Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a structure convenient for overhauling a fixed winch, wherein a concrete bent is arranged above a gate in a dam, then a top platform is manufactured on the concrete bent, a steel structure hoist chamber is arranged on the top platform, the fixed winch is arranged in the steel structure hoist chamber and fixed on the top platform, and a hanging hole is manufactured on the top platform in the steel structure hoist chamber; the bridge crane is arranged above the steel structure hoist chamber, the hoisting range of the bridge crane covers all ranges of the fixed hoist and the hoisting hole, the hoisting rope and the hoisting hook of the bridge crane can hoist parts of the fixed hoist through the hoisting hole, and the hoisting hole is covered by the cover plate at ordinary times, so that the fixed hoist can be safely and conveniently installed, overhauled and maintained. The steel structure hoist chamber is arranged on the top platform of the concrete bent frame for fixing the winch, so that the steel structure hoist chamber is light in weight, convenient to detach and install, convenient to install and maintain and capable of guaranteeing the safety of operators.

The structure convenient for the fixed winch to overhaul comprises a group of fixed winches arranged above a gate in a dam; a concrete bent is fixed above the gate in the dam, a top platform is arranged on the concrete bent, a steel structure hoist chamber is arranged on the top platform, and a group of fixed winches are arranged on the top platform in the steel structure hoist chamber; and a bridge crane is arranged at the top in the steel structure hoist chamber.
In the structure convenient for maintenance of the fixed winch, the top platform is provided with the object hanging hole, and the object hanging hole is provided with the cover plate.
In the structure convenient for overhauling the fixed windlass, the hoisting range of the bridge crane covers the ranges of all the fixed windlasss and the hoisting holes.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the steel structure hoist chamber is arranged on the top platform of the concrete bent frame for fixing the winch, so that the weight is light, and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient. The bridge crane is arranged at the upper part of the fixed winch arranged in the steel structure operating room, so that the installation, maintenance and repair requirements of the large-capacity high-lift fixed winch are met; the hoisting holes are formed in the steel structure hoist chamber of the platform at the top of the bent frame, the hoisting range of the bridge crane covers all the fixed hoists and the hoisting holes, the hoisting holes are covered by the cover plates at ordinary times, and the bridge crane is convenient to hoist parts of the fixed hoists into the hoist chamber from the lower part of the bent frame, so that the bridge crane is convenient to install, overhaul and maintain, and the safety of operators is guaranteed.

The invention discloses a method for facilitating maintenance of a fixed winch, which comprises the following steps of: the method comprises the steps that a concrete bent 1 is arranged above a gate in a dam, then a top platform 2 of a reinforced concrete structure is manufactured on the concrete bent 1, a steel structure hoist chamber 3 is arranged on the top platform 2, a fixed winch 4 is arranged in the steel structure operation chamber 3 and fixed on the top platform 2, and a hanging hole 6 is manufactured on the top platform 2 in the steel structure hoist chamber 3; arranging a bridge crane 5 above a steel structure hoist chamber 3, enabling the hoisting range of the bridge crane 5 to cover all ranges of a fixed hoist 4 and a hoisting hole 6, and enabling a hoisting rope and a hoisting hook of the bridge crane 5 to hoist parts of the fixed hoist 4 through the hoisting hole 6; the hoisting hole 6 is usually covered by a cover plate 7, so that the fixed winch 4 can be safely and conveniently installed, overhauled and maintained.
According to the structure for facilitating the maintenance of the fixed winch, which is formed by the maintenance method, as shown in fig. 1, the structure comprises a group of fixed winches 4 arranged above a gate in a dam; a concrete bent 1 is fixed above the gate in the dam, a top platform 2 is arranged on the concrete bent 1, a steel structure hoist chamber 3 is arranged on the top platform 2, and a group of fixed winches 4 are arranged on the top platform 2 in the steel structure hoist chamber 3; and a bridge crane 5 is arranged at the top in the steel structure hoist chamber 3.
The top platform 2 is provided with a hanging hole 6, and the hanging hole 6 is provided with a cover plate 7.
When in manufacturing, the hoisting range of the bridge crane 5 can cover the range of all the fixed hoists 4 and the hoisting holes 6.
In specific implementation, a steel structure hoist chamber 3 is arranged on a top platform 2 of the concrete bent 1, and a bridge crane 5 is arranged on the upper part of a fixed winch 4 arranged in the steel structure hoist chamber 3; a hoisting hole 6 is arranged in a steel structure hoist chamber 3 of the top platform 2; the hoisting range of the bridge crane 5 covers all the fixed windlasses 4 and the hoisting holes 6; the hanging hole 6 is normally covered by a cover plate 7.
The steel structure hoist chamber is arranged on the top platform of the concrete bent frame for fixing the winch, so that the steel structure hoist chamber is light in weight and convenient to disassemble and install. A method for facilitating maintenance of a fixed winch is characterized in that: the method comprises the steps that a concrete bent frame (1) is arranged above a gate in a dam, then a top platform (2) is manufactured on the concrete bent frame (1), a steel structure hoist chamber (3) is arranged on the top platform (2), a fixed winch (4) is arranged in the steel structure hoist chamber (3) and fixed on the top platform (2), and a hanging hole (6) is manufactured on the top platform (2) in the steel structure hoist chamber (3); arranging a bridge crane (5) above a steel structure hoist chamber (3), enabling the hoisting range of the bridge crane (5) to cover all ranges of a fixed hoist (4) and a hoisting hole (6), and enabling a hoisting rope and a hoisting hook of the bridge crane (5) to hoist parts of the fixed hoist (4) through the hoisting hole (6); the hoisting hole (6) is usually covered by a cover plate (7), so that the fixed winch (4) can be safely and conveniently operated and overhauled.
