Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The workstation reservation method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in FIG. 1. The application environment may include a terminal 110 and a server 120, wherein the terminal 110 may communicate with the server 120 through a network. The terminal 110 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 120 may be implemented by a stand-alone server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
Specifically, a reservation person can log in a station reservation system provided by the server 120 through the terminal 110, initiate a reservation request on the station reservation system, the terminal 110 can send the reservation request carrying a reservation time period to the server 120 through a network, the server 120 obtains the reservation request and then feeds back related information of a station in an idle state to the terminal 110 in response to the reservation request, the terminal 110 can show the related information of the station in the idle state to the reservation person through a display screen, when the reservation person selects the station therein as a target station, the terminal 110 sends selection operation data of the reservation person on the target station to the server 120, so that the server 120 sets the target station selected by the reservation person to be in a non-idle state, and when the reservation time period is over, the target station is set to be in an idle state again.
In one embodiment, the application environment may further include a display device 130 disposed at each workstation, the display device 130 may be communicatively connected to the server 120, and the display device 130 may be configured to display the reservation status of the workstation in the current and future period of time.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of a workstation reservation method is provided, which is illustrated by applying the method to the server 120 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S201, a station reservation request which is initiated by a reservation party and carries a reservation time period is obtained.
The workstations refer to tables provided by the enterprise for employees in the office for office work, and can be uniquely numbered according to certain rules, for example, the numbers 1001, 1002, … …, 2001, 2002, etc. are used for numbering the workstations. The station can be a mobile station, is not belonging to any fixed user, and can be used only by the advance reservation of staff needing to use the station.
In this step, the employee of the enterprise may access the server 120 through the terminal 110 as an appointment, specifically, the employee of the enterprise logs in the workstation appointment system provided by the server 120 through an application program or an applet on the terminal 110, and the employee applies for the use date and time period of the workstation according to the work arrangement condition of the employee, inputs the date and time period of the workstation required to be used on the terminal 110, and submits an appointment request carrying the time period, and the terminal 110 sends the appointment request to the server 120 through the network. Alternatively, the employee may also input information about the floor, department, or department, etc. that the employee needs to work with through the terminal 110, and the server 120 obtains a reservation request carrying the information.
Step S202, responding to the station reservation request, providing the station in the idle state in the reservation time period.
Specifically, in this step, after obtaining the reservation request of the reservation provider, the server 120 extracts the reservation time period therein, queries whether each workstation is in an idle state in the reservation time period in a pre-established database according to the reservation time period, and returns the query result to the terminal 110, so that the terminal 110 can display the states of all workstations on a display screen in the form of, for example, a plan view of an office area. For example, the terminal 110 may display the workstation icon of the workstation in the idle state in green and display the workstation icon of the workstation in the non-idle state in red in the reserved time period. In some embodiments, the workstation icon may be an icon that identifies the unique number that the workstation has.
Alternatively, the server 120 may also provide only the status of the workstations on selected floors, departments, or departments based on the floor, department, or department entered by the employee.
Step S203, when the reservation person selects the station in the idle state as the target station, the target station is set to be in the non-idle state in the reservation time period, and the target station is set to be in the idle state when the reservation time period is over.
Specifically, after the reservation request is obtained by the server 120, the selected target workstation may be set to a non-idle state, specifically, the target workstation is locked in the reservation time period, that is, other employees are not allowed to make a reservation again, for example. In a specific scenario, the terminal 110 may set the workstation icon of the selected target workstation to red in the reserved time period and display the workstation icon through the display screen. When the reservation time period is over, the server 120 may reset the target workstation to the idle state, for example, may automatically release the reserved target workstation and update the display color of the icon of the target workstation, and when the reservation time period is over, the target workstation is displayed in the idle state in green for reservation and use by other subscribers.
In the station reservation method, a station reservation request which is initiated by a reservation person and carries a reservation time period is obtained, and a station in an idle state in the reservation time period is provided in response to the station reservation request; when the reservation person selects the station in the idle state as the target station, the target station is set to be in a non-idle state in the reservation time period, and the target station is set to be in an idle state when the reservation time period is over.
In one embodiment, the providing of the workstation in the idle state within the reserved time period in step S202 may include:
judging whether the reserved time of each station conflicts with the reserved time period; and providing the positions with the reserved time and the reserved time period not conflicting as the positions in the idle state.
In this embodiment, the server 120 may determine whether the reserved time of each workstation overlaps with the reserved time period required by the current reservation operator, so as to determine whether the reserved time of each workstation conflicts with the reserved time period. When the server 120 determines that the reserved time of a certain station and the reserved time period required by the current subscriber have an overlapping portion, it determines that the certain station conflicts with the reserved time period, and similarly, when the server 120 determines that the reserved time of the certain station and the reserved time period required by the current subscriber do not have an overlapping portion, it determines that the certain station does not conflict with the reserved time period.
Therefore, the server 120 can provide the reserved station with the reserved time without conflict with the reserved time period through the terminal 110, and the reserved station is used as the station in the idle state for the reservation user to select, so that the idle station can be accurately and efficiently screened out, and the possibility is provided for the reservation user to select the idle station or the station at the ideal position. Further, the terminal 110 can highlight the idle stations, so that the reservation operator can select the required stations more intuitively and efficiently, and the station selection efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, after the target workstation is set to the non-idle state in the reserved time period in step S203, the workstation reservation method may further include the following steps:
and when a station canceling request for the target station initiated by the reservation person before the reservation time period is ended is received, setting the target station to be in a non-idle state.
Specifically, for example, if a reservation user needs to finish using a workstation in advance due to a demand such as off duty in a reservation time period, the reservation user may log in a workstation reservation system provided by the server 120 through the terminal 110, find a reserved record of the reservation user for the workstation, select to finish the reservation in advance for the reserved workstation or workstations, trigger the terminal 110 to send a workstation cancellation request to the server 120, after receiving the workstation cancellation request of the reservation user, the server 120 may set a target workstation reserved by the reservation user to an idle state according to a workstation number carried in the workstation cancellation request, that is, release the target workstation selected by the reservation user, and then the server 120 may display the target workstation reset to the idle state in green through a display screen of the terminal 110.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the reserved station can be released in advance by receiving the station canceling request of the target station of the reservation user before the reservation time period is finished, and the station does not need to be released until the reservation time period is finished, so that the flexibility of station use can be improved, other staff needing to use the station can also reserve the station as soon as possible, and the use efficiency of the idle station is improved.
In an embodiment, the workstation reservation method may further include:
receiving a reservation information query request for a station with a specified number, which is initiated by a researcher; and responding to the reservation information inquiry request, and displaying the reservation information of the stations with the specified numbers.
Specifically, after logging in the workstation reservation system provided by the server 120 through the terminal 110, the reservation operator can select a workstation number of an ideal workstation on the workstation reservation system. For example, the reservation operator only wants to use the workstation at the specific location, selects the workstation number of the workstation at the specific location, submits a reservation information query request carrying the workstation number to the server 120 through the terminal 110, and after receiving the reservation information query request, the server 120 can query the reservation information of the current workstation and the reservation information in a future period corresponding to the workstation number in a pre-established database according to the workstation number selected by the reservation operator, and push the reservation information to the terminal 110, so that the reservation operator can select the reservation time for the workstation.
Optionally, the reservation operator may also input a target time period for an ideal target workstation number of the reservation operator, and submit a reservation information query request, and the server 120 may query reservation information of a target workstation in the target time period for the target workstation number and the target time period in the reservation information query request, where the reservation information may include reserved time, reserved time and other information of the target workstation in the target time period. The server 120 pushes the above-mentioned subscription condition to the terminal 110, and may further show the subscription condition through a display screen of the terminal 110.
According to the embodiment, the reservation information query request of the reservation person for the station with the specified number is received, the reservation information such as reserved time and reserved time corresponding to the station with the specified number is queried for the station with the specified number and is displayed to the reservation person, so that greater freedom of selection can be provided for the reservation person, the reservation person can conveniently query the ideal position of the reservation person, the flexibility of station selection is improved, the reservation person can be facilitated to enhance communication with a team, or the quiet position is selected, and the office efficiency of the reservation person is improved conveniently.
Further, in some embodiments, before the appointment information of the workstations with the specified numbers is displayed, the appointment information may be queried in the following manner, specifically including:
and inquiring reservation information corresponding to the designated number in the station information database according to the designated number.
In this embodiment, after receiving the reservation information query request of the reservation operator for the workstation with the designated number, the server 120 may query the reservation information corresponding to the designated number through the pre-established workstation information database. For example, the workstation information database may include a relational database established by MySQL, in which reservation information of workstations with different numbers may be stored in advance, and the reservation information may include, but is not limited to, a workstation number, a location, a subordinate department, a user who has reserved a time period and a corresponding time period, a reservable time period, and the like corresponding to each workstation, and the server 120 may query the information through the workstation information database to obtain workstation reservation information with a number specified by a reservator, and send the reservation information to the terminal 110 for display.
According to the embodiment, the station information database is established, information such as station numbers and positions corresponding to each station can be stored, centralized control and management of all stations can be realized, the reservation time periods of all reservation persons for the stations are ensured not to conflict, and the station reservation efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, each station may be provided with a display device 130 for displaying reservation information of the corresponding station; the station reservation method can further comprise the following steps:
