In one embodiment, when the obtaining module 11 is further configured to obtain N receiving identification codes generated within a first time period, the sending module 14 is further configured to send the N receiving identification codes to the receiving party terminal, so that the receiving party user receives the reimbursement waiting file according to a preset rule; each receiving identification code corresponds to one file to be reimbursed, and N is an integer larger than 0.
In one embodiment, the tracking apparatus for reimbursement process further includes a reminding module 16, where the reminding module 16 is configured to send a reminding message to the receiving party terminal when detecting that the to-be-reimbursed file in the delivery cabinet is taken out, where the reminding message is used to remind the receiving party user to deliver a reimbursement result file to the delivery cabinet.
In one embodiment, the tracking apparatus for reimbursement process further includes a determining module 17, where the determining module 17 is configured to determine whether the delivery cabinet receives the to-be-reimbursed file, and determine whether the identification information is received within a second preset time period, and obtain a determining result; the identification information represents that the file to be reimbursed is taken out;
and when the judgment result represents that the identification information is not received within a second preset time, sending notification information to the receiving party terminal, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the receiving party user to receive the file to be reimbursed.
In one embodiment, when the obtaining module 11 is further configured to obtain a historical detection result of the delivery cabinet within a third preset time period, the output module 13 is further configured to, when the historical detection result indicates that the delivery cabinet is in an unavailable state, output a prompt message that a new delivery cabinet needs to be set at a position of the delivery cabinet or a new sub-delivery cabinet needs to be added in the delivery cabinet.
For specific limitations of the tracking device for reimbursement process, reference may be made to the above limitations of the tracking method for reimbursement process, which are not described herein again. The modules in the tracking device of the reimbursement process can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of tracking reimbursement flows. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring information of a to-be-reimbursed document, wherein the information of the to-be-reimbursed document comprises type information, amount information and an attribution unit of a to-be-reimbursed document corresponding to the information of the to-be-reimbursed document; generating a document delivery identification code according to the to-be-reimbursed document information; outputting first prompt information according to delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the document delivery identification code; the first prompt message is used for prompting a delivery party user corresponding to the file to be reimbursed to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a delivery cabinet corresponding to the delivery cabinet identification information; and when the delivery cabinet is determined to receive the file to be reimbursed, sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiving party terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed.
In one embodiment, when the identification information includes number information, the processor executes the computer program to further perform the following steps:
acquiring the information of each geographical position of each delivery cabinet in a preset range and the current position coordinate information of the user of the delivery party; determining delivery cabinet number information closest to the delivery party user according to the geographical position information and the current position coordinate information; and generating the bill delivery identification code according to the delivery cabinet number information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring at least one number information of at least one available sub-delivery cabinet in the delivery cabinet; and determining target number information in the at least one piece of number information, and outputting first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the delivery party user to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a target sub-delivery cabinet corresponding to the target number information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and randomly selecting one piece of numbering information from the at least one piece of numbering information as the target numbering information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring current state information of each delivery cabinet, wherein the current state information at least represents that each delivery cabinet is available or unavailable at present; detecting whether the delivery cabinet corresponding to the delivery cabinet number is available at present according to the current state information of each delivery cabinet; if so, generating the bill delivery identification code according to the delivery cabinet number information; and if not, outputting third prompt information, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting that the generation of the bill delivery identification code fails.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring a file identification code in the delivery cabinet, wherein the file identification code is an identification code generated according to a current file in the delivery cabinet; displaying the state reminding information corresponding to the file identification code; wherein the state reminding information comprises one of a delivered state, a taken-out state and an auditing end state.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
when the file identification codes represent that the current files are all the files of the files to be delivered, displaying state reminding information of delivered states; when the file identification code represents that the current file is the rest of the file to be reimbursed, displaying state reminding information of the taken state; and when the file identification code represents that the current file is a feedback file of the file to be reimbursed, displaying a state reminding message of an auditing end state.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
when the delivery cabinet is determined to receive the file to be reimbursed, generating a receiving identification code of the file to be reimbursed, and sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiving party terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed; and the second prompt message carries the receiving identification code and the opening password corresponding to the delivery cabinet.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring N receiving identification codes generated in a first time period, wherein each receiving identification code corresponds to a file to be reimbursed, and N is an integer greater than 0; and sending the N receiving identification codes to the receiving party terminal so that the receiving party user receives the files to be reimbursed according to a preset rule.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and sending reminding information to the receiving party terminal when detecting that the file to be reimbursed in the delivery cabinet is taken out, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding the receiving party user to deliver a reimbursement result file to the delivery cabinet.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
when the delivery cabinet receives the file to be reimbursed, judging whether the identification information is received within a second preset time length, and obtaining a judgment result; the identification information represents that the file to be reimbursed is taken out; and when the judgment result represents that the identification information is not received within a second preset time, sending notification information to the receiving party terminal, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the receiving party user to receive the file to be reimbursed.

acquiring information of a to-be-reimbursed document, wherein the information of the to-be-reimbursed document comprises type information, amount information and an attribution unit of a to-be-reimbursed document corresponding to the information of the to-be-reimbursed document; generating a document delivery identification code according to the to-be-reimbursed document information; outputting first prompt information according to delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the document delivery identification code; the first prompt message is used for prompting a delivery party user corresponding to the file to be reimbursed to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a delivery cabinet corresponding to the delivery cabinet identification information; and when the delivery cabinet is determined to receive the file to be reimbursed, sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiving party terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed.
In an embodiment, when the identification information comprises numbering information, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Claims (16)

1. A method for tracking reimbursement process, the method comprising:
acquiring information of a to-be-reimbursed document, wherein the information of the to-be-reimbursed document comprises type information, amount information and an attribution unit of a to-be-reimbursed document corresponding to the information of the to-be-reimbursed document;
generating a document delivery identification code according to the to-be-reimbursed document information;
outputting first prompt information according to delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the document delivery identification code; the first prompt message is used for prompting a delivery party user corresponding to the file to be reimbursed to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a delivery cabinet corresponding to the delivery cabinet identification information;
and when the delivery cabinet is determined to receive the file to be reimbursed, sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiving party terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the identification information includes numbering information, the generating a document delivery identification code according to the pending reimbursement document information includes:
acquiring the information of each geographical position of each delivery cabinet in a preset range and the current position coordinate information of the user of the delivery party;
determining delivery cabinet number information closest to the delivery party user according to the geographical position information and the current position coordinate information;
and generating the bill delivery identification code according to the delivery cabinet number information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the outputting a second prompt message, which is used to prompt a delivery party user corresponding to the reimbursement document to deliver the reimbursement document to the delivery cabinet, comprises:
acquiring at least one number information of at least one available sub-delivery cabinet in the delivery cabinet;
and determining target number information in the at least one piece of number information, and outputting first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the delivery party user to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a target sub-delivery cabinet corresponding to the target number information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining the target number information from the at least one number information comprises:
and randomly selecting one piece of numbering information from the at least one piece of numbering information as the target numbering information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the document delivery identification code based on the delivery cabinet number information comprises:
acquiring current state information of each delivery cabinet, wherein the current state information at least represents that each delivery cabinet is available or unavailable at present;
detecting whether the delivery cabinet corresponding to the delivery cabinet number is available at present according to the current state information of each delivery cabinet;
if so, generating the bill delivery identification code according to the delivery cabinet number information;
and if not, outputting third prompt information, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting that the generation of the bill delivery identification code fails.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a file identification code in the delivery cabinet, wherein the file identification code comprises an identification code generated according to a current file existing in the delivery cabinet;
displaying the state reminding information corresponding to the file identification code; wherein the state reminding information comprises one of a delivered state, a taken-out state and an auditing end state.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the displaying the status alert corresponding to the file identification code comprises:
when the file identification codes represent that the current files are all the files of the files to be delivered, displaying state reminding information of delivered states;
when the file identification code represents that the current file is the rest of the file to be reimbursed, displaying state reminding information of the taken state;
and when the file identification code represents that the current file is a feedback file of the file to be reimbursed, displaying a state reminding message of an auditing end state.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending second prompt information for receiving the reimbursement document to a receiving party terminal corresponding to the reimbursement document when determining that the delivery cabinet receives the reimbursement document comprises:
when the delivery cabinet is determined to receive the file to be reimbursed, generating a receiving identification code of the file to be reimbursed, and sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiving party terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed; and the second prompt message carries the receiving identification code and the opening password corresponding to the delivery cabinet.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
acquiring N receiving identification codes generated in a first time period, wherein each receiving identification code corresponds to a file to be reimbursed, and N is an integer greater than 0;
and sending the N receiving identification codes to the receiving party terminal so that the receiving party user receives the files to be reimbursed according to a preset rule.
10. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the step of outputting the first prompt message according to the delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the bill delivery identification code, the method further comprises:
and sending reminding information to the receiving party terminal when detecting that the file to be reimbursed in the delivery cabinet is taken out, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding the receiving party user to deliver a reimbursement result file to the delivery cabinet.
11. The method of any one of claim 1, further comprising:
when the delivery cabinet receives the file to be reimbursed, judging whether the identification information is received within a second preset time length, and obtaining a judgment result; the identification information represents that the file to be reimbursed is taken out;
and when the judgment result represents that the identification information is not received within a second preset time, sending notification information to the receiving party terminal, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the receiving party user to receive the file to be reimbursed.
12. The method of any one of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a historical detection result of the delivery cabinet within a third preset time;
when the historical detection result represents that the delivery cabinet is in an unavailable state, outputting prompt information that a new delivery cabinet needs to be arranged at the position of the delivery cabinet or a new sub-delivery cabinet needs to be additionally arranged in the delivery cabinet.

A system for tracking reimbursement procedures, the system comprising: the system comprises computer equipment, a delivery cabinet and a receiving party terminal, wherein the computer equipment is in communication connection with the delivery cabinet, the receiving party terminal is in communication connection with the delivery cabinet, and the computer equipment is in communication connection with the receiving party terminal;
the computer equipment is used for acquiring the information of the to-be-reimbursed documents, generating document delivery identification codes according to the information of the to-be-reimbursed documents, outputting first prompt information according to delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the document delivery identification codes, and finally sending second prompt information for receiving the to-be-reimbursed documents to a receiving party terminal corresponding to the to-be-reimbursed documents when the delivery cabinets are determined to receive the to-be-reimbursed documents;
the first prompt message is used for prompting a delivery party user corresponding to the file to be reimbursed to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a delivery cabinet corresponding to the delivery cabinet identification information;
the delivery cabinet is used for storing the files to be reimbursed;
and the receiving party terminal is used for receiving the second prompt message.
14. An apparatus for tracking reimbursement processes, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring the information of the to-be-reimbursed document, and the information of the to-be-reimbursed document comprises type information, amount information and an attribution unit of the to-be-reimbursed document corresponding to the information of the to-be-reimbursed document;
the processing module is used for generating a document delivery identification code according to the to-be-reimbursed document information;
the output module is used for outputting first prompt information according to the delivery cabinet identification information corresponding to the document delivery identification code; the first prompt message is used for prompting a delivery party user corresponding to the file to be reimbursed to deliver the file to be reimbursed to a delivery cabinet corresponding to the delivery cabinet identification information;
and the sending module is used for sending second prompt information for receiving the file to be reimbursed to a receiving party terminal corresponding to the file to be reimbursed when the delivery cabinet is determined to receive the file to be reimbursed.
15. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor is adapted to carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 12 when executing the computer program.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 12.
