For example, a first preset threshold may be set at 40 or 50, and when the cumulative credit value of the user is higher than the first preset threshold, the level upgrade may be performed on the basis of the account level of the user. If the accumulated credit value of an account is lower than the second preset threshold, the account level of the user terminal 200 is downgraded. For example, a second preset threshold may be set at-10 or-20, and when the user's cumulative credit value is below the second preset threshold, a level downgrade may be made based on the user's account level.
In this embodiment, in order to promote the users to keep good viewing habits, users with good credit, i.e. users with higher account level, may be provided with some viewing discounts or preferential activities as merchant feedback. For users with poor credit, i.e. users with lower account level, some preferential activities can be limited or the threshold of viewing is improved. Thus, on one hand, the user can be promoted to keep a good viewing habit, and on the other hand, the loss of manpower, material resources and money, which is caused by maintenance of damaged projection equipment, of a merchant can be reduced.
In addition, in order to ensure the good operation of the unmanned cinema, systems such as deposit and penalty can be set to manage the credit of the user. For example, the user must pay a deposit of a certain amount before making a reservation, and after the user finishes watching the movie, the manager confirms the end of the showing and checks the condition of the showing room. If the comprehensive condition of the showing room is better, the user can take back the deposit paid in advance according to the requirement.
If the manager finds the device damaged after checking the screening room, it can initiate a claim suggestion request and upload the claim suggestion, the photo and the message to the server 100 by taking the live photo and the message. After confirming with the manager of the store and the user, the back office manager at the server 100 sets the penalty paid by the user. The user can continue to make an appointment and retrieve the previously paid deposit after paying the penalty. Therefore, the device can restrain bad behaviors of the user and reduce unnecessary and artificial loss.
In addition to the feedback rating of the user's viewing behavior by the merchant, the user can also feedback the feeling of viewing. Optionally, in this embodiment, the viewing interaction method further includes the following steps:
the server 100 receives the film viewing feedback information sent by the user terminal 200, where the film viewing feedback information includes exhibition shop address feedback information, film rating feedback information, audio-visual effect feedback information, and exhibition room decoration feedback information.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the user may score or comment on the viewing experience after each viewing, and send viewing feedback information to the server 100 through the user terminal 200. The viewing information fed back by the user may include address feedback information of the exhibition store, for example, a better address selection may be recommended or defects existing in the address of the store may be fed back. Movie rating feedback information may also be included, such as a rating of the movie being viewed or a particular movie look-after, etc. The viewing feedback information may also include audiovisual effect feedback information, such as projection definition of the projection device, color of the picture, 3D effect experience, sound effect of the audio device, and the like. The viewing feedback information may also include feedback on the fit-up of the showroom, the temperature condition of the showroom, or the air quality of the showroom.
After receiving the various information fed back by the user end 200, the server 100 can provide the information to the back-end manager, so that the manager can know the specific film watching experience of the user, and make improvements continuously, thereby improving the film watching experience of the user and meeting the user requirements.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a block diagram of functional modules of a viewing interaction device 110 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The viewing interaction device 110 comprises a searching module 111, an order information generating module 112, a verifying module 113 and a sending module 114.
The search module 111 is configured to receive search information sent by the user end 200, search the pre-stored information of the multiple theater stores and movie information according to the search information, obtain the theater store with the highest matching degree with the search information and the movie information of the theater store, and return the information to the user end 200. Specifically, the search module 111 can be used to execute step S101 shown in fig. 3, and the detailed description of step S101 can be referred to for a specific operation method.
The order information generating module 112 is configured to receive the selection information sent by the user end 200, generate corresponding movie order information according to the selection information, and return the movie order information to the user end 200, where the movie order information includes movie information, information of a display store, information of a display room, and display time. Specifically, the order information generating module 112 may be configured to execute step S103 shown in fig. 3, and a detailed description of the step S103 may be referred to for a specific operation method.
The verification module 113 is configured to receive an opening request with a showing room identification number sent by the user end 200, and verify the opening request according to the showing room information in the movie order information. Specifically, the verification module 113 may be configured to perform step S105 shown in fig. 3, and the detailed description of step S105 may be referred to for a specific operation method.
The sending module 114 is configured to send the movie information and the showing time to the projection device corresponding to the showing room identification number after the start request passes the verification, so that the projection device performs movie showing according to the movie information and the showing time. Specifically, the sending module 114 can be configured to execute step S107 shown in fig. 3, and the detailed description of step S107 can be referred to for a specific operation method.
Optionally, the viewing interaction device 110 further comprises an instruction sending module 115.
The instruction sending module 115 is configured to send an unlocking instruction to the projection room door lock corresponding to the projection room identification number carried in the unlocking request after the unlocking request sent by the user side 200 is verified, so that the projection room door lock is unlocked.
Optionally, referring to fig. 8, the viewing interaction device 110 further includes a first control instruction sending module 116, a second control instruction sending module 117, a third control instruction sending module 118, and an information receiving module 119.
The first control instruction sending module 116 is configured to send a first control instruction to the lighting device to turn on the lighting device after the showing time is finished. Specifically, the first control instruction sending module 116 may be configured to execute step S301 shown in fig. 5, and the detailed description of step S101 may be referred to for a specific operation method.
The second control instruction sending module 117 is configured to send a second control instruction to the audio device to turn off the audio device after the showing time is ended. Specifically, the second control instruction sending module 117 may be configured to execute step S303 shown in fig. 5, and a specific operation method may refer to the detailed description of step S303.
The third control instruction sending module 118 is configured to send a third control instruction to the projection device after the showing time is ended, so that the projection device ends showing and displays an end confirmation authentication code. Specifically, the third control instruction sending module 118 can be used to execute step S305 shown in fig. 5, and the detailed operation method can refer to the detailed description of step S305.
The information receiving module 119 is configured to receive movie showing end confirmation information that the management terminal 400 scans the end confirmation authentication code for performing. Specifically, the information receiving module 119 may be configured to execute step S307 shown in fig. 5, and the detailed description of step S307 may be referred to for a specific operation method.
Optionally, referring to fig. 9, the viewing interaction device 110 further includes a feedback rating information obtaining module 1110, a credit value generating module 1111, an upgrade module 1112, and a downgrade module 1113.
The feedback rating information obtaining module 1110 is configured to obtain feedback rating information, which is sent by the management terminal 400 and is for an account corresponding to the account information. Specifically, the feedback rating information obtaining module 1110 may be configured to execute step S401 shown in fig. 6, and a detailed description of the step S401 may be referred to for a specific operation method.
The credit value generating module 1111 is configured to generate a credit value corresponding to the account according to the received feedback rating information, and accumulate the generated credit value. Specifically, the credit value generation module 1111 may be configured to execute step S403 shown in fig. 6, and a specific operation method may refer to the detailed description of step S403.
The upgrading module 1112 is configured to upgrade the account level corresponding to the account when the accumulated result is higher than a first preset threshold. Specifically, the upgrade module 1112 may be configured to execute step S405 shown in fig. 6, and the detailed description of step S405 may be referred to for a specific operation method.
The degradation module 1113 is configured to degrade the account level corresponding to the account when the accumulation result is lower than a second preset threshold. Specifically, the downgrading module 1113 may be configured to execute step S407 shown in fig. 6, and the detailed description of the operation method may refer to step S407.
In summary, the film viewing interaction method and apparatus provided by the present invention are applied to the server 100 capable of being in communication connection with the user terminal 200, the intelligent device 300 and the management terminal 400, and the server 100 can perform information matching according to the search information sent by the user terminal 200, and return a corresponding matching result to the user for the user to perform unmanned cinema store and film selection as a reference. And order information may be generated according to the selection result of the user, and when the user terminal 200 sends an opening request for the intelligent device 300 in the projection room, the opening request is verified, so that the intelligent device 300 of the corresponding projection room is remotely controlled. Therefore, the user can avoid the artificial interference in the film watching process, and the autonomous film watching experience is realized. And, can greatly reduce the manpower configuration of cinema, reduce commercial cost.

Claims (9)

1. A film watching interaction method is applied to a server, the server can be in communication connection with a user side and intelligent equipment, a plurality of projection store information and film information are prestored in the server, the intelligent equipment comprises projection equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving search information sent by the user side, searching the pre-stored information of the plurality of projection stores and the film information according to the search information, obtaining the projection store with the highest matching degree with the search information and the film information of the projection store, and returning the information to the user side;
receiving selection information sent by the user side, generating corresponding film order information according to the selection information, and returning the corresponding film order information to the user side, wherein the film order information comprises film information, exhibition store information, showing room information and showing time;
receiving an opening request which is sent by the user side and carries the showing room identification number, and verifying the opening request according to the showing room information in the movie order information;
if the verification is passed, sending the film information and the showing time to the projection equipment corresponding to the showing room identification number, so that the projection equipment performs film showing according to the film information and the showing time;
the intelligent device further comprises a lighting device and a sound device, and the method further comprises the following steps:
the server receives a control instruction sent by the user side, wherein the control instruction comprises an opening or closing instruction of a lock of the projection room, an opening or closing instruction of the lighting equipment, an adjusting instruction of the sound equipment and an adjusting instruction of the projection equipment, and the control instruction is initiated by the user through the film watching interactive application software on the user side to control each intelligent equipment in the projection room;
and in the showing time, the server forwards the control instruction to the corresponding intelligent equipment so that the intelligent equipment executes the control operation corresponding to the control instruction according to the control instruction.
2. The viewing interaction method of claim 1, wherein said smart device further comprises a projection room door lock, said method further comprising:
and after the opening request sent by the user side passes the verification, the server sends an opening instruction to the projection room door lock corresponding to the projection room identification number carried by the opening request so as to open the projection room door lock.
3. The viewing interaction method of claim 1, wherein the server is further capable of being communicatively connected to a management terminal, the intelligent device further comprises a lighting device and a sound device, and the method further comprises:
after the showing time is finished, the server sends a first control instruction to the lighting equipment to enable the lighting equipment to be started, sends a second control instruction to the sound equipment to enable the sound equipment to be closed, and sends a third control instruction to the projection equipment to enable the projection equipment to finish showing and display a finish confirmation authentication code;
and receiving movie showing ending confirmation information which is performed by scanning the ending confirmation authentication code by the management terminal.

The viewing interaction method of claim 3, wherein the selection information includes account information of the user, the account information includes account level information or account level information pre-stored in the server and corresponding to the account information, and the method further comprises:
the server obtains feedback rating information aiming at the account corresponding to the account information, which is sent by the management terminal;
the server generates a credit value corresponding to the account according to the received feedback rating information and accumulates the generated credit value;
when the accumulation result is higher than a first preset threshold value, upgrading the account grade corresponding to the account;
and when the accumulation result is lower than a second preset threshold value, degrading the account grade corresponding to the account.
5. The viewing interaction method of claim 1, further comprising:
and the server receives film viewing feedback information sent by the user side, wherein the film viewing feedback information comprises exhibition shop address feedback information, film rating feedback information, audio-visual effect feedback information and exhibition room decoration feedback information.

the sending module is used for sending the film information and the showing time to the projection equipment corresponding to the showing room identification number after the starting request passes the verification so that the projection equipment can show a film according to the film information and the showing time;
the intelligent equipment further comprises lighting equipment and sound equipment, the server is further used for receiving control instructions sent by the user side, the control instructions comprise opening or closing instructions for door locks of the projection rooms, opening or closing instructions for the lighting equipment, adjusting instructions for the sound equipment and adjusting instructions for the projection equipment, and the control instructions are initiated by the fact that the user controls the intelligent equipment in the projection rooms through viewing interaction application software on the user side;
and the server is also used for forwarding the control instruction to corresponding intelligent equipment in the showing time so that the intelligent equipment executes the control operation corresponding to the control instruction according to the control instruction.
7. The viewing interaction device of claim 6, wherein said intelligent device further comprises a lock for a projection room, and said viewing interaction device further comprises an opening command sending module;
the unlocking instruction sending module is used for sending an unlocking instruction to the projection room door lock corresponding to the projection room identification number carried by the unlocking request after the unlocking request sent by the user side passes the verification so as to unlock the projection room door lock.
