the data acquisition module 201: the alarm device is used for acquiring an alarm signal sent by the alarm device; and acquiring a visual live-action map around the alarm equipment according to the alarm signal.
The task generation module 202: the system is used for extracting alarm information from the visual live-action map, wherein the alarm information comprises at least one of alarm event time, alarm event address, alarm event peripheral environment condition, alarm event peripheral personnel condition, alarm event level and alarm event type; and generating an initial emergency task according to the alarm information and issuing the initial emergency task to alarm equipment.
The execution feedback module 203: the system is used for monitoring the execution progress of the initial emergency tasks by the warning equipment in real time according to the realistic map, and sending an emergency termination instruction to the warning equipment when all the emergency tasks are executed.
In the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the data acquisition module 201 can rapidly master the alarm information by directly acquiring the alarm information of the alarm event from the visual live-action map, so as to reduce the processing time of the alarm event, and the task generation module 202 can monitor the execution progress of the emergency task through the visual live-action map and adjust the emergency task in real time according to the execution progress, so that the emergency task can be rapidly and accurately implemented, and the reliability of the emergency management method is improved.
In another implementation manner of the present invention, the data obtaining module 201 is further configured to search whether an alarm event occurs in the visual live-action map according to the alarm signal; and if the alarm event occurs, extracting alarm information of the alarm event from the visual live-action map.
In another implementation manner of the present invention, the task generating module 202 is further configured to match the alarm information with an emergency resource allocation scheme to obtain a matching result, where the emergency resource scheme includes at least one of an emergency event time, an emergency event address, an environment condition around the emergency event, a personnel condition around the emergency event, an emergency event level, an emergency event type, and an emergency resource scheduling; generating an initial emergency task based on the emergency resource allocation scheme with the highest matching degree; and issuing the initial emergency task to the alarm equipment.
In another implementation manner of the present invention, the task generating module 202 is further configured to preprocess a historical event and a possible event, and generate an emergency resource allocation scheme library according to a preprocessing result; and matching the alarm information with the emergency resource allocation scheme in the emergency resource allocation scheme library to obtain a matching result.
In another implementation manner of the present invention, the execution feedback module 203 is further configured to monitor the execution progress of the initial emergency task by the alarm device in real time according to the realistic map, and generate execution progress feedback data; the task generating module 202 is further configured to perform real-time adjustment on the initial emergency task according to the execution progress feedback data, and generate a current emergency task; issuing the current emergency task to alarm equipment; and when all the emergency tasks are executed, an emergency termination instruction is sent to the warning equipment.
In another implementation manner of the present invention, the task generating module 202 is further configured to receive execution progress feedback data, where the execution feedback data includes at least one of an emergency resource scheduling progress, a field personnel scheduling progress, and a current risk level of an emergency event; and adjusting the initial emergency task in real time according to at least one item of data in the execution progress feedback data to generate the current emergency task.
In another implementation manner of the present invention, the data obtaining module 201 is further configured to store all data of the alarm event in the emergency resource allocation database when the emergency task is completed.
In another implementation manner of the present invention, the task generating module 202 is further configured to analyze a distribution rule of the field personnel according to the monitored video data, predict a density distribution of the field personnel in the future according to the distribution rule of the field personnel, and determine the field personnel scheduling task according to a prediction result by the participant.
The device can be used in the business fields of food, medicine, cosmetics, medical appliances, communication and the like, and the use field is not particularly limited.
Based on the method described in the foregoing embodiment, the present application provides an electronic device, configured to implement the steps of the emergency management method described in any one of the foregoing steps when executing a computer program, and as shown in fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to the embodiment of the present application is shown, and a specific embodiment of the present application does not limit a specific implementation of the electronic device.

The above-described methods according to the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, firmware, or as software or computer code that may be stored in a recording medium such as a CD ROM, RAM, floppy disk, hard disk, or magneto-optical disk, or as computer code downloaded through a network, originally stored in a remote recording medium or a non-transitory machine-readable medium, and to be stored in a local recording medium, so that the methods described herein may be stored in such software processes on a recording medium using a general purpose computer, a dedicated processor, or programmable or dedicated hardware such as an ASIC or FPGA. Claims (10)

1. An emergency management method, comprising:
acquiring an alarm signal sent by alarm equipment;
acquiring a visual live-action map around the warning equipment according to the warning signal;
extracting alarm information from the visual live-action map, wherein the alarm information comprises at least one of alarm event time, alarm event address, alarm event peripheral environment condition, alarm event peripheral personnel condition, alarm event level and alarm event type;
generating an initial emergency task according to the alarm information and issuing the initial emergency task to the alarm equipment;
monitoring the execution progress of the initial emergency task by the alarm equipment in real time according to the realistic map;
and when all the emergency tasks are executed, sending an emergency termination instruction to the alarm equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracting of the alert information from the visual live-action map comprises:
searching whether an alarm event occurs in the visual live-action map according to the alarm signal;
and if the alarm event occurs, extracting the alarm information of the alarm event from the visual live-action map.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the generating an initial emergency task based on the alarm information and issuing to the alarm device comprises:
matching the alarm information with an emergency resource allocation scheme to obtain a matching result, wherein the emergency resource scheme comprises at least one of emergency event time, emergency event address, ambient environment condition of the emergency event, personnel condition around the emergency event, emergency event level, emergency event type and emergency resource scheduling;
generating the initial emergency task based on the emergency resource allocation scheme with the highest matching degree;
and issuing the initial emergency task to the alarm equipment.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein matching the alarm information with an emergency resource allocation plan to obtain a matching result comprises:
preprocessing historical events and possible events, and generating an emergency resource allocation scheme library according to a preprocessing result;
and matching the alarm information with the emergency resource allocation scheme in the emergency resource allocation scheme library to obtain a matching result.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein sending an emergency termination instruction to the alert device when all of the emergency tasks have been performed comprises:
monitoring the execution progress of the initial emergency task by the alarm equipment in real time according to the realistic map, and generating execution progress feedback data;
adjusting the initial emergency task in real time according to the execution progress feedback data to generate a current emergency task;
issuing the current emergency task to the alarm device;
and when all the emergency tasks are completely executed, sending the emergency termination instruction to the warning equipment.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said adjusting said initial emergency task in real-time based on said execution feedback data to generate a current emergency task comprises:
receiving the execution progress feedback data, wherein the execution feedback data comprises at least one of emergency resource scheduling progress, field personnel scheduling progress and current danger level of an emergency event;
and adjusting the initial emergency task in real time according to at least one item of data in the execution progress feedback data to generate a current emergency task.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and when the emergency task is executed, storing all data of the alarm event into the emergency resource allocation database.
8. An emergency management device comprising:
a data acquisition module: the alarm device is used for acquiring an alarm signal sent by the alarm device; acquiring a visual live-action map around the alarm equipment according to the alarm signal;
a task generation module: the system is used for extracting alarm information from the visual live-action map, wherein the alarm information comprises at least one of alarm event time, alarm event address, alarm event surrounding environment condition, alarm event surrounding personnel condition, alarm event level and alarm event type; generating an initial emergency task according to the alarm information and issuing the initial emergency task to the alarm equipment;
the execution feedback module: the real-time monitoring system is used for monitoring the execution progress of the initial emergency task by the alarm equipment in real time according to the realistic map; and when all the emergency tasks are executed, sending an emergency termination instruction to the alarm equipment.
9. An electronic device, comprising: memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the emergency management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps in the emergency management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
