Abstract
The invention relates to a down quilt anti-fleeing production method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) the fabric A, B is an upper cut piece and a lower cut piece respectively, the cut pieces are equally divided according to the size of the quilting grids, and the quilting lines are scalded into folding marks by an iron; 2) placing a silk screen strip under each crease of the cut pieces, and quilting the silk screen strip and each grid of the cut surfaces by a sewing machine to form quilting lines; 3) the joint of the lining strip in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction is sewed with a down-fleeing preventing pocket cloth, the periphery of A, B is sewed, and a down filling opening is reserved on one side corresponding to the down filling channel; 4) drawing the same-position linings on the two sides of A, B, turning to the bag opening position when drawing lines reach the position of the fleeting-proof pocket, ending the needling, drawing the needles from the other side of the bag opening, and combining all the corresponding quilting grids in the same method; 5) and (5) filling down. The invention closes each down filling opening, effectively avoids down fleeing caused by the airflow flowing of the down filling channel, and the product prepared by the down filling method of the invention effectively solves the down fleeing phenomenon commonly existing in down quilts in the market through tests.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a down quilt, in particular to a method for producing and filling down fleeing prevention of the down quilt.
Background
At present, the down quilt is mainly produced by two filling methods, one is that the down quilt is produced and quilted into a plurality of strip-shaped areas, then the down is filled into each strip, and after sealing, the down quilt is evenly beaten and then is quilted by grids; the other method is that the upper layer and the lower layer of the quilt cover are quilted into a plurality of three-dimensional grids by using vertical lining strips, a passage opening is reserved in each grid, after the whole quilt cover is made, a down filling machine pipe enters each passage with the reserved opening to fill down, the opening is sealed after each grid is filled with the down, and then a down quilt is finished. The two down filling methods have respective advantages and disadvantages. The first down filling method is only suitable for making cut-through down quilts, each lattice is cut through by the quilting lines, the down is fixed in each lattice and does not move, however, the quilting lattices of the process are formed by directly sewing two layers of cloth, the quilting lines are not provided with the down, and the warm keeping uniformity cannot be ensured.
The second filling method is a down quilt with three-dimensional strips, each strip is provided with a down filling channel, the down filling method is that a three-dimensional space with one grid is arranged in the down, the down is uniformly distributed, the down is uniformly warm, but the down quilt filled by the method has the defects that the using time is long, the down inside can move to one side under the action of the airflow direction along with the lifting of the down quilt in the using process, and the down inside can be thicker and thinner at one side after a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is technically innovated aiming at the problems, solves the problem that down fleeing occurs after the three-dimensional down quilt is filled with down, effectively prevents each grid of down from fleeing along with the direction of air flow through the down filling channel, keeps warm in a balanced manner, and solves the worries of consumers in the using process.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: step one, ironing and quilting grids: the fabric A, B is an upper cut piece and a lower cut piece respectively, the cut pieces are equally divided according to the size of the quilting grids, and the quilting lines are scalded into folding marks by an iron;
step two, strip: placing a silk screen strip 1 below each crease of the cut pieces, and quilting the silk screen strip 1 and each grid of the cut surfaces by a sewing machine to form quilting lines 2, A, B, and quilting the silk screen strip 1 on the two surfaces by the same method;
step three, suturing the remaining opening: the peripheries of anti-fleeing pocket cloths 3 and A, B are sewn at the transverse and longitudinal joints of the lining strips, and a down filling opening 4 is reserved at one side corresponding to the down filling channel;
drawing; drawing the same-position linings on the two sides of A, B, wherein the drawing is as shown in the figure, when the drawing lines reach the position of the fleecy-preventing pocket, turning to the position of the pocket opening to finish the needle backing, then drawing by taking up the needle from the other side of the pocket opening, the drawing structure is as shown in the detail figure, and all corresponding quilting grids are combined in the same method;
step five, down filling: and filling down after all the lining strips are combined, wherein the down filling pipe corresponding to the process is an arc-shaped turning opening down filling pipe 6 customized and manufactured according to the down filling method, the arc-shaped turning opening down filling pipe 6 is connected with an outlet of a down filling machine at one end, and an arc-shaped back rolling opening 7 is formed at the port of the other end. When the down filling pipe 6 of the arc-shaped turning opening sequentially fills each grid according to the calculated down filling amount according to the sequence of the down filling channel, when the last grid of the channel is filled, the down filling pipe 6 of the arc-shaped turning opening retreats, and the arc-shaped turning opening 7 hooks the pocket to be turned back (see a detail diagram of the fifth drawing).
The invention has the advantages that: the invention closes each down filling opening, effectively avoids down fleeing caused by the airflow flowing of the down filling channel, and the product prepared by the down filling method of the invention effectively solves the down fleeing phenomenon commonly existing in down quilts in the market through tests.
