In the related art, in a scene of remote court trial, due to the consideration of security of data, an intranet where a court is located cannot directly interact with the internet, and cross-network court trial needs to be realized through a data optical gate and an audio-video optical gate. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 illustrates a cross-web court trial system. The system comprises:
The external network service platform 110 and the internal network service platform 120 are configured to implement interaction of data stream and audio/video stream through the data optical gate 130 and the audio/video optical gate 140, and a plurality of court trial terminals and a plurality of party terminals in the external network deployed under the internal network service platform 120. With the aid of the cross-network court trial system, any court trial terminal can send video streams to an external network service platform, cascade to an internal network service platform after passing through an audio and video optical gate, and finally send the video streams to the corresponding court trial terminal so as to realize audio and video interaction between the terminal of a party and the court trial terminal.
However, since unified planning and unified construction are required for court trial cases, in the related art, the intranet service platform 120 is usually disposed in a machine room of a college, and the college and the base of the college subordinate to the college, when a cross-network remote court trial is required, the intranet service platform 120 of the college needs to be used in a unified manner.
In the remote court trial mode, all video streams corresponding to all the party terminals and all the court trial terminals of each court trial are required to pass through the intranet service platform 120 and the corresponding audio/video optical gate 140 of the court, and a large number of video streams can inevitably cause the problems of insufficient bandwidth, overlarge performance pressure and the like of the intranet service platform 120 and the audio/video optical gate 140 of the court trial, so that the court trial terminal in the system is affected in the stability of the court trial terminal and the audio/video interaction.
In order to solve the technical problems, the application provides a cross-network court trial system.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a cross-network court trial system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The court trial system comprises an external network court trial service 210 and an external network audio/video service 230 which are deployed on an external network, an internal network court trial service 220 and a plurality of internal network audio/video services which are deployed on a court internal network, and a data optical gate 250 corresponding to the internal network court trial service 220, and the data optical gate 250 corresponds to each internal network audio/video service one by one, wherein, in order to enable the court trial terminal to acquire the audio/video stream of the terminal of the party, each structure in the system has the following purposes:
the external network court trial service 210 is configured to send a principal entering message corresponding to a principal terminal to the internal network court trial service 220 through the data optical gate 250;
the intranet court trial service 220 is configured to receive the party entering message through the data optical gate 250, determine a corresponding target intranet audio/video service 240 according to the court trial information included in the party entering message and a mapping relationship between a predefined court trial terminal and the intranet audio/video service, and send a pull stream address corresponding to the party terminal to the target intranet audio/video service 240;
The target intranet audio and video service 240 is configured to pull, according to the received pull stream address corresponding to the terminal of the party, an audio and video stream corresponding to the terminal of the party from the corresponding audio and video shutter 260, so as to provide the audio and video stream to the court trial terminal.
In order to enable the terminal of the party to acquire the audio and video streams of the court trial terminal, each structure in the system has the following purposes:
the intranet court trial service 220 is configured to send the court trial party entering message to the extranet court trial service 210 through the data shutter 250;
the external network court trial service 210 is configured to receive a court trial party entering message corresponding to a court trial terminal sent by the internal network court trial service 220 through the data optical gate 250, determine a corresponding target internal network audio/video service 240 according to the court trial information included in the court trial party entering message and a predefined mapping relationship between the court trial terminal and the internal network audio/video service, and send a target audio/video optical gate address corresponding to the target internal network audio/video service 240 and a pull stream address corresponding to the court trial terminal to the external network audio/video service 230;
the extranet audio/video service 230 is configured to pull, from the target audio/video optical gate, an audio/video stream corresponding to the court trial terminal according to the received target audio/video optical gate address and a pull stream address corresponding to the court trial terminal, so as to provide the audio/video stream to the terminal of the party.
Through the cross-network trial system, the transmission of different audio and video data streams at the two sides of the principal terminal and the court trial terminal can be realized, and the audio and video interaction between the principal terminal and the corresponding court trial terminal is realized.
In one embodiment, the services may be web-based services, and may be performed by a particular device, such as a computer cluster. In one embodiment, the court trial service and the audio-video service in the intranet or the extranet may be deployed on the same computing device, or may be deployed on different multiple computing devices respectively. The application is not limited in this regard.
In one embodiment, the external network court trial service may obtain the principal entering message directly from the principal terminal, or may obtain the principal entering message from the external network audio/video service, and send the principal entering message to the internal network court trial service through the data shutter.
Compared with an audio/video optical gate, the load of data information forwarded by the data optical gate is smaller, and even if a large amount of data information needs to be processed, larger performance pressure is not generated on the intranet court trial service and the data optical gate. Therefore, the intranet court trial service and the data optical gate can process or cascade all data information without shunting the data information including the principal entering message, the court trial entering message and the like.
In one embodiment, after the external network court trial service obtains the principal's entry message, the principal's entry message is cascaded to the internal network court trial service through the data shutter; after receiving the party entering message, the intranet court trial service can determine the identity of the party and the pull-stream address corresponding to the terminal of the party according to the court trial information contained in the intranet court trial service, determine the court trial case information corresponding to the party, further determine the corresponding court trial terminal, determine the corresponding target intranet audio and video service according to the predefined mapping relation between the court trial terminal and the intranet audio and video service after determining the court trial terminal corresponding to the party, and send the pull-stream address corresponding to the terminal of the party to the target intranet audio and video service. Because the intranet audio and video service and the audio and video optical gate are in one-to-one correspondence, after the pull stream address of the principal terminal is sent to the target intranet audio and video service, the target intranet audio and video service can pull the audio and video stream corresponding to the principal terminal from the extranet audio and video service according to the received pull stream address of the principal terminal and provide the audio and video stream to the corresponding court trial terminal.
In an embodiment, when a court trial terminal joins a court trial, connection is established with a corresponding intranet audio and video service, and the intranet audio and video service acquires an audio and video stream of the court trial terminal and a court trial party entering message. The intranet audio and video service sends the court trial party entering information to the intranet court trial service and cascades the intranet audio and video service to the extranet court trial service through the data optical gate; after receiving the court trial party entering message, the external network court trial service determines a corresponding target internal network audio-video service according to the court trial party entering message and a mapping relation between a predefined court trial terminal and the internal network audio-video service, namely the internal network audio-video service corresponding to the court trial terminal, further determines a pull stream address corresponding to the court trial terminal and an address of an audio-video shutter corresponding to the target internal network audio-video service, and sends the pull stream address and the address to the external network audio-video service. And the external network audio and video service pulls the video stream of the court trial terminal from the audio and video optical gate corresponding to the target internal network audio and video service through the received address of the audio and video optical gate and the pulling address corresponding to the court trial terminal, and provides the pulled video stream to the corresponding party terminal.
In an embodiment, under the condition that the target intranet audio/video service does not determine the address of the corresponding audio/video optical gate, the intranet court trial service may send the address of the corresponding audio/video optical gate to the target intranet audio/video service according to a preset corresponding relationship.
In an embodiment, each intranet audio and video service may correspond to a court trial terminal cluster. Further, the court trial terminal cluster may include all the court trial terminals from at least one court, or may include at least one court trial terminal from a plurality of courts, which is not limited in the present application.
The cross-network court trial system provided by the application functionally distinguishes the court trial service from the audio/video service, sets a plurality of groups of the intranet audio/video services and the corresponding audio/video optical shutters, so that the intranet court trial service can split a large number of remote court trial related audio/video streams, and can determine which audio/video optical shutter and intranet audio/video service any court trial audio/video stream is split to according to the mapping relation between the court trial terminal and the intranet audio/video service, thereby avoiding the technical problem of overlarge bandwidth and performance pressure caused by processing and forwarding all the audio/video streams through only one audio/video optical shutter and intranet audio/video service in the related technology.
In an embodiment, the principal entering message includes a pull stream address and court trial information corresponding to the principal terminal; the court trial party entering message comprises a pull stream address corresponding to the court trial terminal and court trial information; the court trial information comprises the corresponding relation between the terminal of the party and the court trial terminal; the target audio video shutter address is added to the court trial party entry message. The intranet court trial service and the external court trial service can acquire the corresponding relation between the principal terminal and the court trial terminal based on the court trial information so as to determine that the audio and video streams in the current audio and video interaction are distributed to the intranet audio and video service corresponding to the court trial terminal and the corresponding audio and video optical gate, and the situation that the performance pressure is overlarge due to the fact that any one of the audio and video optical gate and the intranet audio and video service are distributed to too many audio and video streams is avoided.
In an embodiment, when the target audio and video service enters the court trial, the intranet court trial service may add the target audio and video optical gate address corresponding to the target audio and video service to the court trial party entering message and concatenate the target audio and video optical gate address to the external network court trial service, so that the external network court trial service can inform the external network audio and video optical gate address of the target audio and video optical gate to perform a pull stream from the target audio and video optical gate.
In an embodiment, the external network audio/video service 230 is further configured to obtain a principal entering message corresponding to the principal terminal and send the principal entering message to the external network court trial service 210; the intranet audio and video service is further configured to obtain a court trial party entering message corresponding to the court trial terminal and send the court trial party entering message to the intranet court trial service 220. The court trial terminal can only establish connection with the intranet audio and video service, the intranet audio and video service forwards the court trial party entering information, and similarly, the party terminal can only establish connection with the external network audio and video service, and the external network audio and video service forwards the party entering information to the external network court trial service. The terminal does not need to establish connection with court trial service, so that the communication process is simplified, and the communication requirement and the communication complexity of the terminal are reduced.
In an embodiment, the intranet audio-video service corresponds to a plurality of audio-video shutters, and the intranet court trial service is further configured to: sending the address of the target audio/video optical gate to the target intranet audio/video service; and sending the address of the corresponding other audio/video optical gate to the target intranet audio/video service under the condition that the target audio/video optical gate is abnormal. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an intranet audio-video service and an audio-video shutter according to an exemplary embodiment. The court intranet deploys intranet court trial service and a plurality of intranet audio-video services, such as the court audio-video service and the court audio-video service shown in fig. 3, wherein the court audio-video service corresponds to the court optical gate 1, the court optical gate 2 and the court optical gate 3, and the court audio-video service corresponds to the court optical gate 1 and the court optical gate 2. Under the condition that the corresponding intranet audio-video service is determined to be the college audio-video service according to the principal entering information, the intranet court trial service can send the address of any college optical gate to the college audio-video service so as to instruct the current audio-video interaction to pull from the college optical gate. If the college optical gate is abnormal, the intranet court trial service can send addresses of other college optical gates to the college audio-video service for switching. The plurality of audio/video optical shutters correspond to one intranet audio/video service, so that the performance pressure of the audio/video optical shutters can be further reduced, and when any audio/video optical shutter is abnormal, the audio/video optical shutters are switched in time, so that the interference of court trial is avoided.
In an embodiment, the court trial system deploys a plurality of audio/video optical shutters in a court intranet, and the audio/video optical shutters correspond to a plurality of intranet audio/video services. The method is suitable for scenes such as overlarge performance pressure when the audio and video service faces a large number of audio and video streams, so that the performance pressure of the intranet audio and video service is further reduced.
In an embodiment, under the condition that any one of the audio-video optical shutters and/or the corresponding intranet audio-video service is abnormal, the mapping relation between the predefined court trial terminal and the intranet audio-video service is modified, so that a new mapping relation is established between all the court trial terminals corresponding to the abnormal audio-video optical shutter and/or intranet audio-video service and other intranet audio-video services. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating modification of a mapping relationship between a court trial terminal and an intranet audio/video service according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the mapping relationship between the predefined court trial terminal and the intranet audio and video service is: the court trial terminal cluster 1 and the high-court audio-video service have a mapping relationship, and the court trial terminal cluster 2 and the middle-court audio-video service have a mapping relationship. Under the condition that the court trial terminal cluster 2 and the corresponding court trial terminal are abnormal, the mapping relation is established again to ensure that when the intranet court trial service determines that a principal terminal corresponding to any court trial terminal in the court trial terminal cluster 2 enters the court trial according to the court trial information, the court trial terminal and the corresponding court trial terminal are switched to the court trial terminal and the corresponding court trial terminal which are not abnormal, so that disaster tolerance switching of the court trial system is realized, and the stability of the court trial system is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a cross-network court trial method, which is applied to an intranet court trial service in a court trial system, wherein the court trial system includes an external network court trial service and an external network audio/video service deployed on an external network, the intranet court trial service and a plurality of intranet audio/video services deployed on an court intranet, and data optical shutters corresponding to the intranet court trial service, and the data optical shutters correspond to the intranet audio/video services one by one, and the method includes:
s501: receiving a principal entering message sent by the external network court trial service through the data optical gate;
s502: determining a corresponding target intranet audio and video service according to court trial information contained in the party entering message and a mapping relation between a predefined court trial terminal and the intranet audio and video service;
s503: and sending a pulling address corresponding to the principal terminal determined according to the principal entering message to the target intranet audio-video service, so that the target intranet audio-video service pulls an audio-video stream corresponding to the principal terminal from a corresponding audio-video optical gate and provides the audio-video stream to the court trial terminal.

For the device embodiments, since they correspond substantially to the method embodiments, relevant indications are only necessary for the part of the description of the method embodiments. The apparatus embodiments described above are illustrative only, in that the elements illustrated as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and the elements shown as elements may or may not be physical elements, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purposes of the present application. Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand and implement the present application without undue burden.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements to one technology could clearly be distinguished as improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements to circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) or software (improvements to the process flow). However, with the development of technology, many improvements of the current method flows can be regarded as direct improvements of hardware circuit structures. Designers almost always obtain corresponding hardware circuit structures by programming improved method flows into hardware circuits. Therefore, an improvement of a method flow cannot be said to be realized by a hardware entity module. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that a hardware circuit implementing the logic method flow can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flow into an integrated circuit using several of the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable way, it will be well known to those skilled in the art that it is entirely possible to implement the same functionality by logically programming the method steps such that the controller is implemented in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers, etc., except that the controller is implemented in pure computer readable program code. Such a controller may thus be regarded as a kind of hardware component, and means for performing various functions included therein may also be regarded as structures within the hardware component. Or even means for achieving the various functions may be regarded as either software modules implementing the methods or structures within hardware components.
The system, apparatus, module or unit set forth in the above embodiments may be implemented in particular by a computer chip or entity, or by a product having a certain function. One typical implementation device is a server system. Of course, the application does not exclude that as future computer technology advances, the computer implementing the functions of the above-described embodiments may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a car-mounted human-computer interaction device, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
Although one or more embodiments of the application provide method operational steps as described in the embodiments or flowcharts, more or fewer operational steps may be included based on conventional or non-inventive means. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one way of performing the order of steps and does not represent a unique order of execution. When implemented in an actual device or end product, the instructions may be executed sequentially or in parallel (e.g., in a parallel processor or multi-threaded processing environment, or even in a distributed data processing environment) as illustrated by the embodiments or by the figures. The terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, it is not excluded that additional identical or equivalent elements may be present in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a described element. For example, if first, second, etc. words are used to indicate a name, but not any particular order.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being functionally divided into various modules, respectively. Of course, when implementing one or more of the present application, the functions of each module may be implemented in the same piece or pieces of software and/or hardware, or a module that implements the same function may be implemented by a plurality of sub-modules or a combination of sub-units, or the like. The above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the units is merely a logical function division, and there may be additional divisions when actually implemented, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, devices or units, which may be in electrical, mechanical or other form.
The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems) and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
