Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for displaying emergency tasks according to an embodiment of the present invention. The execution main body of the method described in the embodiment of the present invention is an execution main body composed of software or/and hardware, and the execution main body can receive related information in a wired or/and wireless manner and can send a certain instruction. Of course, it may also have certain processing and storage functions. The execution body may control a plurality of devices, such as a remote physical server or a cloud server and related software, or may be a local host or a server and related software for performing related operations on a device installed somewhere. In some scenarios, multiple storage devices may also be controlled, which may be co-located with the device or located in a different location. As shown in fig. 1, the emergency task display-based method includes the following steps:
s101: acquiring task information of each task node according to a started emergency flow, wherein the task information comprises emergency organization and emergency work; and emergency organization corresponds to emergency work one by one;
the method mainly comprises the steps that task information of each task node is obtained, emergency work can be specific tasks or work targets, and each emergency work or work target can be matched by setting corresponding task time when the emergency work or work targets are implemented, for example, when a fire disaster occurs, a fire fighting group needs to rush to the site within half an hour; the emergency organization of each task node needs to set corresponding time for data matching.
Specifically, responsibility departments and work targets are set in corresponding task nodes, wherein the responsibility departments are not specific persons, and the work targets are not specific matters but targets to be achieved; when the method is specifically implemented, the responsibility division can be clearer by adopting the mode; for example, the fire emergency flow can arrange A group to extinguish fire and B group to evacuate people. When a fire disaster occurs, the group A can receive a fire extinguishing task, the working target is to extinguish the fire, the group A personnel execute the node working target according to the actual situation, and the node also provides a plurality of tools (for example, 50 tools) for the group A to complete the fire extinguishing task by using the tools of sign-in, application and approval of fire extinguishing tools and the like. The B group is connected to the node tasks of the evacuation crowd, the nodes also provide a plurality of tools (for example, 50 tools) for the B group personnel, and the B group completes the evacuation tasks by applying GPS broadcasting, issuing subtasks and other tools through the node entrances. The mode of using the business process of the embodiment of the invention to realize the informatization cooperation of the emergency plan is different from the traditional business process in the greatest possible way, the traditional business process presets tasks and then completes the tasks, and the emergency process presets work responsibility division and work targets rather than what is specifically done. After the task is issued, the responsible person uses the information tool in the node to implement the specific task according to the actual situation. The system of the embodiment of the invention also provides various emergency tool packs for calling (including tools for sign-in, examination and approval, group conversation, one-key alarming and the like). The emergency organization and emergency work information can be obtained through the steps.
S102: updating data of an emergency organization axis in a target view according to the emergency organization, and updating data of a corresponding display identification bar of the target view according to execution information of corresponding emergency work, wherein the target view comprises a time axis extending along a first direction and an emergency organization axis extending along a second direction;
the execution information mentioned in the embodiment of the present invention is also the execution condition of the corresponding emergency organization, where the execution condition may be completed or ongoing or suspended, and when the execution condition is completed or suspended, the corresponding completion time and suspension time also need to be determined, so that the display state of the corresponding display identification bar can be determined by the completion time and the suspension time.
More preferably, the target view comprises a result display area and an execution organization area; the result display area comprises a time axis display area and a target bar display area; the time axis extending along the first direction is arranged in the time axis display area, and the emergency organization axis extending along the second direction is arranged in the execution organization area.
Specifically, the execution organization area displays the names of the units and the emergency groups for executing the flow task nodes on the left side of the interface, and displays the affiliation according to the superior and inferior attributes of the units and the emergency groups. Each organization is divided by a horizontal line in an execution result area, and the task executed by the organization is displayed in the corresponding area.
At the top of the result display area is a time axis, which is marked by the current time, and the time interval can be increased or decreased according to the zooming of the effect graph. A longitudinal time line is arranged in the middle of the execution result area to represent the current time, the position of the time line is fixed, and the execution result area moves leftwards along with the time. Each task display bar may then be displayed separately based on the completion of the task.
More preferably, fig. 3 is a display page diagram of a target view disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the result display area further includes an unserviceable task; the target view further comprises the operation display area and an information display area, wherein a preset control is arranged at the operation display area, and a set action is executed based on the preset control; the information display area is used for displaying one or more of comprehensive information of emergency events, emergency dynamic information and an address list;

s1023: and rendering the display identification bar according to the execution information.
More preferably, the color of the display identification bar corresponds to the execution state of the emergency work of each emergency organization one by one.
Specifically, after the emergency flow task is started, a marker graph (which may be a straight line, a rectangle, a bar graph, or the like) is generated, and the starting point extends along the timeline at the starting time point until the task is finished. Different colors may be used to indicate different states of a task, such as gray for task not started, blue for executing, green for on-time completion, and orange and red for task timeout. When the specific setting is carried out, the user can also set other corresponding relations corresponding to the colors and the task states.
Through the execution result area, the execution condition of each started emergency work can be clearly seen, and the execution strategy is timely adjusted. And meanwhile, the task can be clicked to check details, and operations such as transfer, termination, re-handling and the like are executed.
More preferably, the result display area further comprises unserviceable tasks; when the method is specifically implemented, the color depth of the target display bar of the non-dispatched task is weaker than that of the dispatched target display bar, so that the state of each task can be definitely determined when the overall task is previewed, the condition of each task can be clearly seen, and the field command decision can be conveniently carried out.
The target view further comprises the operation display area and an information display area, wherein a preset control is arranged at the operation display area, and a set action is executed based on the preset control; the information display area is used for displaying one or more of comprehensive information of emergency events, emergency dynamic information and an address list; specifically, the comprehensive information of the emergency event comprises states of personnel response, response timeliness, task response, task overdue and the like, and finally, comprehensive reaction scoring is carried out on the task based on the comprehensive efficiency value obtained by the information; even the comprehensive efficiency value can be obtained once every hour, so that the efficiency states of all time points in the whole task process can be obtained; facilitating user staging for task execution summary.
The method further comprises the following steps:
and when the fact that the user clicks the sky-eye control in the preset controls is detected, popping up a display page on the current page to display the execution condition of the corresponding unit.
The preset control has multiple control setting modes, and in actual execution, specific actions can be executed based on the control, except the sky-eye control, event information, time dynamics, response degree, emergency toolkit, full-screen display and the like are also included, and the specific actions are executed through the control, so that the use of a user is facilitated. Specifically, the sky-eye control mentioned in the embodiment of the present invention has more display functions, and when the sky-eye control is clicked, a window such as fig. 4 and fig. 5 pops up to perform popup display thereon, where the display includes response conditions of each unit, where the unit is comprehensively displayed according to the unit at the organization bar, and a user may click one or some units of the unit to perform response event display. When the specific display is performed, the display effect is as shown in fig. 5, which can display the response condition of the corresponding department at each time point, and even the user can click to view the response condition.
More preferably, the task displaying method further includes:
acquiring current time information; matching the current time information with a time axis to generate a current time line;
displaying the current timeline in the result display area; and in the process of task execution, image updating is carried out in the result display area at intervals of preset time, and in the process of image updating, the color state of the target identification strip is updated according to the task state.
When specific display is performed, the current timeline is generally displayed in a centered mode or in a centered left-to-right mode, when specific display effect is confirmed, the centered left-to-right or centered right-to-left design can be performed according to the task condition on the current page, for example, when the task density before the current timeline is higher, the centered right-to-right design is performed; the task density behind the current timeline is higher, the task is arranged on the left in the middle, and through the design of the mode, more tasks can be displayed on the current page, so that overall planning and grasping are facilitated. In specific implementation, a current time line is arranged in the middle of the display page and corresponds to a time point on a time axis, and when a user walks for a period of time, the corresponding image changes once, the time point on the time axis changes, the display identification bar on the display page also changes, and the display identification bar can change color according to the actual state of the task. Specifically, when the task time of one task is 30 minutes, the color of the corresponding display identification bar is green within 30 minutes, and when the task time exceeds 30 minutes, the color of the subsequent display identification bar is controlled to be red. Through the mode, information display with more dimensions can be realized, and managers can conveniently and visually see the working progress of each emergency organization.

Through the tool, managers can know the whole event comprehensively greatly, and then more accurate emergency judgment can be made.
When the emergency operation is specifically implemented, an emergency flow is formulated according to an emergency plan, and an executor, an execution time limit, an execution requirement, an execution sequence and the like of the emergency operation are defined. After the emergency rescue is started, one or more related emergency flows can be started, in order to clearly reflect the execution effect after the emergency flow is started, the execution effect is expressed in a form similar to a Gantt chart, each Gantt chart is set with an emergency event name and is endowed with a unique emergency event code (comprising numbers, symbols, letters, characters and the like), the execution effects of a plurality of emergency flows can also be aggregated into one Gantt chart, and a decision maker can conveniently organize and monitor the execution effects of the plurality of emergency flows.
The scheme of the invention relates a plurality of emergency plan plans to ground execution in a Gantt-like graph mode, realizes the task management from top to bottom and the progress tracking of the whole process from left to right, more intuitively displays the task arrangement and fully embodies the overall working plan.
The essence of the emergency flow is to define the sequence of work, time nodes, personnel division and working standards; ensuring that everything is done and made valuable. Time sequence and flow management are important aspects for constructing a modern emergency management system, a procedural framework is constructed based on an emergency life cycle and an emergency management chain type closed loop process, key tasks of emergency management are decomposed layer by layer, each task node has a starting and stopping range when each emergency plan is started, each stage has a control gateway of the stage, and a complete emergency flow visualization management method must be established to realize the visualization management of flow progress in order to better strengthen and improve the flow management level and meet the requirement of information efficiency. Therefore, a manager can continuously monitor the execution condition of the emergency plan nodes, in the project execution process, work key points are determined, each key task is effectively controlled and scheduled, risks and problems are found in advance, the task can be smoothly promoted and the problems can be effectively solved in the processing process, the bottleneck of information transmission and communication in the task execution process is reduced to the maximum extent, the manager is helped to timely adjust resource allocation and personnel arrangement, the emergency rescue efficiency is improved, the gradual management difference is broken, the uncontrollable process management dilemma in the execution process is realized, and the whole life cycle management of the emergency rescue process of 'transversely arriving at the side and longitudinally arriving at the bottom' is realized.
