When receiving the operation request, the server may extract operation information therein, where the operation information may carry an equipment identifier of the electronic equipment to be controlled, and the server may execute a control operation corresponding to the operation information on the electronic equipment to be controlled, for example, the electronic equipment to be controlled is an air conditioner, the operation information may be that an output temperature of the air conditioner is set to 20 ℃, and then the server may send a corresponding control instruction to the air conditioner, and after receiving the control instruction, the air conditioner may adjust the current output temperature to 20 ℃.
Optionally, for the processing method of the first method, after the server performs the data operation on the corresponding family data, the server may further notify the corresponding electronic device, and the server updates the family data in the family account thereof, and the corresponding processing process may include the following steps: and sending a data updating notification to a preset first electronic device in the electronic devices managed by the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier.
In implementation, the electronic device managed by the first home account may be one or multiple, in the case that the electronic device managed by the first home account is multiple, the user may preset one or more electronic devices, when the user updates the home data of the first home account in the server through the terminal, the server may generate a data update notification and send the data update notification to the electronic device (i.e., the first electronic device) preset by the user, after receiving the data update notification, the first electronic device may display an update notification message, and after viewing the update notification message, the user may view the updated home data through the first electronic device. The first electronic device may be preset by a user or obtained in other manners, for example, the operation request may carry a device identifier of the first electronic device, and when the server completes the management operation on the first home account, the data update notification may be sent to the electronic device corresponding to the device identifier carried in the operation request, that is, the first electronic device.
In the embodiment of the invention, a receiving terminal sends an operation request to a preset public account through an instant messaging application program, the operation request carries operation information and a first communication account identifier, wherein the first communication account identifier is a communication account identifier of a first communication account currently logged in by the instant messaging application program, a first family account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier is determined according to a pre-stored corresponding relationship between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier, and the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier is managed according to the operation information, so that a user can complete management operation on a plurality of electronic devices or data in the family account through an independent instant messaging application program without installing different application programs aiming at different electronic devices, the efficiency of performing management operations can be improved.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for performing management operations, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
a receiving module 310, configured to receive an operation request sent by a terminal to a preset public account through an instant messaging application, where the operation request carries operation information and a first communication account identifier; the first communication account mark is the communication account mark of the first communication account currently logged in by the instant communication application program;
the determining module 320 is configured to determine, according to a correspondence between pre-stored communication account identifiers and home account identifiers, a first home account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier;
the management module 330 is configured to perform a management operation on the first home account corresponding to the first home account identifier according to the operation information.
Optionally, the management module 330 is configured to:
performing data operation on the family data of the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier according to the operation information; or,
and according to the operation information, controlling and operating the electronic equipment managed by the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a sending module, configured to:
and sending a data updating notification to a preset first electronic device in the electronic devices managed by the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a storage module configured to:
receiving an account binding request sent by a terminal to the public account through the instant messaging application program; the account binding request carries a second communication account identifier and a second family account identifier;
and correspondingly storing the second communication account identifier and the second family account identifier into the corresponding relation between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a processing module configured to:
receiving a second family account identifier sent by second electronic equipment;
acquiring a graphic code containing a second family account identifier and a preset public account;
and sending the graphic code to second electronic equipment for displaying so that the terminal acquires a second family account identifier and a public account number in a graphic code scanning mode, adding the public account number as a contact in an instant messaging application program, and sending an account binding request to the public account number through the instant messaging application program.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a sending module, configured to:
if the time length from the last time of sending the operation request to the current time of sending the operation request by the terminal exceeds a preset authorization period, sending a re-authorization request to the terminal, so that the terminal sends an authorization request carrying a first communication account identifier to a server of the instant communication application program, and receiving an authorization message carrying an authorization code sent by the server of the instant communication application program;
a determining module 320 configured to:
when receiving an authorization message which is sent by a terminal and carries an authorization code, determining a first family account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier according to a pre-stored correspondence relationship between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier.

It should be noted that: in the above embodiment, the device for performing management operation is only illustrated by dividing the functional modules in the management operation, and in practical applications, the functions may be distributed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the server is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the apparatus for performing management operation and the method for performing management operation provided in the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
Example four
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the server may be used to implement the method for performing management operations provided in the foregoing embodiments. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the server 2000 may vary widely in configuration or performance, and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 2022 (e.g., one or more processors) and memory 2032, one or more storage media 2030 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing applications 2042 or data 2044. The memory 2032 and the storage medium 2030 may be, among other things, transient storage or persistent storage. The program stored in the storage medium 2030 may include one or more modules (not shown in the drawing), and each module may include a series of instruction operations in a server. Further, the central processor 2022 may be arranged to communicate with the storage medium 2030 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 2030 on the server 2000. The server 2000 may also include one or more power supplies 2026, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 2050, one or more input/output interfaces 2058, one or more keyboards 2056, and/or one or more operating systems 2041, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc. In particular, in this embodiment, the server includes a memory and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory, and the one or more programs may include one or more modules, and each module may include a series of instructions for the server, and the one or more programs configured to be executed by the one or more processors include instructions for:
receiving an operation request sent by a terminal to a preset public account through an instant messaging application program, wherein the operation request carries operation information and a first communication account identifier; the first communication account identification is the communication account identification of the first communication account currently logged in by the instant communication application program;
determining a first family account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier according to a pre-stored corresponding relationship between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier;
and according to the operation information, managing the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier.
Optionally, the performing, according to the operation information, a management operation on the first home account corresponding to the first home account identifier includes:
performing data operation on the family data of the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier according to the operation information; or,
and controlling the electronic equipment managed by the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier according to the operation information.
Optionally, after performing data operation on the family data of the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier according to the operation information, the method further includes:
and sending a data updating notification to a preset first electronic device in the electronic devices managed by the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
receiving an account binding request sent by the terminal to the public account through the instant messaging application program; the account binding request carries a second communication account identifier and a second family account identifier;
and correspondingly storing the second communication account identifier and the second family account identifier into the corresponding relation between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier.
Optionally, before receiving an account binding request sent by the terminal to the public account through the instant messaging application, the method further includes:
receiving a second family account identifier sent by second electronic equipment;
acquiring a graphic code containing the second family account identifier and the preset public account;
and sending the graphic code to the second electronic device for displaying so that the terminal acquires the second family account identifier and the public account number in a graphic code scanning mode, adding the public account number as a contact in the instant messaging application program, and sending an account binding request to the public account number through the instant messaging application program.
Optionally, after the receiving terminal sends the operation request to the preset public account through the instant messaging application program, the method further includes:
if the time length from the last time of sending the operation request to the current time of sending the operation request by the terminal exceeds a preset authorization period, sending a re-authorization request to the terminal, so that the terminal sends an authorization request carrying the first communication account identifier to a server of the instant communication application program, and receiving an authorization message carrying an authorization code sent by the server of the instant communication application program;
the determining a first family account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier according to a pre-stored correspondence between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier includes:
and when receiving an authorization message which is sent by the terminal and carries an authorization code, determining a first family account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier according to a pre-stored correspondence relationship between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier.
In the embodiment of the invention, a receiving terminal sends an operation request to a preset public account through an instant messaging application program, the operation request carries operation information and a first communication account identifier, wherein the first communication account identifier is a communication account identifier of a first communication account currently logged in by the instant messaging application program, a first family account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier is determined according to a pre-stored corresponding relationship between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier, and the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier is managed according to the operation information, so that a user can complete management operation on a plurality of electronic devices or data in the family account through an independent instant messaging application program without installing different application programs aiming at different electronic devices, the efficiency of performing management operations can be improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (12)
1. A method of performing a management operation, the method comprising:
receiving an operation request sent by a terminal to a preset public account through an instant messaging application program, wherein the operation request carries operation information and a first communication account identifier; the first communication account identification is the communication account identification of the first communication account currently logged in by the instant communication application program;
determining a first family account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier according to a pre-stored corresponding relationship between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier;
and according to the operation information, managing the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the performing, according to the operation information, a management operation on the first home account corresponding to the first home account identifier includes:
performing data operation on the family data of the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier according to the operation information; or,
and controlling the electronic equipment managed by the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier according to the operation information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after performing data operation on the family data of the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier according to the operation information, the method further comprises:
and sending a data updating notification to a preset first electronic device in the electronic devices managed by the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an account binding request sent by the terminal to the public account through the instant messaging application program; the account binding request carries a second communication account identifier and a second family account identifier;
and correspondingly storing the second communication account identifier and the second family account identifier into the corresponding relation between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein before receiving the account binding request sent by the terminal to the public account through the instant messaging application program, the method further comprises:
receiving a second family account identifier sent by second electronic equipment;
acquiring a graphic code containing the second family account identifier and the preset public account;
and sending the graphic code to the second electronic device for displaying so that the terminal acquires the second family account identifier and the public account number in a graphic code scanning mode, adding the public account number as a contact in the instant messaging application program, and sending an account binding request to the public account number through the instant messaging application program.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the operation request sent by the terminal to the preset public account through the instant messaging application program, the method further comprises:
if the time length from the last time of sending the operation request to the current time of sending the operation request by the terminal exceeds a preset authorization period, sending a re-authorization request to the terminal, so that the terminal sends an authorization request carrying the first communication account identifier to a server of the instant communication application program, and receiving an authorization message carrying an authorization code sent by the server of the instant communication application program;
the determining a first family account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier according to a pre-stored correspondence between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier includes:
and when receiving an authorization message which is sent by the terminal and carries an authorization code, determining a first family account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier according to a pre-stored correspondence relationship between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier.
7. An apparatus for performing management operations, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving an operation request sent by a terminal to a preset public account through an instant messaging application program, wherein the operation request carries operation information and a first communication account identifier; the first communication account identification is the communication account identification of the first communication account currently logged in by the instant communication application program;
the determining module is used for determining a first family account identifier corresponding to the first communication account identifier according to the corresponding relation between the pre-stored communication account identifier and the family account identifier;
and the management module is used for managing the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier according to the operation information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the management module is configured to:
performing data operation on the family data of the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier according to the operation information; or,
and controlling the electronic equipment managed by the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier according to the operation information.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a sending module configured to:
and sending a data updating notification to a preset first electronic device in the electronic devices managed by the first family account corresponding to the first family account identifier.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a storage module configured to:
receiving an account binding request sent by the terminal to the public account through the instant messaging application program; the account binding request carries a second communication account identifier and a second family account identifier;
and correspondingly storing the second communication account identifier and the second family account identifier into the corresponding relation between the communication account identifier and the family account identifier.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising a processing module to:
receiving a second family account identifier sent by second electronic equipment;
acquiring a graphic code containing the second family account identifier and the preset public account;
and sending the graphic code to the second electronic device for displaying so that the terminal acquires the second family account identifier and the public account number in a graphic code scanning mode, adding the public account number as a contact in the instant messaging application program, and sending an account binding request to the public account number through the instant messaging application program.
12. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a sending module configured to:
if the time length from the last time of sending the operation request to the current time of sending the operation request by the terminal exceeds a preset authorization period, sending a re-authorization request to the terminal, so that the terminal sends an authorization request carrying the first communication account identifier to a server of the instant communication application program, and receiving an authorization message carrying an authorization code sent by the server of the instant communication application program;
