The historical information viewing request can be a request for triggering the trial court server to send the historical information of the target case. The historical information may be all discussion records up to the current time in the case auditing process of the target case.
Correspondingly, the court trial server can store the information when receiving the information sent by the client every time, and the information stored up to the current time can be used as a history record. After the user obtains the detail page of the target case, it can be stated that the user can participate in the examination of the target case, and before the user enters the discussion of the target case or in the discussion process, the user can view the history information of the target case by executing the history information viewing operation request, so as to make more understanding of the target case. The target client-side can respond to the historical information viewing operation of the user and send a historical information viewing request to the trial court server-side. The court trial server can determine the target case according to the historical information viewing request, so that the stored historical information is obtained, and the historical information is returned to the target client to be displayed and provided for the user. Optionally, the historical records of the target cases can be read from the database deployed in the storage server deployed at the court trial server.
According to the embodiment, the historical information checking function of the target case is provided, so that the user who conveniently examines the case can know the case situation, the case examining efficiency is improved, and the practicability and convenience are further improved.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, when the target client is a court WEB client, the method may further include: responding to an information deletion operation initiated by a user aiming at target information of a target case, and sending an information deletion request to the court trial server by the target client; and the court trial server performs information deletion authentication on the target client according to the information deletion request, deletes the stored target information when the information deletion authentication result is passed, and feeds back the deletion result to the target client.
The target information can be information which is stored by the court trial server before the current time and needs to be deleted by the user. The information deleting operation may be an operation in which a user triggers an information deleting function at the court WEB end, for example, the user selects the middle target information on a display interface of the court WEB end and clicks a key corresponding to the information deleting function, and the specific content of the information deleting operation is not limited in this embodiment. The information deletion authentication may be a process of determining whether the user has an operation right to delete the target information. The information deletion authentication result can include pass or fail, when the information deletion authentication result is pass, the user can be shown to have the operation authority of deleting the target information, and when the information deletion authentication result is fail, the user can be shown to not have the operation authority of deleting the target information. The deletion result may include deletion success or deletion failure.
Correspondingly, the court WEB end may be deployed with an entry for providing the user with information deletion operation, and case management staff in the court may delete information on the court WEB end as the user, for example, delete information no longer having legal effectiveness. Therefore, the court WEB side can generate an information deletion request according to the identity information of the user currently logging in for executing the information deletion operation. Optionally, the information deletion request may include identity information of the User and Identification information of the target information, where the Identification information of the target information may be, for example, a User Identification (User Identification) of the target information.
Further, after receiving the information deletion request, the court trial server may first determine whether the user logged in by the court WEB end serving as the target client has the information deletion operation authority. Optionally, the user operation authority stored in the court trial server may be acquired according to an authority server deployed in the court trial server, and the information deletion authentication may be performed. When the information deletion authentication result is passed, the target information can be deleted. Optionally, the operation of deleting the target information may be performed in a database deployed in the court trial server through a storage server deployed in the court trial server. The process of deleting the target information is a one-way data transmission process, and after the court trial server deletes the target information, the target information is not transmitted, and only the deletion result is fed back to the target client.
The embodiment provides the case management personnel of the court with the information deleting function, and simultaneously prohibits any other personnel from deleting the information through the authentication process, thereby realizing reasonable management of case auditing information and simultaneously ensuring the safety of the case auditing information.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a case discussion information interaction method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In a specific example, as shown in fig. 3, a business server is deployed at a court trial server and is used for providing case discussion information interaction service; the authority server is used for storing the operation authority of the user; a database for storing information. The client comprises a court WEB end, a bookmarker client and a judge client. FIG. 3 shows a case discussion information interaction process including a WEB side, a bookmarker client side and a legal officer client side with a court trial server side in different case trial stages.
The embodiment of the invention provides a case discussion information interaction method, which is characterized in that a case discussion service end is used for forwarding and storing information in a case discussion process, so that the case discussion efficiency is improved, when participators cannot arrive at a meeting place in time or examine cases through voice and video, cases can be discussed in a targeted manner, chat records are kept as evidences, the cases are conveniently examined by court users, and the cases are examined by the users through a web browser or a client with a chat function, so that the cases can be conveniently checked by the users, the login channel is free, the operation interface is simple, and the practicability and the usability are high; furthermore, the management and the identification of the operation authority of the user further improve the practicability and the safety of the case auditing process.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a case discussion information interaction system provided in a third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the case discussion information interaction system includes: a target client 310 and a court trial server 320.
The target client 310 may be a court WEB end used by a related user of the target case, a bookkeeper client used by a bookkeeper of the target case, or a judge client used by a judge of the target case.
Specifically, the target client 310 is configured to respond to an information sending operation of a detail page of a target case in the target client 310 by a user, and send utterance information for the target case, which is input by the user, to the court trial server 320; and the court trial server 320 is configured to store the received utterance information as case discussion information of the target case, and forward the case discussion information to other clients in the target case trial except the target client 310 for display.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the target client 310 may be further configured to send an access authentication request to the court trial server 320 in response to an access operation of the user on a detail page of the target case before sending information to the court trial server 320 in a page corresponding to the target case; the court trial server 320 may be further configured to perform page access authentication on the target client 310 according to the access authentication request; the target client 310 may be further configured to receive a page access authentication result of the court trial server 320, and jump to the detail page of the target case when the page access authentication result is passed.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the target client 310 may be further configured to send a login request to the court trial server 320 in response to a client login operation of the user before sending the access authentication request to the court trial server 320; the court trial server 320 may be further configured to perform identity authentication on the target client 310 according to the login request; the target client 310 may also be configured to receive an authentication result of the court trial server 320, and complete client login when the authentication result is passed.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the target client 310 may be further configured to send a history information viewing request to the court trial server 320 in response to a history information viewing operation initiated by the user for the target case; the court trial server 320 may be further configured to obtain history information corresponding to the target case according to the history information viewing request, and send the history information to the target client 310 for display.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when the target client 310 is a court WEB end, the target client 310 may be further configured to send an information deletion request to the court trial server 320 in response to an information deletion operation initiated by a user for target information of a target case; the court trial server 320 may be further configured to perform information deletion authentication on the target client 310 according to the information deletion request, delete the stored target information when the information deletion authentication result passes, and feed back the deletion result to the target client 310.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the court trial server 320 may be specifically configured to: and judging the legality of the received speech information, storing the speech information as case discussion information of the target case when the speech information is determined to be legal, and forwarding the case discussion information to other clients except the target client 310 in the target case examination for display.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the target client 310 may be specifically configured to send, to the court trial server 320, the utterance information for the target case, which is entered by the user, through an instant messaging technology; the court trial server 320 may be specifically configured to forward the case discussion information to other clients in the target case trial except the target client 310 for display through an instant messaging technique.
Fig. 5 is a schematic workflow diagram of a case discussion information interaction system according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In a specific example, as shown in fig. 5, the court trial service terminal part is deployed in a court room and includes a permission server for storing user operation permissions; the storage server and the database are used for storing information; and the science and technology court is used for providing background service of the court WEB side. Meanwhile, the court trial server also comprises a server for providing case discussion service, and the server is used for case discussion information interaction. The client side further comprises a court WEB side, a bookmarker client side and a judge client side. Fig. 5 also shows case discussion service signals and transmission signals for data storage between the client and the court trial server.
The embodiment of the invention provides a case discussion information interaction system, which can forward and store information in a court trial discussion through a court trial server, improve the court trial efficiency, still can carry out targeted discussion on cases when participants cannot arrive at a meeting place or carry out case management through voice and video in time, and reserve chat records as evidences, thereby greatly facilitating court users to manage the cases.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A case discussion information interaction method is applied to an Internet case auditing process and comprises the following steps:
responding to an information sending operation of a detail page of a target case in a target client by a user, and sending the speaking information aiming at the target case, which is input by the user, to a court trial server by the target client, wherein the target client is a court WEB end used by a related user of the target case, a bookkeeper client used by a bookkeeper of the target case or a judge client used by a judge of the target case;
and the court trial server stores the received speech information as case discussion information of the target case, and forwards the case discussion information to other clients except the target client in the target case trial for display.
2. The method of claim 1, before the target client sends information to the trial court server in the page corresponding to the target case, further comprising:
responding to the access operation of a user for the detail page of the target case, and sending an access authentication request to the trial court server by the target client;
the court trial server performs page access authentication on the target client according to the access authentication request;
and the target client receives the page access authentication result of the court trial server, and jumps to the detail page of the target case when the page access authentication result is passed.
3. The method of claim 2, before the target client sends the access authentication request to the trial court server, further comprising:
responding to the client login operation of a user, and sending a login request to the trial court server by the target client;
the court trial server performs identity authentication on the target client according to the login request;
and the target client receives the identity authentication result of the court trial server and completes client login when the identity authentication result is passed.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a historical information viewing operation initiated by a user aiming at a target case, and sending a historical information viewing request to the trial court server by the target client;
and the court trial server acquires the historical information corresponding to the target case according to the historical information viewing request, and sends the historical information to the target client for display.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein when the target client is a court WEB client, the method further comprises:
responding to an information deletion operation initiated by a user aiming at target information of a target case, and sending an information deletion request to the court trial server by the target client;
and the court trial server performs information deletion authentication on the target client according to the information deletion request, deletes the stored target information when the information deletion authentication result is passed, and feeds back the deletion result to the target client.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the court trial server stores the received speech information as case discussion information of the target case, and forwards the case discussion information to other clients in the target case trial except the target client for display, and the method comprises:
and the court trial server judges the legality of the received speech information, stores the speech information as case discussion information of the target case when the speech information is determined to be legal, and forwards the case discussion information to other clients except the target client for display in the target case trial.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the target client sends the speech information for the target case entered by the user to the court trial server through an instant messaging technique;
and the court trial server forwards the case discussion information to other clients except the target client in the target case trial for display through an instant messaging technology.
8. A case discussion information interaction system is characterized by being applied to an Internet case trial process and comprising a target client and a court trial server, wherein the target client is a court WEB end used by a related user of a target case, a bookkeeper client used by a bookkeeper of the target case or a judge client used by a judge of the target case; wherein:
the target client is used for responding to the information sending operation of the detail page of the target case in the target client by the user and sending the speaking information aiming at the target case and input by the user to the court trial server;
and the court trial server is used for storing the received speaking information as case discussion information of the target case and forwarding the case discussion information to other clients except the target client in the target case trial for display.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the target client is configured to send a history information viewing request to the court trial server in response to a history information viewing operation initiated by a user for a target case;
and the court trial server is also used for acquiring historical information corresponding to the target case according to the historical information viewing request and sending the historical information to the target client for display.
10. The system of claim 8, wherein when the target client is a court WEB client, the target client is further configured to send an information deletion request to the court trial server in response to an information deletion operation initiated by a user for target information of a target case;
and the court trial server is also used for carrying out information deletion authentication on the target client according to the information deletion request, deleting the stored target information when the information deletion authentication result is passed, and feeding back the deletion result to the target client.
