技术领域
本发明涉及一种橘子加工副产物橘皮再利用的方法,属于橘子加工技术领域。
背景技术
在橘子罐头、橘子酒加工过程中,一般是将橘子皮丢弃,也有将其晾晒成陈皮。同时,在橘子储存过程中常出现坏掉的橘子,而这些坏掉的橘子直接是被扔掉的。然而橘子皮中含有大量的维生素C和挥发油、黄酮类、生物碱等,若是直接丢弃,则造成了浪费。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种橘子加工副产物橘皮再利用的方法,以提高橘类种植户、加工企业的经济效益。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种橘子加工副产物橘皮再利用的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)清洗:收集橘子皮,将其进行按完好度进行分离,其中完好度是以是否霉变为基准,得到好的橘子皮和霉变的橘子皮,其中霉变的橘子皮送去浸泡清洗10-20min、清水冲洗,清洗用水中加入氯化钙、体积分数为90%的酒精,其中氯化钙加入量为清洗用水总量的5-8%,酒精的加入量为清洗用水总量的10-15%;而好的橘子皮则送去浸泡清洗8-15min,清洗用水中加入体积分数为90%的酒精,其中酒精的加入量为清洗用水总量的10-15%;
(2)烘干:将橘子皮在55-65℃下烘干至含水率为20-30%;
(3)粉碎:将经过步骤(2)处理的橘子皮进行粉碎成200-300目的粉末;
(4)蒸馏、冷凝:将经过步骤(3)处理的粉末放入蒸馏罐中进行蒸馏,得到混合蒸汽,将混合蒸汽送去冷凝器冷凝,再经过油水分离器进行分离得到橘皮油,而经过蒸馏的橘皮渣则送去制备活性炭或是作为肥料添加剂用;
(5)微胶囊包裹:采用常规的微胶囊技术,将步骤(4)得到的橘皮油进行微胶囊包裹,得到微胶囊橘皮油,该微胶囊橘皮油则用于面膜、清洗剂组成部分。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果是:经过本发明的方法,能够使橘皮的价值得到提升,提高了种植户、加工企业的经济效益。
具体实施方式
现在结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的阐述。
实施例一
橘子加工副产物橘皮再利用的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)清洗:收集橘子皮,将其进行按完好度进行分离,其中完好度是以是否霉变为基准,得到好的橘子皮和霉变的橘子皮,其中霉变的橘子皮送去浸泡清洗20min、清水冲洗,清洗用水中加入氯化钙、体积分数为90%的酒精,其中氯化钙加入量为清洗用水总量的8%,酒精的加入量为清洗用水总量的15%;而好的橘子皮则送去浸泡清洗15min,清洗用水中加入体积分数为90%的酒精,其中酒精的加入量为清洗用水总量的15%;
(2)烘干:将橘子皮在55-65℃下烘干至含水率为30%;
(3)粉碎:将经过步骤(2)处理的橘子皮进行粉碎成300目的粉末;
(4)蒸馏、冷凝:将经过步骤(3)处理的粉末放入蒸馏罐中进行蒸馏,得到混合蒸汽,将混合蒸汽送去冷凝器冷凝,再经过油水分离器进行分离得到橘皮油,而经过蒸馏的橘皮渣则送去制备活性炭或是作为肥料添加剂用,一般添加量为3%左右;
(5)微胶囊包裹:采用常规的微胶囊技术,将步骤(4)得到的橘皮油进行微胶囊包裹,得到微胶囊橘皮油,该微胶囊橘皮油则用于面膜、清洗剂组成部分。
实施例二
橘子加工副产物橘皮再利用的方法,包括如下步骤:

(3)粉碎:将经过步骤(2)处理的橘子皮进行粉碎成200目的粉末;

1.一种橘子加工副产物橘皮再利用的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)清洗:收集橘子皮,将其进行按完好度进行分离,其中完好度是以是否霉变为基准,得到好的橘子皮和霉变的橘子皮,其中霉变的橘子皮送去浸泡清洗10-20min、清水冲洗,清洗用水中加入氯化钙、体积分数为90%的酒精,其中氯化钙加入量为清洗用水总量的5-8%,酒精的加入量为清洗用水总量的10-15%;而好的橘子皮则送去浸泡清洗8-15min,清洗用水中加入体积分数为90%的酒精,其中酒精的加入量为清洗用水总量的10-15%;
