Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, a description is made of the terms related to the present application:
knowledge Extraction (Knowledge Extraction): the method is a natural language processing task, and aims to extract knowledge contained in an information source through processes of identification, understanding, screening, induction and the like. In the embodiment of the application, the marked places contained in the data are extracted.
Location Based Service (LBS): the method is a value added service which obtains the position Information of a mobile terminal user through a radio communication network of a telecommunication mobile operator or an external Positioning mode (such as a Global Positioning System (GPS)), and provides corresponding services for the user under the support of a Geographic Information System (GIS) platform. LBS is generally applied to terminals.
It includes two layers of meanings: firstly, determining the geographical position of a terminal; and secondly, providing various types of information services related to the position.
Travel track: an activity trace represented by a set of trace points or a trace is generated for the user. Each track point is reported by a positioning device arranged in the terminal; or each track point is reported after a graphic code on the terminal is scanned by code scanning equipment along the way, wherein the graphic code represents the first account (and the health state of the first account); or, each track point is reported after the identity card is identified by the access control equipment along the way.
Marking the place: is the place of occurrence of the marked event. The marking events include: at least one of an epidemic event, a loss and admission event, a case evidence event, and a nuclear security event.
FIG. 1 illustrates a schematic diagram of a computer system provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The computer system may include: a plurality of terminals 101, a server 102 and a data source 103.
The terminal 101 may be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet Computer, an e-book reader, a multimedia playing device, a wearable device, a Personal Computer (PC), and the like. Alternatively, the terminal 101 is a portable terminal, and the terminal 101 is used by a certain user, such as a first user, a second user, a third user, and the like. The terminal 101 may have a first client (or a first application) installed therein, where the first client is capable of visually showing a spatial relationship between a travel trajectory and a marked place and providing a messaging function, for example, the first client is a map application. Optionally, the terminal 101 is installed with a second client (or called a second application) providing a messaging function, for example, the second client is an instant messaging application or a community application or a microblog application or a short video application. The first client and the second client both correspond to the first account. The terminal 101 may install only the first client, only the second client, or both the first client and the second client.
Taking the first user of the terminal 101 as an example of a common citizen, the first user queries information corresponding to a mark place which is interested in the first user through a first client; or, the first client subscribes to the information, and when the information is updated (for example, a marked place is newly added), the first user receives the updated information from the server 102 through the first client (or the second client).
In the embodiment of the present application, the types of the first client and the second client are not limited, and for example, the first client (or the second client) may be a map navigation application, a social application, an instant messaging application, a web shopping application, a payment application, a news application, a video application, or the like.
In the embodiment of the present application, the user type of the terminal 101 is not limited, for example, the terminal 101 may be used by a common citizen, a community manager, or a staff of an administrative department such as an epidemic prevention management department, a public security department, or a nuclear pollution control department.
The server 102 is configured to provide a background service for a client in the terminal 101, where the background service includes, but is not limited to: at least one of map service, information service, and instant messaging service. For example, the server 102 may be a backend server of the clients described above. The server 102 may be a server, a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center. The server 102 may provide information corresponding to the marked place location to the client corresponding to the first account. The client corresponding to the first account comprises: at least one of the first client and the second client.
The terminal 101 and the server 102 can communicate with each other through a network 103. The network 103 may be a wired network or a wireless network.
Optionally, the computer system further includes: a data source 103. The data source 103 is a computer device set by an organization with strong public confidence. The data source 103 is used to publish event information of the tagged event to the outside world. The server 102 may obtain event information of the tagged event issued by the data source 103, and extract knowledge of the event information of the tagged event, thereby obtaining the location of the tagged place.
Next, an information providing method applied to the server side will be described.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an information providing method provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to the server 102 shown in fig. 1, and the method includes:
step 210, a first travel track of the first account is obtained.
The first account is used to uniquely identify a user.
The first travel track is used for indicating the motion track of the first account in the historical time period. The first travel trajectory may include one or more motion trajectories. Illustratively, the first travel trajectory includes 3 movement trajectories of the first client over a period of one week, including: the movement track of the first client from the cell to the supermarket, the movement track of the first client from the cell to the school and the movement track of the first client from the cell to the fruit shop.
In one possible design, a server obtains a first account and a first travel track reported by a first client, where the first travel track is reported after being positioned by a positioning module in the first client. In another possible design, the server summarizes track points of the first account reported by a plurality of other clients with administrative authority (e.g., a third client on a third terminal used by an epidemic prevention inspector) into a first travel track, where the track points are generated by scanning the graphic code of the first account by the other clients. In another possible design, the server collects track points of the first account reported by the plurality of access control devices into a first travel track, and the track points are generated by the access control devices recognizing the identity cards of the first account.
This first trip orbit adopts a plurality of track points of arranging according to time sequence to show, or adopts a plurality of track points of arranging according to time sequence and the line of connection between the adjacent track point to show, also is a broken line that contains a plurality of track points, or adopts a track line that is the curve form to show.
Step 220, the marked place position is obtained.
Wherein the marked location is used to indicate the location of occurrence of the marked event. The number of the marking place positions is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, the tagging events include: at least one of an epidemic event, a loss and admission event, a case evidence event, and a nuclear security event. Such as: if the marked event is an epidemic situation event, the marked place position is the position of the diagnosis place of the epidemic situation case; the marking event is a lost and found event, and the marking place position is the position of the lost place of the article; if the marking event is a case evidence finding event, the marking place position is the position of the case place; the marker event is a nuclear security event, and the marker site location is the location of the site where the nuclear security incident (e.g., a nuclear leak) occurred. It should be noted that, the above is only an exemplary description on the tagged event, and the embodiment of the present application does not impose a limitation on the type of the tagged event.
Optionally, the marked venue location is presented by means of latitude and longitude. Longitude is the degree to which the first terminal runs east or west from the north-south direction of the original meridian. The latitude is the line-plane angle formed by the connecting line of the first terminal and the center of the earth and the earth equatorial plane, and the value of the line-plane angle is between 0 and 90 degrees, and the line-plane angle form a geographical coordinate system and can represent any position on the earth. Illustratively, marking venue locations includes: latitude 32 degrees 02.18 minutes north latitude (N); longitude, east longitude (E)118 degree 49.07 points. It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the implementation order of step 210 and step 220. The server can simultaneously acquire a 'first travel track of a first account' and a 'marked place position'; or the 'marked place position' can be acquired firstly, and then the 'first travel track of the first account' can be acquired; or the 'first travel track of the first account' can be acquired firstly, and then the 'marked place position' can be acquired.
Step 230, in response to the intersection between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, providing the information corresponding to the marked place position to the first client corresponding to the first account.
The first client may be a client capable of visually displaying the first travel track and providing a messaging function. Illustratively, the first client is a map class application. The first client may also be a client that only provides messaging functionality, such as: social applications, instant messaging applications. The account corresponding to the first client is a first account, for example: a first client logs in a first account; the first client is bound with a first account; the first client is associated with a first account.
Alternatively, "there is an intersection in the spatial dimension" means: the marked place position overlaps the first travel trajectory, or the distance between the marked place position and the first travel trajectory is less than a threshold value.
When the first travel track is represented by a plurality of track points, and the distance between the position of the marked place and the nearest track point on the first travel track is smaller than a threshold value, it is determined that an intersection exists in the spatial dimension.
When the first travel track is represented by a broken line represented by a connecting line between a plurality of track points and adjacent track points, and the distance between the position of the marked place and the nearest track point on the first travel track is smaller than a threshold value, determining that an intersection exists in the space dimension; or when the vertical distance between the position of the marked place and the nearest connecting line on the first travel track is smaller than a threshold value, determining that an intersection exists in the spatial dimension.
When the first travel trajectory is represented by a curve, it is determined that there is an intersection in the spatial dimension when the distance between the location of the marked place and the nearest point on the curve is less than a threshold value.
Optionally, the information includes: at least one of a delivery time of the marked place location, a delivery source of the marked place location, news information related to the marked place location, a notification announcement related to the marked place location, and a biographical biography related to the marked place location. For example, if the tagged event is an epidemic event, the information message includes: the location of the diagnosis is cell b, released by health and health committee of city a on 2, 16 months 2020. Illustratively, the marking event is a lost and found event, and the information includes: the lost place is park c, released by the market A in 1 month and 20 days in 2020. It should be noted that, the information is only exemplarily described above, and the specific content of the information is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
After the server acquires the first travel track and the marked place position, the server judges the spatial relationship between the first travel track and the marked place position. If the intersection exists, the fact that the user corresponding to the first account visits the marked place is meant, and the server provides information corresponding to the position of the marked place for the first client. If the intersection exists, that is, the intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, the server may provide the information corresponding to the marked place positions to the first client.
In summary, in the method provided in this embodiment, the server determines, by acquiring the first travel track and the marked place position of the first account, the relationship between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, and automatically provides the information corresponding to the marked place position to the first client corresponding to the first account under the condition that an intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, so that it is not necessary for the user to determine whether the user visits the marked place position by himself or herself to query the relevant information, and the efficiency of the user in acquiring the information is improved.
In an alternative embodiment based on fig. 2, fig. 3 shows a flowchart of an information providing method provided by an embodiment of the present application, which is applied in a server. In this embodiment, step 230 may alternatively be implemented as step 231 to step 232 as shown in (a) of fig. 3, or step 230 may alternatively be implemented as step 233 to step 234 as shown in (b) of fig. 3:
step 210, a first travel track of the first account is obtained.
The first travel track can be generated through image code scanning record or through card swiping record.
In an optional embodiment, the server obtains a first account and a scanning record of a graphic code, which are reported by the third client, where the scanning record of the graphic code is a scanning record of an identity graphic code displayed by the first client on an inspection checkpoint on a travel track.
The third client is a client used by the staff at the checkpoint.
When a user passes through a community entrance, a traffic checkpoint or the entrance of other public places to check the checkpoint and the like, the user can use the first client to display the identity graphic code of the user so that staff checking the checkpoint can use the third client to check the checkpoint. In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation form of the identity graphic code is not limited, and for example, the identity graphic code may be a two-dimensional code, a barcode, or a three-dimensional code.
Illustratively, when the user goes out of the cell, the staff uses the third client to check, the scanning code is exclusive to the user's identity graphic code, and the server can obtain a graphic code scanning record reported by the third client: the first account is the 10 o' clock in and out of the cell at 2, 16 and 2020. When the user arrives at the supermarket, another staff member uses another third client terminal to check, the scanning code is exclusive to the identity graphic code of the user, and the server can acquire a graphic code scanning record reported by the third client terminal: the first account is to go in and out the supermarket at 11 o' clock 2/16/2020. According to the two image scanning records, the server can generate a first travel track from the cell to the supermarket.
With reference to fig. 4 (a), the identification graphic code is the two-dimensional code 41 displayed on the first client, when the user enters or exits a city building, a cell, or a supermarket, the staff uses the third client to scan the two-dimensional code 41 for checking, and the server may obtain the graphic code scan record reported by the third client, for example: first account number, 10 at 18 months 2/2020: 30 to go in and out of city buildings. As shown in (b) of fig. 4, by scanning the record with the graphic code, two first travel tracks are generated, and by clicking the track map control 42, the user can display the first travel tracks, including: travel trajectory 43 between cell 45 and city building 46, travel trajectory 44 between cell 45 and supermarket 47.
In an optional embodiment, the server obtains the first account and an access card swiping record reported by the third client, where the access card swiping record is a card swiping record of the identification card corresponding to the first client on the inspection checkpoint on the travel track.
When a user passes through a community entrance, a traffic checkpoint or the entrance of other public places to check the checkpoint and the like, the user can use the first client to display the identity identification card so that a worker checking the checkpoint can use the third client to check the checkpoint. In the embodiment of the present application, the implementation form of the identification card is not limited, and for example, the identification card may be at least one of an identification card, an access control card, and an industrial card.
For example, when the user goes out of school, the staff uses the third client to check, the code is scanned by the identification card dedicated to the user, and the server may obtain an in-out card swiping record reported by the third client: the first account is 18 o' clock in/out of school in 2 month 10 in 2020. When the user arrives at the cell, another worker uses another third client to check, the code scanning is exclusively used for the user identification card, and the server can acquire an access card swiping record reported by the third client: the first account is 20 o' clock in and out of the cell in 2 month and 10 day 2020. According to the two card swiping records, the server can generate a first travel track from the school to the community.
Step 220, the marked place position is obtained.
In an optional embodiment, the server receives a marked place position reported by a fourth client; or, acquiring event information of the marked event from a data source; and extracting knowledge of the event information to obtain the position of the marked place.
The fourth client is the client with the authority of reporting the position of the marked place. After the fourth client acquires the relevant information of the marked place, the information can be reported to the server, so that the server acquires the position of the marked place.
The data source comprises event information related to the marked event, and the server can extract knowledge from the event information after acquiring the event information, and extract information related to the position of the marked place in the event information. For example, the data source is "3/10/2020, the park has lost and found event", and the server can obtain the marked place position of "park" from the data source.
Step 231: acquiring travel time corresponding to the first travel track and acquiring a marking time period corresponding to the position of a marking place;
travel time is the time period for a user to come in and go out of a marked place location. Such as: for the marked place position of the supermarket, the access time of the first account is 15:00 at 1 month and 23 days of 2020 to 16:00 at 1 month and 23 days of 2020.
The server can acquire travel time corresponding to the first travel track while acquiring the first travel track. The server can acquire the marking time period corresponding to the marking place position while acquiring the marking place position.
Step 232, in response to that the intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, and the intersection exists between the travel time and the marked time period in the time dimension, providing the information corresponding to the marked place position to the first client corresponding to the first account.
There is an intersection between the travel time and the marker time period in the time dimension, which may include 3 cases as shown in fig. 5. As shown in fig. 5 (a), the travel time 51 completely falls within the mark period 52. As shown in (b) of fig. 5, the travel time 51 and the mark time period 52 have a common time period. As shown in (c) of fig. 5, the mark period 52 completely falls within the travel time 51.
In one possible design, if there is an intersection between the first travel track and the location of the marked place in the spatial dimension, but there is no intersection between the travel time and the time period of the mark in the time dimension, the server will not provide the information to the first account.
Illustratively, the server acquires two accounts, including a first account and a second account, where the travel track and the marked place position intersect in the spatial dimension. Wherein the labeling period is from 1/3/2020 to 2/3/2020. The travel time of the first account is 7:00 on 3 month and 1 day to 13:00 on 3 month and 1 day in 2020, and the travel time of the second account is 9:00 on 2 month and 28 day to 10:00 on 2 month and 28 day in 2020. The server will provide the information to the first client corresponding to the first account, but will not provide the information to the second client corresponding to the second account.
Step 233, acquiring a travel incident corresponding to the first travel track;
the server can obtain a travel incident corresponding to the first travel track while obtaining the first travel track.
Step 234, in response to that the intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, and the type of the travel event route conforms to the mark type, providing the information corresponding to the marked place position to the first client corresponding to the first account.
The mark type is used for judging whether information needs to be provided for the first account. The server may select a type of a part of the travel itinerary as the mark type. If the intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, but the type of the travel route does not accord with the marked type, the server does not provide information to the first account.
For example, for a case evidence event, the case is a disclosure case of a unit, the location of the marked place is an archive of the unit, the entrance and exit may be "cleaning" and "consulting" and the server may select "consulting" as the type of mark, and the first travel track refers to the activity track of the employee in the unit. And under the condition that the intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension and the type of the travel event accords with the mark type of 'reference data', the server provides information corresponding to the marked place position to the first client corresponding to the first account.
In addition, with regard to (a) in fig. 3, the implementation sequence among step 210, step 220, and step 231 is not limited in this embodiment; in fig. 3 (b), the implementation sequence of step 210, step 220, and step 233 is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, as to (a) in fig. 3 and (b) in fig. 3, a new embodiment may also be implemented in combination, that is, the server provides information corresponding to the location of the mark place to the client corresponding to the first account when the first travel track and the location of the mark place intersect in the spatial dimension, the travel time and the mark time period intersect in the time dimension, and the type of the travel event corresponds to the mark type.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the server provides the information to the first client only when the type of the travel route meets the mark type and the intersection of the travel time and the mark time period exists in the time dimension besides the intersection of the first travel track and the mark place position exists in the space dimension, so that irrelevant users can be further screened out, and the server is ensured to accurately provide the information to relevant personnel of the mark event.
In an alternative embodiment based on fig. 2, fig. 6 shows a flowchart of an information providing method provided by an embodiment of the present application, which is applied in a server, and the method further includes the following steps:
and 240, adding at least two accounts with intersection of the travel track and the marked place position to the same group.
Wherein the at least two accounts include a first account.
The server may obtain travel tracks corresponding to the multiple accounts, such as a first travel track corresponding to a first account and a second travel track corresponding to a second account. The server acquires at least two accounts with intersection between the travel track and the marked place position from the plurality of accounts, and adds the at least two accounts to the same group, so that the server can inform the at least two accounts of the related information of the marked place position in time through the group.
Optionally, the group has a time threshold, and the group creation will automatically resolve after the time threshold is exceeded. For example, a group may be automatically dismissed two days after creation. Optionally, the group has a display threshold, by which the number of pieces of interaction information displayed is limited. For example, after 10 pieces of interaction information are displayed in a group, the group is automatically dismissed. By automatically dismissing the group, interference to the user due to excessive messages can be avoided.
For example, if the tagged event is an epidemic event, the server may obtain at least two accounts where the travel track intersects with the tagged location: a first account number, a second account number, and a third account number. The server adds the three accounts to the same group in the instant messaging client so as to manage the users corresponding to the three accounts in the group and to popular science, persuade and organize related protection education measures. Referring to fig. 7 in conjunction, the group is an epidemic prevention notification group. A session interface 700 for a group is displayed on the terminal, the group including 4 accounts, respectively a community administrator, a first-o-zhao, a second-o-qian, and a third-o-grand. The community manager notifies Zhao one, Qian two and Sun three through the group: the fruit shops visited by them have been released as diagnostic places and organized by the group to perform epidemic prevention work such as isolation.
In an alternative embodiment, an event rating of the marked event is obtained; setting the viewing permission of account data of at least two accounts in the group according to the event grade of the marked event; wherein, the event grade and the account data viewing authority have positive correlation.
The marked events can correspond to different event grades, and the higher the event grade is, the higher the importance degree of the marked events is. After the server acquires the event level of the marked event, the server can set the account data viewing permission of at least two accounts in the group according to the event level. Such as: if the event level is 1, the server does not set account data viewing permission for the accounts in the group, and the accounts in the group cannot view account data of other accounts and can only receive and transmit messages in the group; if the event level is 2, the server sets partial account data viewing permission for the accounts in the group, if the self introduction and nickname of the account can be viewed, but the authenticated personal identity information of other accounts cannot be viewed; if the event level is 3, the server sets account data viewing permission for the accounts in the group, and the accounts in the group can view account data of other accounts.
Illustratively, the marking event is a lost and found event, the event level is low, and the server sets partial account data viewing permission for accounts in the group. The avatars, nicknames, recent utterances of other accounts can be viewed between accounts, but the personal phones of other accounts cannot be viewed, native. Illustratively, the tagged event is a security event, and in order to ensure personal security, the server sets a complete account data viewing permission for the accounts in the group, and the accounts in the group can view account data of other accounts, including: personal telephone, name, native place, address, etc.
Optionally, the server obtains the group type of the group, and sets the viewing permissions of the account data of at least two accounts in the group according to the group type.
Illustratively, the tagged event is an epidemic event and the group type is a group for providing logistics support services. The viewing authority of the account data comprises: at least one of the name, the personal telephone and the address of the account is checked, so that managers can conveniently contact users corresponding to the account through the personal telephone, know the requirements of the users, transport materials according to the address and provide effective logistics support services for the users. Illustratively, the tagged events are epidemic events and the cohort type is a cohort for providing epidemic prevention education. The viewing authority of the account data comprises: and checking the name of the account so that the manager can count related personnel according to the name, thereby performing epidemic situation protection education.
In an optional embodiment, the server adds a friend relationship between at least two accounts where the travel track intersects with the marked place position and the second account.
The second account is an account with administrative privileges to mark events. Illustratively, the marking event is a case certification event, and the second account is an account of a case supervisor; the marked event is an epidemic event, and the second account is an account of a community manager.
Optionally, the server adds a friend relationship between at least two accounts and the second account, so that the second account can timely contact people visiting the location of the marked event, perform information interaction with the people visiting the location of the marked event through the client, manage the marked event, and improve efficiency.
Illustratively, the tagged event is an epidemic event and the second account is an account of a community manager. And the server adds friend relationships to all accounts with intersection between the travel tracks and the marked places and the second account, so that the community manager contacts the personnel corresponding to the related accounts through the friend relationships to know the physical conditions of the community manager, and the epidemic situation is prevented and controlled conveniently.
In an optional embodiment, the server adds a friend relationship between at least two accounts where the travel track and the marked place position intersect.
Optionally, at least two accounts communicate the marked events by adding a friend relationship, and information is effectively transmitted.
And step 250, reporting at least two accounts with intersection of the travel track and the marked place position to a target management account.
Wherein the target management account is an account with a supervision authority for marking events.
Illustratively, the marked event is an epidemic situation event, and the target management account is an account corresponding to the regional epidemic prevention center. The server can report at least two accounts with intersection of the travel track and the marked place position to the account corresponding to the regional epidemic prevention center, so that the regional epidemic prevention center organizes protective measures such as unified isolation examination and the like according to the reported information of the at least two accounts.
Illustratively, the marking event is a case certification event, and the target management account is an account corresponding to a regional public security bureau. The server can report at least two accounts with intersection of the travel track and the marked place position to the account corresponding to the regional public security bureau, so that the regional public security bureau can search the case related personnel according to the reported information of the at least two accounts.
Step 261, receiving a subscription request sent by the first client.
The subscription request is used for subscribing the subsequent information corresponding to the marked place position.
For example, if the information of the location of a marked place changes, the server may provide the updated information of the marked place to the first client (or the second client).
Optionally, the subscription request may also be used to subscribe to information corresponding to the location of the newly added mark place. If a marked place position is added, the server can provide information related to the marked place position to the first client (or the second client).
Step 262, in response to the subscription request, adding the first account to the list of subscription accounts corresponding to the marked place location.
After receiving a subscription request sent by a first client, the server adds a first account in a subscription account list corresponding to the marked place position. When the information corresponding to the marked place position is updated, the server can send the subsequent information corresponding to the marked place position to all accounts (including the first account) in the account list.
In an optional embodiment, the importance level of the first account is determined according to the assistant decision information; providing information to a first client corresponding to a first account according to an importance level, wherein the importance level is related to at least one sending parameter of sending quantity, sending time and sending sequence of the information; the auxiliary decision information comprises at least one of the distance between the first travel track and the central point of the marked place position, a travel event corresponding to the first travel track, and the overlapping degree of travel time corresponding to the first travel track and the marked time period corresponding to the marked place position.
Optionally, the server determines the importance level of the first account according to the auxiliary decision information. The importance level affects the sending parameters of the information, such as: the higher the importance level is, the larger the sending quantity, the shorter the sending time and the earlier the sending sequence of the information of the first account by the server are.
Illustratively, the marker event is a case evidence event. The overlapping degree of the travel time corresponding to the first travel track and the marking time period corresponding to the marking place position is higher, and then the server determines that the importance level of the first account is higher and the association degree with the case is higher. The server sends a large amount of information aiming at the first account, so that a user corresponding to the first account can provide clues for related departments according to the information.
Illustratively, the marker event is a core security event. The server acquires the distances between the travel tracks of the accounts and the central point of the position of the marked place, and for the account with the shorter distance, the server sends information to the first client corresponding to the first account earlier, so that the user with high possibility of being influenced by the nuclear safety accident receives the information first, and the user can take corresponding measures according to the information.
It should be noted that step 240 may be implemented as one embodiment, step 250 may be implemented as one embodiment, and step 261 and step 262 may be implemented as one embodiment. These three embodiments may be implemented individually, or in combination of two or three, and the present application does not limit this.
In summary, in the method provided in this embodiment, the server determines, by acquiring the first account, the first travel track, and the marked place position of the first client, a relation between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, and automatically provides information corresponding to the marked place position to the client corresponding to the first account under the condition that an intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, so that it is not necessary for the user to determine whether the user visits the marked place position by himself or not to query related information, and efficiency of the user in acquiring the information is improved.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the server can provide the information to a plurality of users simultaneously through the group, so that the efficiency of providing the information service by the server is improved.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the server can receive the subscription instruction, so that the user can subscribe the subsequent information corresponding to the position of the marked place, and the user can further know the relevant information of the marked event conveniently.
In the method provided by this embodiment, the server may report to the target management account at least two accounts where the travel track and the marked place location intersect, so that the management center can effectively process the marked event according to the account information.
Next, an information obtaining method applied to a first terminal side is described, where the first terminal runs with a client, and the client corresponds to a first account.
Fig. 8 shows a flowchart of an information obtaining method provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to the terminal 101 (i.e., the first terminal) shown in fig. 1, and the method includes:
step 810, start the client.
The client corresponds to a first account that is used to uniquely identify a user. The client may be a first client, a second client, or both. The client may also be another client.
The client logs in a first account; or the client is bound with a first account; or the client is associated with a first account.
Step 820, obtaining the information of the marked place position through the client.
The information is sent by the server when the intersection exists between the first travel track of the first account and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, the marked place position is used for indicating the occurrence place of the marked event, and the first travel track is used for indicating the motion track of the first account in the historical time period.
The first terminal obtains the information of the marked place position from the server through the client, or the server automatically pushes the information of the marked place position to the first terminal through the client.
Step 830, displaying a user interface of the client, wherein the user interface is used for displaying the information.
The user interface displays information by adopting at least one display element of characters, images, audios, videos, charts, icons and expressions.
In one possible design, the first terminal displays a map interface, the map interface displays a first display element corresponding to the first travel track and a second display element corresponding to the marked place position, and there is an intersection of at least one marked place position and the first travel track in the spatial dimension. Optionally, the first display element is at least one of a track line, a track animation, and a track point, and the second display element is at least one of a location point, a building icon, and an event label.
Illustratively, the user interface includes a map interface that highlights the marked place location with a circle at the corresponding location on the map and displays the textual information "you visited the marked place location 3 days ago" near the marked place location. Illustratively, the user interface is a news interface on which news related to the location of the tagged place is displayed. Illustratively, the user interface is an instant messaging interface on which a message is displayed in the form of a pop-up window or a conversation interface: you visited the place location of the mark 3 days ago.
Optionally, the client further broadcasts the information obtained from the server in a voice form.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9 (a), the first terminal is displayed with a user interface of a client (e.g., a map navigation application) based on the LBS. The user interface displays information of the marked place position near the user (within 3 KM), such as: the people park is positioned at the intersection of the sea road and the people road before the city A, is 1.56KM away from the first terminal, and is released 22 days ago; the garden bookstore, located on a city a, was 199 # s away from the first terminal at 2.09KM, released 19 days ago. The user can also view the information of the marked place positions in other areas by switching the query operation, such as clicking the control 801.
In summary, the method provided in this embodiment provides an information obtaining method applied to a first terminal, where, under the condition that there is an intersection between a first travel track and a marked place position in a spatial dimension, the first terminal may obtain information corresponding to the marked place position through a client and display the information through a user interface of the client, so that a user directly obtains the information without automatically determining whether the user visits the marked place position to query related information, thereby improving efficiency of obtaining the information by the user.
In an alternative embodiment based on fig. 8, fig. 10 shows a flowchart of an information obtaining method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to a first terminal. In the present embodiment, step 830 is alternatively implemented as step 831 and step 832:
step 831, displaying a map interface, wherein the map interface displays a first display element corresponding to the first travel track and a second display element corresponding to the marked place position, and at least one marked place position and the first travel track intersect in a spatial dimension;
illustratively, as shown in fig. 9 (a), a map interface is displayed on the first terminal. On the map interface, a first display element corresponding to the first travel track, namely a plurality of track curves, and a plurality of second display elements corresponding to the marked places where the marked events occur, namely a plurality of button controls, are displayed.
The first travel track is determined according to a code scanning record of an identity graphic code (such as an epidemic situation health code) of the first terminal. The epidemic situation health code is an electronic certificate for passing in and out, which is gradually carried out in the whole country, for example, the epidemic situation health code is a two-dimensional code carrying a first account number and is automatically declared and generated by citizens or rework and return staff according to real information. The user needs to scan the code by using the first terminal and leave a scanning record when going in and out of an inspection checkpoint such as a cell, a supermarket, an office building and a cinema every time, so that the server can draw a visual travel track for the user according to the scanning record. The marked place position is based on an artificial intelligence big data processing technology, knowledge extraction is carried out according to official public diagnosis case data of health committee of each province and city, and the knowledge extraction is automatically displayed on a map interface.
The user can visually check whether the first travel track of the user intersects with the marked place position (namely the confirmed place position) in the spatial dimension. As shown in fig. 9 (a), the marked place location 902 intersects the first travel trajectory of the user in a spatial dimension.
Step 832, responding to the first trigger operation on the second display element, displaying the information of the marked place position.
The first trigger operation may be a single click, a double click, or the like of the user on the second display element corresponding to the marked place position. After receiving the first trigger operation, the client displays the triggered information of the marked place position on the map interface.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9 (a), a map interface includes a button control for triggering display of information corresponding to a mark place position, and the first triggering operation may be that a user clicks the button control corresponding to a mark place position 802, where a mark place position 902 intersects with a first travel trajectory of the user in a spatial dimension. As shown in fig. 9 (b), after the client receives the first trigger operation, the information of the triggered marked place location 902 is displayed on the map interface: cell B, located at 20 # of the garden road in city a, 1.56KM away from the currently specified location (i.e. the current location of the first terminal), was released by the health agency in city a on day 2/16 of 2020, and had been in the past 8 days.
In an alternative embodiment, the information message is sent from the server to the first terminal in any of the following cases.
Case 1: the information is sent by the server when the intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the space dimension and the intersection exists between the travel time and the marked time period corresponding to the marked place position in the time dimension.
If the intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the space dimension, but the intersection does not exist between the travel time and the marked time period in the time dimension, the server does not provide the information to the client.
Illustratively, the server acquires two accounts, including a first account and a second account, where the travel track and the marked place position intersect in the spatial dimension. Wherein the labeling period is from 1/3/2020 to 2/3/2020. The travel time of the first account is 8:00 on 1 st/3 rd/13: 00 in 2020, and the travel time of the second account is 9:00 on 28 th/2 th/28 th/10: 00 in 2020. The server will provide the information to the client corresponding to the first account, but will not provide the information to the client corresponding to the second account.
Case 2: the information is sent by the server when the intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension and the type of the travel event corresponding to the first travel track meets the mark type.
The server may select a type of a part of the travel itinerary as the mark type. If the intersection exists between the first travel track and the marked place position in the spatial dimension, but the type of the travel route does not accord with the marked type, the server does not provide the information to the client.
For example, for an epidemic event, the location of the marked place is a hospital, the entrance and exit routes can be "visiting a polluted area" and "visiting a non-polluted area", and the server can select "visiting a polluted area" as the mark type. And under the condition that the intersection exists between the first travel track and the position of the marked place in the spatial dimension and the type of the travel route accords with the mark type of 'visiting the polluted area', the server provides information corresponding to the position of the marked place to the client corresponding to the first account.
In an optional embodiment, in response to a second trigger operation on the second display element, a subscription request is sent to the server, and the subscription request is used for subscribing to subsequent information corresponding to the marked place position.
The second trigger operation may be a single click, a double click, or the like of the user on the second display element corresponding to the marked place position. After the first terminal receives the second trigger operation, the server can send subsequent information corresponding to the subscribed marked place position to the first terminal under the condition that the information of the marked place position subscribed by the user is updated, so that the user can know the latest information of the subscribed marked place position in time.
Illustratively, the map interface includes a button control, the button control may also be used to trigger the first terminal to send a subscription request to the server, and the second trigger operation is that the user clicks the button control corresponding to the marked place position.
Optionally, the subscription request may also be used to subscribe to information corresponding to the location of the newly added mark place. If a marked place position is added, the server can provide information related to the marked place position to the first client. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9 (a), a subscription control 903 is included in the map interface for subscribing to the diagnosed cell update reminder.
In an optional example, a group session interface is displayed, the group session interface includes at least two accounts, the travel track of the at least two accounts intersects with the marked place position, and the at least two accounts include the first account.
The server may obtain travel tracks corresponding to the multiple accounts, such as a first travel track corresponding to a first account and a second travel track corresponding to a second account. The server acquires at least two accounts with intersection between the travel track and the marked place position from the plurality of accounts, and adds the at least two accounts to the same group. The client of the first terminal can display a group session interface, and at least two accounts are included in the group session interface.
Illustratively, if the marked event is an epidemic situation event, a group session interface can be displayed on the client of the first terminal, the group session interface includes at least two accounts whose travel tracks and marked place positions intersect, and the user can receive science popularization of related protection education measures through the group session and perform epidemic situation protection by matching with a related management mechanism.
In an optional embodiment, a session interface with a second account is displayed, the second account is an account with a management authority for marking events, and the second account and the first account are added as a friend relationship by the server.
Illustratively, the tagged event is an epidemic event and the second account is an account of a community manager. The client of the first terminal can display a session interface with the second account, and the user can directly communicate with the community manager through the session interface to receive the guidance of the community manager about the epidemic situation event.
In an optional embodiment, a session interface with a third account is displayed, the third account is an account where the travel track intersects with the marked place position, and the third account and the first account are added as a friend relationship by the server.
Illustratively, the flagged event is a lost and found event and the third account number corresponds to another person visiting the lost location of the item. The second account and the third account communicate the lost and found event through the session interface, and effectively transmit the information.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the first terminal visually shows the relation between the travel track and the marked place position (such as a confirmed place) in the space dimension on the map interface through the first display element and the second display element, so that the user can intuitively and accurately determine the association between the user and the marked place position.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, except that intersection exists between the first travel track and the position of the marked place in the spatial dimension, the type of the travel route is required to be in accordance with the type of the mark, or intersection exists between the travel time and the mark time period in the time dimension, the first terminal can acquire the information, the first terminal can be prevented from receiving invalid information, and the power consumption of the first terminal is reduced.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the first terminal can display the group session interface, so that the user can receive the related information of the marked event through the group session conveniently.
In the method provided by this embodiment, the first terminal may send a subscription instruction to the server, so that the user can subscribe to the subsequent information corresponding to the location of the marked place, and the user can further know the related information of the marked event.
