According to the embodiment, the management end account is established to examine and approve the non-allotment application of the current meeting room reservation application, so that the important meeting can not be randomly regulated, and the quality of the important meeting is ensured.
In one embodiment, the server 102 is further configured to: detecting whether the first initiator is a management end; if the meeting room reservation request is the management end, locking the needed meeting room and the needed reservation period according to the meeting room reservation request; if the meeting room reservation request is not the management end, sending a meeting room reservation application to the management end so as to trigger the management end to return approval passing information; the above-mentioned determination of whether the required reservation period is configurable according to the approval result further includes: and locking the required conference room and the required reservation period according to the approval passing information and the conference room reservation application.
Specifically, the server 102 detects whether the first initiator is a management end account, if yes, directly locks a required conference room and a required reservation period according to a conference room reservation application; if the first initiator is not the account number of the management end, the conference room reservation application is sent to the management end, and when the management end returns approval passing information, the server 102 locks the required conference room and the required reservation period according to the approval passing information and the conference room reservation application.
According to the embodiment, the management end is arranged to examine and approve the conference room reservation application which is not available, and the required conference room and the required reservation period are determined according to the examination and approval passing information, so that the ordered progress of conference room reservation is ensured, and the normal progress of an important conference is ensured.
In an embodiment, the method further includes: receiving equipment state information sent by an equipment sensor of a conference room; judging the current conference state of the conference room according to the equipment state information; and updating the conference room state in the conference room information database according to the conference state.
Specifically, the server 102 is further connected to terminals in each conference room, for example, a liquid crystal display sensor, a projector sensor, an air conditioner sensor, a lamp sensor, and the like, the server 102 receives the device status information sent by the device sensor, determines the current conference state of the corresponding conference room according to the device status information, for example, determines that the conference is finished according to the start-stop state half conference use states of the projector and the lamp, for example, when the projector and the lamp are both closed, and the server 102 updates the conference room state in the conference room information database by using the state information.

the conference room information acquisition and display module 301 may be disposed on the terminal 101, and is mainly used for acquiring conference sign-in information, displaying real-time states of the conference room, for example, displaying information such as current conference room being used, unused, unavailable, etc., next conference reservation information, etc.; interaction with the conference subscriber, such as whether the conference is delayed, ended, etc.; judging the meeting use state according to the start-stop states of the projector and the lamp, if the projector and the lamp are both closed, judging that the meeting is finished, and the like; meanwhile, the conference starting time, the conference ending time, the sign-in condition, whether the time delay condition is the time delay condition, the conference booking and conference room setting information issued by the service platform are uploaded and managed and received, and the like.
The base data and meeting reservation information storage module 302 is located on the server 102 and is primarily configured to:
1) The base data is stored, including meeting room base information, such as meeting room name, location, number of accommodations, meeting room type, etc.
2) Meeting reservation information is stored, including meeting room reservation information such as meeting rooms to be reserved, the number of people, start and end times, whether to accept automatic allocation, reservation personnel, reservation time, and the like.
3) And storing the use conditions of each conference room, such as the conditions of conference start, end time, sign-in condition, time delay or the like.
4) And collecting and storing the fault, off-line and other states of the equipment in each conference room for analysis and processing.
The intelligent deployment module 303 is configured to perform the processing and execution of the method steps as in the above embodiments, and further includes: if the current meeting is finished in advance, notifying a next meeting reservation person, interacting with the next meeting reservation person to hold the meeting in advance, and assisting in notifying invitees; also, the end of the ongoing conference needs to be delayed, the terminal 101 can negotiate with the next conference subscriber interactively, and the terminal 101 can resend the notification of the next conference invitee according to the negotiation result.
The information interaction and release module 304 mainly has the following two functions:
1) Information release: platform meeting room booking information issue, booking result issue, meeting notification, meeting change communication and the like.
2) And (3) information interaction: when a plurality of matched meeting rooms exist, the mobile terminal displays other matching results besides the booking result for the booking user to select; in addition, personnel conflict prompt, whether allocation is accepted, whether delay is accepted and other information interaction exist; the platform prompts the conference to end in advance, whether to delay or not, and communicates and interacts with the subscriber of the next conference; and acquiring the real-time state of the conference room, the start and end time of the conference and other information.
The system automatically judges the starting and ending states of the conference by acquiring the states of the projector, the lighting lamp and the like of the conference room, and further informs the next conference subscriber (some conferences need to be held in advance, so that the efficiency can be improved, and the time can be saved); meanwhile, the mobile terminal prompts that the conference is about to end, and whether to prolong and communicate and interact with the subscriber of the next conference.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 illustrates a specific application of the intelligent conference room allocation method in another embodiment, which is described as follows:
1) Setting a blending time length: when the meeting is allocated to a large value, the system can be interactively determined with reservation personnel; otherwise, the conference is directly allocated and the conference subscriber and the invitee are notified.
2) Meeting reservation types can be classified into a configurable reservation, a non-configurable reservation (through which approval is required, or a high authority personnel reservation), and an administrator can select meeting rooms and times to deal with critical very important meetings.
3) The allocation reservation is required to set conditions such as allocation starting time, allocation time range and the like so that the system can allocate more accurately;
4) The allocated meeting needs to be allocated, the system can provide interaction with the allocated meeting subscribers, and if the meeting subscribers agree, the meeting change notification is retransmitted to all invitees; the allocation mode comprises conference room change and time change.
5) The current meeting is finished in advance or exceeds the allocation duration, the system can inform the reservation personnel of the next meeting, interact with the reservation personnel of the next meeting, whether the meeting is held in advance, and assist in informing the invited personnel; likewise, the meeting is carried out and needs to be delayed to finish, the system can interactively negotiate with the next meeting reservation personnel, and the system retransmits the notification of the next meeting invited personnel according to the negotiation result.
According to the specific embodiment, the conference subscribers can adjust the required reserved time period according to the adjustable time period or the reserved time period of the subscribers of the target conference room by setting the adjustable time period, so that the conference can be developed as expected, the time and limited conference room resources can be fully utilized, the degree of office intelligence is improved, and the office efficiency is further improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 1-4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in FIGS. 1-4 may include multiple steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor do the order in which the steps or stages are performed necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a conference room intelligent deployment apparatus 500, including: a reservation application receiving module 501, a target conference room determining module 502, a first session triggering module 503, an overlapping period judging module 504, a reservation period adjusting module 505, and a second session triggering module 506, wherein:
a reservation application receiving module 501, configured to receive a meeting room reservation application that carries a required reservation period;
a target conference room determining module 502, configured to determine a reserved period of the target conference room in the case that there is no idle conference room;
a first session triggering module 503, configured to trigger, if the reserved period and the reserved period are both non-configurable, a first session between a first initiator of the conference room reservation application and a second initiator of a conference corresponding to the reserved period when the first initiator refuses to adjust the required reserved period;
an overlapping period judging module 504, configured to judge whether an overlapping period of the required reserved period and the reserved period is less than or equal to a preset overlapping period if the required reserved period and the reserved period are not both the non-configurable reserved period;
A reserved period adjustment module 505, configured to adjust the required reserved period and/or the reserved period if the overlapping period is less than or equal to the preset overlapping period, so that the adjusted required reserved period and the adjusted reserved period do not overlap; the adjustment time length of the reserved time period is smaller than or equal to a first preset adjustment time length, and the adjustment time length of the reserved time period is smaller than or equal to a second preset adjustment time length;
a second session triggering module 506, configured to trigger a second session between the first initiator and the second initiator when the first initiator refuses to adjust the required reserved period if the overlapping period is greater than the preset overlapping period.
In an embodiment, the above-mentioned target conference room determining module 502 is further configured to, in the case of an idle conference room, screen, in the idle conference room, a conference room matching the number of people required for the conference according to the number of receivable people in the idle conference room as a conference room with a predetermined success.
In an embodiment, the second session trigger module 506 is further configured to: sending a period adjustment request to the first initiator; the time period adjustment request is used for triggering the first initiator to return to the adjusted reservation time period when agreeing to adjust the required reservation time period; and reserving the target conference room according to the adjusted reservation period returned by the first initiator.
In an embodiment, the second session trigger module 506 is further configured to: acquiring period adjustment confirmation information of the second initiator and period adjustment confirmation information of the first initiator through the second session when the second initiator agrees to adjust the reserved period; adjusting the reserved period according to the period adjustment confirmation information of the second initiator, and sending meeting change information to invitees of the meeting reserved by the second initiator; and reserving the target conference room according to the time period adjustment confirmation information of the first initiator.
In one embodiment, the reservation application receiving module 501 is further configured to: sending an inquiry request to the first initiator to enable the first initiator to confirm whether the required reservation period is configurable; if the first initiator confirms that the required reservation period is not available, the conference room reservation application confirmed by the first initiator as not available by the required reservation period is sent to a management end, so that the management end returns an approval result when the conference room reservation application confirmed by the first initiator as not available by the required reservation period is approved; and determining whether the required reservation period is adjustable according to the approval result.
In an embodiment, the server is further configured to: detecting whether the first initiator is the management end; if the meeting room reservation request is a management end, locking a required meeting room and the required reservation period according to the meeting room reservation request; if the meeting room reservation request is not the management end, the meeting room reservation request is sent to the management end so as to trigger the management end to return approval passing information; the step of determining whether the required reserved time period is adjustable according to the approval result, and the step of further comprising: and locking the required conference room and the required reservation period according to the approval passing information and the conference room reservation application.
In an embodiment, the server is further configured to: receiving equipment state information sent by an equipment sensor of a conference room; judging the current conference state of the conference room according to the equipment state information; and updating the conference room state in the conference room information database according to the conference state.
The specific limitation of the intelligent conference room allocation device can be referred to the limitation of the intelligent conference room allocation method, and the detailed description is omitted here. The modules in the intelligent conference room allocation device can be realized in whole or in part through software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is for storing conference room status information data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a conference room intelligent deployment method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a conference room intelligent deployment method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structures shown in fig. 6-7 are block diagrams of only some of the structures that are relevant to the present application and are not intended to limit the computer device on which the present application may be implemented, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps in the method embodiments as described above when the computer program is executed.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method embodiments described above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples merely represent a few embodiments of the present application, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it would be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements could be made without departing from the spirit of the present application, which would be within the scope of the present application. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present application is to be determined by the claims appended hereto.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent conference room allocation method, which is characterized by being applied to a server, comprises the following steps:
receiving a meeting room reservation application carrying a required reservation period;
determining a reserved period of the target conference room under the condition that no idle conference room exists;
if the required reservation period and the reserved period are both non-adjustable, triggering a first session of a first initiator of the conference room reservation application and a second initiator of a conference corresponding to the reserved period when the first initiator refuses to adjust the required reservation period;
If the required reservation period and the reserved period are not equal to the non-configurable reservation period, judging whether the overlapping period of the required reservation period and the reserved period is smaller than or equal to a preset overlapping period;
if the overlapping period is less than or equal to the preset overlapping period, the required reserved period and/or the reserved period are adjusted so that the adjusted required reserved period and the adjusted reserved period are not overlapped; the adjustment time length of the reserved time period is smaller than or equal to a first preset adjustment time length, and the adjustment time length of the reserved time period is smaller than or equal to a second preset adjustment time length;
if the overlapping period is greater than the preset overlapping period, triggering a second session of the first initiator and the second initiator when the first initiator refuses to adjust the required reserved period;
and when the second initiator agrees to adjust the reserved time period, acquiring time period adjustment confirmation information of the second initiator and time period adjustment confirmation information of the first initiator through the second session.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the meeting room reservation application further includes a number of people required for the meeting, the method further comprising:
And screening meeting rooms matched with the number of people required by the meeting in the idle meeting room according to the number of the accommodable people of the idle meeting room as meeting rooms with preset success.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the triggering the second session of the first initiator with the second initiator when the first initiator refuses to adjust for the desired reservation period further comprises:
sending a period adjustment request to the first initiator; the time period adjustment request is used for triggering the first initiator to return to the adjusted reservation time period when agreeing to adjust the required reservation time period;
and reserving the target conference room according to the adjusted reservation period returned by the first initiator.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of triggering the second session of the first initiator with the second initiator:
adjusting the reserved period according to the period adjustment confirmation information of the second initiator, and sending meeting change information to invitees of the meeting reserved by the second initiator;
And reserving the target conference room according to the time period adjustment confirmation information of the first initiator.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the meeting room reservation application carrying the desired reservation period, further comprising:
sending an inquiry request to the first initiator to enable the first initiator to confirm whether the required reservation period is configurable;
if the first initiator confirms that the required reservation period is not available, the conference room reservation application confirmed by the first initiator as not available by the required reservation period is sent to a management end, so that the management end returns an approval result when the conference room reservation application confirmed by the first initiator as not available by the required reservation period is approved;
and determining whether the required reservation period is adjustable according to the approval result.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of determining the position of the probe is performed,
the server is further configured to: detecting whether the first initiator is the management end;
if the meeting room reservation request is a management end, locking a required meeting room and the required reservation period according to the meeting room reservation request;
If the meeting room reservation request is not the management end, the meeting room reservation request is sent to the management end so as to trigger the management end to return approval passing information;
the step of determining whether the required reserved time period is adjustable according to the approval result, and the step of further comprising:
and locking the required conference room and the required reservation period according to the approval passing information and the conference room reservation application.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
receiving equipment state information sent by an equipment sensor of a conference room;
judging the current conference state of the conference room according to the equipment state information;
and updating the conference room state in the conference room information database according to the conference state.
8. An intelligent conference room allocation device, characterized in that the device comprises:
the reservation application receiving module is used for receiving a meeting room reservation application carrying a required reservation period;
the target meeting room determining module is used for determining reserved time periods of the target meeting room under the condition that no idle meeting room exists;
a first session triggering module, configured to trigger, if the reserved period and the reserved period are both non-configurable, a first session between a first initiator of the conference room reservation application and a second initiator of a conference corresponding to the reserved period when the first initiator refuses to adjust the required reserved period;
An overlapping period judging module, configured to judge whether an overlapping period of the required reserved period and the reserved period is less than or equal to a preset overlapping period if the required reserved period and the reserved period are not both the non-configurable reserved period;
a reserved period adjustment module, configured to adjust the required reserved period and/or the reserved period if the overlapping period is less than or equal to the preset overlapping period, so that the adjusted required reserved period and the adjusted reserved period do not overlap; the adjustment time length of the reserved time period is smaller than or equal to a first preset adjustment time length, and the adjustment time length of the reserved time period is smaller than or equal to a second preset adjustment time length;
and the second session triggering module is used for triggering a second session of the first initiator and the second initiator when the first initiator refuses to adjust the required reserved period if the overlapped period is larger than the preset overlapped period, and acquiring period adjustment confirmation information of the second initiator and period adjustment confirmation information of the first initiator through the second session when the second initiator agrees to adjust the reserved period.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
