Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments, and all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present application belong to the scope of protection of the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a workstation reservation method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a workstation reservation system, and the workstation reservation system includes a user equipment, a background system, and a display.
In an application case, the user end device may be an electronic device with a display function, such as a personal computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a mobile wearable device, and the like; the background system may be a server; the display is preset on each station in the working area, can be a liquid crystal display screen, an electronic ink screen and the like, and is used for displaying information such as the use condition or the preset condition of the corresponding station.
In a specific implementation, the method comprises steps 1 through 10.
Step 1, the user terminal equipment generates a station reservation request based on a reservation time interval and a target station selected by a user.
In one application case, the reservation time period refers to a time period in which a user desires to use a workstation alone, and the reservation time period comprises a reservation starting time and a reservation ending time; the target station refers to a station which a user desires to use, and is specifically selected through a station number or a station name; the specific content of the generated station reservation request is 'the use permission of a user for reserving a target station in a reservation time period'.
The purpose of this step is to provide the function of inputting relevant station reservation request for the user, and interact with the background system based on the relevant station reservation request, so as to reserve the station for the user quickly and efficiently.
And 2, the user side equipment sends the station reservation request to a background system.
In an application case, the request transmission between the user end device and the background system may be implemented by using communication technologies such as wireless communication, local area network communication, or internet communication.
In the embodiment, functions such as data judgment, route planning and the like which need a large amount of data calculation are all placed on a background system to be realized, and only a user side is required to provide a simple communication function, so that the hardware requirement of user side equipment is reduced, and the practicability of the whole scheme is improved.
And 3, the background system receives the station reservation request.
In one application, the background system is used for managing the use authority of all the workstations, and the background system can obtain the reservation information of all the workstations.
In an application case, a large-size display screen is further arranged in a working area, a background system calculates the current use condition of each station in the working area according to reservation information of all stations obtained by the background system, and then the current use condition of each station is mapped into a station map of the working area in a visual mode, for example, a station in a preset or use state is marked red, a station in an unmanned or non-human use state is marked green, and finally the station is put on the large-size display screen, so that on one hand, staff can quickly know the current use condition of each station in the working area, and on the other hand, the staff can conveniently and quickly find the preset station.
The station map is drawn according to the shape and size of an office area, a station is displayed by a square block in the station map, a station number and an appointment condition corresponding to the station are marked in the square block, the position relation among the square blocks is reset according to the relative position of each station in the office area in practice, and a user can know the appointment condition of the station more visually, conveniently and quickly through the station map. The reservation condition of the workstation can be represented by words, for example, "idle" words are marked in the square block corresponding to the currently un-reserved workstation, and "occupied" words are marked in the square block corresponding to the currently reserved workstation.
And 4, judging whether other station reservation requests exist in the station reservation table of the target station by the background system.
The station reservation table is a station reservation information statistical table generated by the background system based on the received station reservation request;
in an application case, the workstation reservation table is a workstation reservation information statistical table generated by the background system based on the received workstation reservation request, and the workstation reservation table includes information such as a workstation number, a reservation time period, a user initiating the reservation request, and a workstation number thereof, and is a workstation reservation table configured for two workstations as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002506052770000081
In an application case, the background system in this step determines whether there is a reservation request for other stations in the station reservation table for the target station, and when it is determined that there is no reservation request for other stations in the station reservation table for the target station, it indicates that the target station is not reserved, and then the following operation of step 5 is performed. The specific content of the station reservation request is not directly compared in the station reservation table in the step, and only whether the target station is reserved or not is judged firstly, so that the difficulty of station reservation judgment is reduced, and the judgment efficiency of station reservation is improved.
When the target station is judged to have other station reservation requests in the station reservation table, the target station has two possibilities:
1. the target workstation is preset, but the preset reservation time interval is not overlapped with the reservation time interval in the workstation reservation request, namely the target workstation is not in a preset state in the reservation time interval in the workstation reservation request, but is in an idle state;
2. the target workstation is preset, and the preset reservation time interval is overlapped with the reservation time interval in the workstation reservation request, namely the target workstation is in a preset state in the reservation time interval in the workstation reservation request.
It can be seen that the target workstation in case 1 can still be used by the user during the reservation period in the workstation reservation request. This step is followed by a further analysis by step 6 to determine whether the target workstation can be booked by the user.
And 5, if the station reservation request does not exist, the background system updates the station reservation table according to the station reservation request and sends a first reservation success message to the user end equipment.
In one application case, if the background system traverses the station reservation table and finds that the target station is not currently reserved by any user, the background system performs station reservation according to the station reservation request.
In an application case, the user name, the user job number and the station reservation time period information contained in the station reservation request are added into the station reservation table, so that the station reservation table can be updated.
In one application, the first predetermined success message includes the workstation number of the target workstation and the reserved time period, for example: the workstation AB102 is reserved successfully in the time period of 10:30-11:00 on 2020.5.14 days. The sending mode includes but is not limited to short message, telephone, application notice, public number notice and so on.
And 6, if yes, the background system judges whether the target station is in a preset state.
In one application, the state of the target workstation can be divided into a preset state and an idle state.
The target station is in a preset state that: the target workstation is successfully scheduled to be used by a certain user in a reserved time period, namely: the target workstation is in a preset state in the reserved time period of the workstation reservation request.
The target station is in an idle state: the target station is not used by the user in the reserved time period and can be reserved by the user. Of course, the target workstation in the predetermined state may return to the idle state again after the user cancels the reservation or reaches the reservation end time.
Therefore, in the judgment process, whether the reserved time interval of the target station in the station reservation request is in a preset state is specifically judged. If the target workstation is in the preset state, the preset time interval of the target workstation in the workstation preset request is preset, and the user cannot successfully preset the target workstation in the preset time interval. If the target workstation is not in the preset state, the preset time interval of the target workstation in the workstation preset request is not preset, and the user can successfully preset the target workstation in the preset time interval. The background system may have different processing manners according to different determination results, and please refer to the description of the following embodiments.
In the step, whether the target station is preset or not can be analyzed by judging the preset state of the target station, and then the target station is processed in a targeted manner, so that the utilization rate of the station is improved, and the overall station presetting efficiency is improved.
And 7, if yes, the background system sends a preset failure message to the user end equipment.
In one application, the reservation failure information may include a reason for the reservation failure, such as the reservation period of the target workstation in the workstation reservation request being occupied by another person. For example, the predetermined failure message may be: the workstation AB102 is reserved for failure in time periods 11:00-11:30 on 2020.5.14 days, and is asked to change other time periods. The sending mode includes but is not limited to short message, telephone, application notice, public number notice and so on. The background system informs the user terminal equipment of the situation of the reservation failure message, so that a user can conveniently change a preset time period or change a target station, and the reservation efficiency of the station is further improved.
In an application case, the background system can calculate a recommended reservation time period which is not scheduled according to a reserved time period which is scheduled for a target workstation, and send the recommended reservation time period and a first reservation failure message to the user end equipment. Taking the workstation numbered AB102 as an example, which was scheduled at 8:30-10:30 on 2020.5.14 and 11:00-13:00 on 2020.5.14, the recommended appointment period may be calculated accordingly as: 2020.5.14 days 10:30-11:00 and 2020.5.14 days 13:00-24:00 (assuming that 24:00 is the time for stopping the station use in the day), the station is sent to the customer premise equipment together with the reservation failure message I, so that the user can conveniently select a proper time period for reservation, and the station reservation efficiency is improved.
Of course, in order to reduce the calculation amount of the background system, the reservation failure information and the reserved time interval of the target workstation can be sent to the user end equipment together, and the calculation of the recommended reserved time interval is carried out by the user end equipment side.
And 8, if not, the background system sends a second predetermined success message to the user end equipment.
Wherein, the second success message includes the workstation number of the target workstation and the reserved time period, for example: the workstation AB102 is reserved successfully in the time period of 10:30-11:00 on 2020.5.14 days. The sending mode includes but is not limited to short message, telephone, application notice, public number notice and so on.
The target station can be analyzed whether to be preset currently or not by judging the preset state of the target station, if the preset time interval of other people is not overlapped with the preset time interval in the station reservation request, the target station is not preset, and then a user can preset the target station to improve the utilization rate of the station, so that the whole station reservation efficiency is improved.
And 9, the customer premise equipment informs the user of the predetermined result according to the received first predetermined success message or the received second predetermined success message or the received predetermined failure message.
The ue may have different notification modes according to different received messages. For example, after the user end device receives the first reservation success message or the second reservation success message representing that the user station reservation is successful, a green area is constructed on the display screen of the user end device, and the user is informed of the success of the station reservation in the form of characters, for example, "you have successfully reserved the AB101 station for the right of use in the time period of 9:00-10:00 at 2020.5.14 days", of course, the user can also be informed of the result of the station reservation success in a voice broadcast mode or the like.
And after the user end equipment receives a message that the reservation of the user station is not successful, a red area is constructed on a display screen of the user end equipment, and the user station is informed of the reservation failure in a text mode, for example, "you can not successfully reserve the AB101 station and please change the station reservation request again in the time period of 2020.5.14 days 9:00-10: 00", and the user station can be informed of the result of the reservation failure in a voice broadcast mode and the like. Furthermore, the user end equipment can also display the recommended reservation time period and the reservation failure message together, so that the user can select a proper time period to perform reservation again, and the reservation efficiency is improved.
And step 10, the background system sends the updated station schedule to at least one display for displaying, wherein the at least one display is arranged on the station corresponding to the display.
In an application case, each station is provided with a display, a background system can push the updated station schedule to each display through an IOT message at regular intervals, each display can display the reservation condition of each station in each time period in an office area in the station schedule according to the received JSON message, and can update the station reservation information in the office area in time, so that the office efficiency of a user is improved. When the display displays the related reservation information in the station reservation table, the reservation requester information, the target station information and the reservation time period information can be displayed in a set area of the display in a list mode, so that the staff can conveniently and timely check the reservation information.
Of course, the display provided on the workstation can also only display the related reservation condition of the workstation in the workstation schedule.
In a possible embodiment, after the customer premises equipment informs the customer of the result of the reservation according to the received first reservation success message or the second reservation success message, because the customer may neglect to remember the reservation time for implementing the setting by himself, after the customer arrives at the reservation station selected by the customer, the customer needs to wait, and at the same time, the work of the user at the current station may be affected, so as to avoid the occurrence of this situation, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for improving the use efficiency of the station provided by this embodiment, and the specific scheme is as follows: when the user approaches the reservation station in advance, the following operations are carried out:
and 20, the user end equipment acquires the current position of the user.
In an application case, the specific indoor position of the user needs to be acquired in the step, and due to the fact that the indoor environment shields the GPS signal, the GPS module cannot be used for achieving high-precision positioning of the specific indoor position of the user. In this step, the WiFi signal may be used to locate the ue to obtain the current location of the user. Specifically, a work station map of an office area is obtained by surveying and mapping the office area and work station positions in the office area in advance, then a plurality of WiFi signal generators are arranged at fixed positions in the office area, and the current coordinate position of the user terminal equipment in the office area is calculated according to the signal intensity of each WiFi signal generator received by the user terminal equipment and the fixed position of each WiFi signal generator. Of course, other existing techniques, such as ultra-wideband indoor positioning, may also be used to obtain the current location of the user indoors.
And step 21, the user end equipment sends the current position of the user to the background system.
In an application case, a station map takes a fixed position as an origin in advance, a planar cross coordinate system is established, and when a WiFi signal is adopted to position the user end equipment, the coordinate position of the user end equipment in the station map is obtained, and the coordinate position is the current position of a user. For example, when the current position of the user obtained in step 20 is (10183, 27695), this step sends (10183, 27695) to the background system.
And step 22, the background system determines the relative distance between the current position of the user and the target station by using a preset station map.
Wherein the preset station map is obtained by surveying and mapping an office site and all stations in the office site in advance.
In an application case, the target station also corresponds to a coordinate position in the station map, and after the background system obtains the current position of the user, the relative distance between the current position of the user and the target station is calculated according to a preset walkable road in the station map and the coordinate position corresponding to the target station. Of course, the linear distance from the current position of the user to the coordinate position corresponding to the target workstation can also be directly used as the relative distance between the current position of the user and the target workstation.
And 23, if the relative distance is not greater than the set threshold and the current time is not within the reserved time interval, the background system sends a reminding notice that the station cannot be used to the user end equipment.
In one application, the relative distance between the customer premise equipment and the target workstation is calculated. For example, the set threshold is set to 20 meters, and if the relative distance from the user end device to the target workstation is not greater than 20 meters and the current time is not within the reserved time period, the background system actively sends a reminding notice that the workstation cannot be used to the user end device to remind the user of the workstation. The reminding notification comprises information such as a station number, a reserved time interval of the user to the target station and the like. For example, workstation AB102 was successfully reserved by the user during times 10:30-11:00 on days 2020.5.14, and the user was found to be at 10: when the relative distance between the time 00 and the target station is 15 meters, the background system sends a reminding notice to the user end device, wherein the reminding notice is that the user does not have the use authority of the station AB102 because the user does not currently have the appointment time period, and the user goes to the station AB102 in the time period of 10:30-11:00 at 2020.5.14.
And 24, the customer premise equipment receives the reminding notice to remind a user that the target station cannot be used currently.
In an application case, after the user end device receives the reminding notification, the user end device constructs a red area on a display screen of the user end device and informs the user in a text mode that "because the user does not currently have the use right of the workstation AB102 in the appointment period, the user does not go to the workstation AB102 in the 10:30-11:00 period of 2020.5.14" to remind the user that the target workstation cannot be used currently. Of course, the user can be reminded that the target station cannot be used currently in a voice broadcasting mode.
Whether the user goes to the reserved target station in advance is judged according to the current position of the user and the relative distance between the target station and the user, when the relative position is not larger than the set threshold value, the user is determined to go to the reserved station in advance, a reminding notice is sent to the user, and the influence on the working efficiency is avoided.
In one possible embodiment, the user may be unfamiliar with the office area and may not be able to find his or her previously scheduled workstation due to the large office area, the large number of workstations, or the complex path through the office area. Therefore, an embodiment of the present application further provides a scheme for searching for a workstation through indoor navigation, referring to fig. 3, where fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for searching for a workstation through indoor navigation provided by this embodiment, and specifically includes the following steps.
After the customer premises device informs the user of the result of the subscription according to the received first subscription success message or the received second subscription success message, the method further comprises steps 30 to 32.
And step 30, the customer premise equipment acquires the current position of the user.
In an application case, the specific indoor position of the user needs to be acquired in the step, and due to the fact that the indoor environment shields the GPS signal, the GPS module cannot be used for achieving high-precision positioning of the specific indoor position of the user. In the step, WiFi signals are adopted to position the user side equipment so as to obtain the current position of the user.
