Claims (11)

1. An intelligent office system, comprising:
wisdom office management platform and by predetermined system that wisdom office management platform managed, wherein, predetermined system includes:
a data acquisition system for acquiring data information within an area, wherein the data information includes at least one of: parking data within the parking lot, identity data of a first object located in a first area, status information of a second object in a second area, meeting room data, location information of a third object, environmental parameter data of the third area;
and the decision system is used for controlling a system in the decision system to execute a decision corresponding to the data information according to the data information acquired by the data acquisition system.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the decision-making system comprises at least one of:
a parking space guidance system for reserving a parking space based on parking data in the parking lot;
the access control system is used for identifying the identity of the first object based on the acquired identity data of the first object after detecting that the first object appears in the first area, and recording attendance data corresponding to the identity of the first object;
the environment management system is used for adjusting the environment parameters of the second area based on the state information of the second object in the second area, wherein the state information comprises the entrance or exit of the second object in the second area;
the conference room management system is used for managing the conference room based on the conference room data;
the staff map system is used for displaying the running track of the third object on a plane map based on the position information of the third object;
and the enterprise safety management system is used for carrying out safety management on the third area based on the environmental parameter data of the third area.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the reservation system further comprises a data storage system, wherein the data storage system is configured to perform at least one of:
storing the data information into a plurality of storage modules in blocks;
and storing the data information into an enterprise private cloud.
4. The system of claim 2, wherein the parking guidance system is configured to:
acquiring parking data in a parking lot;
determining parking space occupation information of the parking lot based on the parking data;
and reserving the unoccupied parking spaces when the unoccupied parking spaces are determined to exist based on the parking space occupation information.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the slot guidance system is further configured to provide a travel path to the reserved unoccupied slot after reserving the unoccupied slot.
6. The system of claim 2, wherein the access control system is configured to perform at least one of:
when the image of the first object is detected by using image acquisition equipment arranged in the first area, identifying the identity of the first object based on the image of the first object, and recording attendance data corresponding to the identity of the first object;
when the radio frequency identification equipment arranged in the first area identifies the radio frequency signal, the identity information of the first object written in a chip for transmitting the radio frequency signal is acquired, and attendance data corresponding to the identity of the first object is recorded.
7. The system of claim 2, wherein the access control system is further configured to perform at least one of:
entering a reserved personnel visit confirmation interface based on input information, acquiring an input visit number, matching the visit number with a pre-stored number, and controlling a switch to be switched on when the matching is successful;
entering an unsubscribed person visit confirmation interface based on the input information, providing a recording interface for recording the identity information and the visit information of the unsubscribed person, and sending notification information based on the input visit information.
8. The system of claim 2, wherein the environment management system is configured to adjust the environmental parameter of the second area based on the status information of the second object in the second area by:
under the condition that the second object is detected to enter the second area, adjusting the light parameter and the temperature parameter of the second area to first preset values;
and under the condition that the second object is detected to leave the second area, adjusting the light parameter and the temperature parameter of the second area to second preset values.
9. The system of claim 2, wherein the meeting management system is configured to manage the meeting room by:
receiving a reservation request for requesting reservation of a conference room, wherein the reservation request comprises conference time and participants;
sending a notification message to the participants at a first predetermined time point before the conference begins;
and adjusting the light parameter and the temperature parameter of the meeting room at a second preset time point before the meeting is started.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the meeting management system is further configured to perform one of the following operations after adjusting the light parameter and the temperature parameter of the meeting room at a second predetermined time point before the meeting starts:
when it is determined that the conference is not started at a third predetermined time point after the conference time, adjusting the light parameter and the temperature parameter of the conference room to default values;
adjusting the light and temperature parameters of the conference room to default values after determining that the conference is over.
11. The system of claim 2, wherein the employee map system is configured to enable display of the travel trajectory of the third object on a flat map based on the location information of the third object by:
determining position information of the third object at each time point;
and drawing a dynamic running track of the third object on the planar map based on the position information of the third object at each time point.
