gradually cutting the inner sides of the old bridge girder 3 from top to bottom from the inner sides of the old bridge girder 3 at two sides of the factory building to form a vertical gap groove 6 (see fig. 3) communicated with the top surface of the old bridge girder 3, supporting the winding drum 1 at the bottom of the gap groove 6 through rotating shafts 2 at two ends of the winding drum 1, and gradually reducing the elevation of the winding drum 1 along with the gradual deepening of the gap groove 6; the width of the notch groove 6 is matched with the diameter of the rotating shaft 2 at two ends of the winding drum 1, and the depth of the notch groove 6 is measured and calculated according to the hoisting lift of the truck crane 7 and the roof clearance;
the rotating shafts 2 at two ends of the winding drum 1 are respectively supported at the bottoms of the notch grooves 6 on the girders 3 of the old bridge cranes at two sides of the factory building so as to reduce the elevation of the winding drum 1 and increase the operating space between the upper part of the winding drum 1 and the roof of the factory building;
two inlet holes 101 are cut in the top of the reel 1;
a first lifting lug mechanism corresponding to the position of the inlet hole 101 is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the winding drum 1 through the inlet hole 101, the lifting lug and a lifting lug shaft of the lifting lug mechanism are designed according to the actual wall thickness of the winding drum 1 by measuring and calculating the weight and the gravity center of the winding drum 1, and the welding of the lifting lug needs to consider the connection convenience with the lifting hooks 702 of two truck cranes 7;
checking the positions of the two truck cranes 7, and extending the suspension arms 701 of the two truck cranes 7 to the operation space between the winding drum 1 and the roof of the workshop;
hooks 702 on the suspension arms 701 of the two truck cranes 7 enter the interior of the reel 1 through the inlet holes 101 and hook corresponding first lifting lug mechanisms;
the winding drum 1 is slowly hoisted through the lifting hook 702, so that the overall dimension of the winding drum 1 after being separated from the girder and rotating for a certain angle is smaller than the inner side distance of the girder, and the winding drum 1 is slowly descended after confirming that the winding drum 1 can not interfere with the girder of the bridge crane, so that the winding drum 1 falls to the ground;
the old bridge girder 3 is then removed.

installing a track of the new bridge crane on a girder of the new bridge crane;
hoisting the girders of the new bridge crane provided with the tracks at a certain height on two sides of the factory building, and ensuring that the distance between the girders of the new bridge crane on the two sides of the factory building is larger than the width of a bridge crane trolley 8 of the new bridge crane;
hoisting a cross beam for connecting the girder of the new bridge crane on two sides, wherein one end of the cross beam is fixedly connected with the girder of the new bridge crane on one side, and the other end of the cross beam is temporarily not connected with the girder of the new bridge crane on the other corresponding side;
as shown in fig. 4, temporary lifting lugs 9 are welded on end beams 801 at the front end and the rear end of a bridge crane trolley 8, and a trolley lifting appliance 10 is installed through the temporary lifting lugs 9; as shown in fig. 5, the trolley lifting appliance 10 is provided with a lifting beam 1001 parallel to the end beam 801 of the bridge crane trolley 8, an adapter lifting lug 11 for adaptive connection with the temporary lifting lug 9 is arranged above the lifting beam 1001, and a second lifting lug mechanism is arranged below the lifting beam 1001;
the bridge crane trolley 8 is lifted by two truck cranes 7 through a trolley lifting appliance 10;
after the trolley 8 of the bridge girder erection machine is hung to a track higher than the girder of the new bridge girder erection machine, the distance between the girders of the new bridge girder erection machine on two sides is adjusted and reduced, and the other end of the beam and the girder of the new bridge girder erection machine on the other side are fixed through bolts;
