The invention provides a special suspension for trichogramma eggs, which comprises xanthan gum and water, and compared with the prior art, the special suspension for trichogramma eggs provided by the invention can enable the trichogramma eggs to have higher emergence rate.

The invention belongs to the technical field of biological control, and particularly relates to a special trichogramma egg suspension as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The trichogramma belongs to hymenoptera, suborder of loins, apiaceae, trichogramma, and is a kind of ovum parasitic natural enemy insect with the most research, the widest application range and the longest application history in biological control of lepidoptera pests in the world. The trichogramma has the advantages of fast propagation, good effect, manpower saving, no pollution and wide pest control range, so the trichogramma is deeply welcomed by scholars and producers at home and abroad, and is an effective natural enemy which has the largest pest control area and the most obvious economic benefit at home and abroad at present. The release technology of trichogramma mainly comprises manual egg sticking, unmanned plane ball throwing and spraying release at present. But because directly can make the trichogrammatid egg deposit down in the very short time rapidly with the distilled water, lead to it to spray away through plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle is even, most time spun only water, the egg deposits can't squirt at the bottom. Therefore, it is necessary to add a suspending agent to suspend the eggs. The invention provides a special suspension for trichogramma eggs, which comprises xanthan gum and water.
In the invention, the mass-to-water volume ratio of the xanthan gum is preferably 1-2 g: 1000mL, most preferably 2 g: 1000 mL. Xanthan gum can make trichogramma ovum homodisperse suspend in liquid, can prevent that trichogramma ovum from settling in aqueous, and then avoids trichogramma ovum to receive the damage. The proper mass ratio of the xanthan gum to the volume ratio of water can keep the suspension liquid in a liquid state, so that the phenomenon that the viscosity is too high due to too high concentration of the suspension liquid is avoided, and the suspension liquid becomes rice paste and is not beneficial to spraying; meanwhile, the situation that the suspension of the trichogramma eggs is not facilitated due to too low concentration is avoided; the quality of suitable xanthan gum and the volume ratio of water can guarantee to be basically vaporific after spraying, also can guarantee that trichogramma eggs have certain viscidity, glue on the leaf of plant to prevent it from falling on ground or aquatic, and then improve the eclosion rate of trichogramma.
The invention provides a preparation method of the special trichogramma egg suspension liquid, which comprises the following steps: mixing xanthan gum with water to obtain the trichogramma egg special suspension. In the invention, the temperature of the water is preferably 50-100 ℃, and more preferably 55-95 ℃; the xanthan gum is preferably powder; the source of the xanthan gum is not particularly required in the present invention and commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art may be used. After the xanthan gum and the water are mixed, the method preferably comprises cooling treatment, wherein the cooling treatment temperature is preferably room temperature, specifically 20-35 ℃, and the special suspension for the trichogramma eggs is cooled to 20-35 ℃. The water with the temperature of 50-100 ℃ can quickly dissolve the xanthan gum, and the trichogramma can be kept alive by cooling.
The invention also provides the application of the trichogramma egg special suspension liquid in the technical scheme or the application of the trichogramma egg special suspension liquid prepared by the preparation method in the technical scheme in trichogramma release. In the present invention, the application includes: mixing trichogramma eggs with the special trichogramma egg suspension; the resulting mixture was sprayed. The spraying time is preferably 0-180 min after mixing, and the trichogramma can be sprayed as early as possible, so that the trichogramma can survive more easily. The volume ratio of the number of the trichogramma ova to the special trichogramma ova suspension is preferably 10000-15000 particles: 1L, most preferably 10000: 1L of the compound. Comparative example 2
10000 trichogramma eggs are mixed with 1L of sodium polyacrylate solution with the mass fraction of 1 per mill to obtain mixed solution.
