Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings 1 and 2
A manufacturing process of a spandex silk ribbon comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting materials, selecting spandex filaments as warp yarns of the woven tape and polyester filaments or nylon filaments as weft yarns of the woven tape, wherein the elastic elongation of the spandex filaments can reach 6-7 times, the elastic recovery rate can reach 95-98%, the proportion of the spandex filaments is 20%, the proportion of the polyester filaments or the nylon filaments is 80%, and the F number of the polyester filaments or the nylon filaments is 150-180 dtex/48F; tension is measured by using an electronic scale in the warping process to ensure consistent tension, the sizes of the spandex yarn bobbins are consistent, and the conveying speed of the woven tape is controlled at 35-40 m/min.
(2) Warping, namely winding the warps on a plurality of first rollers onto one or more second rollers through a yarn drawing machine, wherein the second rollers are arranged in a segmented manner, and one warp is wound on each segment; the first roller and the second roller rotate synchronously;
the number of the second rollers is effectively reduced by integrating a plurality of warps on one or more second rollers; the space occupied by the second roller and the third roller on the knitting machine is reduced, and the installation and the operation of the second roller on the weaving process are simplified. Spandex yarn is selected as warp yarn, and because the spandex yarn has better elasticity, the elongation and the elastic recovery rate of the spandex yarn are higher, and the common warping device is difficult to meet the requirements. In the warping process of the spandex yarn, a first roller and a second roller are required to be synchronous, and the uniformity of the tension of the spandex yarn is strictly controlled;
meanwhile, the temperature and humidity of the warping process are adjusted to be 18-22 ℃ and the relative humidity is 60-70%.
(3) Weaving, wherein a plurality of rollers are arranged on a weft yarn feeding frame, one roller winds a piece of weft yarn, and the weft yarns are fed to weft yarn knitting needles 2 of a knitting machine side by side; and a plurality of rollers are arranged on the warp feeding frame, a plurality of warps are fed to warp knitting needles 1 of the knitting machine side by side, wefts and warps on the knitting machine are interwoven and connected, and spandex yarns and polyester yarns or nylon yarns are interwoven in a warp-weft mode to form spandex yarn woven belts through shuttle action arrangement.
(4) Ironing, namely heating the roller heater 4 to 200 ℃, wherein the temperature of the roller 3 is about 50 ℃ lower than that of the temperature probe, the belt collecting roller and the belt pressing roller at the belt outlet of the knitting machine work simultaneously, and ironing and shaping the woven belt to prevent the warp and weft of the woven belt from being loosened and changed in size due to the action of external force during the forming of the spandex silk woven belt, and conveying the woven belt to the belt dividing and position after the roller is completely ironed;
(5) the belt separating device comprises a belt separating device, a belt separating device and a belt collecting box, wherein a plurality of woven belts are connected into the belt separating device side by side, the woven belts are separated on a separating part of the belt separating device, a single woven belt is led out to the belt collecting box, each woven belt is separately stored in the different belt collecting boxes, and the woven belts are prevented from being mixed or intertwined together.
(6) Examine the needle, the meshbelt carries out the metal debris and detects on examining test table, because the knitting syringe needle of warp and woof is the metal syringe needle, can have the syringe needle piece to break off in the meshbelt among the daily meshbelt process, can carry out the metal detection to skin especially infant's skin in the use of meshbelt, guarantees that the meshbelt is the product that accords with the specification before shipment.
The spandex yarn produced by the scheme is directly ironed after weaving is finished, so that the later deformation of the manufactured woven belt is effectively prevented, and the condition that the sizes of the woven belt are different due to the loose warp and weft is avoided, so that the spandex yarn is more widely applied to the woven belt.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and are not limited thereto, and any modification or equivalent replacement without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be covered within the technical solutions of the present invention.
