Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. The components of the embodiments of the present application, generally described and illustrated in the figures herein, can be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application, presented in the accompanying drawings, is not intended to limit the scope of the claimed application, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present application without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the related art, with the rise of internet technology, some emerging service industries based on the internet technology, such as internet appointment car service, take-out service, and the like, appear.
Taking the car-booking service as an example, when the service requester enjoys the car-booking service, the service requester (such as a passenger) firstly places a service order to the server, then the server broadcasts the service order to some service providers (such as drivers), the service providers can choose to reply the broadcast or ignore the broadcast after receiving the broadcast, and then the server can determine to which service provider the service order is distributed according to the condition of the service providers for replying the broadcast. Further, after the server allocates the service order to the specified service provider, the service provider to which the service order is allocated can deliver the service requester as required in the service order, thereby completing the network appointment service.
When a service requester places a service order to a server, information related to service, such as a service location, a service type, service time, and the like, needs to be carried in the service order, and when a service platform forwards the service order to a service provider, the service platform also forwards the information together, and the service provider also determines whether the service provider needs to take over the service order by means of the information.
However, in actual operation, for various reasons, the service requester may input an error due to a hand mistake, so that the information such as the input service location, the service type, and the service time is wrong, and if the service platform directly forwards the service order carrying the wrong information to the driver, a problem may occur in subsequent services, for example, in a subsequent process, the service requester may cancel the service order.
The inventor therefore believes that it is possible to verify the information in the service order before sending the service order to the driver to determine if the information provided by the service requester is incorrect and, if so, to prompt the service requester to cause the service requester to modify the information.
Furthermore, the present application provides an information prompting method, including:
s101, acquiring service request information sent by a service request party;
s102, determining order service information based on the service request information;
and S103, if the order service information does not accord with the preset service information range, sending prompt information to the service request party, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the service request party to confirm whether the service request information needs to be modified or not.
The service request information is generated by the service requester through operation of the service requester, or is automatically generated by the service requester, and the types of information carried in the service request information are many, for example, there may be a location position of the service requester (e.g., a current location of the service requester obtained through a location system), a service location selected by the service requester (e.g., a trip start point and a trip end point of a network appointment), a service time (e.g., a boarding time), and the like.
In S101, the action of the service requester for sending the service request information may be automatically sent, or may be sent after the service requester is triggered by the service requester. Specifically, the service request information generally has two forms, the first form is that the service request information is information for performing authentication that is sent before the service requester sends the service order (the server will consider that the service requester desires to place an order only after the service requester sends the service order, and if the service requester sends the service request information only, the server will perform the actions of S102 and 103 only, and will not directly send the service request information as the service order to the service provider); in fact, the content of these information for verification and the content of the service order may be the same, and the purpose of the service requester sending the service request information is to perform verification once before the service order is placed, so as to avoid the situation of default caused by canceling the service order after the service order is placed.
Correspondingly, the second form is that the service request information is carried in the service order and issued together, or the service request information is the service order.
Regardless of the form of the service request information, in S102, the corresponding order service information needs to be determined, where the order service information is information determined according to the service request information and related to the service order (that is, contents of information included in the corresponding service order if the service requester issues the service order according to the service request information is simulated according to the service request information), for example, the order service information may include any one or more of the following information: order price, travel distance, travel time, service waiting duration and the like.
Wherein the order price refers to the price that the service requester needs to pay to the service provider after the service provider completes the service order. The calculation of the order price and the information of the aspects are related, for example, the price can be calculated by the following information: service type information, preference information corresponding to a service requester, resource consumption amount, and the like.
The service type refers to a type selected by the service requester (such as a type carried in the service request information), and if the service type is a network car appointment service, the service type may be a car sharing vehicle, a special car, a fast car, a taxi, a tailwind, and the like.
The offer information refers to information such as a coupon, a discount roll, etc. that can adjust the price of an order. The coupon and the discount volume can be prestored in an electronic purse corresponding to the service requester. The coupon and discount volume can be sent to the service requester by the server or other service requesters, or can be determined temporarily according to the identity information of the service requester. For example, the elderly people over 65 years old are 95-fold away from their network car appointment, and the discount is confirmed according to the identity information (such as age information) of the service requester.
The resource consumption mainly refers to the cost consumed by the service provider to complete the service. Taking the grid appointment car as an example, gasoline (the vehicle providing the service is a gasoline car), electric energy (the vehicle providing the service is an electric car), car damage (the part of the vehicle providing the service may be worn and aged), and the like are consumed.
Specifically, since the consumption of gasoline and electric energy cannot be accurately measured, the general technology is to calculate the fuel consumption or the electric energy consumption according to information such as the vehicle running distance and the congestion time, or to directly calculate the order price according to information such as the vehicle running distance and the congestion time
There are two specific cases of the trip distance, which are the distance from the trip starting point to the trip end point and the distance from the current location to the trip starting point by the service requester. The trip starting point refers to a place where the service provider receives the service requester or a place where the service requester gets on the bus. The travel destination is a destination (a place where the service requester desires to arrive) predetermined by the service requester. The current position of the service requester refers to the current position of the service requester, and the position can be acquired through a positioning system (GPS or beidou positioning system).
The difference between the two distances is that the distance from the trip start point to the trip end point is the distance from the service provider driving the vehicle to carry the service requester; the distance from the current position to the travel starting point of the service requester refers to the distance from the service requester to the travel starting point by adopting a self-selected travel mode. The traveling modes include walking, bicycle traveling, electric vehicle traveling and motor vehicle traveling.
In any of the above distances, the navigation route of the trip is determined, and then the distance of the navigation route is used as the distance from the trip starting point to the trip ending point, or the distance from the current position to the trip starting point of the service requester.
The travel time and the travel distance are related and reflect information related to the navigation route. After the navigation route is determined, the travel time can be determined by combining the congestion condition of the road. Similarly to the travel distance, there are two specific cases of the travel time, namely, the time when the service requester moves from the current location to the travel starting point and the time when the service requester arrives at the travel ending point from the travel starting point. It should be noted that there are various expression ways for the time from the trip start point to the trip end point, and the following two are listed:
the first expression mode for expressing the time from the travel starting point to the travel end point is as follows:
and taking the time consumed by moving from the travel starting point to the travel end point as the time from the travel starting point to the travel end point.
The second expression mode for expressing the time from the trip starting point to the trip ending point is as follows:
and taking the time when the service requester reaches the trip end point as the time from the trip starting point to the trip end point.
The difference between these two expressions is that the second expression is calculated on the basis of the first expression (usually, it needs to be determined by combining the time consumed for moving from the travel starting point to the travel ending point, the time for the service requester to move from the current position to the travel starting point, and the service waiting time). As shown in fig. 3, the predicted 10:47 arrival is an expression of the time from the start of travel to the end of travel.
The service waiting time period refers to a time from the trip starting point to the service requester by the service provider (specifically, may be a time value at a certain time, such as 12:57 minutes), or in other words, a time from the current time to the time from the service provider moving to the trip starting point (specifically, may be a remaining time, such as 3 minutes later, when the service provider reaches the trip starting point). As shown in fig. 3, a concrete representation of the service waiting time is shown, and in fig. 3, getting on after 2 minutes indicates the service waiting time.
Since the order service information may include any one or more of the above information, the case where the order service information does not conform to the preset service information range includes one or more of the following cases:
the order price exceeds a set price threshold; the travel distance exceeds a set distance threshold; the travel time exceeds the set duration; the service waiting time exceeds the set time.
In the concrete implementation, when any one of the four conditions occurs, the order service information can be considered to be not in accordance with the preset service information range. Of course, according to the preset requirement, it can be considered that the order service information does not conform to the preset service information range when at least two of the four conditions occur.
After the order service information is determined, it may be determined whether prompt information is transmitted to the service requester in step S103.
As mentioned above, the order service information includes more information, and when the order service information is specifically implemented, there are two ways to determine whether the order service information conforms to the preset service information range:
the first mode for judging whether the order service information accords with the preset service information range is as follows:
it is determined whether each information (e.g., the estimated order price, the distance from the current location to the trip start point by the service requester, the time from the current location to the trip start point by the service requester, the distance from the trip start point to the trip end point, and the time from the trip start point to the trip end point) meets the corresponding threshold range. And if one order service information does not conform to the corresponding threshold range, determining to send prompt information to the service requester.
The second way of judging whether the order service information accords with the preset service information range is as follows:
it is determined whether each piece of information (the predicted order price, the distance from the current location to the trip start point by the service requester, the time from the current location to the trip start point by the service requester, the distance from the trip start point to the trip end point, the time from the trip start point to the trip end point, the service waiting time period) meets the corresponding threshold range. Then, according to preset requirements, checking whether at least one piece of order service information in the associated plurality of order service information accords with a corresponding threshold range, and if at least one piece of order service information in the associated plurality of order service information accords with the corresponding threshold range, not sending prompt information to a service requester; if the associated order service information does not conform to the corresponding threshold value range, sending prompt information to a service requester; here, whether the plurality of order service information are associated or not may be preset by the service requester, for example, a distance that the service requester moves from the current location to the travel starting point and a time that the service requester moves from the current location to the travel starting point may be associated, since both information can reflect a case that the service requester moves from the current location to the travel starting point, and correspondingly, a distance that the service requester moves from the current location to the travel starting point, a distance from the travel starting point to the travel ending point, and an expected order price may not be associated, since the three information reflect the service order from different angles.
After sending the prompt message to the service requester, the service requester may select whether to modify the service request message according to the prompt message, and if the service requester considers that the service request message sent by the service requester is incorrect, the service requester should re-submit the service request message, and after receiving the re-submitted service request message, the server should re-execute step S101 according to the re-submitted service request message.
If the service requester considers that the service request information sent by the service requester is correct, a confirmation instruction can be sent to the server so that the server generates a travel order according to the service request information, and then the server can send the service order to the service provider and further determine which service provider takes the service order.
In general, in step S103, the presentation information includes only characters for presentation, and there is no specific content of the order service information. Here, the order service information is, for example, "order price is 100 yuan", "distance from the current location to the travel starting point of the service requester is 5 KM", "time from the current location to the travel starting point of the service requester is 10 minutes", "distance from the travel starting point to the travel end point is 15 KM", "time from the travel starting point to the travel end point is 25 minutes", and the like.
The words for prompting include "order price is too high", "distance from the current position to the travel starting point of the service requester is too long", and the like. That is, the prompting message does not have specific contents (numerical values) of certain order service information, but only has prompting characters (characters which indicate that certain order service information is not in accordance with the requirements). As shown in fig. 2, a specific form of outputting the prompt message after the order price is too high is shown, and in fig. 2, a text of "the current order amount may be high, and please confirm whether the starting point and the ending point are accurate to ensure smooth formation" is shown. The text in fig. 2 is displayed on the display screen of the service requester in the form of a popup window.
That is, in step S103, after sending the prompt message to the service requester, the service requester can only know that the order service information is not reasonable, but the specific value is not clear.
Further, in order to make the service requester more aware of the order service information, the service requester may further send the order service information to the service requester in addition to the prompt information to make the service requester more aware of the specific content.
That is, the method provided by the present application, after S102, further includes:
and if the order service information does not accord with the preset service information range, sending the order service information to the service requester.
Specifically, the step of sending the order service information may be executed simultaneously with the step of sending the prompt information, or one of the two steps may be executed first and the other step may be executed later.
As explained in the foregoing, the service request information has two specific forms, which are: the first form is that the service request information is information for authentication issued before the service requester issues a service order; the second form is that the service request information is carried in the service order to be issued, or the service request information is the service order.
Furthermore, when the service request information is in the first form, the service request information can be sent to the service requester directly by carrying the prompt information on the order issuing page, and if the service requester considers that the information is correct, the service requester can directly operate the order issuing page to order the service order.
That is, in the method provided by the present application, sending the prompt message to the service requester includes:
and sending popup information carrying the prompt information to the service requester so as to display the prompt information on the service requester list page in a popup mode.
That is, when the prompt message is sent, the prompt message is sent in the form of pop-up window information, so as to enhance the prompt effect of the client. And the popup information is carried on the order issuing page of the service request party and displayed, so that the service request party can directly operate on the order issuing page to finish the operation of generating/issuing a service order.
Similarly, the manner of sending the order service information may be to prompt the service requester by carrying the order service information on an order page.
That is, order service information is transmitted to the service requester, including:
and sending the order-issuing page information carrying the order service information to the service requester so that the service requester can directly display the order service information on the order-issuing page or display the order service information on the order-issuing page in a pop-up window mode.
Specifically, there are various ways to display the prompt information or the order service information on the issue page, and besides using the pop-up window way to display the prompt information and the order service information, the prompt information and the order service information can be output in other ways at the same time, so that the service requester can more clearly know the display prompt information and the order service information.
Specifically, for example, the service requester may output the prompt information in at least one of the following prompting manners:
vibration mode, voice mode.
The service requester can output the order service information by adopting at least one of the following prompting modes:
vibration mode, voice mode.
The prompt information in the form of voice includes: the service requester automatically plays voices of 'over high order price', 'over long trip distance' and 'over long service waiting time' to prompt the service requester.
The vibration type prompt messages are as follows: the service requester may continuously vibrate after receiving the pop-up information carrying the prompt information or receiving the order issuing page information carrying the order service information, and stop vibrating until the service requester completes the operation of generating/issuing the service order by operating the order issuing page, or stop vibrating after the service requester changes the service request information. Here, the action of changing the service request information may be that the service requester re-inputs the service request information by operating the service requester, or that the service requester re-initiates the service request information to the server by operating the service requester.
Besides the output modes of vibration mode and voice mode, more information which is convenient for the service requester to operate can be carried in the prompt message.
Specifically, the prompt message includes at least one of the following messages:
prompting a service requester to confirm information of a trip starting point and a trip end point; the abnormal order service information exists; selecting a button for continuing to issue a invoice; a button is selected to return modified service request information.
The information for prompting the service requester to confirm the travel starting point and the travel end point may be the travel starting point and the travel end point output in a designated manner, and the confirmation button is displayed, and if the service requester presses the confirmation button, the output of the travel starting point and the travel end point is stopped. Here, the specified output mode includes at least one of the following presentation modes:
text form, vibration form, voice form, floating window form.
Specifically, the prompt information in the form of text is as follows: the service requester displays a travel starting point as a service requester on a current display interface (such as a menu page); the trip end point is the text of BBB' to prompt the service requester.
The vibration type prompt messages are as follows: the service requester may continue to vibrate until the service requester presses the confirmation button.
The prompt information in the form of voice includes: the service requester automatically plays a similar trip starting point as the service requester of the service requester; the trip destination is BBB, and please confirm the voice of the place "to prompt the service requester.
The prompt information in the form of a floating window is as follows: the service requester displays a floating window on the current interface, and displays the specific contents of the travel starting point and the travel ending point in the floating window in the form of characters, pictures or animations.
The confirmation button has various forms, and can be divided into two forms, wherein the first form is that the confirmation button is used for enabling the service requester to stop outputting the travel starting point and the travel end point; the second form is that the confirm button is used to drive the service requester to generate/place a service order.
The abnormal order service information may be information that "abnormal behavior may exist at present" (a specific expression form of the abnormal order service information exists) is output by the service requester without inputting a specific trip starting point and a trip ending point, and the method of carrying the abnormal order service information in the prompt information can protect the privacy of the service requester to a certain extent.
The specific manner of outputting the abnormal order service information may be at least one of the following prompting manners:
text form, vibration form, voice form, floating window form.
The button for selecting the order continuation may be a specific button, and as described above, the confirmation button may be a button for selecting the order continuation, in the information for prompting the service requester to confirm the starting point and the ending point of the trip. If only the prompt information carries a button for selecting to continue issuing orders, the service requester can not output specific information of the travel starting point and the travel ending point but only display one button, and if the service requester presses the button, the service requester can directly generate/issue a service order according to the service request information.
The button for selecting to return the modified service request information, corresponding to the button for selecting to continue issuing the order, is used for indicating that the service requester desires to modify the service request information in S101 after the button for selecting to return the modified service request information is pressed by the service requester, and at this time, an interface for the service requester to input the service request information should be displayed again so as to facilitate the service requester to input the service request information.
In the specific implementation, the order service information can be influenced by the travel starting point and the travel ending point, and the order service information can also be influenced by the service mode. Further, S102 may be implemented as follows:
and determining order service information corresponding to each service mode in the multiple service modes based on the service request information.
The service modes include multiple service modes, such as car sharing vehicle service, special vehicle service, express service, taxi service, tailgating service and the like. Most directly, the service order information corresponding to different service modes is different.
For example, under the condition that the environmental conditions corresponding to each service type are the same, the boarding waiting time of the car pool is slower than that of a special car, and mainly, the car pool usually needs to receive a certain number of other service requesters before receiving users of the service requesters; the special car is a user who directly receives the service request. For another example, the waiting time for getting on a taxi is relatively slow compared to the waiting time for getting on a express bus, and mainly, the taxi may carry a service requester for roadside hire, and the taxi service provider is likely to take a travel order after the service requester for roadside hire is not carried, at this time, the taxi service provider can only carry the service requester for roadside hire to a destination before receiving the service requester for a travel order, and the express bus usually does not have such problems. When the environmental conditions corresponding to each service type are different (in most cases, the environmental conditions corresponding to each service type are different, for example, in a service requester area, the number of express buses is much larger than the number of special buses, and the waiting time for calling an express bus in the service requester area is shorter than the waiting time for calling a special bus), the waiting time for calling an express bus in each service type is usually different.
For another example, under the condition that the environmental conditions corresponding to each service type are the same, the order price of the car pool vehicle is lower than that of the special car, and the car pool vehicle is mainly that a plurality of service requesters of the car pool share the fare; the special vehicle is charged by only one service requester. For another example, the order price of the taxi is lower than that of the special taxi, mainly, the order price of the taxi is lower than that of the special taxi, and after the order price is converted into the order price, the order price of the special taxi is higher than that of the taxi.
For another example, under the condition that the environmental conditions corresponding to each service type are the same, the travel distance (the distance from the travel starting point to the travel ending point) of the car pool vehicle is longer, and mainly, when the car pool vehicle runs, different passengers need to be received at different places respectively before the car pool vehicle can go to the destination; when the special vehicle runs, passengers only need to be received at one place, and then the special vehicle can directly send to a destination.
For another example, under the condition that the environmental conditions corresponding to each service type are the same, the service waiting time of the car pool is longer, and mainly when the car pool runs, the car pool can receive the passengers before receiving the passengers at other places; when the special vehicle runs, the special vehicle can directly send to a destination only after receiving the special vehicle.
On the basis, the service mode can be actively selected by the service requester, and when the prompt message is sent to the service requester, the prompt message corresponding to the service mode selected by the service requester can be sent according to the selection condition of the service requester, so that the prompt accuracy is improved.
That is, in the method provided by the present application, if the order service information does not conform to the preset service information range, sending a prompt message to the service requester includes:
acquiring a service mode selected by a service requester from a plurality of service modes;
and if the order service information under one service mode selected by the service requester does not accord with the preset service information range, sending prompt information to the service requester.
The service mode selected by the service requester has two sources, which are described below:
the source of the service mode selected by the first service requester is:
the service mode selected by the service requester is uploaded by the service requester. For example, the service requester may send the service mode to the server by operating the service requester, and indicate that the service mode is a common service mode of the service requester, and the server may use the service mode sent by the service requester as the service mode selected by the service requester.
Here, there are two self-uploading occasions of the service requester, one is that the service requester uploads a self-service common service mode to the server in advance before the method provided by the application is executed. The other is that the service requester temporarily uploads when the method provided by the present application is executed, for example, the service requester uploads the service mode while sending the service request information, or uploads when other steps are executed.
The second service requester selects the service mode from the following sources:
the server is determined according to the service habit of the service requester (for example, when the service requester places a service order using the service requester, a certain service type/types is/are often selected, and the service type/types that are/are often selected can be used as the service mode selected by the service requester).
As shown in table 1 below, one form of pre-storing the service requester and service type correspondence in the server is shown:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001885034100000191
As can be seen from table 1, each service requester corresponds to a service type, and when sending the prompt message to the service requester, it may first determine whether the service mode (selected) corresponding to the service requester matches the preset service information range, and if not, send the prompt message to the service requester.
Specifically, the preset service information range corresponding to each service mode may also be different. For example, the service waiting time range (one of the preset service information ranges) for the carpool should be larger than the service waiting time range (one of the preset service information ranges) for the special car.
In the concrete implementation, the order service information which does not accord with the preset service information range can be displayed according to the corresponding prompt mode.
That is, in the method provided by the present application, step S103 can also be implemented as follows:
if the order service information corresponding to at least one service mode does not accord with the preset service information range, sending prompt information to a service requester; the prompt information carries a corresponding prompt mode of the order service information which does not conform to the preset service information range, so that the service requester can display the order service information which does not conform to the preset service information range according to the prompt mode.
The prompting modes include a pop-up window mode, a vibration mode and a voice mode, which have been described in detail in the foregoing, and are not repeated here.
When the method is realized, the prompting mode corresponding to each order service information can be prestored in the service, and then the prompting mode can be directly called when the step is executed.
The preset service information range may be predetermined by the system, that is, the preset service information range is the same for different service requesters, or the preset service information range may be adjusted according to the historical service information of the service requesters, for example, the preset service information range may be determined according to the historical service information of the service requesters.
Specifically, if the order price of a service order frequently placed by a service requester is 100 yuan, it can be confirmed that the preset service information range is 90-110 yuan; if the travel distance of the service order frequently issued by the service requester is 15-17 km, it can be confirmed that the preset service information range is 14-18 km.
Similarly, the preset service information range may also be determined according to the identity information of the service requester. This is mainly to consider that the travel habits of service requesters with different identities are different, for example, the travel distance and the order price of a service requester frequently going to an airport are necessarily high, and if the service requester is a general office worker, the travel distance and the order price are usually relatively low.
Therefore, when the method is implemented, the identity information of the service requester can be called first, and then the preset service information range is determined according to the identity information of the service requester.
On the basis of the two modes, historical service information and identity information of the service requester can be combined to determine the preset service information range more accurately. The specific implementation may be that the first service information ranges are respectively determined according to the historical service information and the identity information of the service requester, and then the preset service information ranges are calculated according to the two first service information ranges in a weighted calculation manner.
Or considering the historical service information as a scaling factor and the identity information as a scaling factor, and then calculating a unified second service information range (the second service information range of each service requester is the same) and the two scaling factors at the same time to obtain a preset service information range.
In the foregoing, a scheme of how to prompt the service requester after the service requester sends the service request information to assist the service requester to confirm or modify the service request information has been introduced. It is also specified that the order service information comprises at least one of the following information: order price, travel distance, travel time, and service wait duration. The following describes the processes for obtaining these several kinds of order service information:
first, a description will be given of a procedure for calculating a service waiting time period:
there are many ways to calculate (predict) the service latency, and only three are listed below:
firstly, estimating which service provider has the highest probability of receiving a service order if a service requester takes a current boarding start point (a trip start point carried in service request information) as a trip start point in the service order, then calculating the time required by a target service provider to reach the trip start point from the current position of the target service provider according to the current position of the service provider (the target service provider) with the highest probability of receiving the service order and the position of the trip start point, and taking the time as service waiting time;
secondly, the time (target time) from the current position to the travel starting point of each service provider among the service providers close to the travel starting point is respectively estimated, and the service waiting time is calculated by adopting a weighting and averaging mode according to the plurality of target times.
These two ways of estimating service latency are merely exemplary and do not represent only two of the intended scope of protection of the solution provided by the present application.
And thirdly, obtaining the service waiting time according to the current service capability information and a service waiting time prediction model trained in advance.
Different from the first and second ways of calculating the service waiting time, the third way of calculating the service waiting time uses a trained service waiting time prediction model for prediction, which mainly considers that the factors influencing the service waiting time are more, and if the factors are simply analyzed by people, the factors are more difficult, so the method provided by the application introduces a way of using the model for prediction.
Here, in the method provided in the present application, the service waiting time is preferably calculated as follows:
and determining the boarding waiting time according to the current service capacity.
Here, the current service capability is first described, and may be composed of any one or more of the following elements:
the first element that constitutes the current service capability: the number of service requesters competing for queuing currently;
the second type constitutes the current service capability: the number of service providers completing a service order at a place within a set distance range from the starting point of travel within a predetermined time;
the third type constitutes the element of the current service capability: the number of service providers currently in an idle state at a place within a set distance range from the starting point of the trip.
The service requester currently competing for queuing is the service requester used by the service requester who has already placed the service order and has a trip starting point in the placed service order close enough to the trip starting point carried in the service request information in step S101. Further, the service requester in competition queuing specifically refers to a service requester who is in a process of calling a network for a car appointment (a process of having placed a service order to the server but not yet allocating the service order to a certain service provider), and a point which is close to a travel starting point in the service request information and meets a preset requirement (for example, is close enough) is used as a travel starting point (a travel starting point in the placed service order).
The number of service providers that complete a service order at a point within a set distance range from the start of travel within a predetermined time refers to terminals used by the service provider corresponding to the service requester used by the service requester desired to receive the network car-booking service, and the service provider used by the service requester desired to provide the network car-booking service. The number of service providers that complete a service order refers to the number of service providers that carry a service requestor to a destination. In other words, the number is: i.e., the number of service providers who will complete a service order at a location closer to the start of travel in the service request information.
The number of service providers currently in an idle state at a location within a set distance from the start of travel refers to the number of service providers currently in an idle state or not in a state of completing a service order. More specifically, the number of service providers currently in an idle state at a location within a set distance range from the start of travel shall mean the number of service providers that are not in a state of completing a service order, as well as in an idle state (the service provider can tell the server whether it is in an idle state by reporting to the server whether it is delivering a service requester). Since the service order is distributed by the server to the service provider, the server must know whether the service provider has been distributed with the service order, and after the service order is completed, the service provider or the service requester sends a feedback message to the server to indicate whether the distributed service order has been completed.
Next, the travel time calculation process will be described again:
as explained in the foregoing, the travel time is divided into two cases, which are the time when the service requester moves from the current location to the travel start point and the time when the service requester reaches the travel end point from the travel start point.
When calculating the time for the service requester to move from the current location to the travel starting point, a first navigation route for the service requester to move from the current location to the travel starting point is first generated, then a first travel distance is calculated according to the first navigation route, and then a first travel time (the time for the service requester to move from the current location to the travel starting point) is calculated according to the first travel distance.
Similarly, when calculating the time from the travel starting point to the travel end point, the service requester first generates a second navigation route moving from the travel starting point to the travel end point of the service requester, then calculates a second travel distance according to the second navigation route, and then calculates a second travel time (the time from the travel starting point to the travel end point of the service requester) according to the second travel distance.
Thirdly, the travel distance calculation process is explained again:
as explained in the foregoing, the trip distance is divided into two cases, which are a trip distance in which the service requester moves from the current location to the trip start point and a trip distance from the trip start point to the trip end point, respectively.
When calculating the time for the service requester to move from the current location to the travel starting point, a first navigation route for moving from the current location of the service requester to the travel starting point is first generated, and then a first travel distance (travel distance for the service requester to move from the current location to the travel starting point) of the first navigation route is calculated.
Similarly, the time from the travel starting point to the travel end point of the service requester is calculated by first generating a second navigation route from the travel starting point to the travel end point of the service requester, and then calculating a second travel distance (travel distance from the travel starting point to the travel end point) of the second navigation route.
Finally, the calculation process of the order price is explained:
first, a second navigation route moving from a travel starting point to a travel ending point of the service requester is generated, then, a second travel distance of the second navigation route is calculated, and then, an order price is calculated according to the second travel distance and a preset price calculation mode.
Here, the predetermined price calculation method may be XXX units per kilometer, and the order price may be calculated from the second travel distance and the predetermined price calculation method.
Further, when calculating the order service information, the order service information may be calculated according to a calculation method corresponding to the service method.
For example, when the row distance is calculated, the row distance may be calculated according to a calculation method corresponding to the service method.
Specifically, for example, after knowing the travel starting point and the travel ending point, the service provider needs to carry other passengers, so that the travel distance corresponding to the car pooling service is usually longer than the travel distance corresponding to the special car service when the travel starting point and the travel ending point are completely the same.
Furthermore, when calculating the travel distance corresponding to a certain service mode, first determining the distance calculation mode corresponding to the service mode, and then when calculating the travel distance, calculating according to the following mode:
the line distance (one of the order service information) is calculated according to a calculation method corresponding to one service method selected by the service requester.
Specifically, the meaning of one service mode selected by the service requester is explained in the foregoing, and the description is not repeated here.
Specifically, the process of calculating the order price according to the second travel distance and the predetermined price calculation method may be performed as follows:
and calculating the order price according to the second travel distance and the corresponding relation between the designated service mode and the price calculation mode.
As shown in table 2 below, the correspondence between the specified service method and the price calculation method is shown:
TABLE 2
Numbering Service mode Price calculation mode
1 Car pooling 3 yuan/km
2 Taxi 4 yuan/km
3 Express train 5 yuan/km
4 Special vehicle 6 yuan/km
It can be seen that the prices corresponding to each service mode are different, and further, after the corresponding relationship between the second travel distance and the service mode and the prices is determined, the order price corresponding to the second travel distance can be calculated.
When the travel distance from the current position to the travel starting point of the service requester is calculated, the travel distance may be calculated according to a calculation method corresponding to the travel method of the service requester.
For example, the travel distance of the service requester from the current location to the travel starting point may be calculated as follows:
determining a navigation route corresponding to each travel mode according to the positioning position of the service requester, the service starting point position and at least one designated travel mode;
and determining a travel distance of the service requester moving from the current position to the travel starting point in the specified travel mode according to the determined navigation route corresponding to the specified travel mode.
Here, the travel mode includes: walking, bicycle traveling, electric vehicle traveling and motor vehicle traveling.
It is expected that the strategies for calculating the navigation routes corresponding to different travel modes are different, for example, walking can be done on a small road, but the motor vehicle can only walk on a large road when going out, that is, the navigation routes corresponding to different travel modes may be different.
Here, the specified travel method may be selected by the service requester, or may be determined by the server according to a travel method frequently used by the service requester.
Similarly, when calculating the time when the service requester moves from the current location to the travel start point, the calculation may be performed in the above manner. That is, a specific process of the time when the service requester moves from the current location to the travel start point may be as follows:
the travel distance that the service requester moves from the current location to the travel start point may be calculated as follows:
determining a navigation route corresponding to each travel mode according to the positioning position of the service requester, the service starting point position and at least one designated travel mode;
and determining the time when the service requester moves from the current position to the travel starting point in the specified travel mode according to the determined navigation route corresponding to the specified travel mode.
That is, the movement speed corresponding to each travel mode is also different, for example, among the travel modes, the walking is slowest, the number of bicycles is small, the electric vehicle is faster, and the motor vehicle is fastest. Furthermore, in calculating the time, in addition to the distance, the movement speed needs to be considered to achieve more accurate calculation.
