Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of production and processing of textile products, in particular to an automatic production method of four layers of quilt.
Background
The quilt is one of bedding articles, is rectangular cloth with enough area to cover a human body, is generally used for keeping warm during sleeping, is usually formed by covering quilt covers or single quilt with cotton wool, and is called a quilt made of cotton. Besides the quilt, the quilt can also be made of artificial fibers such as wool, silk or acrylic fibers.
The existing quilt is generally produced by two processes:

However, because the quilt core is filled, uneven filling or the phenomena of empty edges and shifting of the quilt core are easy to occur, manual operation is required, and the operation efficiency is low; in the edge covering process used in the second method, thick and thick edge covering rollers are formed by the edge covering of multiple layers of thick materials, the rollers are not soft enough and have poor skin-adhering performance in use, manual operation is also involved, and the operation efficiency is low.

(3) primary processing: quilting the first fabric layer, the quilt core and the lining cloth which are overlapped;
(4) performing secondary processing, namely sewing the quilted material on the left side and the right side, and cutting off redundant rim charge on the left side and the right side;
(5) secondary conveying: superposing the second fabric layer to the upper end part of the first fabric layer in a conveying manner;
(6) and (3) reprocessing: performing one-time transverse single-thread or double-thread sewing on the second fabric layer, the first fabric layer, the quilt core and the lining cloth, simultaneously cutting off the middle of 2 sewing threads, and cutting off one side of the sewing threads of the single thread;
(7) and (3) sealing: in the steps (4) and (6), the single head can be set according to the required position and length to intermittently stop sewing, so that an opening of a part which is not sewn is reserved and used as a turnover opening, the inside and the outside are turned over through the turnover opening, then the turnover opening regions of the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer which are turned over are sewn and sealed, and the production of the whole quilt is finished;
(8) quality inspection: performing quality inspection on the sealed product, and finishing packaging after the product is qualified, and leaving the factory; the unqualified product needs to be treated again.
Further, the product turned over in the step (7) sequentially comprises a first fabric layer, a quilt core, lining cloth and a second fabric layer from top to bottom.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: in the production process, the quilt core is conveyed to the platform together with the first fabric layer and the lining cloth in the earlier stage, so that integral quilting is realized, the filling process in the existing production process is reduced, the filling sufficiency, the integral uniformity and the full and consistent surrounding corners are ensured, meanwhile, the whole process is automatic, the aim of integral production is realized, the loss of labor cost is greatly reduced, the automation degree is improved, and the working efficiency is increased.

The working principle is as follows: during production, a first fabric layer, a quilt core and lining cloth are synchronously conveyed to a platform and are stacked together, three layers of materials are quilted together directly, automatic sewing is realized through 2 sewing machine heads on the left side and the right side, a cutter is arranged behind the sewing machine heads, the leftside and the right side edges are cut off immediately, then a second fabric layer is conveyed through a conveying mechanism, the second fabric layer is directly laid on the upper end surface of the first fabric layer after being conveyed and is sewn through a single line or double lines of a transverse sewing machine head, the cutter is arranged on a random head, the middle of 2 sewing threads is cut off, and one side of the single-thread sewing threads is cut off. The sewing is stopped intermittently at any one of the heads (or needle bars) on the four sides of the sewing, thereby leaving an opening of the unseamed portion as a reversed opening.
