The storage device 320 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the voice call method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the target court extracting module 210, the list and schedule issuing module 220, the detention room and party acquiring module 230, and the call voice issuing module 240 in the voice call device). The processor 310 executes software programs, instructions and modules stored in the storage device 320 so as to execute various functional applications and data processing of the device, that is, the voice call method described above is implemented by a service server in a court, and the method may include:
responding to a call function triggering instruction of a voice call client, and extracting a target court for deploying the voice call client from the call function triggering instruction;
sending a custody room list bound by a target court, a current court trial schedule of the target court obtained in real time and a notified party list matched with the current court trial schedule to a voice call client for displaying;
responding to a voice call request of the voice call client, and acquiring a target detention room and a target informed party which are matched with the voice call request;
and constructing a calling voice matched with the target prompted party, and sending the calling voice to a voice broadcasting device deployed in the target detention room to carry out voice calling.
The storage device 320 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the storage 320 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the storage 320 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 310, which may be connected to the device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 330 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function controls of the apparatus. The output device 340 may include a display device such as a display screen.
Example four
A fourth embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is configured to perform a voice summoning method, the method being executable by a service server in a court, the method including:
responding to a call function triggering instruction of a voice call client, and extracting a target court for deploying the voice call client from the call function triggering instruction;
sending a custody room list bound by a target court, a current court trial schedule of the target court obtained in real time and a notified party list matched with the current court trial schedule to a voice call client for displaying;
responding to a voice call request of the voice call client, and acquiring a target detention room and a target informed party which are matched with the voice call request;
and constructing a calling voice matched with the target prompted party, and sending the calling voice to a voice broadcasting device deployed in the target detention room to carry out voice calling.
Of course, the embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the voice call method provided in any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the voice call apparatus, the units and modules included in the embodiment are only divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division, as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A voice call method executed by a service server in a court is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to a call function triggering instruction of a voice call client, and extracting a target court for deploying the voice call client from the call function triggering instruction;
sending a custody room list bound by a target court, a current court trial schedule of the target court obtained in real time and a notified party list matched with the current court trial schedule to a voice call client for displaying;
responding to a voice call request of the voice call client, and acquiring a target detention room and a target informed party which are matched with the voice call request;
and constructing a calling voice matched with the target prompted party, and sending the calling voice to a voice broadcasting device deployed in the target detention room to carry out voice calling.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to extracting a target court in which the voice summoning client is deployed in response to a summoning function triggering instruction of the voice summoning client:
responding to the client login request of the voice call client, and sending the client login request to an authority server for authentication so as to verify the legality of the voice call client.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the target detention room and the target pickup party matched with the voice call request in response to the voice call request of the voice call client comprises:
responding to a voice call request of the voice call client, and extracting the target detention room from the voice call request;
inquiring the current court trial scheduling according to the triggering time of the voice transmission request, and determining the current court trial case;
and screening the target promoted party in the promoted party list according to the current court trial case.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to extracting a target court in which the voice summoning client is deployed in response to a summoning function triggering instruction of the voice summoning client:
responding to a webpage end login request of a court webpage end, and sending the webpage end login request to an authority server for authentication so as to verify the legality of the court webpage end;
responding to a voice broadcasting device viewing request of the court webpage end, acquiring a voice broadcasting device list deployed in each detention room in the court, and sending the voice broadcasting device list to the court webpage end;
and responding to the increasing, deleting and modifying request of the court webpage end aiming at the voice broadcasting equipment list, and updating the voice broadcasting equipment list.
5. The method of claim 4, after sending the web page side login request to an authorization server for authentication in response to the web page side login request of the court web page side, comprising:
responding to a template setting instruction of the court webpage end, and configuring an invoking voice template;
constructing an evocative voice matched with the target prompted party, comprising:
and acquiring a pre-configured summoning voice template, and filling the target prompted party in the summoning voice template to obtain summoning voice matched with the target prompted party.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to an online request of voice broadcasting equipment, and extracting an equipment identifier in the online request;
inquiring at least one configuration parameter matched with the equipment identifier, and sending each configuration parameter to the voice broadcasting equipment for equipment configuration;
and receiving the heartbeat packet sent by the voice broadcasting equipment in real time after the equipment configuration is completed, and feeding back the heartbeat packet in real time so as to establish stable long connection with the voice broadcasting equipment.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein before extracting, from an evocative function trigger instruction of a voice evocative client, a target court in which the voice evocative client is deployed in response to the evocative function trigger instruction, further comprising: responding to a court configuration instruction of the voice call client, acquiring a court list matched with the court, and sending the court list to the voice call client for displaying;
the court list is used for determining a target court deployed by the local machine through a voice call client and storing the target court locally;
responding to a configuration confirmation instruction of the voice call client, and sending a control hiding instruction to the voice call client;
the control hiding instruction is used for indicating the voice call client to locally hide a functional control generating the court configuration instruction.
8. A voice call apparatus to be executed by a service server in a court, comprising:
the target court extraction module is used for responding to an evocative function trigger instruction of a voice evocative client, and extracting a target court for deploying the voice evocative client from the evocative function trigger instruction;
the list and schedule sending module is used for sending a list of custody rooms bound by a target court, a current court trial schedule of the target court obtained in real time and a list of promoted parties matched with the current court trial schedule to the voice call client for display;
the system comprises a detention room and party obtaining module, a target detention room and a target informed party, wherein the detention room and party obtaining module is used for responding to a voice call request of a voice call client and obtaining the target detention room and the target informed party matched with the voice call request;
and the transmission voice sending module is used for constructing a transmission voice matched with the target prompted party and sending the transmission voice to a voice broadcasting device deployed in the target detention room so as to carry out voice transmission.
9. A computer device, characterized in that the computer device comprises:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the voice summoning method as claimed in any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the voice summoning method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
