In this embodiment, the computer device generates the receiving identification code according to the number information of the delivery cabinet, the receipt information to be reimbursed and the password corresponding to the delivery cabinet, so that the user of the receiving party can receive the receipt to be reimbursed through the receiving identification code, thereby improving the intelligence of the reimbursement efficiency flow and also improving the device interactivity among the computer device, the delivery cabinet and the terminal of the receiving party.

In this embodiment, when the plurality of computer devices respectively determine that the corresponding plurality of delivery cabinets receive the plurality of files to be reimbursed, each computer device sends the corresponding generated two-dimensional code to the terminal of the receiving party, so that the user of the receiving party receives the plurality of files to be reimbursed according to a preset rule, each file to be reimbursed can enter an auditing process quickly and reliably, and device interactivity and flexibility among the plurality of computer devices, the plurality of delivery cabinets and the terminal of the receiving party are improved, so that reimbursement efficiency is greatly improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a tracking method of a reimbursement flow shown in another embodiment, where the embodiment relates to a specific process that the computer device determines how to determine that the reimbursement file is taken out when the delivery cabinet receives the reimbursement file, and optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the method may further be implemented by the following substeps:

In the implementation process, a user of a receiving party submits a plurality of received to-be-reimbursed files to a reimbursement department for approval, and reimbursement staff of all levels of reimbursement departments, financial department leaders and the like conduct auditing and reimbursement on reimbursement documents in each to-be-reimbursed file, links of associated reimbursement auditing are distributed according to a preset financial auditing authority flow, auditing information and operation logs of all the links are recorded, and the financial auditing authority flow comprises responsibility units, flow descriptions and remarking information.
The process description can be an approval process corresponding to the file to be reimbursed, and the remark information can be a series of links such as approval confirmation, related department consultation, approval, auditing, approval and the like from the beginning of purchase or purchase application, wherein the remark information can be the certificate filling corresponding to the file to be reimbursed and the reimbursement fee attribution department.
And the auditing information and the operation log of each link are recorded correspondingly after the auditing and the operation of each link are finished. And the expense reimbursement and the borrowing reimbursement of the file to be reimbursed can be displayed according to the information such as the date, the type, the amount, the settlement, the attribution unit and the state of the bill in the file to be reimbursed, so that the retrieval and the display can be performed, and the backtracking function of the bill voucher number of the file to be reimbursed is provided.
In this embodiment, the computer device determines whether the identification information representing that the to-be-reimbursed file has been taken out is received in the second duration based on the to-be-reimbursed file received in the delivery cabinet, so as to determine whether to send the prompt information for receiving the to-be-reimbursed file or display the prompt information for taking out the to-be-reimbursed file to the delivery terminal, ensure that the to-be-reimbursed file can quickly enter an approval process, and ensure that the current reimbursed process state of the to-be-reimbursed file can be quickly and accurately known by the delivery user, thereby improving man-machine interactivity among the computer device, the delivery user and the receiving terminal, and improving flexibility and functional diversity of the computer device.

In this embodiment, when the computer device determines that the delivery cabinet is in an unavailable state according to the history detection result of the delivery cabinet within the third preset duration, the computer device outputs a prompt message that a new delivery cabinet needs to be set at the position of the delivery cabinet or a new sub-delivery cabinet needs to be added in the delivery cabinet, so as to ensure that the delivery cabinet is in an available state every time the delivery cabinet is detected, thereby ensuring easy implementation and reliability that the file to be delivered can be delivered quickly.

As an optional implementation manner of the tracking system according to the foregoing embodiment, the computer device is further configured to obtain a history detection result of the delivery cabinet within a third preset duration; when the history detection result represents that the delivery cabinet is in an unavailable state, outputting prompt information that a new delivery cabinet needs to be arranged at the position of the delivery cabinet or a new sub-delivery cabinet needs to be additionally arranged in the delivery cabinet.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a tracking device for reimbursement flows is provided. As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes: an acquisition module 11, a processing module 12, an output module 13 and a transmission module 14.
Specifically, the acquiring module 11 is configured to acquire information of a document to be reimbursed, where the information of the document to be reimbursed includes type information, amount information and attribution units of the document to be reimbursed corresponding to the document to be reimbursed;

In one embodiment, the tracking device of the reimbursement flow further includes a reminding module 16, where the reminding module 16 is configured to send reminding information to the pickup terminal when detecting that the to-be-reimbursed file in the delivery cabinet is taken out, and the reminding information is configured to remind the pickup user to deliver the reimbursement result file to the delivery cabinet.
In one embodiment, the tracking device of the reimbursement flow further includes a judging module 17, where the judging module 17 is configured to determine whether identification information is received within a second preset duration when the delivery cabinet receives the file to be reimbursed, and obtain a judging result; wherein the identification information characterizes that the file to be reimbursed is taken out;
and when the judging result indicates that the identification information is not received within a second preset time period, sending notification information to the receiving party terminal, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the receiving party user to receive the file to be reimbursed.
In one embodiment, when the obtaining module 11 is further configured to obtain a history detection result of the delivery cabinet within a third preset duration, the output module 13 is further configured to output, when the history detection result indicates that the delivery cabinet is in an unavailable state, a prompt message that a new delivery cabinet needs to be set at a location of the delivery cabinet or a new child delivery cabinet needs to be added in the delivery cabinet.
For specific limitation of the tracking device of the reimbursement procedure, reference may be made to the limitation of the tracking method of the reimbursement procedure hereinabove, and the description thereof will not be repeated here. The various modules in the tracking device of the reimbursement flow can be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of tracing a reimbursement flow. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
acquiring receipt information to be reimbursed, wherein the receipt information to be reimbursed comprises type information, amount information and attribution units of a file corresponding to the receipt information to be reimbursed; generating a bill delivery identification code according to the bill information to be reimbursed; outputting first prompt information according to delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the bill delivery identification code; the first prompt information is used for prompting a delivery party user corresponding to the file to be reimbursed to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a delivery cabinet corresponding to the identification information of the delivery cabinet; and when the delivery cabinet is determined to receive the file to be reimbursed, sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiver terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed.
In an embodiment, when the identification information comprises numbering information, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
acquiring the information of each geographic position of each delivery cabinet in a preset range and the current position coordinate information of the user of the delivery party; determining delivery cabinet number information nearest to the delivery party user according to the geographic position information and the current position coordinate information; and generating the bill delivery identification code according to the delivery cabinet number information.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
acquiring at least one numbering information of at least one available child delivery cabinet in the delivery cabinet; determining target number information in the at least one number information, and outputting first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the delivery party user to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a target sub-delivery cabinet corresponding to the target number information.

In an embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:

Claims (13)

1. A method for tracking reimbursement flow, the method comprising:
acquiring receipt information to be reimbursed, wherein the receipt information to be reimbursed comprises type information, amount information and attribution units of a file corresponding to the receipt information to be reimbursed;
generating a bill delivery identification code according to the bill information to be reimbursed;
outputting first prompt information according to delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the bill delivery identification code; the first prompt information is used for prompting a delivery party user corresponding to the file to be reimbursed to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a delivery cabinet corresponding to the identification information of the delivery cabinet;
When the delivery cabinet is determined to receive the file to be reimbursed, sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiver terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed;
the method further comprises the step of obtaining the current state of the file to be reimbursed, and comprises the following steps:
s21, acquiring a file identification code in the delivery cabinet, wherein the file identification code comprises an identification code generated according to a current file in the delivery cabinet;
specifically, the current file includes all or part of the file to be reimbursed and a feedback file of the file to be reimbursed, wherein the feedback file includes a file to be reimbursed which does not meet the requirements or a certificate file which is reimbursed successfully;
in the actual processing process, a sensing device is arranged in the computer equipment and is used for identifying the color mark of the delivery cabinet, and the sensing device comprises a color identification sensor or a photosensitive integrated sensor;
the computer equipment determines a current file in the delivery cabinet according to the color identification change condition of the delivery cabinet, and when the computer equipment detects that the color identification of the delivery cabinet is switched from a yellow identification to a green identification, the current file in the delivery cabinet is determined to be the file to be reimbursed; when the computer equipment detects that the color brightness of the green mark of the delivery cabinet starts to decrease, determining the current file as the rest file of the file to be reimbursed; the color brightness of the green mark starts to decrease, which indicates that the pickup party opens the delivery cabinet and picks up the file to be reimbursed, and when the file to be reimbursed is completely picked up, the color mark of the delivery cabinet is converted from the green mark to the yellow mark;
When the computer equipment detects that the color identification of the delivery cabinet is switched from the yellow identification to the green identification again, determining that the current file is a feedback file of the file to be reimbursed; the switching time of the yellow mark to the green mark is smaller than the switching time of the green mark to the yellow mark, the yellow mark is used for representing that the delivery cabinet does not store the file to be reimbursed currently, and the rest files to be reimbursed comprise part of the files to be reimbursed;
when the computer equipment determines that the current file is all the files of the files to be reimbursed, a delivered state identification code is generated; the computer equipment generates a fetched state identification code when determining that the current file is the rest file of the file to be reimbursed; the computer equipment generates an auditing end identification code when determining that the current file is a feedback file of the file to be reimbursed; the delivered state identification code, the extracted state identification code and the auditing end identification code are displayed in a mode of reminding based on a threshold value;
step S22, displaying state reminding information corresponding to the file identification code; the state reminding information comprises one of a delivered state, a taken state and an audit ending state;
Specifically, when the computer equipment determines that the file identification code characterizes the current file as all files of the file to be reimbursed, state reminding information of delivered states is displayed; when the computer equipment determines that the file identification code represents that the current file is the rest file of the file to be reimbursed, displaying state reminding information of the taken state; when the computer equipment determines that the file identification code represents that the current file is a feedback file of the file to be reimbursed, displaying state reminding information of an auditing ending state;
in the actual processing process, when the computer equipment acquires the file identification code, the to-be-delivered party can be reminded by displaying state reminding information corresponding to the file identification code, so that the to-be-delivered party can know that the to-be-reimbursed file is currently in a delivered state, a taken-out state or an audit ending state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when the identification information includes numbering information, the generating a document delivery identification code according to the document information to be reimbursed includes:
acquiring the information of each geographic position of each delivery cabinet in a preset range and the current position coordinate information of the user of the delivery party;
Determining delivery cabinet number information nearest to the delivery party user according to the geographic position information and the current position coordinate information;
and generating the bill delivery identification code according to the delivery cabinet number information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein outputting the first prompt message according to the delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the document delivery identification code includes:
acquiring at least one numbering information of at least one available child delivery cabinet in the delivery cabinet;
determining target number information in the at least one number information, and outputting first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the delivery party user to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a target sub-delivery cabinet corresponding to the target number information.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said determining the target number information in said at least one number information comprises:
and randomly selecting one piece of number information from the at least one piece of number information as the target number information.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the delivery cabinet receives the to-be-reimbursed file, the step of sending a second prompt message for receiving the to-be-reimbursed file to a receiver terminal corresponding to the to-be-reimbursed file includes:
When the delivery cabinet is determined to receive the file to be reimbursed, generating a receiving identification code of the file to be reimbursed, and sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiving party terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed; the second prompt information carries the receiving identification code and the opening password corresponding to the delivery cabinet.
6. The method as recited in claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring N receiving identification codes generated in a first time period, wherein each receiving identification code corresponds to a file to be reimbursed, and N is an integer greater than 0;
and the N receiving identification codes are sent to the receiving party terminal, so that the receiving party user receives the file to be reimbursed according to a preset rule.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of outputting the first hint information based on the delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the document delivery identification code, the method further comprises:
when the fact that the file to be reimbursed in the delivery cabinet is taken out is detected, reminding information is sent to the receiver terminal, and the reminding information is used for reminding the receiver user of delivering the reimbursement result file to the delivery cabinet.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when the delivery cabinet is determined to receive the file to be reimbursed, judging whether identification information is received within a second preset time length, and obtaining a judging result; wherein the identification information characterizes that the file to be reimbursed is taken out;
and when the judging result indicates that the identification information is not received within a second preset time period, sending notification information to the receiving party terminal, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the receiving party user to receive the file to be reimbursed.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a history detection result of the delivery cabinet within a third preset time period;
when the history detection result represents that the delivery cabinet is in an unavailable state, outputting prompt information that a new delivery cabinet needs to be arranged at the position of the delivery cabinet or a new sub-delivery cabinet needs to be additionally arranged in the delivery cabinet.

A tracking system for reimbursement procedures, the system comprising: the delivery cabinet comprises computer equipment, a delivery cabinet and a pickup terminal, wherein the computer equipment is in communication connection with the delivery cabinet, the pickup terminal is in communication connection with the delivery cabinet, and the computer equipment is in communication connection with the pickup terminal;
The computer equipment is used for acquiring the receipt information to be reimbursed, generating a receipt delivery identification code according to the receipt information to be reimbursed, outputting first prompt information according to delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the receipt delivery identification code, and finally, when the delivery cabinet receives the file to be reimbursed, sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiver terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed;
the first prompt information is used for prompting a delivery party user corresponding to the file to be reimbursed to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a delivery cabinet corresponding to the identification information of the delivery cabinet;
the delivery cabinet is used for storing the files to be reimbursed;
the receiving party terminal is used for receiving the second prompt information;
the computer device is further configured to obtain a current state of the file to be reimbursed, including the following steps:
s21, acquiring a file identification code in the delivery cabinet, wherein the file identification code comprises an identification code generated according to a current file in the delivery cabinet;
specifically, the current file includes all or part of the file to be reimbursed and a feedback file of the file to be reimbursed, wherein the feedback file includes a file to be reimbursed which does not meet the requirements or a certificate file which is reimbursed successfully;
In the actual processing process, a sensing device is arranged in the computer equipment and is used for identifying the color mark of the delivery cabinet, and the sensing device comprises a color identification sensor or a photosensitive integrated sensor;
the computer equipment determines a current file in the delivery cabinet according to the color identification change condition of the delivery cabinet, and when the computer equipment detects that the color identification of the delivery cabinet is switched from a yellow identification to a green identification, the current file in the delivery cabinet is determined to be the file to be reimbursed; when the computer equipment detects that the color brightness of the green mark of the delivery cabinet starts to decrease, determining the current file as the rest file of the file to be reimbursed; the color brightness of the green mark starts to decrease, which indicates that the pickup party opens the delivery cabinet and picks up the file to be reimbursed, and when the file to be reimbursed is completely picked up, the color mark of the delivery cabinet is converted from the green mark to the yellow mark;
when the computer equipment detects that the color identification of the delivery cabinet is switched from the yellow identification to the green identification again, determining that the current file is a feedback file of the file to be reimbursed; the switching time of the yellow mark to the green mark is smaller than the switching time of the green mark to the yellow mark, the yellow mark is used for representing that the delivery cabinet does not store the file to be reimbursed currently, and the rest files to be reimbursed comprise part of the files to be reimbursed;
When the computer equipment determines that the current file is all the files of the files to be reimbursed, a delivered state identification code is generated; the computer equipment generates a fetched state identification code when determining that the current file is the rest file of the file to be reimbursed; the computer equipment generates an auditing end identification code when determining that the current file is a feedback file of the file to be reimbursed; the delivered state identification code, the extracted state identification code and the auditing end identification code are displayed in a mode of reminding based on a threshold value;
step S22, displaying state reminding information corresponding to the file identification code; the state reminding information comprises one of a delivered state, a taken state and an audit ending state;

In the actual processing process, when the computer equipment acquires the file identification code, the to-be-delivered party can be reminded by displaying state reminding information corresponding to the file identification code, so that the to-be-delivered party can know that the to-be-reimbursed file is currently in a delivered state, a taken-out state or an audit ending state.
11. A tracking device for reimbursement procedures, the device comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the receipt information to be reimbursed, wherein the receipt information to be reimbursed comprises type information, amount information and attribution units of the receipt information to be reimbursed corresponding to the document to be reimbursed;
the processing module is used for generating a bill delivery identification code according to the bill information to be reimbursed;
the output module is used for outputting first prompt information according to the delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the bill delivery identification code; the first prompt information is used for prompting a delivery party user corresponding to the file to be reimbursed to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a delivery cabinet corresponding to the identification information of the delivery cabinet;
the sending module is used for determining that the delivery cabinet receives the file to be reimbursed and sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiver terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed;
