheduling information sent by the court WEB side, the court trial server further comprises:
the court trial server sets the login information of the masses corresponding to the court trial scheduling information to be in a frozen state;
and after the login information sent by the mass WEB terminal is successfully verified, when the state of the login information is determined to be a frozen state, feeding back court trial end information to the mass WEB terminal.
