Here, it should be noted that: the collection function is provided by each service management platform in a unified way, and the service capability platform does not store the collection information of the user any more. When a user clicks and collects on a service capability platform page of the IPTV system, the page is directly jumped to a collected page provided by the IPTV service management platform, the user clicks and determines on the collected page, the IPTV service management platform stores user collection, and user collection information is synchronized to the other two service management platforms through the three-screen fusion support system.
The three-screen fusion support system only provides the association relation between the user identity and the content and does not store the collection information of the user, so that when a certain system executes the collection deletion operation, the user cannot obtain the collection information of the user in other systems. Specifically, taking the IPTV system operation as an example, when the user performs the operation of deleting the collection information in the IPTV system and the three-screen fusion support system synchronizes the operation of deleting the collection information to other screens, at this time, if the user does not collect the relevant content in the other two systems, the operation is abandoned, but the three-screen fusion support system still receives the response and sends the response successfully, and the bookmark processing mode is the same as that of the three-screen fusion support system.
Fig. 6 shows a processing flow of implementing watching of the collected programs in the collection service through the IPTV in the three-screen fusion process in step 202, which includes the following steps:
step 601: after logging in the IPTV system, a user clicks the collection on a service capability platform page, and jumps to a favorite viewing page provided by a collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform.
Step 602: after the user selects the played collected program on the collecting and viewing page, the collecting/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform redirects the user to the EPG of the IPTV system.
Step 603: the EPG of the IPTV system displays the detailed information of the program to the user according to the content Identification (ID) and the column ID returned by the IPTV service management platform, saves Return Url of a favorite viewing page provided by a collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform, and provides normal service authentication and program playing for the user;
here, when the user clicks a return button on the page, the user jumps to the recycle folder page, and if the content does not exist, returns to the error page of the IPTV service management platform.

step 701: the internet system or the mobile network system reports a collection updating message to the three-screen fusion support system through respective service management platforms;
here, the user may add a newly-collected program and/or delete a service of the collected program through the internet system or the mobile network system, at this time, the bookmark/collection server of the computer service management platform or the mobile terminal service management platform needs to be forwarded to the bookmark/collection server of the IPTV service management platform through the three-screen fusion support system, so as to implement synchronization of the three-screen collection contents;
the collection update message comprises: updated favorite information, such as newly added favorite programs and/or deleted favorite programs.
Step 702: the three-screen fusion support system synchronizes the received collection updating message to a bookmark/collection server of the IPTV service management platform;
specifically, the three-screen fusion support system performs protocol conversion on the collection updating message and sends the collection updating message to a bookmark/collection server of the IPTV service management platform; and can be further sent to a bookmark/collection server of a mobile terminal service management platform or a computer service management platform.
Step 703: and after the bookmark/collection server of the IPTV service management platform updates the collection information of the IPTV service management platform according to the received collection updating message, returning a result of synchronization of the collection information to the three-screen fusion support system.
Step 704: and the three-screen fusion support system returns the result of the collection information synchronization to the computer service management platform or the mobile terminal service management platform according to the returned result of the collection information synchronization, and ends the current processing flow.
Fig. 8 shows a processing flow of implementing a new program bookmark in the bookmark service through IPTV in the three-screen fusion process in step 202, which includes the following steps:
step 801: after logging in the IPTV system, the user selects to end viewing a certain program, the EPG of the IPTV system prompts the user whether to set a bookmark, if so, the user clicks to record the current schedule to the bookmark, and then step 802 is executed.
Step 802: the EPG of the IPTV system sends a bookmark updating message to a service processor of the IPTV system;
here, the bookmark update message includes: timestamp information of the bookmark.
Step 803: after receiving the bookmark updating message, the service processor updates the bookmark information of the user, then returns a bookmark updating success result to the EPG of the IPTV system, and sends the bookmark updating message to the capability engine of the IPTV system;
here, the bookmark information includes: timestamp information of the bookmark; the updating of the user bookmark information specifically comprises: if the bookmark does not exist, a bookmark record is created; if the bookmark record already exists, the existing bookmark record is covered, whether timestamp information reported by an EPG of the IPTV system is consistent with timestamp information stored in a business processor of the IPTV system is checked, if not, the business processor of the IPTV system updates the bookmark information of the user through a bookmark distribution process, the business processor of the IPTV system updates the bookmark timestamp of the user, and informs the user that the bookmark is updated through other screens.
Step 804: and the capability engine of the IPTV system reports the received bookmark updating message to a collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform.
Step 805: and the collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform updates the bookmark information of the user according to the reported bookmark updating message, and then reports the bookmark updating message to the three-screen fusion support system.
Step 806: the three-screen fusion support system synchronizes bookmark updating information to the collection/bookmark servers of other two service management platforms; then, the three-screen fusion support system returns a bookmark synchronization result to a collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform;
here, the three-screen fusion support system synchronizes bookmark update messages to the collection/bookmark servers of the other two service management platforms, specifically: the three-screen fusion support system performs protocol conversion on the bookmark updating message and respectively sends the bookmark updating message to the computer service management platform and the mobile terminal service management platform; and the computer service management platform and the mobile terminal service management platform update the bookmark information after receiving the bookmark update message, thereby realizing the synchronization of the bookmark information of the three service management platforms.
Step 807: the collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform further returns a bookmark synchronization result to a capability engine of the IPTV system according to the returned bookmark synchronization result;
here, when the IPTV service management platform is overtime or fails in processing, the capability engine will alarm the network management server of the IPTV system to prompt that the processing is failed.
Step 808: and the capability engine of the IPTV system returns a bookmark synchronization result to the service processor according to the returned bookmark synchronization result, and ends the current processing flow.
Here, it should be noted that: the bookmark and bookmark list function is provided by each service management platform, and the service management platform synchronizes bookmark information to the service capability platform. When a user finishes watching on a service capability platform page of the IPTV system, the user clicks to determine and store the bookmark, the IPTV service management platform stores the user bookmark, synchronizes bookmark information to the service capability platform of the IPTV system, and synchronizes the user bookmark information to other two service management platforms for recording through the three-screen fusion support system. When the user watches by using the bookmark, the service capability platform directly provides service for the user.
Wherein, the processing flow for realizing the watching of the bookmarked programs in the collection service through the IPTV in the three-screen fusion process in step 202 is shown in fig. 9, and includes the following steps:
step 901: after a user logs in an IPTV system, clicking a 'my bookmark' button, automatically jumping to a bookmark viewing page provided by a collection/bookmark server of an IPTV service management platform by a service capability platform of the IPTV system, and inquiring a user bookmark by the collection/bookmark server according to a user temporary identity (UserToken) to provide a bookmark list for the user;
here, the UserToken is: when a user logs in, the IPTV service management platform temporarily allocates a unique identity to the user, and the identity has a validity period and is used for representing the identity of the user in the validity period.
Step 902: after a user initiates an operation request for playing a bookmark of a certain program, the IPTV service management platform redirects the user to a service capability platform page of the IPTV system.
Step 903: a service capability platform of the IPTV system provides normal service authentication and program playing for a user from a bookmark according to the ContentID and a content bookmark (ContentBookMark) returned by the IPTV service management platform;
here, if the content does not exist, an error page is returned to the management platform.
Step 904: and after the program is played, returning to the bookmark list page according to Return Url of the bookmark list page in the user playing operation request, and ending the current processing flow.
Fig. 10 shows a processing flow of implementing bookmark information distribution in bookmark service through IPTV in the three-screen fusion process in step 202, which includes the following steps:
step 1001: the internet system or the mobile network system reports bookmark updating information to the three-screen fusion support system through respective service management platforms;
here, the user may perform a program bookmark updating service through the internet system or the mobile network system, and at this time, the bookmark/collection server of the computer service management platform or the mobile terminal service management platform needs to be forwarded to the bookmark/collection server of the IPTV service management platform through the three-screen fusion support system, so as to implement synchronization of the three-screen bookmark information;
the bookmark updating message comprises: timestamp information of the bookmark.
Step 1002: the three-screen fusion support system synchronizes the received bookmark updating message to a bookmark/collection server of the IPTV service management platform;
specifically, the three-screen fusion support system performs protocol conversion on the bookmark updating message and sends the bookmark updating message to a bookmark/collection server of the IPTV service management platform; and can be further sent to a bookmark/collection server of a mobile terminal service management platform or a computer service management platform.
Step 1003: and after the bookmark/collection server of the IPTV service management platform updates the bookmark information of the IPTV service management platform according to the received bookmark updating message, forwarding a request for bookmark reverse synchronization to a capability engine of the IPTV system.
Step 1004: and the capability engine of the IPTV system updates the bookmark information of the user according to the synchronization request, updates the bookmark timestamp corresponding to the user and then returns the result of bookmark information synchronization to the bookmark/collection server of the IPTV service management platform.
Step 1005: and the bookmark/collection server of the IPTV service management platform returns a bookmark information synchronization result to the three-screen fusion support system according to the returned bookmark information synchronization result, and then the three-screen fusion support system returns the bookmark information synchronization result to the computer service management platform or the mobile terminal service management platform to finish the current processing flow.
For the three-screen bookmark, the bookmarks stored on other screens must be synchronized to the EPG of the IPTV system in real time, so that the user can find the bookmark in time when he requests the program. However, if the total information of all bookmarks downloaded by the user is too large, for example, about 100K, when the user logs in the EPG, the consumption of the system is too large, and the time for logging in the EPG is prolonged, thereby deteriorating the user experience.
Therefore, the invention starts an independent synchronous thread timing scanning in the EPG, compares the bookmark timestamp information of the logged-in user, and inserts the user into the scanned queue when the timestamp information is inconsistent, and the synchronization of the user bookmark is completed by the synchronous thread, and the processing flow of the synchronization of the user bookmark synchronization completed by the synchronous thread timing scanning is shown in fig. 11, and includes the following steps:
step 1101: after receiving the response of the home page of the IPTV system, the EPG judges whether the bookmark timestamp information of the logged-in user is consistent with that of the EPG, if so, the current processing flow is ended, otherwise, the step 1102 is executed;
here, the timestamp information of the logged-in user is provided by a collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform.
Step 1102: the EPG inserts the user information into the scanned queue, the synchronization thread scans the synchronization queue at regular time, checks whether the synchronization queue is empty, if yes, ends the current processing flow, otherwise, executes step 1103.
Step 1103: and the synchronization thread synchronizes the bookmark information of the user according to the user information in the synchronization queue, then updates the bookmark timestamp information of the EPG end user, and ends the current processing flow.

Claims (12)

1. An implementation method based on an interactive network television (IPTV) in three-screen fusion is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
when the service of the IPTV system is needed to be used, the three-screen fusion support system forwards the order information and the collection/bookmark information processed by the collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform to the collection/bookmark server of the computer service management platform and the collection/bookmark server of the mobile terminal service management platform.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the three-screen fusion support system sends collection/bookmark information to a collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform;
the collection/bookmark information is from a collection/bookmark server of a computer service management platform or a collection/bookmark server of a mobile terminal service management platform;
and the three-screen fusion support system also sends the collection/bookmark information to a collection/bookmark server of the mobile terminal service management platform or a collection/bookmark server of the computer service management platform.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the forwarding of the subscription information to the collection/bookmark server of the computer service management platform and the collection/bookmark server of the mobile terminal service management platform specifically comprises:
after a user logs in an IPTV system, selecting to use content;
when the internal authentication of the content by the capability platform of the IPTV system is unsuccessful, the capability platform of the IPTV system returns a request of external authentication to the IPTV service management platform;
when the external authentication of the IPTV service management platform on the content is unsuccessful, an electronic program menu (EPG) of the IPTV system is oriented to an order list display page of the IPTV service management platform, so that a user finishes the order operation on a product containing the content;
the IPTV service management platform reports the order information to the three-screen fusion support system, and the three-screen fusion support system synchronizes the order information to the other two service management platforms.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the collection information is newly added collection information, and the forwarding of the collection information to the collection/bookmark server of the computer service management platform and the collection/bookmark server of the mobile terminal service management platform specifically comprises:
after a user logs in an IPTV system, selecting a program for collection operation;
the IPTV system directs to a collection operation page provided by a collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform, so that a user finishes the collection operation of a selected program;
the collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform updates the collection information of the database directly connected with the IPTV service management platform according to the operation of a user, judges whether the program is collected or not, if not, the collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform reports the newly added collection information to the three-screen fusion support system, and the three-screen fusion support system synchronizes the newly added collection information to the other two service management platforms.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the collection information is deletion collection information, and the forwarding of the collection information to the collection/bookmark server of the computer service management platform and the collection/bookmark server of the mobile terminal service management platform specifically comprises:
after a user logs in an IPTV system, when needing to delete a favorite record, skipping to a favorite viewing page provided by an IPTV service management platform collection/bookmark server to enable the user to delete the favorite record;
the collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform deletes the corresponding collection information of the database directly connected with the IPTV service management platform according to the operation of a user, and reports the deleted collection information to the three-screen fusion support system, and the three-screen fusion support system synchronizes the deleted collection information to the other two service management platforms.
6. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises: the watching of the collected programs specifically comprises the following steps:
the service capability platform page jumps to a favorite viewing page provided by a collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform according to the operation of clicking collection by a user;
after a user selects a played collected program on a collecting and viewing page, a collecting/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform redirects the user to an EPG page of an IPTV system;
the EPG of the IPTV system displays the detailed information of the program to the user according to the content Identification (ID) and the column ID returned by the IPTV service management platform, saves Return Url of the favorite page provided by the collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform, and provides normal service authentication and program playing for the user.

The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bookmark information is a newly added program bookmark, and the forwarding of the bookmark information to the collection/bookmark server of the computer service management platform and the collection/bookmark server of the mobile terminal service management platform specifically comprises:
when a user needs to set a bookmark, the EPG of the IPTV system sends a bookmark updating message to a service processor of the IPTV system;
after receiving the bookmark updating message and updating the bookmark information of the user, the service processor returns a result of successful bookmark updating to the EPG of the IPTV system and sends the bookmark updating message to the capability engine of the IPTV system;
the capability engine of the IPTV system reports the received bookmark updating message to a collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform; the collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform updates the user bookmark information according to the reported bookmark updating message and reports the bookmark updating message to the three-screen fusion support system;
and the three-screen fusion support system synchronizes bookmark updating information to the other two service management platforms.
8. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises: watching bookmark programs, specifically:
a service capability platform of the IPTV system jumps to a bookmark viewing page provided by a collection/bookmark server of an IPTV service management platform, and the collection/bookmark server inquires a user bookmark according to the temporary identity of the user and provides a bookmark list for the user;
after a user initiates an operation request for playing a bookmark of a program, the IPTV service management platform redirects the user to a service capability platform page of an IPTV system;
and the service capability platform of the IPTV system provides normal service authentication and program playing for the user from the bookmark according to the content number and the content bookmark returned by the IPTV service management platform.
9. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
the EPG of the IPTV system starts an independent synchronous thread to scan at regular time, and bookmark information synchronization processing is carried out on bookmarks which are inconsistent with timestamps on the EPG.

the computer business management platform comprises a collection/bookmark server and is used for receiving the order information and the collection/bookmark information forwarded by the three-screen fusion support system;
the mobile terminal service management platform comprises a collection/bookmark server and is used for receiving the order information and the collection/bookmark information forwarded by the three-screen fusion support system.

the three-screen fusion support system is further used for forwarding the collection/bookmark information reported by the computer service management platform to a collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform, or forwarding the collection/bookmark information reported by the mobile terminal service management platform to the collection/bookmark server of the IPTV service management platform;
the IPTV service management platform comprising a collection/bookmark server is further used for receiving collection/bookmark information forwarded by the three-screen fusion support system;
the computer business management platform comprising the collection/bookmark server is further used for reporting the collection/bookmark information to the three-screen fusion support system when the collection/bookmark information of the Internet system changes; or the mobile terminal service management platform comprising the collection/bookmark server is further used for reporting the collection/bookmark information to the three-screen fusion support system when the collection/bookmark information of the mobile network system changes.
