Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for displaying an emergency task according to an embodiment of the invention. The execution main body of the method described in the embodiment of the invention is an execution main body composed of software or/and hardware, and the execution main body can receive related information in a wired or/and wireless mode and can send a certain instruction. Of course, it may also have certain processing and storage functions. The execution body may control a plurality of devices, such as a remote physical server or cloud server and related software, or may be a local host or server and related software that performs related operations on a device that is located somewhere, etc. In some scenarios, multiple storage devices may also be controlled, which may be located in the same location or in different locations than the devices. As shown in fig. 1, the emergency task presentation-based method includes the following steps:
S101: acquiring task information of each task node according to the started emergency flow, wherein the task information comprises emergency organization and emergency work; the emergency organization corresponds to the emergency work one by one;
the method mainly comprises the steps that task information of each task node is obtained, emergency work can be a specific task and can be a work target, when the emergency work is implemented, each emergency work or work target can be matched by setting corresponding task time, for example, when a fire disaster occurs, a fire fighting group needs to reach the scene within half an hour; the emergency organization of each task node needs to set a corresponding time to perform data matching.
Specifically, responsibility departments and work targets are set at the corresponding task nodes, wherein the responsibility departments are not specific people, and the work targets are not specific matters, but targets to be realized; when the method is used for implementation, responsibility division can be clearer by adopting the method; for example, the fire emergency flow can arrange group A to extinguish fire and group B to evacuate people. When a fire disaster occurs specifically, the group A receives a fire extinguishing task, the working target is to extinguish the fire, the group A personnel execute the node working target according to actual conditions, and the node also provides a plurality of tools (for example, 50 tools) for the group A, so that the group A can use tools such as sign-in, application approval of the fire extinguishing tools and the like to complete the fire extinguishing task. The group B receives the node task of evacuating people, the node also provides a plurality of tools (for example, 50 tools) for the group B, and the group B completes the evacuating task by using the tools such as GPS broadcasting, issuing subtasks and the like through the node entrance. The mode of using the business process of the embodiment of the invention to realize informatization collaboration of the emergency plan is the most different from the traditional business process in that the traditional business process is to preset tasks and then complete tasks, and the emergency process is to preset work responsibility division and work targets, but not to do what specifically. What is specifically done is that after the task is issued, the responsible person uses the informatics tool in the node to implement the specific task according to the actual situation. The system of the embodiment of the invention also provides various emergency kits for calling (including tools such as check-in to the sentry, audit approval, group conversation, one-key alarm and the like). The emergency organization and the emergency work information can be obtained through the steps.
