In the related technology, a court trial is mainly performed manually to maintain a court discipline, judges whether a situation that the court discipline is not met exists or not through a judge or a bookmarker participating in the remote court trial, and reminds the party through voice.
In order to solve the problems, the application provides an audio and video processing method for a court remote court trial. Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an audio and video processing method for a court trial, which is applied to a server connected to a client of a party and a client of a judge for transmitting audio and video data between the client of the party and the client of the judge according to an embodiment of the present application; the method comprises the following steps:
s101: and receiving original audio and video data of the party side.
When the terminal participates in the remote court trial, the terminal of the party side has an image acquisition function so as to acquire audio and video data of the party side and upload the audio and video data to the server, and further display the audio and video data in the remote court trial.
The original audio and video data received by the application is the audio and video data of the client side, which is acquired by the image acquisition function and needs to be displayed in the remote court trial.
S102: the original audio and video data are divided into audio data packets and video data packets, and the audio data packets and/or the video data packets are detected to detect whether sensitive images and/or sensitive words which do not accord with court discipline exist in the original audio and video data.
After receiving the original audio and video data uploaded by the client side, the server splits the original audio and video data. The method comprises the steps of splitting original audio and video data into a video data packet and an audio data packet, respectively detecting the video data packet and/or the audio data packet, and judging that the original audio and video data do not accord with the court discipline under the condition that at least one sensitive image and/or sensitive word is detected. It should be noted that, based on actual needs of different courts in different regions, either the video data packet or the audio data packet may be detected, or the video data packet and the audio data packet may be detected separately; the present application is not limited to the detection of the sensitive image or the sensitive word, and any or all possible combinations of one or more associated listed items may be included in the following embodiments and/or may be selected according to the actual application scenario.
In one embodiment, the server may obtain corresponding video data and/or audio data from the video data packet and/or audio data packet, decode the video data and/or audio data, and perform detection using an algorithm. For example, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a detection process of a server on original audio and video data, actually, the server may only select to split at least one of a video data packet and an audio data packet from the original audio and video data, and perform corresponding detection, where the process shown in fig. 2 is a process of detecting the split video data packet and audio data packet respectively:
s201: and the server receives the original audio and video data.
The raw audio-visual data may be a plurality of raw audio-visual data uploaded by a plurality of parties. The original audio/video data is subjected to video detection and/or audio detection, and the processes S202a, S203a, and S204a may be executed correspondingly, and/or the processes S202b, S203b, and S204b may be executed correspondingly.
S202: including S202a obtaining video data packets, and/or S202b obtaining audio data packets.
The server splits and obtains a video data packet and/or an audio data packet from the original audio and video data.
S203: including S203a acquiring video data and/or S203b acquiring audio data.
The server may obtain corresponding video data and/or audio data from the video data packet and/or audio data packet obtained after splitting.
S204: including S204a for video detection and/or S204b for audio detection.
And the server correspondingly detects the acquired video data and/or audio data according to a preset algorithm.
S205: and judging whether the discipline of court is satisfied.
Judging that the court discipline is met only under the condition that sensitive images and/or sensitive words which do not meet the court discipline are not found in all the detections through video detection and/or audio detection;
if the sensitive images and/or sensitive words which do not conform to the court discipline exist in any detection, the corresponding video data and/or audio data are judged not to conform to the court discipline, and the corresponding original audio and video data do not conform to the court discipline.
The server may employ a deep learning algorithm, and train through a large amount of training data to obtain the video detection algorithm for detecting the video data in the above embodiment. In an embodiment, the sensitive image that can be identified by the video detection algorithm may be preset by a manufacturer, or may be selected by a court party using the method, so as to adapt to different court disciplines that may exist in different courts in different regions.
In one embodiment, detecting the video data packet comprises: detecting the content of a video frame contained in the video data packet to identify whether the following situations exist, and judging that the original audio and video data has a sensitive image which does not conform to the court discipline under the condition that at least one of the following situations exists, wherein the following situations specifically include:
in case one, the shaking times of the party in the preset time length are greater than the preset times. The algorithm can identify a party from the image of the video frame, if the times of moving out the image of the party is detected to be more than the preset times within the preset time length, or the times of moving the upper half limb action of the party to be more than the preset distance are detected to be more than the preset times, the sitting posture of the party is judged to be incorrect, the court discipline is not met, and the sensitive image exists in the original audio and video data.
In case two, the party is naked. In an embodiment, gender identification can be performed on the upper half of the person concerned according to the image of the video frame, the skin color of the person, the material of the clothing, the distribution position of the clothing and the like are identified, the skin area, the position of the exposed skin and the skin penetration degree of the material of the clothing are determined according to the identification content, exposure judgment is performed on the person concerned, and further, the clothing regularity can be judged according to the combination rule of the material of the clothing. And if the conditions that the principal is naked or uneven crown and the like do not accord with the court discipline exist, judging that the original audio and video data has sensitive images.
And in case three, the background of the environment where the principal is located has non-compliant content. In an embodiment, the video background picture of the party is determined by identifying the image of the video frame, and then whether a sensitive image violating laws and regulations or violating social ordinances exists in the video background picture is detected, and further, character identification can be performed on the video background picture to judge whether a sensitive word which does not meet the regulations is displayed in the video background picture. If the sensitive image or the sensitive word exists in the video background picture of the party, namely the video background picture does not conform to the court discipline, the original audio and video data is judged to have the sensitive image.
The detection of the content of the video frame contained in the video data packet can also be synchronously performed on a plurality of original audio and video data uploaded by a plurality of parties, so that the plurality of original audio and video data to be displayed can be efficiently detected under the condition that a plurality of persons participate in a remote court trial.
In addition to the sensitive images in the video data packet that may not conform to the court discipline, the content in the audio data packet included in the original audio/video data of the party side may also have sensitive words that do not conform to the court discipline, such as the improper utterances of the party itself, or the noise, murmur, etc. in the environment where the party is located.
In an embodiment, the detecting the audio data packet includes: converting the audio in the audio data packet into a text, and detecting the sensitive words of the text; and if the text contains the sensitive words, judging that the sensitive words which do not conform to the court discipline exist in the original audio and video data.
In an embodiment, the detecting the audio data packet includes: and detecting the audio frequency in the audio data packet, and if noise exists in the audio frequency, judging that the original audio and video data has sensitive words which do not accord with the court discipline.
In an embodiment, the detecting the audio data packet includes: and identifying the characteristics of the audio in the audio data packet, and if the audio contains a plurality of timbres, or the loudness exceeds a threshold value, or the pitch fluctuates abnormally, judging that the original audio and video data contains sensitive words which do not conform to the court discipline.
Through the embodiment, the audio and video processing method for the court trial can automatically detect the original audio and video data acquired from the side of the party to judge whether the original audio and video data conforms to the court discipline or not, so that the energy of a judge or a bookkeeper is saved, the detection of the original audio and video data is efficiently finished, and the court order is not disturbed.
In addition to determining that the original audio/video data has a sensitive image and/or a sensitive word that does not meet the specification, the server may also send a prompt to a client on the side of the corresponding party or perform corresponding processing on the original audio/video data based on the determination, in a specific manner as described below.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: sending a prompt to a client side of a corresponding party for the original audio and video data which do not conform to the court discipline; and/or desensitizing the part of the original audio and video data which does not conform to the court discipline. After judging that the original audio and video data of any party side does not accord with the court discipline, the server can send prompts such as pop windows, pop layers, voice, messages and the like to the corresponding party client side, so that after the event person receives the prompts, certain adjustment is carried out to accord with the court discipline. The server may also perform desensitization processing on the corresponding video data and/or audio data after determining that the original audio/video data has the sensitive image and/or the sensitive word, so that the desensitized audio/video data does not have the sensitive image and/or the sensitive word, for example, adding a mosaic to the corresponding video data, performing clipping, covering, and the like, and performing silencing, muting, shielding, and the like on the corresponding audio data, so as to avoid that the original audio/video data which does not conform to the court discipline is displayed in a video matrix of a remote court trial, thereby bringing about adverse effects.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a measure taken for the case one in the above-described embodiment, in fig. 3, when a party participates in a remote court trial through a party client, the party can see a court trial screen 301 displayed by a terminal, and in the case where the party frequently shakes so as to violate a court discipline, the server may issue a bullet-floor prompt 302 to the party-side client, the bullet-floor prompt 302 being located above the court trial screen 301 and making the party unable to operate the court trial screen 301, and having to respond preferentially to the bullet-floor prompt 302.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a measure taken for the second case in the above embodiment, in fig. 4, when the party participates in the remote court trial through the party client, the party can see the court trial screen 401 displayed by the terminal, and in the case that the party is exposed or has an uneven coat, the server may issue a bullet-layer prompt 402 to the party-side client, where the bullet-layer prompt 402 is located above the court trial screen 401, and makes the party unable to operate the court trial screen 401, and must respond to the bullet-layer prompt 402 preferentially. Meanwhile, the court trial matrix 403 displayed on each client participating in the court trial can display audio and video data of a plurality of parties, and under the condition that the parties are exposed or unfit, the server can perform desensitization processing, such as adding mosaic, on a sensitive image in the corresponding audio and video data, namely the upper part of the body of the party, and replace a corresponding original audio and video data picture with a desensitization processed picture 404 to display so as to avoid generating adverse effects.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a measure taken for the case three in the above embodiment, a court trial matrix 501 may be displayed on each client participating in a court trial, and in a case that a sensitive image or a sensitive word which does not conform to the court discipline exists in a video background picture of a party, the server may perform desensitization processing on a corresponding background picture portion in the original audio/video data of the party, for example, add a mosaic, and display the desensitized party picture 502 in place of the corresponding picture of the original audio/video data, so as to avoid adverse effects.
Because the detection of the original audio and video data is complex, the false judgment of the parties caused by the inaccurate detection technology is not avoided, and the original audio and video data which do not conform to the court discipline can be confirmed by the client of the judge.
In an embodiment, the sending out the prompt to the client of the corresponding party side; and/or desensitizing portions of the raw audio-video data that do not comply with the court discipline, including: sending a notification to a judge client under the condition that the original audio/video data is judged to have sensitive images and/or sensitive words which do not conform to the court discipline; and under the condition that the judge client returns a confirmation message, sending a prompt to the client of the corresponding party side, and/or carrying out desensitization processing on the part of the original audio and video data which does not conform to the court discipline. After the confirmation of the judge client, the higher accuracy of the detection of the original audio and video data can be ensured, so that the judge or the bookmarker only needs to pay attention to whether behavior which does not conform to the court discipline occurs or a background picture appears a sensitive image and the like under the condition that the judge or the bookmarker receives the notification.
In an embodiment, after receiving a message returned by a judge client, the server may add corresponding original audio/video data to training data of the algorithm according to specific content of the message, so as to enhance accuracy of the algorithm.
The server is used for detecting the original audio and video data to judge whether sensitive images and/or sensitive words which do not conform to the court discipline exist, and needs to transmit the audio and video data between the client of the party and the client of the judge.
In an embodiment, the method further comprises: dividing the original audio and video data into two paths of signals, sending one path of signal to each client side participating in court trial to be played, and detecting whether sensitive images and/or sensitive words which do not accord with court discipline exist in the other path of signal; and under the condition that the original audio and video data are judged to have sensitive images and/or sensitive words which do not accord with the court discipline, replacing the original audio and video data with the audio and video data subjected to desensitization processing so as to send the audio and video data to each client participating in the court trial for playing. As shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a schematic flow chart under a parallel condition, when the server receives original audio/video data, the server can synchronously detect and forward the audio/video, and after detecting the original audio/video data and judging that the original audio/video data does not conform to the court discipline, the original audio/video data can be replaced by the audio/video data after the desensitization processing for forwarding. The embodiment can realize real-time forwarding and real-time detection of the received original audio and video data, and because the video has continuity and generally does not conform to the behavior law of court discipline, the method can better complete real-time detection and replace the audio and video data in time.
In an embodiment, the method further comprises: under the condition that the original audio and video data do not have sensitive images and/or sensitive words which do not conform to the court discipline, sending the original audio and video data to each client participating in court trial for playing; and under the condition that the original audio and video data has sensitive images and/or sensitive words which do not accord with the court discipline, replacing the original audio and video data with the audio and video data subjected to desensitization processing, and sending the audio and video data to each client participating in court trial for playing. As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 shows a flow diagram under a serial condition, after receiving original audio and video data, a server first detects the original audio and video data, and then forwards the audio and video data after the detection is completed, wherein if the detection passes, the original audio and video data is directly forwarded, and if the detection does not pass, the original audio and video data is replaced by desensitized audio and video data and forwarded. By using the embodiment, all the audio and video data displayed on the clients participating in the court trial can be detected audio and video data under the condition of allowing a certain forwarding delay, so that the delay of audio and video detection and/or desensitization processing on the audio and video is avoided.
The method and the device can automatically detect the original audio and video data uploaded by the parties so as to judge whether the original audio and video data conform to the court discipline or not, can detect a plurality of original audio and video data, avoid the need of related personnel to maintain the court discipline during remote court trial, save the energy of personnel, further, can remind the parties who do not conform to the court discipline, and can keep the court discipline of the parties while keeping the court trial coherent.
Corresponding to the method item embodiment, the application also provides a corresponding court remote trial audio and video processing device embodiment.

For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to some descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant indications. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are only illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the application. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical blocks. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, and those skilled in the art will also appreciate that instead of implementing the controller in purely computer readable program code, the method steps may well be programmed logically to cause the controller to perform the same functions in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be conceived to be both a software module implementing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a server system.
