103, if a first confirmation message returned by the station equipment is received, sending an identity verification instruction including the identity verification information to the station equipment; and the identity verification instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to determine whether the user is consistent with the reservation user or not according to the identity verification information of the reservation user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first confirmation message may be sent when the station device detects that the user exists in the designated station, and accordingly, if the first confirmation message is received, an identity verification instruction may be further sent to detect whether the user is an appointment user. In this step, in the case of receiving the first confirmation message, that is, in the case of detecting that there is a user, it is further detected whether the user is an appointment user, and compared with a manner of directly detecting whether the user is consistent with the appointment user, it is possible to avoid that an appointed workstation is not used, that is, in the case of no user, an unnecessary operation of detecting whether the user is consistent with the appointment user is performed, thereby saving processing resources to a certain extent.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the second confirmation message may be sent when the station device detects that the use user is consistent with the reservation user, and accordingly, if the second confirmation message is received, it may be confirmed that the designated station is used, and the use user is the reservation user who has the use authority, so that the use authority of the designated station may be opened. Therefore, the use permission of the appointed station is opened only when the appointed station is automatically detected in the appointed use time period and the use user is confirmed to be the reservation user with the use permission, so that the problem that the reserved appointed station is illegally occupied by other users can be avoided to a certain extent, and the safety of station management is improved. Specifically, power can be supplied to the appointed station, so that the use permission of the appointed station is opened, or a password of a computer installed in the appointed station is sent to the reservation user, so that the use permission of the appointed station is opened, and the reservation user can normally use the appointed station for working. Certainly, in the using process, the reservation user can perform the sign-off operation through the user terminal when the designated station is not needed to be used, so as to cancel the designated station.
Further, if a fourth confirmation message returned by the station equipment is received or the first confirmation message is not received, the management equipment can set the state of the designated station to be an idle state, that is, to be a state which can be reserved by other users, so as to increase the number of the reserved stations, and further provide more choices for other users. The fourth confirmation message may be sent when the station equipment detects that the user is inconsistent with the reservation user.
To sum up, in the station management method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a management device receives a station reservation application submitted by a reservation user, where the station reservation application at least includes a station identifier of an assigned station, an assigned use time period, and authentication information of the reservation user, examines and approves the station reservation application, and sends a detection instruction to a station device of the assigned station within the assigned use time period when the station reservation application passes the examination and approval, where the detection instruction is used to instruct the station device to detect whether a user is present on the assigned station, and if a first confirmation message returned by the station device is received, sends an authentication instruction including the authentication information to the station device of the assigned station, where the authentication instruction is used to instruct the station device to determine whether the user is consistent with the reservation user according to the authentication information of the reservation user, and finally, if a second confirmation message returned by the station equipment is received, opening the use permission of the appointed station to the reservation user. Therefore, station management can be realized without specially arranging managers for distribution, so that the management cost can be reduced, and the management efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, under the condition that the station reservation application passes the examination and approval, the management system firstly determines whether a user exists or not, judges whether the user is consistent with the reservation user or not under the condition that the user exists, and opens the use permission of the execution station under the condition that the user is consistent, so that the problem that the reservation user cannot normally use due to illegal occupation of the appointed station by other users can be avoided, and the reliability of station management is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of steps of another workstation management method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a workstation apparatus, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include:

In the embodiment of the invention, the detection instruction is sent within the appointed use time period of the appointed station under the condition that the management equipment passes the approval of the station reservation application corresponding to the appointed station, and the detection instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to detect whether a user exists on the appointed station, so that the station equipment can execute the detection operation when receiving the detection instruction. Specifically, the station equipment can perform infrared detection through a built-in infrared detection device to determine whether people exist on the designated station or not, or shoot the designated station through a camera, and detect whether people exist in the shot picture through a people detection algorithm, accordingly, if people exist, it can be considered that a user exists on the designated station, and if people do not exist, it can be considered that the user does not exist on the designated station.
And 202, returning a first confirmation message to the management equipment under the condition that the user exists on the appointed station.
In this step, the first confirmation message may be used to indicate that the user exists at the designated workstation, and specifically, the workstation device may send the first confirmation message through a communication channel that is previously established with the management device.
Step 203, if an authentication instruction sent by the management device is received, determining whether the user is consistent with the reservation user according to authentication information in the authentication instruction.
In this step, the identity authentication instruction is used to instruct the station equipment to authenticate information according to the identity of the reservation user, so that the station equipment can determine whether the user is consistent with the reservation user when receiving the identity authentication instruction. The identity authentication information may be identity authentication information of a reservation user who specifies a station, and the identity authentication information may be face information, fingerprint information, an input password, or the like of the reservation user.
And 204, returning a second confirmation message to the management equipment under the condition that the use user is consistent with the reservation user.
The second confirmation message may be used to indicate that the user is consistent with the reservation user, so that the management device may conveniently know that the user is consistent with the reservation user by returning the second confirmation message.
In summary, in the station management method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, if receiving a detection instruction sent by a management device, a station device may detect whether a user is present at a designated station, and if the user is present at the designated station, return a first confirmation message to the management device, and if receiving an authentication instruction sent by the management device, determine whether the user is consistent with a reserved user according to authentication information in the authentication instruction, where the authentication information is authentication information of the reserved user at the designated station, and if the user is consistent with the reserved user, return a second confirmation message to the management device. Therefore, management personnel do not need to be specially arranged for distribution, the station equipment detects according to the instruction sent by the management equipment and returns corresponding confirmation information, and the management equipment can realize station management, so that the management cost can be reduced, and the management efficiency can be improved. Meanwhile, whether a user exists or not is determined, whether the user is consistent with the reservation user or not is judged under the condition that the user exists, and a second confirmation message is returned to the management equipment under the condition that the user is consistent with the reservation user, so that the management equipment opens the use permission of the execution station, the problem that the reservation user cannot normally use due to the fact that the designated station is illegally occupied by other users can be avoided, and the reliability of station management is improved.
Fig. 3-1 is a flowchart of steps of another method for managing workstations, which may include, as shown in fig. 3-1:
301, receiving a station reservation application submitted by a reservation user by management equipment; the station reservation application at least comprises a station identification of a designated station, a designated use time period and the identity verification information of the reservation user.
Specifically, the implementation manner of this step may refer to the description in step 101, and details of the embodiment of the present invention are not described herein. Furthermore, after the station reservation application is submitted, a certain time is required for approval, so in the embodiment of the invention, the management device can also receive an approval query request sent by a reservation user, respond to the approval query request, acquire the approval state and the expected completion time of the station reservation application, and finally return the approval state and the expected completion time to the reservation user. The approval query request is a request for querying the approval progress of the management device for the station reservation application, and the approval query request may be sent by a reservation user through a device capable of performing communication interaction with the management device, for example, a used user terminal or the like. The approval status of the station reservation application can be divided according to different schedules in advance, and for example, the approval status may include: accepted, submitted to the administrator, the administrator acknowledges receipt and approval, approved/disapproved approval. The expected completion time may be determined by the management facility based on the average time required from the current approval status of the workstation appointment application to completion of the approval. In the embodiment of the invention, the examination and approval state and the predicted completion time are returned to the reservation user under the condition of receiving the examination and approval query request, so that the reservation user can intuitively and conveniently determine the examination and approval progress, and the query experience of the reservation user is further improved. The management equipment can also store the received station reservation applications into the server-side database so as to be convenient for carrying out statistical analysis on the station reservation applications subsequently, and the management equipment can obtain the station reservation applications again from the server-side database and carry out approval to ensure the normal operation of the approval when the station reservation applications are wrong or lost in the approval process by storing the station reservation applications into the server-side database.
Step 302, the management equipment examines and approves the station reservation application, and sends a detection instruction to the station equipment of the designated station within the designated use time period under the condition of passing the examination and approval.
In the embodiment of the invention, station equipment can be bound to each station in the preset office area, and the station equipment at least has a display function, a human body detection function, an identity verification function, a voice broadcast function, a voice recognition function, a voice synthesis function and a communication function. The identity authentication function can be a face recognition function, and the communication function can be realized by the station equipment through a Bluetooth gateway. Correspondingly, when the management equipment sends the detection instruction to the station equipment of the designated station, the station equipment bound with the designated station can be determined according to the preset binding relationship between the station and the station equipment at the initial moment of the designated use period, and then the detection instruction is sent to the station equipment bound with the designated station. Therefore, the stations which are not utilized in time can be timely searched out by detecting at the initial moment, and the utilization rate of the stations is further improved. Of course, it may be a time that is a preset time length from the start time of the specified usage period, that is, after the management device can start the preset time length within the specified usage period, the detection instruction is transmitted. Because the reservation user receives the influence of external factors, probably can't arrive appointed station in time, like this, just detect when predetermineeing, can avoid appearing the problem of erroneous judgement in the condition that the user is late.
Further, the binding relationship between the workstation and the workstation device may be established and stored in the management device by an administrator according to the workstation device bound to each workstation, and specifically may be established by the administrator through an administrator terminal. In practical application, loss in the using process and the influence of external factors may cause the station equipment to break down, so in the embodiment of the invention, the binding relationship can be updated according to a preset period to ensure the binding accuracy. Specifically, the management device may send the binding relationship to an administrator terminal used by an administrator, and the administrator terminal may display the binding relationship, so that the administrator may modify, i.e., re-edit, the binding relationship, and accordingly, the administrator terminal may update the binding relationship according to the modification of the binding relationship by the administrator, and finally send the updated binding relationship to the management device. Therefore, the management terminal is firstly sent to the administrator terminal, so that the administrator can modify the management terminal, and the convenience of operation is further improved. Of course, the binding relationship may also be displayed by the management device, and the management device updates the binding relationship according to the modification of the binding relationship by the administrator, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Meanwhile, the management equipment can also develop operation permission for the administrator, so that the administrator can edit and modify the position of the preset office area in the management system, namely, the position of a workplace, edit and modify station information, view station use information, set personnel permission, bind station equipment for the station, and view or modify station equipment information. The management equipment can also show the reserved use states of all stations in the preset office area, the data information of statistical analysis and the running states of the station equipment through the information display boards, or the information is sent to the administrator terminal, and the administrator terminal can display the information through the station information display boards so as to be convenient for the administrator to check. The administrator can also send a station equipment information modification instruction to the management equipment through the administrator terminal so as to realize equipment management through the administrator terminal.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the users in the office areas to watch, in the embodiment of the present invention, a terminal with a large-screen display panel may be further installed in each preset office area, and the use condition of each workstation is displayed on the terminal with the large-screen display panel, that is, it is clearly indicated which workstations are in use and which workstations are in idle states, and the position of each workstation in the preset office area is displayed on the terminal, so that the users can check where the workstations reserved by themselves are located.
And step 303, if the station equipment receives the detection instruction sent by the management equipment, detecting whether a user exists on the appointed station.

In this step, the identity information may be the same kind of information as the authentication information. For example, if the authentication information is face image information, the identity information may be face image information of the user. If the authentication information is fingerprint information, the identity information may be fingerprint information of the user.
Substep (2): and matching the identity information of the user with the identity verification information.
Specifically, if the authentication information is face image information, the station device may perform face matching on the acquired face image of the user and the face image of the user reserved in the authentication information. Assuming that the identity verification information is fingerprint information, the station equipment can perform fingerprint matching on the acquired fingerprint of the user and the fingerprint of the user reserved in the identity verification information.
Substep (3): and if the identity information of the user is matched with the identity verification information, determining that the user is consistent with the reservation user.
For example, in the case where the authentication information is face image information, if the similarity between the face image of the user and the face image of the user who is reserved in the authentication information exceeds a face similarity threshold, it may be determined that the identity information of the user matches the authentication information, and in the case where the authentication information is fingerprint information, if the similarity between the fingerprint of the user and the fingerprint of the user who is reserved in the authentication information exceeds a fingerprint similarity threshold, it may be determined that the identity information of the user matches the authentication information. Further, the user may be regarded as a reservation user, that is, the user is identical to the reservation user. In the embodiment of the invention, the station equipment is fixed at the appointed station, so that the mode of identifying, collecting and verifying the identity information of the user at the appointed station by the station is more real and reliable. Of course, the management device may also send the authentication instruction to the user terminal reserved for the user to execute the foregoing sub-step (1) to sub-step (3) by the user terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in another optional embodiment of the present invention, the station device may also collect the identity information of the user who uses the designated station after receiving the identity verification instruction, then return the identity information of the user who uses the designated station to the management device, then the management device matches the identity information of the user with the identity verification information, and if the identity information of the user matches the identity verification information, it is determined that the user is consistent with the reserved user. Therefore, whether the user is consistent with the reservation user can be determined only by acquiring and returning the identity information of the user by the station equipment, so that the processing capacity of the station equipment can be reduced to a certain extent, and the operating efficiency of the station equipment is ensured. Or, the management device may be installed in a preset office area, and the management device directly collects and compares the identity information of the user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And 307, returning a second confirmation message to the management equipment by the station equipment under the condition that the user is consistent with the reservation user.

And 308, if the management equipment receives a second confirmation message returned by the station equipment, opening the use permission of the appointed station to the reservation user.

Further, the workstation appointment application of the embodiment of the present invention may further include user information, where the user information at least includes a user name and a contact information of the appointment user. In this step, the management device can cause the station device of the designated station to display the user information and the designated use period by sending the user information and the designated use period to the station device. Specifically, the transmission can be performed based on a communication channel pre-established with the station equipment. Therefore, by displaying the user information and specifying the use time period, other users can conveniently and conveniently know the use condition of the specified station, and can timely contact according to the contact way in the displayed user information when needing to contact the reservation user of the specified station. The display screen of the station equipment configuration can be an electronic ink screen, user information and a designated using time period are displayed on the electronic ink screen, and energy consumed by display operation can be saved while content can be clearly displayed. It should be noted that the workstation equipment can also display environmental parameter information, so that a user can know more information about the environment. The environmental parameter information may be current weather information, current indoor temperature, humidity, content of accessible lung particulate matter (PM2.5), and formaldehyde amount. Further, the station equipment can also brighten the light of the appointed station when a user enters the appointed station, dim the light of the appointed station when the user is detected to leave the appointed station, and the management equipment can also adjust the air conditioner use state of each subarea according to the occupancy rate of the stations in each subarea in the preset office area. Specifically, the air conditioner temperature may be decreased and the air conditioner wind speed may be increased when the occupancy rate is high, and the air conditioner temperature may be increased and the air conditioner wind speed may be decreased when the occupancy rate is low, or the air conditioner may be turned off. Therefore, energy can be saved by intelligently controlling the light and the air conditioning equipment.
Further, the management apparatus may further perform the steps of:
d, the management equipment receives a station replacement request sent by the station equipment; and the station replacement request is used for requesting to replace the specified station with a target station.
In this step, the target station may be any station other than the currently used station. The station replacement request may be triggered by a user through a voice manner, for example, the user may send a voice "a station needs to be replaced to a certain station" to the station device, and then the station device may send a station replacement request indicating to replace the certain station "to the management device with the certain station as a target station. Specifically, the user may be prompted to input an Identifier (ID) of the target workstation, and then a request including the ID of the target workstation is sent to the management device, so that the management device can conveniently determine the target workstation according to the ID. Further, in order to prevent an illegal user from maliciously applying for station replacement, the station replacement request sent in the embodiment of the present invention may also be sent after the user currently using the station is authenticated. That is, before the station equipment sends the station replacement request, the identity information of the user currently using the station may be obtained, and then the identity information is matched with the authentication information submitted when the currently used station is reserved, for example, face matching identification is performed, and if the identity information is matched with the authentication information, the station replacement request is sent. In this way, the security of the station change can be improved by further verifying the identity before sending. It should be noted that this step may also be implemented by the user terminal.
And E, the management equipment determines whether the target station is in an idle state currently.
Since the target workstation may already be used by other users, in this step, the management device may determine whether the target workstation is in an idle state to avoid the workstation to be used or the workstation to be used from being replaced to the reservation user. Specifically, the management device may search the recorded usage state of each workstation for the state of the target workstation.
And F, if the target station is in an idle state currently, the management equipment returns successful replacement information and position navigation information of the target station to the station equipment, and controls the station equipment of the target station to display user information of a user using the currently used station.
In this step, the successful replacement information may be a text type information, or a voice type information, a video type information, or the like. For example, the replacement success information may be the following text: "the target station is successfully replaced". The location navigation information may be a roadmap from the currently used workstation to the target workstation. Therefore, the user can quickly know the successful replacement by sending the successful replacement information and the position navigation information to the user terminal, and the user can conveniently reach the target station according to the position navigation information by sending the position navigation information to the station equipment. It should be noted that this step may also be implemented by the user terminal. The station equipment can also broadcast voice prompts under the condition of receiving the information of successful replacement, for example, broadcast 'station replacement is successful, please move to a new station for working', and under the condition of not receiving the information of successful replacement, broadcast voice prompts, for example, broadcast 'the station replacement is occupied, please select other stations'.
Furthermore, the management equipment can also send user information of a user using the currently used station to the station equipment of the target station, and correspondingly, the station equipment of the target station can display the received user information, so that the displayed information can be automatically and timely replaced while the station is replaced. It should be noted that, in an actual application scenario, a user may also send the station replacement request through the station device currently using the station, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, the management equipment and the station equipment can also execute the following operations: the station equipment sends a station user query request to the management equipment; the query request comprises a name of a user to be queried.
The query request may be triggered by a reservation user through voice, for example, the reservation user may input a voice "please help me to check whether a certain user is at a workstation" to the workstation device, and accordingly, the workstation device may use the user indicated by "a certain user" as the user to be queried and send a query request including a name "a certain" of the user to be queried to the management device.
Then, the management equipment can receive the station user inquiry request sent by the station equipment. And matching the user name to be inquired with the user name corresponding to each station in use. Specifically, the management device may compare the name of the user to be queried with the names of the users corresponding to each workstation in use one by one to determine the matched name of the user. Then, if the matched user exists, returning a third confirmation message to the station equipment; the third confirmation message is used for indicating that the user to be inquired uses the work station.
Accordingly, the workstation equipment can receive the third confirmation message returned by the management equipment, and under the condition that the third confirmation message returned by the management equipment is received, the user information of the current user of the specified workstation can be collected. Then, under the condition that the user information of the current user is matched with the identity authentication information, sending a station information acquisition request to the management equipment; the station information acquisition request is used for indicating the management equipment to return the position navigation information of the station used by the user to be inquired, and correspondingly, the station equipment can receive the position navigation information returned by the management equipment and display the position navigation information. Of course, in order to facilitate the user to clearly view, the management device may also return the position navigation information to the user terminal of the reservation user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. And the position navigation information is a route map from the designated workstation to the workstation used by the user to be inquired. In the embodiment of the invention, the identity authentication is carried out again, and the position navigation information of the station used by the user to be inquired is obtained after the identity authentication is passed, so that the inquiry safety of the station user can be ensured.
Further, after the station equipment receives the fourth confirmation information and before collecting the user information of the current user of the appointed station, sending a confirmation existence message to the appointed user and confirming whether the position navigation information needs to be acquired to the appointed user. For example, the station device may broadcast a voice "whether a person needs position navigation at a station", and if the reservation user returns a confirmation acquisition instruction, that is, a voice "confirmation" sent by the reservation user is received, then the operation of acquiring user information of a currently used user of the designated station, and subsequent matching information and a station information acquisition request is performed. In this way, unnecessary operations can be avoided from being performed without acquiring the position navigation information, thereby saving processing resources.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the preset office area may include a plurality of sub-areas, where the sub-areas may be divided according to actual requirements, and this is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. Different sub-areas may include different numbers of stations and a sub-area may be a department. Accordingly, for each sub-area, the management device may acquire usage parameters of workstations in the sub-area. The management device may automatically record the usage parameter of each workstation in a management system database in advance, and accordingly, the usage parameter may be directly obtained from the database. Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the usage parameters in the database may be intelligently statistically analyzed, and then the analysis result is pushed to the front-end display page, and accordingly, the front-end display page may use charts such as a dashboard to display the usage frequency and usage period of each workstation, so that the user may intuitively know which workstations are used frequently or with a long usage period and which workstations are used frequently or with a short usage period.
Then, the management equipment can determine the utilization rate of the workstations in the subarea according to the utilization parameters of the workstations in the subarea. Specifically, the product of each use parameter and the corresponding preset weight may be calculated, and then the sum of each product may be calculated to obtain the usage rate. Of course, the calculation may be performed in other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. And then, determining the recommended number of the workstations which can be set in each sub-area according to the utilization rate of the workstations in the sub-area. In the setting, the setting can be performed according to the principle that the higher the usage rate, the larger the number, the lower the usage rate, and the smaller the number. Specifically, for a high-usage sub-area, that is, a sub-area whose usage rate is greater than a preset usage rate threshold, a sum of an original number of workstations of the sub-area and a fixed number of workstations of the sub-area may be used as a recommended number of the sub-area according to a preset fixed number. For a low-usage sub-area, that is, a sub-area whose usage rate is not greater than a preset usage rate threshold, a difference between the original number of workstations of the sub-area and the fixed number may be used as the recommended number of the sub-area. And finally, the recommended quantity can be returned to the administrator terminal, so that the administrator can adjust the layout strategy of the stations in time based on the recommended quantity. It should be noted that the utilization rate may also be the quantity of the sub-area fixed stations which are increased or decreased in time by the management device according to the details of the reserved stations in a period of time, for example, the reserved time, the reserved personnel, the reserved sub-areas, the reserved stations, the preset office areas where the reserved stations are located, the reserved utilization rates of different preset office areas in different time periods each day in a period of time which are summarized according to the details, the quantity of the reserved stations in each sub-area in a period of time, and finally, the quantity of the stations which are increased or decreased in time according to the quantity of the different preset office areas and the quantity of the stations in different time periods.
In the embodiment of the invention, by calculating the utilization rate of each subarea, determining the recommended number of the stations which can be set according to the utilization rate and returning the recommended number to the administrator terminal, the administrator can reasonably adjust the stations in the subarea according to the recommended number, and further an office area which can better meet the requirement is created for the user.
Further, the management equipment and the station equipment can also execute the following operations:
g, the management equipment sends a remaining time broadcasting instruction to the station equipment at intervals of preset time within the specified use time period; the broadcasting instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to broadcast the remaining time length.
In this step, the preset duration may be preset, for example, the preset duration may be 1 hour, and accordingly, the management device may send a remaining duration broadcast instruction once every 1 hour.
Correspondingly, the station equipment receives the residual time length broadcast instruction sent by the management equipment, responds to the residual time length broadcast instruction, and broadcasts the residual time length. The remaining duration broadcast instruction is periodically sent by the management device according to a preset duration. The station equipment can extract the remaining time length in the remaining time length broadcasting instruction and then broadcast the remaining time length in a voice mode. For example, assuming a remaining time period of 2 hours, the workstation device may broadcast a voice "remaining available time period of 2 hours". Therefore, the station equipment can enable the user to know the remaining time length by actively and periodically broadcasting the remaining time length without any operation of the user, and the operation cost of the user for acquiring the remaining time length is further simplified.
Step H, the management equipment sends a continuation reminding instruction to the station equipment under the condition that the remaining duration is less than a preset remaining duration threshold; and the appointment continuation reminding instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to broadcast appointment continuation reminding voice.
In this step, the preset remaining time threshold may be set according to an actual situation, for example, the preset remaining time threshold may be 20 minutes, and then the management device may send a continuation reminding instruction to the station device when the remaining time is less than 20 minutes.
Correspondingly, the station equipment can receive the renewal reminding instruction sent by the management equipment, and respond to the renewal reminding instruction and broadcast the renewal reminding voice. And if the confirmation continuation request is received, returning confirmation continuation information to the management equipment.
Wherein, the confirmation continuation request can be sent by the user when the user needs to continue the appointment for the workstation, and the confirmation continuation request can be sent in a voice form. For example, the appointment continuation reminding voice broadcast by the workstation device may be "you reserve the workstation for 20 minutes and expire and need to continue the workstation", the user may send a voice "yes, continue for X hours" when needing to continue the workstation, and after receiving the voice, the workstation device confirms that the confirmation request for continuation is received, and may further return confirmation continuation information to the management device.
It should be noted that the workstation equipment may also perform authentication on the user currently at the workstation after receiving the confirmation continuation request. Specifically, the face information of the currently used user can be collected to perform face matching. If the authentication is passed, the operation of returning the confirmation continuation information to the management device is executed. In this way, by performing authentication before returning confirmation continuation information, the security of the operation can be further improved
And step I, if the management equipment receives the confirmation continuation information returned by the station equipment, prolonging the appointed use time period according to the duration indicated by the confirmation continuation information.
Specifically, the management device may extract a duration included in the confirmation continuation information, and further obtain a duration indicated by the confirmation continuation information, where the included duration may be extracted by the workstation device from a voice uttered by the user.
And then, determining whether the next reserved using time period of the appointed station is coincided with the indicated time length, and if not, prolonging the indicated time length for the appointed using time period. If so, calculating the time length between the starting time of the next reserved using period and the ending time of the specified using period, and then calculating the time length for the specified using period. Therefore, whether the two users are overlapped or not is determined, and the use time period of the user can be prolonged according to whether the two users are overlapped or not, so that the conflict with the reserved use time periods of other users can be avoided while the use time period of the user is prolonged. Furthermore, after the appointed use time period is prolonged, the prolonged appointed use time period can be sent to the station equipment, correspondingly, the station equipment can update the displayed appointed use time period so as to ensure the accuracy of the displayed information, and meanwhile, the station equipment can also send out a successful renewal voice prompt so as to enable a user to conveniently and rapidly know the success of the renewal.
Further, if the management device does not receive the confirmation continuation information returned by the workstation device, it may be considered that the user currently using the designated workstation does not need to perform the continuation, and therefore, the designated workstation may be set to the idle state when the designated use period is over. Of course, the user may send a request to the workstation device indicating that no renewal is required, wherein the request may be sent by the user by voice, for example, the voice may be "no renewal required". Accordingly, the workstation device may send an indication message to the management device indicating that no renewal is required, and the management device may confirm that the designated workstation does not require a renewal when receiving the indication message.
Further, fig. 3-2 is a system schematic diagram according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3-2, each of the workstation device, the management device, the user terminal, and the administrator terminal has a module for implementing each function thereof, and the workstation device, the management device, the user terminal, and the administrator terminal may implement operations in the foregoing steps through each module. Further, fig. 3-3 is a schematic diagram of a workstation management process according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-3, a reservation user, that is, a workstation user, may check a workstation usage situation, and then, according to the usage situation, select a workstation from an empty workstation, that is, a bookable workstation, and after the selection, a workstation number of the selected workstation is selected, user information of the reservation user, that is, personnel information and a reservation usage time period are sent to a management device, and the management device may perform an approval, and return failed information to the reservation user and related personnel in a case that the audit is failed. Wherein, the related personnel can be the upper leader/first party responsible person. When the examination and approval is carried out, the short message can be used for carrying out the examination and approval on the management equipment through the administrator, and correspondingly, if the examination and approval is passed, the administrator can input a message that the examination and approval are passed to the management equipment. Further, the reservation user can make a renewal or a sign-off after the reservation. The management device may interact with the electronic table tagging system for a user to sign in. The electronic table tagging system may be deployed in a workstation device. The management equipment can also count the utilization rate of the stations in the sub-area and adjust the number of the stations based on the utilization rate. The specific statistics, i.e. the adjustment manner, may be the manner described in the foregoing.
To sum up, in the station management method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the management device receives a station reservation application submitted by a reservation user, where the station reservation application at least includes a station identifier of an assigned station, an assigned use time period, and authentication information of the reservation user, examines and approves the station reservation application, and sends a detection instruction to the station device of the assigned station within the assigned use time period of the assigned station when the station reservation application passes the examination and approval, the station device can detect whether a user is present on the assigned station and return a first confirmation message when the user is present, the management device can send an authentication instruction including the authentication information to the station device of the assigned station when receiving the returned first confirmation message, and the station device determines whether the user is consistent with the reservation user according to the authentication information, and finally, if the two are consistent, the management equipment opens the use permission of the appointed station to the appointed user. Therefore, station management can be realized without specially arranging managers for distribution, so that the management cost can be reduced, and the management efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, under the condition that the station reservation application passes the examination and approval, the management system firstly determines whether a user exists or not, judges whether the user is consistent with the reservation user or not under the condition that the user exists, and opens the use permission of the execution station under the condition that the user is consistent, so that the problem that the reservation user cannot normally use due to illegal occupation of the appointed station by other users can be avoided, and the reliability of station management is improved.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a station management apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus is applied to a management device, and the apparatus 40 includes:
a first receiving module 401, configured to receive a station reservation application submitted by a reservation user; the station reservation application at least comprises a station identification of a designated station, a designated use time period and identity verification information of a reservation user;
a first sending module 402, configured to examine and approve the station reservation application, and send a detection instruction to the station equipment of the specified station within the specified usage period of time when the station reservation application is approved; the detection instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to detect whether a user exists on the appointed station;
a second sending module 403, configured to send an authentication instruction including the authentication information to the workstation device if a first confirmation message returned by the workstation device is received; the identity verification instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to determine whether the user is consistent with the reservation user or not according to the identity verification information;
an opening module 404, configured to open, to the reservation user, the usage right of the specified workstation if a second confirmation message returned by the workstation device is received.

the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the use parameters of the stations in the subareas for each subarea; the use parameters at least comprise station use duration and/or use frequency;
the second determining module is used for determining the utilization rate of the stations in the sub-area according to the utilization parameters of the stations in the sub-area;

the detection module 501 is configured to detect whether a user exists on an assigned station if a detection instruction sent by the management device is received; the detection instruction is sent by the management equipment within a specified use period of the specified workstation;
a first returning module 502, configured to return a first confirmation message to the management device when there is a user at the designated workstation;
a determining module 503, configured to determine, if an authentication instruction sent by the management device is received, whether the user is consistent with the subscribed user according to authentication information in the authentication instruction; the identity authentication information is the identity authentication information of the appointed station reservation user;
a second returning module 504, configured to return a second confirmation message to the management device if the user is consistent with the reservation user.

In summary, in the station management apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, if receiving the detection instruction sent by the management apparatus, the station apparatus detects whether there is a user at the designated station, and returns a first confirmation message to the management apparatus when there is a user at the designated station, and if receiving the authentication instruction sent by the management apparatus, determines whether the user is consistent with the reserved user according to the authentication information in the authentication instruction, and returns a second confirmation message to the management apparatus when the user is consistent with the reserved user. Therefore, management personnel do not need to be specially arranged for distribution, the station equipment detects according to the instruction sent by the management equipment and returns corresponding confirmation information, and the management equipment can realize station management, so that the management cost can be reduced, and the management efficiency can be improved. Meanwhile, whether a user exists or not is determined, whether the user is consistent with the reservation user or not is judged under the condition that the user exists, and a second confirmation message is returned to the management equipment under the condition that the user is consistent with the reservation user, so that the management equipment opens the use permission of the execution station, the problem that the reservation user cannot normally use due to the fact that the designated station is illegally occupied by other users can be avoided, and the reliability of station management is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A station management method is applied to management equipment and comprises the following steps:
receiving a station reservation application submitted by a reservation user; the station reservation application at least comprises a station identification of a designated station, a designated use time period and identity verification information of a reservation user;
examining and approving the station reservation application, and sending a detection instruction to the station equipment of the specified station within the specified use time period under the condition of passing the examination and approval; the detection instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to detect whether a user exists on the appointed station;
if a first confirmation message returned by the station equipment is received, an identity verification instruction comprising the identity verification information is sent to the station equipment; the identity verification instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to determine whether the user is consistent with the reservation user or not according to the identity verification information;
and if a second confirmation message returned by the station equipment is received, opening the use permission of the appointed station to the reservation user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the workstation appointment application further comprises user information; the user information at least comprises a user name and a contact way of the reservation user;
after the using right of the appointed station is opened to the reservation user, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a station replacing request sent by the station equipment; the station replacement request is used for requesting to replace the specified station with a target station;
determining whether the target station is currently in an idle state;
and if the target station is in an idle state currently, returning successful replacement information and position navigation information of the target station to the station equipment, and controlling the station equipment of the target station to display the user information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after opening the usage rights of the designated workstation to the reservation user, the method further comprises:
in the appointed use time period, sending a remaining time broadcasting instruction to the station equipment at a preset time interval; the broadcasting instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to broadcast the remaining time length;
sending a continuation reminding instruction to the station equipment under the condition that the remaining duration is less than a preset remaining duration threshold; the appointment continuation reminding instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to broadcast appointment continuation reminding voice;
if receiving the confirmation continuation information returned by the station equipment, prolonging the appointed use time period according to the duration indicated by the confirmation continuation information;
and if the confirmation continuation information returned by the station equipment is not received, setting the appointed station to be in an idle state when the appointed use time period is over.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a station user query request sent by the station equipment; the query request comprises a name of a user to be queried;
matching the user name to be inquired with the user name corresponding to each station in use;
if the matched user name exists, a third confirmation message is returned to the station equipment; the third confirmation message is used for indicating that the user to be inquired uses the station;
and if a station information acquisition request sent by the station equipment is received, returning the position navigation information of the station used by the user to be inquired to the station equipment.
5. A station management method is characterized by being applied to station equipment and comprising the following steps:
if a detection instruction sent by the management equipment is received, detecting whether a user exists on an appointed station; the detection instruction is sent by the management equipment within a specified use period of the specified workstation;
under the condition that a user exists on the appointed station, a first confirmation message is returned to the management equipment;
if an identity verification instruction sent by the management equipment is received, determining whether the user is consistent with the reservation user or not according to identity verification information in the identity verification instruction; the identity authentication information is the identity authentication information of the appointed station reservation user;
and returning a second confirmation message to the management device when the using user is consistent with the reservation user.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving a remaining duration broadcast instruction sent by the management equipment; the residual duration broadcast instruction is periodically sent by the management equipment according to a preset duration;
responding to the residual time broadcasting instruction, and broadcasting the residual time;
receiving a continuation reminding instruction sent by the management equipment; the appointment continuation reminding instruction is sent by the management equipment under the condition that the remaining duration is less than a preset remaining duration threshold;
responding to the continuation reminding instruction, and broadcasting continuation reminding voice;
and if the confirmation continuation request is received, returning confirmation continuation information to the management equipment.
7. A station management device is characterized by being applied to management equipment and comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a station reservation application submitted by a reservation user; the station reservation application at least comprises a station identification of a designated station, a designated use time period and identity verification information of a reservation user;
the first sending module is used for examining and approving the station reservation application and sending a detection instruction to the station equipment of the specified station within the specified use time period under the condition of passing the examination and approval; the detection instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to detect whether a user exists on the appointed station;
the second sending module is used for sending an identity verification instruction comprising the identity verification information to the station equipment if a first confirmation message returned by the station equipment is received; the identity verification instruction is used for indicating the station equipment to determine whether the user is consistent with the reservation user or not according to the identity verification information;
and the opening module is used for opening the use permission of the appointed station to the reservation user if receiving a second confirmation message returned by the station equipment.
8. A station management device, which is applied to station equipment, and comprises:
the detection module is used for detecting whether a user exists on the appointed station or not if a detection instruction sent by the management equipment is received; the detection instruction is sent by the management equipment within a specified use period of the specified workstation;
the first returning module is used for returning a first confirmation message to the management equipment under the condition that a user exists on the appointed station;
the determining module is used for determining whether the user is consistent with the reservation user or not according to the identity verification information in the identity verification instruction if the identity verification instruction sent by the management equipment is received; the identity authentication information is the identity authentication information of the appointed station reservation user;
and the second returning module is used for returning a second confirmation message to the management equipment under the condition that the using user is consistent with the reservation user.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executed implements the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 6.
