It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an auxiliary method for querying travel information is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to a terminal, and includes the following steps:
s110: and acquiring the personnel information and the travel information of the business trip personnel.
The person information is information for indicating the person condition of the person on business trip, such as the number of the person on business trip, the position of the person on business trip, sex, and the like. The travel information is information indicating a travel for a business trip, such as a place of business trip. Specifically, the terminal may receive the staff information and the trip information input by the user, and obtain the staff information and the trip information of the business trip staff.
S130: and determining the expense subsidy standard information of the business trip personnel according to the travel information.
The fee subsidy standard information is information for specifying the items for which the subsidy fee is specified and the amount of subsidy for the items. The terminal determines corresponding expense subsidy standard information according to the travel information of the business trip personnel, and the expense subsidy standard information can be obtained by calling a calculation model to output the corresponding expense subsidy standard information according to the input travel information or by inquiring a corresponding relation table to obtain the expense subsidy standard information corresponding to the travel information. Specifically, the fee subsidy standard information determined according to different trip information may be different or the same.
S150: and acquiring the estimated reimbursement cost according to the cost subsidy standard information and the personnel information.
The estimated reimbursement costs are an estimate of reimbursement costs that a business trip personnel can enjoy in a business trip. And the terminal calculates to obtain the estimated reimbursement cost according to the cost subsidy standard information and the personnel information. The calculation rule of the estimated reimbursement charge can be preset and depends on the actual reimbursement rule.
Specifically, the terminal can obtain and output the estimated reimbursement cost according to the cost subsidy standard information and the personnel information. There are various ways in which the terminal outputs the estimated reimbursement charges. For example, the estimated reimbursement charge may be displayed on a display screen, or the estimated reimbursement charge may be broadcasted by a voice broadcaster, or the estimated reimbursement charge may be transmitted to a receiving end.
According to the auxiliary method for inquiring the travel information, the personnel information and the travel information of the business trip personnel are obtained, the expense subsidy standard information is determined according to the travel information, and the estimated reimbursement expense is obtained according to the expense subsidy standard information and the personnel information, so that the automatic estimation of the expense for reimbursement of the travel is realized. Therefore, the user does not need to look up large-space management documents and manually calculate, can know estimated reimbursement cost only by providing personnel information and travel information, reduces and simplifies the difficulty of knowing the cost of travel reimbursement of a company for the user, and facilitates business trip personnel to inquire the travel information.
By applying the auxiliary method for business trip information query, an application program for enterprise business trip information query management can be formulated, and users can be greatly facilitated to query business trip information. Moreover, an application program established by applying the travel information query auxiliary method has strong portability, can meet the requirements of most enterprises by slightly modifying a small part of codes, and even for some enterprises with similar reimbursement rules, only needs to modify some background databases.
In one embodiment, step S110 is preceded by: and detecting whether a reimbursement forecast instruction is received. If yes, an information input interface is displayed, and step S110 is executed.
The reimbursement forecast instruction is used for indicating to start reimbursement forecast. If receiving the reimbursement estimation command, it shows that there is a need to inquire the travel information. The information input interface is an interface for prompting the user to input the personnel information and the travel information. Specifically, information for user selection input, such as a personnel information selection box and a travel information selection box, may be displayed on the information input interface. By displaying the information input interface when the reimbursement forecast instruction is received, a user can conveniently input personnel information and travel information so as to be conveniently acquired by a terminal.
In one embodiment, the trip information includes a trip location. The business trip location may be a location at or below market level. Correspondingly, step S130 includes: inquiring the city category of the business trip location from a stored location data table, and recording the city categories corresponding to a plurality of cities in the location data table; and inquiring the expense subsidy standard information corresponding to the city category from the stored subsidy standard data table to obtain the expense subsidy standard information of the business trip personnel, and recording the expense subsidy standard information corresponding to each city category in the subsidy standard data table.
The city classification is information for classifying cities, and can be divided according to company requirements. For example, city categories may include first-class cities and second-class cities, and Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen may be divided into first-class cities, and other cities may be divided into second-class cities. Different city categories correspond to different expense subsidy standard information. Specifically, the fee subsidy standard information corresponding to each city category in the subsidy standard data table may be set according to the reimbursement rule of the company. Specifically, the city category corresponding to each city level under each province in the country can be recorded in the location data table. Furthermore, county-level places under each city level and identification codes corresponding to the county-level places can be recorded in the place data table; and if the business trip location is at a county level, the city class at the city level to which the county level belongs is the city class of the business trip location.
The city category is determined according to the business trip location, the expense subsidy standard information corresponding to the city category is determined, the city category is taken into consideration by the expense subsidy standard information, and the expense subsidy standard information is divided according to the city category, so that the subsequently acquired estimated reimbursement expense can be specifically the expense corresponding to the business trip location, and the accuracy is higher.
In one embodiment, the fee subsidy standard information includes a single standard telephone fee, a single standard travel fee, and a single standard lodging fee. The single standard telephone charge refers to the telephone charge allowed to be reimbursed by a single person, the single standard travel charge refers to the travel charge allowed to be reimbursed by the single person, and the single standard lodging charge refers to the lodging charge allowed to be reimbursed by the single person. Specifically, the single standard telephone fee, the single standard traveling fee and the single standard lodging fee may be fees corresponding to a single day, or may be the overall fee of a business trip, specifically set according to the reimbursement rules of the company.
Correspondingly, the personnel information includes the number of people on business trips. The step S150 includes: calculating the single standard telephone charge, the single standard traveling charge and the single standard lodging charge with the number of the people on business trip respectively to obtain the telephone charge subsidy charge, the traveling subsidy charge and the lodging subsidy charge; and calculating the sum of the call charge subsidy cost, the travel subsidy cost and the accommodation subsidy cost to obtain the estimated reimbursement cost. Specifically, the sum of the telephone charge subsidy cost, the travel subsidy cost and the accommodation subsidy cost is calculated to obtain the estimated reimbursement cost and then output.
The method comprises the steps of calculating single standard telephone charge, single standard traveling charge and single standard lodging charge with the number of people on business trips respectively to obtain telephone charge subsidy charge, traveling subsidy charge and lodging subsidy charge, specifically calculating the telephone charge subsidy charge according to the single standard telephone charge and the number of people on business trips, calculating the traveling subsidy charge according to the single standard traveling charge and the number of people on business trips, and calculating the lodging charge subsidy charge according to the single standard lodging charge and the number of people on business trips.
The single standard telephone charge, the single standard travel charge and the single standard lodging charge are subsidy amounts of different projects respectively, subsidy charges of different projects are obtained by calculating the telephone charge subsidy charge, the travel subsidy charge and the lodging subsidy charge respectively, and the estimated reimbursement charge is obtained by calculating the sum of the overall charges, so that a user can know the overall reimbursement charge conveniently. It is understood that in other embodiments, the fee subsidy criteria information includes the amount of subsidies that may also include other items.
In another embodiment, the fee subsidy standard information includes a single standard telephone fee, a single standard travel fee and a single standard lodging fee, and the personnel information includes the number of people on business trip. The step S150 includes: calculating the single standard telephone charge, the single standard traveling charge and the single standard lodging charge with the number of the people on business trip respectively to obtain the telephone charge subsidy charge, the traveling subsidy charge and the lodging subsidy charge; the call charge subsidy cost, the travel subsidy cost and the accommodation subsidy cost are used as the estimated reimbursement cost. That is, in the present embodiment, the estimated reimbursement charges include a telephone charge subsidy charge, a travel subsidy charge, and a lodging subsidy charge. Specifically, the telephone charge subsidy cost, the travel subsidy cost, and the accommodation subsidy cost may be output as the estimated reimbursement cost. By separately acquiring subsidy amounts of each item, the user can acquire reimburseable fees of each item, and the content is more detailed.
In one embodiment, the staff information further comprises the position, the number of people on business trip is the number of staff on position, and the single standard telephone charge, the single standard travel charge and the single standard lodging charge are respectively the single standard telephone charge corresponding to the position, the single standard travel charge corresponding to the position and the single standard lodging charge corresponding to the position. That is, the position of the business trip, the place of business trip, and the number of people for each position are acquired in step S110. The obtained positions of the business trip personnel can be one or more.
In step S150, calculating the standard telephone charge for a single person, the standard travel charge for a single person, and the standard lodging charge for a single person with the number of people on business trips to obtain the subsidy charge for telephone charge, the subsidy charge for travel, and the subsidy charge for lodging, includes: calculating the call charge subsidy cost of the position according to the single standard call charge corresponding to the position and the number of the personnel corresponding to the position; calculating the travel subsidy cost of the positions according to the single standard travel cost corresponding to the positions and the number of the personnel corresponding to the positions; and calculating the lodging subsidy cost of the position according to the standard single lodging cost corresponding to the position and the number of the personnel corresponding to the position.
Through dividing single standard telephone charge, single standard travelling charge and single standard lodging charge according to the position of the personnel of business trip, according to the single standard telephone charge that each position corresponds, single standard travelling charge, single standard lodging charge calculate with the personnel quantity of position separately and obtain the telephone charge subsidy expense, travelling subsidy expense and lodging subsidy expense of corresponding position, further including the position difference of the personnel of business trip, make the subsidy amount of each item can specifically arrive the expense of corresponding position, it is more accurate.
In one embodiment, the standard single call charge for the position includes an in-province call charge and an out-of-province call charge for the position. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 2, the step of calculating the call charge subsidy fee of the position according to the standard call charge of the single person corresponding to the position and the number of the persons corresponding to the position includes steps S210 to S250.
S210: and judging whether the difference place and the preset local address belong to the same province or not.
The preset local address can be specifically set according to actual conditions, and specifically can be set as the address of a company to which the business trip belongs. For example, if the address of the company to which the business person is traveling is in Guangdong province, the local address is set to Guangdong province. If the business trip location and the local address belong to the same province, step S230 is executed, otherwise step S250 is executed.
S230: and calculating the product of the provincial telephone charge corresponding to the position and the number of the personnel corresponding to the position to obtain the telephone charge subsidy charge of the position.
The business trip location and the local address belong to the same province, and the business trip personnel are shown to be on business trip in the province. At this time, the subsidy fee of the telephone charge of the position is equal to the product of the provincial telephone charge corresponding to the position and the number of the personnel corresponding to the position.
S250: and calculating the product of the out-of-province telephone charge corresponding to the position and the number of the personnel corresponding to the position to obtain the telephone charge subsidy charge of the position.
The business trip location and the local address belong to different provinces, and the business trip personnel are shown to be out of the provinces. At this time, the subsidy fee of the telephone charge of the position is equal to the product of the out-of-province telephone charge corresponding to the position and the number of the personnel corresponding to the position.
The method comprises the steps of analyzing whether a business trip person is an intra-provincial business trip or an extra-provincial business trip according to a business trip place and a local address, calculating the telephone charge subsidy cost by adopting intra-provincial telephone charges according to the intra-provincial business trip and adopting extra-provincial telephone charges according to the extra-provincial business trip, and considering the distance of the business trip in a telephone charge subsidy cost calculation mode, so that the cost estimation is more accurate.
It is understood that, when the positions of the business trip personnel include a plurality of types, the step of calculating the call fee subsidy fee of the positions according to the standard call fee of the single person corresponding to the positions and the number of the personnel corresponding to the positions may further include the steps after the step S250: and calculating the sum of the telephone charge subsidy fees of each position to obtain the total telephone charge subsidy fees of each position.
In one embodiment, the city categories include a class one city and a class two city. Referring to fig. 3, the step of calculating the travel subsidy for the position according to the standard single travel fee corresponding to the position and the number of persons corresponding to the position includes steps S310 to S350.
S310: and judging whether the business trip location belongs to a type of city.
Specifically, the terminal may determine whether the business trip location belongs to a category of cities by querying the result of the location data table. If the business trip location belongs to a city, executing step S330; otherwise, step S350 is executed.
S330: and calculating the product of the single standard travel charge corresponding to the next position of the city and the number of the personnel corresponding to the position to obtain the travel subsidy charge of the position.
When the business place belongs to a city, the travel subsidy cost of the position is equal to the product of the single standard travel cost corresponding to the position under the city and the number of the staff corresponding to the position.
S350: and calculating the product of the single standard travel charge corresponding to the second class of city lower positions and the number of the personnel corresponding to the positions to obtain the travel subsidy charge of the positions.
When the business place belongs to the second kind of city, the compensation charge of the business position is equal to the product of the standard single business travel charge corresponding to the next position in the second kind of city and the number of the staff corresponding to the position.
The travel subsidy cost of the positions is calculated according to the single standard travel cost corresponding to the positions under the city category, the city category is considered in the calculation mode of the travel subsidy cost, and the cost estimation is more accurate.
It is to be understood that, when the positions of the business trip personnel include a plurality of types, the step of calculating the business trip subsidy fee of the positions according to the standard single business trip fee corresponding to the positions and the number of the personnel corresponding to the positions may further include a step after the step S350: and calculating the sum of the travel subsidy expenses of each position to obtain the total travel subsidy expenses of each position.
In one embodiment, the staff information further includes gender, the number of staff members includes a number of females and a number of males, and the position includes at least one of general staff members and a mid-stem portion. That is, the location of the business trip, the positions, the number of women at each position, and the number of men at each position of the business trip are acquired in step S110. Correspondingly, the step of calculating the lodging subsidy fee of the position according to the standard single lodging fee corresponding to the position and the number of the persons corresponding to the position comprises the steps (a1) to (a 4).
Step (a 1): when the position does not include the middle trunk part and includes the working hours of the ordinary staff, whether the number of males/females of the ordinary staff is an even number is judged.
The job positions do not include middle-level cadres and include ordinary employees, which means that the job positions of the business trip personnel acquired in step S110 do not include middle-level cadres and include ordinary employees, that is, the business trip personnel are all ordinary employees. Specifically, determining whether the number of males/the number of females of the general employee is an even number means determining whether the number of males of the general employee is an even number and determining whether the number of females of the general employee is an even number, respectively.
Step (a 2): if the number of the male/female of the common staff is even, calculating the product of the single standard lodging fee, the preset multiple and one half of the number of the male/one half of the number of the female of the common staff corresponding to the common staff to obtain the male/female lodging subsidy fee of the common staff.
Specifically, the step (a2) calculates the male lodging subsidy cost of the general employee based on the number of males of the general employee and the female lodging subsidy cost of the general employee based on the number of females of the general employee, respectively. And the terminal calculates the product of the single standard lodging fee corresponding to the common staff, the preset multiple and one half of the male number of the common staff to obtain the male lodging subsidy fee of the common staff. And the terminal calculates the product of the single standard lodging fee corresponding to the common staff, the preset multiple and one half of the female number of the common staff to obtain the female lodging subsidy fee of the common staff.
Step (a 3): if the number of the male/female of the common staff is an odd number, calculating the product of the single standard lodging fee corresponding to the common staff, the preset multiple and one half of the number of the male/one half of the number of the female of the common staff to obtain a common work product, and adding the common work product to the single standard lodging fee corresponding to the common staff to obtain the male/female lodging subsidy fee of the common staff.
Specifically, the step (a3) calculates the male lodging subsidy cost of the general employee based on the number of males of the general employee and the female lodging subsidy cost of the general employee based on the number of females of the general employee, respectively. And the terminal calculates the product of the single standard lodging fee corresponding to the common staff, the preset multiple and one half of the male number of the common staff to obtain a common product. And the terminal calculates the product of the single standard lodging fee corresponding to the common staff, the preset multiple and one half of the female number of the common staff to obtain the common staff product.
Step (a 4): and calculating the sum of the male accommodation subsidy cost of each position and the female accommodation subsidy cost of each position to obtain the total accommodation subsidy cost of each position.
Specifically, step (a4) is performed after both step (a2) and step (a 3). The male accommodation subsidy cost and the female accommodation subsidy cost of the positions are calculated based on the sexes and the positions, the sum of the male accommodation subsidy cost and the female accommodation subsidy cost of each position is comprehensively calculated, the total accommodation subsidy cost is obtained, the positions, the sexes and the like are further considered in the calculation mode of the accommodation subsidy cost, and the cost estimation is more accurate.
Further, in one embodiment, the step of calculating the lodging subsidy fee of the position according to the standard single lodging fee corresponding to the position and the number of persons corresponding to the position further comprises the steps (a5) to (a 8).
Step (a 5): when the position includes a middle trunk, it is determined whether the number of males/females in the middle trunk is even.
The position including the middle trunk means that the position of the business trip person obtained in step S110 includes the middle trunk, that is, the business trip person has the middle trunk. Specifically, determining whether the number of males/the number of females in the middle trunk is an even number means determining whether the number of males in the middle trunk is an even number and determining whether the number of females in the middle trunk is an even number, respectively.
Step (a 6): if the number of males/the number of females in the middle trunk part is even, calculating the product of the standard single-person lodging fee, the preset multiple and one-half of the number of males/one-half of the number of females in the middle trunk part corresponding to the middle trunk part to obtain the male lodging subsidy fee/the female lodging subsidy fee of the middle trunk part, and executing the step (a1) of judging whether the number of males/the number of females of the common staff is even.
Specifically, the step (a6) calculates the male lodging subsidy cost of the middle trunk according to the number of males of the middle trunk, and calculates the female lodging subsidy cost of the middle trunk according to the number of females of the middle trunk, respectively. And the terminal calculates the product of the single standard lodging fee corresponding to the middle cadre, the preset multiple and one half of the male number of the middle cadre to obtain the male lodging subsidy fee of the middle cadre. And the terminal calculates the product of the standard single-person lodging fee corresponding to the middle-layer cadre, the preset multiple and one-half of the female number of the middle-layer cadre to obtain the female lodging subsidy fee of the middle-layer cadre.
Step (a 7): if the number of males/females of the middle trunk is an odd number and the position includes a general employee, the number of males/females of the middle trunk is subtracted by a preset odd number and the number of males/females of the general employee is increased by a preset odd number, and step (a6) is performed.
The term "job site includes general employees" means that the job sites of the business trip personnel obtained in step S110 include general employees, that is, the business trip personnel include general employees. Specifically, the terminal subtracts the preset odd number from the male number/female number of the middle trunk and increases the preset odd number from the male number/female number of the general employee, which means that the terminal subtracts the preset odd number from the male number of the middle trunk and correspondingly increases the preset odd number from the male number of the general employee, and subtracts the preset odd number from the female number of the middle trunk and correspondingly increases the preset odd number from the female number of the general employee. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the preset odd number is 1.
Step (a 8): if the number of males/females in the middle trunk is odd and the position does not include the common employee, calculating the product of the single standard lodging fee corresponding to the middle trunk, the preset multiple and the half of the number of males/half of the number of females in the middle trunk to obtain a middle trunk product, adding the middle trunk product to the single standard lodging fee corresponding to the middle trunk to obtain the male lodging subsidy fee/female lodging fee of the middle trunk, and executing the step (a1) of judging whether the number of males/female of the common employee is even or not.
Specifically, the step (a8) calculates the male lodging subsidy cost of the middle trunk according to the number of males of the middle trunk, and calculates the female lodging subsidy cost of the middle trunk according to the number of females of the middle trunk, respectively. Specifically, the terminal calculates the product of the single standard lodging fee corresponding to the middle trunk part, the preset multiple and one half of the male number of the middle trunk part to obtain the middle trunk product. And the terminal calculates the product of the standard single lodging fee corresponding to the middle-layer cadre, the preset multiple and one half of the female number of the middle-layer cadre to obtain the middle-stem product.
Referring to fig. 4, a detailed flow chart of a step of calculating an accommodation subsidy fee of a position according to a standard single-person accommodation fee corresponding to the position and the number of persons corresponding to the position is shown. It is understood that in other embodiments, the job may also include a company leader. The single standard telephone charge, single standard travel charge and single standard lodging charge of the company leader can be set according to the actual reimbursement rule. For example, if the lodging fee for which the company leader is specified to go out in the company system is actually paid out, the company leader does not need to be considered in the calculation of the subsidy fee of the lodging fee.
In one embodiment, the travel information query assisting method further includes: when receiving a reimbursement standard query instruction, acquiring an input site to be checked; and calling and outputting subsidy standards and calculation rule information corresponding to the to-be-searched sites.
The subsidy standard and calculation rule information comprises expense subsidy standard information and subsidy calculation rule information. Specifically, the terminal can query the city category of the location to be searched from the location data table, and query the expense subsidy standard information corresponding to the city category of the location to be searched from the subsidy standard data table; calling prestored subsidy calculation rule information; and displaying expense subsidy standard information corresponding to the city category of the to-be-searched place in the first area, and displaying subsidy calculation rule information in the second area.
By responding to the reimbursement standard query instruction and outputting the corresponding subsidy standard and the calculation rule information according to the input to-be-checked place, a user can conveniently obtain the reimbursement standard, and the convenience is high.
Further, the expense subsidy standard information comprises a single standard telephone expense corresponding to the position, a single standard traveling expense corresponding to the position and a single standard lodging expense corresponding to the position. Correspondingly, the terminal can display the subsidy amount of each item of different positions in a classified manner according to the input location to be searched, and the content is detailed.
In one embodiment, the travel information query assisting method further includes: and when receiving an invoice head-up query instruction, calling stored invoice head-up information and outputting the invoice head-up information.
The invoice head-up information comprises information such as name, tax number, company address and company two-dimensional code. By responding to the invoice head-up inquiry instruction and outputting invoice head-up information, a user can know the invoice head-up information required by reimbursement, and a very large and convenient business trip person can inquire corresponding information when invoicing in the business trip process.
In one embodiment, the travel information query assisting method further includes: and when a fare inquiry command is received, skipping to preset third-party software, or receiving the input riding information, calling a preset third-party interface according to the riding information, and acquiring an inquiry result corresponding to the riding information returned by the third-party interface.
Namely, when the fare inquiry information is received, the terminal can jump to the third-party software, so that the user can inquire information such as the number of cars and the fare arriving at the destination through the third-party software, the third-party software is not required to be opened by the user, and the convenience is high. When the fare inquiry information is received, the terminal can also receive the input riding information, call the third-party interface and acquire the inquiry result returned by the third-party interface, so that the user can complete corresponding operation on the page without jumping to third-party software to execute the corresponding operation, the user operation is simplified, and the convenience is high.
