本发明公开了一种纺织润滑助剂,包括重量组分为50‑80%抛射剂、1‑10%附着剂和5‑25%润滑组剂;抛射剂用于溶解润滑组剂、附着剂,常温常压下抛射剂可迅速挥发为气态;附着剂用于辅助润滑组剂在纱线表面附着,在纱线表面形成一层膜状附着层;所述附着剂为带羟基的醇类化合物;润滑组剂用于在烷烃挥发后于附着层形成润滑表面,润滑剂组包括类硅油物质和硅酸盐。通过助剂中的抛射剂、润滑组剂和附着剂,待润滑助剂干燥后,可以在纱线表面形成一层相对干燥且润滑层,降低纱线的摩擦阻力(相比水基润滑剂无张力影响),降低纱线的断线概率。同时本案中的润滑助剂均为亲水材料制成,以本案中的润滑助剂取代传统油剂润滑,避免润滑助剂在织物表面的残留。

本发明涉及纺织领域,具体为一种纺织润滑助剂和纱线润滑方法。
背景技术
纺丝润滑助剂作为纺丝(化纤)加工中的重要助剂,利于纱线顺利通过纺丝、牵伸、卷绕、加捻、织造等工序,使得纱线在经过旋梭、机头等部位时,由于纱线与所经过的载体表面之间存在摩擦,在相对滑动时易产生静电影响纱线表面张力,导致纱线在正常移动过程中不可避免的产生断线等现象,需要工人对纱线进行重新连接。因此要提高加工效率、质量及产品性能,就必须使用化纤油剂。
化纤油剂主要由平滑剂、乳化剂和抗静电剂等组成。白油作为开发较早而且廉价易得的一种原料,在化纤油剂中主要用做平滑剂。因不同纤维加工过程中对油剂要求不同,其相应的油剂所需的平滑剂也不相同。白油在涤纶DTY油剂、涤纶FDY油剂、丙纶油剂、锦纶油剂、人造纤维油剂等中属于基础油,用量较大,其用量占油剂组成的30%—90%,甚至更高。
在纱线出线后,于纱线表面涂抹化纤油剂,使纱线表面形成润滑层,降低摩擦阻力,同时也避免了静电产生,以此降低断线率,提高生产效率,降低停机次数和频率。
而目前所使用的润滑剂多为油剂,油剂存在以下缺陷:
1.油剂不溶于水,纺织完毕后的面料需要进行多次水洗将纱线中的油剂去除。
目前润滑剂的涂抹方式分为涂刷和喷油两种方式,即在线筒或旋梭处涂抹(使用毛刷)和喷洒(使用喷壶)化纤油剂,由于单次附着量较大,因此会有部分油剂向下滴落到织物表面的现象,织物表面小块面积沾染较大量的油剂,在干燥后该部分容易形成明显的油渍,难以清洗干净。
因此在高端的面料生产时,为避免油渍产生,难以使用白油作为润滑助剂,而是脱离润滑剂进行生成,因此断线率高,生成成本较大。
白油作为一种油剂润滑助剂,其粘度(与水基润滑剂相比)较高,因此可降低摩擦和克服静电产生,但是会受到油剂的粘性而影响纱线与接触表面张力,有效降低了断线率,但是并不理想(以0.5米/秒的纺织速度,在1分钟内仍旧要断线10-14次)。
水基润滑剂由粘度进行区分可分为:水和黏液。当纱线表面附着水后,水会改变纱线表面张力,使纱线附着在接触面的表面,纱线脱离载面更难,同时增大了摩擦阻力,相比油基润滑剂更容易断线。而黏液类的水基润滑剂由于是粘度较高的液体,同时具备了水基和油基润滑剂的缺点,因此也无法作为纱线润滑剂使用。
综上所述,如何降低纱线断线率,同时便于织物的清洗是目前亟待解决的技术问题之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种纺织润滑助剂和纱线润滑方法,通过助剂中的抛射剂、润滑组剂和附着剂,待润滑助剂干燥后,可以在纱线表面形成一层相对干燥且润滑层,降低纱线的摩擦阻力(相比水基润滑剂无张力影响),降低纱线的断线概率。同时本案中的润滑助剂均为亲水材料制成,以本案中的润滑助剂取代传统油剂润滑,避免润滑助剂在织物表面的残留。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
方案一:
一种纺织润滑助剂,包括重量组分为50-80%抛射剂、1-10%附着剂和5-25%润滑组剂,剩余组分为其余的添加剂;
抛射剂用于溶解润滑组剂、附着剂,常温常压下抛射剂可迅速挥发为气态;
附着剂用于辅助润滑组剂在纱线表面附着,在纱线表面形成一层膜状附着层;所述附着剂为带羟基的醇类化合物;
润滑组剂用于在烷烃挥发后于附着层形成润滑表面,所述润滑剂组包括类硅油物质和硅酸盐;类硅油物质用于降低表面摩擦,硅酸盐于烷烃挥发后,在附着层表面形成片层状润滑结构。
与现有技术相比,采用了上述技术方案的纺织润滑助剂,具有如下有益效果:
一、采用本发明的纺织润滑助剂,首先通过抛射剂对润滑组剂和附着剂进行溶解,在实际使用时可以将纺织润滑助剂注入到气雾罐中,通过气雾罐的开口将内含的润滑组剂和附着剂均匀喷出,克服了传统喷壶和涂抹容易滴油的缺陷,
二、本发明中采用抛射剂取代传统白油的油剂(油剂难以挥发而留下油迹),在润滑助剂喷出时,抛射剂快速挥发只留下润滑组剂和附着剂,面料表面无明显油渍残留。
三、润滑组剂包括类硅油物质,类硅油物质主要用于附着在纱线表面,使得纱线表面的细毛附着在纱线的表面,降低纱线表面摩擦,使得纱线的断线频率大大降低。
四、润滑组剂包括硅酸盐,硅酸盐于烷烃挥发后,在附着层表面形成片层状润滑结构(类似石墨、滑石粉等物质的片层结构),硅酸盐会留在纱线和纱线接触的表面之间,以硅酸盐片层结构活动,来降低纱线和表面之间的摩擦。
五、附着剂在抛射剂挥发后,于纱线表面形成供润滑组剂停留的附着层,以使润滑组剂能够附着在纱线表面而不脱落。
附着剂采用带羟基的醇类化合物,使得附着剂具有一定的保湿能力,可从空气中吸附微量水分,以确保硅酸盐和类硅油物质不会因脱水干燥而粉末化,以此对润滑组剂进行附着,避免润滑组剂的脱落。
六、醇类化合物中的羟基易与水结合,因此在后续的清洗过程中,通过高温水洗可以将纱线表面的附着层中的附着剂溶解,使润滑组剂失去附着的载体,因此清洗后纺织润滑助剂在织物表面难以残留。
上述抛射剂可采用压缩气体如氮、二氧化碳或氧化亚氮等,但是由于上述压缩气体的沸点过低,因此在喷射出气雾罐后快速挥发,纺织润滑助剂在纱线表面的附着效果并不理想。
故本方案中抛射剂采用烷烃,烷烃在常温下于气雾罐喷出时,可以以液态形式存在10-60秒左右的时间,因此喷出后抛射剂处于液态,留有一定的汽化时间以使抛射剂可以随张力和重力自由移动,纺织润滑助剂在喷出后附着在纱线的前方,后通过张力和重力移动到纱线后方和其他部分,从而使得纺织润滑助剂在纱线表面均匀排布,后经抛射剂挥发使得纺织润滑助剂均匀的附着在纱线表面。
本申请中,优选抛射剂采用三氯一氟甲烷(沸点为23.7℃)和氯四氟乙烷(沸点为-10.2℃)的混合液体,混合液体的沸点使之接近-5至8℃,使抛射剂在常温下可以具有一定的流动时间,以使纺织润滑助剂能够渗透进入多层纱线的内部,而非瞬间汽化。
通过将两种抛射剂进行混合,使其在常温下达到5℃时即可快速挥发,同时维持10-50秒左右的液态时间,以确保纺织润滑助剂的渗透和流动。
附着剂采用丙二醇,丙二醇具有吸湿性,用于形成供润滑组剂停留的附着层,同时丙二醇具有一定的润滑性,在形成附着层的同时降低纱线的表面摩擦。
类硅油物质采用二甲基硅氧烷醇,主要起到润滑作用。
硅酸盐采用一水硅酸镁,一水硅酸镁在抛射剂完全蒸发后停留在附着层表面,同时形成片层状的润滑结构,以降低摩擦力。
本发明中,所述纺织润滑助剂的各个组分的重量比例为:烷烃60-80%,二甲基硅氧烷醇10-15%,硅酸盐2-8%,丙二醇2-8%。
优选,所述纺织润滑助剂的各个组分的重量比例为:烷烃72%,二甲基硅氧烷醇12%,硅酸盐5%,丙二醇5%。
本方案进一步优选,所述纺织润滑助剂的各个组分的重量比例为:三氯一氟甲烷72%,二甲基硅氧烷醇12%,一水硅酸镁5%,丙二醇5%。
方案二:
本方案中的纺织润滑助剂除了包含方案一中的所有成分外,还包括特殊的添加剂,所述添加剂包含无色的紫外光致荧光剂和附着蛋白,附着蛋白为变性蛋白质颗粒,属于颗粒较大的有机分子,附着蛋白主要用于为荧光剂提供附着载体。
优选所述添加剂还包含有机防腐剂,有机防腐剂可溶解于抛射剂中,用于防止微生物滋生。所述有机防腐剂可以为对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、甲醛等可使得蛋白质变性的有机物。
与现有技术相比,本方案中的纺织润滑助剂,除了具有方案一的优点外,还具有以下优点:
一、纺织润滑助剂内添加了荧光剂,即可以通过紫外线照射的方式,对织物表面助剂残留状况进行检测。
二、本方案中是以变性失活的蛋白质颗粒作为荧光剂的附着蛋白,即荧光剂附着在蛋白质颗粒表面,避免荧光剂附着在织物表面,防止荧光剂粘着在织物上。后期仅需要通过含蛋白酶的洗涤剂对织物进行清洗,即可破坏蛋白质颗粒结构,使得荧光剂溶解在洗涤剂中,从而确保织物表面的纺织助剂均可以彻底清洗干净。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种纺织润滑助剂,包括重量组分为烷烃78%(抛射剂)、丙二醇5%(附着剂)、二甲基硅氧烷醇12%(润滑组剂)、一水硅酸镁5%(润滑组剂)。
抛射剂采用烷烃,用于其他物质溶解,常温常压下抛射剂可迅速挥发为气态,烷烃可以使得纺织润滑助剂像罐装喷漆一样喷射出去,并将溶解的润滑组剂和附着剂带出附着在织物表面。
抛射剂采用三氯一氟甲烷(沸点为23.7℃)和氯四氟乙烷(沸点为-10.2℃)的混合液体,混合液体的沸点接近-5至8℃,使抛射剂在常温下可以具有一定的流动时间,以使纺织润滑助剂能够渗透进入多层纱线的内部,而非瞬间汽化。
附着剂采用丙二醇,用于辅助润滑组剂在纱线表面附着,在纱线表面形成一层膜状附着层;丙二醇具有吸湿性,用于形成供润滑组剂停留的附着层,同时丙二醇具有一定的润滑性,在形成附着层的同时降低纱线的表面摩擦。
润滑组剂由二甲基硅氧烷醇和一水硅酸镁共同组成,润滑组剂用于在烷烃挥发后于附着层形成润滑表面。二甲基硅氧烷醇用于降低表面摩擦,一水硅酸镁于烷烃挥发后,在附着层表面形成片层状润滑结构,降低摩擦阻力。
实施例2:
本实施例是以实施例1作为基础,新增了其他的添加剂,已对纺织润滑助剂的残留进行检测,主要用于高端织物的纱线润滑。
一种纺织润滑助剂,包括重量组分为烷烃72%(抛射剂)、丙二醇5%(附着剂)、二甲基硅氧烷醇12%(润滑组剂)、一水硅酸镁5%(润滑组剂)、荧光剂0.2%(添加剂)、附着蛋白0.8%(添加剂)和对羟基苯甲酸丙酯5%(添加剂)。
荧光剂采用紫外光致发光的荧光剂,在织物检测时,可以通过照射紫外线的方式,对织物表面残留的纺织润滑助剂进行检测,避免纺织润滑助剂残留影响织物的美观。
附着蛋白为变性失活的蛋白质颗粒,属于颗粒较大的有机分子,附着蛋白主要用于为荧光剂提供附着载体,相比纱线(纤维材料)附着蛋白对于荧光剂具有更强的吸附力,可以避免荧光剂附着在纱线上方。
后期仅需要通过含蛋白酶的洗涤剂对织物进行清洗,即可破坏蛋白质颗粒结构,使得荧光剂溶解在洗涤剂中,从而确保织物表面的纺织助剂均可以彻底清洗干净。
对羟基苯甲酸丙酯作为有机防腐剂,可溶解于抛射剂中,用于防止微生物滋生同时确保蛋白颗粒处于变性失活的状态。对羟基苯甲酸丙酯相对温和,暴露在空气中后对羟基苯甲酸丙酯的对于微生物的抑制具有一周左右的效果时间,该周期内纱线基本上已经制成织物并进入清洗等步骤,因此无需选择甲醛等烈性防腐剂。
本实施中的纺织润滑助剂主要用于高端织物的生产(纱线润滑),在增加了荧光剂后可以对助剂的残留和清洗状况进行监控,以确保织物的质量。
应用例:
一种纱线润滑方法,包含以下步骤:
1)助剂制备:制备上述实施例1或实施例2中的纺织润滑助剂。
2)助剂灌注:将制备完成的纺织润滑助剂以高压灌注在压力容器中,密封压力容器,安装出气按钮、入液管和喷出口,入液管入口位于压力容器内的底部,入液管出口连接喷出口,出气按钮用于控制喷出口的启闭。
3)助剂喷出:对准待润滑的纱线部位(线筒或旋梭处),摁压出气按钮,使入液管连通压力容器与外部,抛射剂汽化将纺织润滑助剂于喷出口挤出,纺织润滑助剂迅速汽化并呈雾滴状喷出,滴落在纱线表面;
4)助剂渗透:静置5-60秒,纺织润滑助剂渗入并均匀的分布在纱线中,待纺织润滑助剂中的抛射剂完全汽化,在纱线表面留下附着剂、润滑组剂和添加剂,完成纱线的润滑。
助剂喷出过程中,可以根据使用者的具体情况,对喷出口与待润滑的纱线部位距离进行调整,或者在喷出口新增延长管进行操作。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种纺织润滑助剂,其特征在于:包括重量组分为50-80%抛射剂、1-10%附着剂和5-
25%润滑组剂;
-抛射剂采用烷烃,用于溶解润滑组剂、附着剂,常温常压下抛射剂可迅速挥发为气态;
-附着剂采用丙二醇,用于辅助润滑组剂在纱线表面附着,在纱线表面形成一层膜状附着层;所述附着剂为带羟基的醇类化合物;
-润滑组剂,用于在烷烃挥发后于附着层形成润滑表面,所述润滑组剂包括类硅油物质和硅酸盐;类硅油物质用于降低表面摩擦,硅酸盐于烷烃挥发后,在附着层表面形成片层状润滑结;
还包括添加剂,所述添加剂包含无色的紫外光致荧光剂和附着蛋白,附着蛋白为变性蛋白质颗粒,附着蛋白用于荧光剂附着于蛋白质颗粒表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织润滑助剂,其特征在于:类硅油物质采用二甲基硅氧烷醇,所述纺织润滑助剂的各个组分的重量比例为:烷烃:60-80%、二甲基硅氧烷醇10-15%、硅酸盐2-8%、丙二醇2-8%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纺织润滑助剂,其特征在于:所述纺织润滑助剂的各个组分的重量比例为:烷烃72%、二甲基硅氧烷醇12%、硅酸盐5%、丙二醇5%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纺织润滑助剂,其特征在于:所述抛射剂包括三氯一氟甲烷和氯四氟乙烷,抛射剂的沸点为-5至13℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纺织润滑助剂,其特征在于:所述纺织润滑助剂的各个组分的重量比例为:烷烃72%、二甲基硅氧烷醇12%、一水硅酸镁5%、丙二醇5%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纺织润滑助剂,其特征在于:所述添加剂还包含有机防腐剂,有机防腐剂可溶于抛射剂,且有机防腐剂用于防止微生物滋生。
7.一种纱线润滑方法,其特征在于:包含以下步骤:
1)助剂制备:制备上述权利要求1至6任一项纺织润滑助剂;
2)助剂灌注:将制备完成的纺织润滑助剂以高压灌注在压力容器中,密封压力容器,安装出气按钮、入液管和喷出口,入液管入口位于压力容器内的底部,入液管出口连接喷出口,出气按钮用于控制出口的启闭;
3)助剂喷出:对准待润滑的纱线部位,摁压出气按钮,使入液管连通压力容器与外部,抛射剂汽化将纺织润滑助剂于喷出口挤出,纺织润滑助剂迅速汽化并呈雾滴状喷出,滴落在纱线表面;
4)助剂渗透:静置5-60秒,待纺织润滑助剂中的抛射剂完全汽化,在纱线表面留下附着剂、润滑组剂和添加剂,完成纱线的润滑。
