Abstract
The invention discloses a service business matching method, a service business matching device, computer equipment and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical invoice information of which the departure time differs by preset time; determining a service providing end and a service requiring end in the same trip from historical issuing information; and sending recommendation information for establishing a service relationship to the service providing end and/or the service requiring end of the same process. With the development of technology and the rise of the internet, great convenience is brought to the life of users, for example, more convenient services are provided for people's traveling, shopping and the like. The shared taxi taking trip goes deep into the lives of people, brings convenience to the lives of people, and reduces the trip cost. The embodiment of the invention provides a matching method of service businesses, wherein the service businesses can be travel services, such as shared taxi taking service-tailgating and the like, accordingly, a service providing end is a driver, a service requiring end is a passenger, the departure time is the departure time of the passenger, the departure place can be the current position of the passenger, and the destination can be a place to which the passenger needs to arrive, such as a company or a family address. As a further optional implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, after determining the second combination set of the service provider and the service demander whose destinations are different by the second preset distance, the method further includes: counting the order issuing times of the service providing end and the order issuing times of the service requiring end in the second combination set; and when the order sending times of the same journey of the service providing end and the service demand end in the second combined set are both larger than or equal to the preset times, the service providing end and the service demand end in the same journey are used.
The preset number of times may be set as needed, for example, 3 times. And when the number of times of issuing the order is more than or equal to the preset number, the journey is a common journey of the user. The common travel is used as a judgment basis of the service providing end and the service demand end with the same travel, more accurate recommendation information can be provided, and the purpose that the supply and demand parties make a service relationship is better achieved.
As an optional implementation manner, the sending of the recommendation information to the service demand side in the embodiment of the present invention includes: and sending recommendation information carrying a first jump link to the service demand end, wherein the first jump link is used for jumping to a page containing information of a service provider end matched with the service demand end. The page may also include travel information, period information, cost information, etc. for establishing service relationships.
The sent recommendation information can be pushed by a mobile phone or a short message, the specific information content can be 'you have drivers with the same journey and click more preferential', a corresponding first skip link is attached, and the service demand end can click the link to skip to a page containing information of a service provider with the same journey matched with the service demand end, journey information and cost information for establishing a service relationship. When the service requirement end point clicks to jump and selects corresponding service content, corresponding confirmation information is sent to the back-end server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the recommendation information carrying the jump link is sent to the user, so that the user can select the recommendation information, and the recommendation information is convenient for the user to use and check.
Further optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, after sending, to the service requirement side, recommendation information carrying a jump link, the method further includes: receiving confirmation information sent by the service demand side, wherein the confirmation information is used for indicating that the service demand side agrees to make a service relationship; wherein, the service provider sends recommendation information, including: and sending recommendation information carrying a second jump link to a service provider in the same journey with the service demand end, wherein the second jump link is used for jumping to a page containing information of the service demand end matched with the service provider. The page may also include travel information, period information, and cost information, etc. for making service relationships.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the service demand end determines to receive the order service relationship, the confirmation information is returned through the terminal, and after the background server receives the confirmation information, the recommendation information carrying the second skip link can be sent to the corresponding service providing end so as to be selected and confirmed by the service providing end. The basic content of the recommendation information may be the same as above, but there may be a difference in page information after jumping.
Correspondingly, if the two parties agree, after sending the recommendation information carrying the second jump link to the service provider on the same journey with the service demand side, the method further comprises the following steps: and receiving the confirmation message sent by the service providing end with the same journey, and marking the service providing end with the same journey and the service requiring end as a service relationship. Namely, after sending the recommendation information to the service provider, the background server receives the confirmation information returned by the service provider, and then marks the service relationship between the two parties.
Optionally, after the service relationship is established, information of payment fee may be sent to the service requirement end to remind the service requirement end to pay the fee, and after the payment is completed, the service relationship is established.
An application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention is described below with a windward trip service as an example. As shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes:

In step S2, the driver and the passenger on the same trip are determined from the issuing information.
Specifically, the driver and the passenger on the same trip are determined by the following method:

b. And finding out the invoice information of which the departure places are different by 1 kilometer in the found a result.
c. In the found b result, the invoice information whose destinations differ by 1 km is found. The result c is the passenger or driver of the last month of the trip.
In step S3, it is determined whether the number of times of issuance of the same trip by the driver and the passenger is 3 or more.
In step S4, when the number is greater than or equal to 3, the current driver or passenger' S routine is determined.
In step S5, the driver or the passenger makes a mutual recommendation and sends recommendation information.
For the passenger sending mobile phone push or short message, the information content is as follows: "you have drivers on the same trip, click on more offers". Clicking and jumping to a page, wherein the page is provided with a common trip corresponding to the passenger, the weekly and monthly fees and matched basic information of the driver with the same trip. If the passenger agrees, a short message or push is sent to the corresponding matched driver, and the information content is as follows: "you have the passengers who have the same journey to be willing to go out in a month-covered manner, and more is earned by clicking". Clicking and jumping to a page, wherein the page is provided with a matched journey corresponding to the driver, a monthly earned fee according to the week and matched passenger basic information on the same journey.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the passenger and the driver have the travel requirement of a fixed destination at a certain specified time and place can be judged through the analysis of the issuing behavior of the driver and the passenger, so that the passenger and the driver are matched, the requirement similar to the month-covered or even year-covered is provided, the stable income of the driver is increased, and the travel cost of the passenger is reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for matching service, where the device may be used to execute the device for matching service of the embodiment, and specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the device includes:
the obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain historical issuing information with a preset time difference between departure times, where the historical issuing information is an order issued by a service provider and a service consumer.
A determining module 302, configured to determine a service providing end and a service requiring end of the same trip from the historical issuing information.
The sending module 303 is configured to send recommendation information to the service provider and/or the service demander in the same process, where the recommendation information includes information that the service provider provides a service demander that can be matched with the service provider to make a service relationship, and information that the service demander provides a service demander that can be matched with the service provider to make a service relationship.
It should be noted that the apparatus completely corresponds to the method, and specific descriptions thereof may refer to the above embodiments, which are not described herein.
According to the embodiment of the invention, historical issuing information of which the departure time is different from the preset time is obtained, then the service providing terminal and the service demand terminal which have the same journey are determined from the historical issuing information, and recommendation information for establishing a service relationship is sent to the service providing terminal and/or the service demand terminal. The method and the system have the advantages that the supply and demand parties in the same journey are found based on historical invoice information, then the supply and demand parties are prompted to establish service relations, and accordingly the fact that users repeatedly send invoice information in the same journey can be reduced, data calculation amount of a rear-end server in a corresponding time period is reduced, calculation cost of the rear-end server is reduced, meanwhile, a service demand end does not need to issue invoice information in the same journey each time, operation time and matching waiting time of the service demand end are reduced, service hysteresis is reduced, and user experience is improved.
On the other hand, in the embodiment of the invention, the service provider and the service demand side can be allowed to establish the service relationship, and compared with single service, the service cost of each time in the service relationship can be selectively reduced, so that the cost of the service demand side can be reduced on the basis of increasing the stable income of the service provider.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a computer device is further provided, where the computer device may be a backend server in the foregoing embodiments, and an internal structure diagram of the computer device may be as shown in fig. 4. The computer device comprises a processor, a memory and a network interface which are connected through a system bus, and also comprises a display screen and an input device. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external computer device through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to realize a service matching method, the computer device may further include a display screen and an input device, the display screen may be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, the input device of the computer device may be a touch layer covered on the display screen, or may be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on a casing of the computer device, or may be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse, and the like.
On the other hand, the computer device may not include a display screen and an input device, and those skilled in the art will understand that the structure shown in fig. 4 is only a block diagram of a part of the structure related to the present application, and does not constitute a limitation to the computer device to which the present application is applied, and a specific computer device may include more or less components than those shown in the figure, or combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring historical issuing information with a preset time difference between the departure time and the preset time, wherein the historical issuing information is an order issued by a service providing terminal and a service demand terminal;
determining a service providing end and a service requiring end in the same trip from the historical issuing information;
and sending recommendation information to the service providing end and/or the service demand end in the same process, wherein the recommendation information comprises information for providing the service providing end with a service relation which can be matched with the service demand end and information for providing the service demand end with a service relation which can be matched with the service providing end.
In one embodiment, a readable storage medium is provided, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring historical issuing information with a preset time difference between the departure time and the preset time, wherein the historical issuing information is an order issued by a service providing terminal and a service demand terminal;
determining a service providing end and a service requiring end in the same trip from the historical issuing information;
and sending recommendation information to the service providing end and/or the service demand end in the same process, wherein the recommendation information comprises information for providing the service providing end with a service relation which can be matched with the service demand end and information for providing the service demand end with a service relation which can be matched with the service providing end.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
Claims (12)
1. A method for matching service traffic, comprising:
acquiring historical issuing information with a preset time difference between the departure time and the preset time, wherein the historical issuing information is an order issued by a service providing terminal and a service demand terminal;
determining a service providing end and a service requiring end in the same trip from the historical issuing information;
and sending recommendation information to the service providing end and/or the service requiring end in the same process, wherein the recommendation information comprises information for providing the service providing end with a service relation which can be matched with the service requiring end and/or information for providing the service requiring end with a service relation which can be matched with the service providing end.
2. The method for matching service traffic according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the historical invoice information whose departure times differ by a preset time comprises:
acquiring historical issuing information in a preset time period from a database, wherein the database is used for storing the historical issuing information issued by the service provider and the service demand;
and determining historical invoice information of which the departure time difference between the service providing end and the service requiring end is preset time from the historical invoice information in a preset time period.
3. The matching method of service traffic of claim 1, wherein a distance between departure points issued in the historical issuance information of the service provider and the service demander on the same trip is less than a first preset distance, and a distance between destinations is less than a second preset distance.
4. The method for matching service traffic according to claim 3, wherein the determining the matched service provider and service requirement from the historical billing information comprises:
matching the place of departure issued by the service provider with the place of departure issued by the service demand side, and acquiring a first combination set of the service provider and the service demand side, wherein the distance between the places of departure is smaller than the first preset distance;
and matching the destination issued by the service provider in the first combination set with the destination issued by the service demand side, and acquiring a second combination set of the service provider and the service demand side, wherein the distance between the destinations is smaller than the second preset distance.
5. The method for matching service traffic according to claim 3, wherein the determining the matched service provider and service requirement from the historical billing information comprises:
matching the destination published by the service provider with the destination published by the service demand side, and determining a first combination set of the service provider and the service demand side, wherein the distance between the destinations is smaller than the second preset distance;
matching the place of departure issued by the service providers in the first combination set with the place of departure issued by the service demand side, and acquiring a second combination set of the service providers and the service demand sides, wherein the distance between the places of departure is smaller than the first preset distance.
6. The method for matching service traffic according to any one of claims 4, wherein after obtaining the second combined set of the service provider and the service demander whose destinations have a distance smaller than the second preset distance, further comprising:
counting the order issuing times of the service providing end and the order issuing times of the service requiring end in the second combination set;
and when the order issuing times of the same journey of the service providing end and the service demand end are both more than or equal to the preset times, the service providing end and the service demand end are used as the service providing end and the service demand end of the same journey.
7. The method for matching service traffic of claim 1, wherein the sending of the recommendation information to the service demander comprises:
and sending recommendation information carrying a first jump link to the service demand end, wherein the first jump link is used for jumping to a page containing the information of the service provider end matched with the service demand end.
8. The method for matching service traffic of claim 7, wherein after sending the recommendation information carrying the first hopping link to the service requiring end, further comprising:
receiving confirmation information sent by the service demand side, wherein the confirmation information is used for indicating that the service demand side agrees to make a service relationship;
wherein, sending recommendation information to the service provider includes: and sending recommendation information carrying a second jump link to a service provider in the same journey with the service demand end, wherein the second jump link is used for jumping to a page containing the information of the service demand end matched with the service provider.
9. The method for matching service traffic of claim 8, further comprising, after sending the recommendation information carrying the second jump link to the service provider in the same trip as the service demanding end:
and receiving the confirmation message sent by the service providing end with the same journey, and marking the service providing end with the same journey and the service requiring end as a service relationship.
10. An apparatus for matching service traffic, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring historical issuing information of which the departure time is different from preset time, and the historical issuing information is an order issued by a service providing terminal and a service demand terminal;
the determining module is used for determining a service providing end and a service requiring end in the same trip from the historical issuing information;
and the sending module is used for sending recommendation information to the service providing end and/or the service demand end in the same process, wherein the recommendation information comprises information for providing the service providing end with a service relation which can be matched with the service demand end and/or information for providing the service demand end with a service relation which can be matched with the service providing end and can be matched with the service demand end.
11. A computer arrangement comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the method according to any of claims 1-9 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
12. A readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
