For example, when the text edited by the user in the input box is "us", the input content "us" may be displayed in the input box of the conversation page.
When the terminal device detects that the input content in the input box includes a directional character (e.g. the character "@" in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2), a member selection panel (e.g. the member selection panel 20d in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2) corresponding to the directional character may be displayed in the conversation page, and at least two identity clusters (e.g. the names of the identity clusters and the number of members included in each identity cluster) in the group to which the conversation page belongs and all the members included in the group may be displayed in the member selection panel. The directional character may refer to an identifier used for performing directional reminding on the message, such as an @ character; the at least two identity clusters are determined based on identity label information corresponding to each member in the group, and the members contained in the same identity cluster have the same identity label information. The identity label information can be automatically set by the instant messaging application according to the behavior attribute of the user (for example, the identity label information corresponding to the members in the group is labels such as 'diving' and 'bubbling'), or can be independently selected from the existing member identity label information of the group by the members (for example, the identity label information corresponding to the members in the group is labels such as 'designer' and 'chef'), and the behavior attribute of the user can refer to the activity of the user in the group.
When detecting that the input content in the input box comprises the directional characters, the terminal equipment can acquire at least two identity clusters contained in a group to which the conversation page belongs, and count the number of members respectively corresponding to the at least two identity clusters; and acquiring cluster names respectively corresponding to at least two identity clusters, and displaying the cluster name and the number of members respectively corresponding to each identity cluster in a member selection panel corresponding to the directional character. The identity cluster to be selected may be determined based on the cluster name displayed in the member selection panel.
It should be understood that, since the at least two identity clusters are determined based on the identity tag information corresponding to each member in the group, before obtaining the at least two identity clusters, the terminal device needs to further obtain the identity tag information corresponding to each member. The following describes the process of acquiring identity tag information in detail.
The identity tag information included in the group may be created manually in advance by a management user (e.g., a creator or an administrator of the group) corresponding to the group, and after a member in the group joins the group, one identity tag information conforming to its own role may be selected from all the identity tag information created in advance by the management user. It should be noted that, because the operation functions of the administrative user and the participating user (the common members of the group except for the creator and the administrator) in the group are different, for example, the administrative user may create the identity tag information, and the common user may select one identity tag information that conforms to the role of the common user from the plurality of identity tag information created by the administrative user, but cannot create new identity tag information. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, for convenience of description, the following description determines a group profile page corresponding to a participating user as a first profile page (the first profile page is used to show member information in the group and an operation function possessed by the participating user, an operation performed by the participating user entering the first profile page from a session page is referred to as a first viewing trigger operation), and determines a group modification page corresponding to the participating user as a first modification page (the first modification page is used to select or modify identity tag information of the participating user, and an operation performed by the participating user entering the first modification page is referred to as a first modification trigger operation); the group data page corresponding to the management user is determined as a second data page (the second data page is used for displaying member information in the group and operation functions of the management user, an operation executed by the management user from the session page to the second data page is referred to as a second viewing trigger operation), and the group modification page corresponding to the management user is determined as a second modification page (the second modification page is used for creating all identity tag information in the group, and an operation executed by the management user to the second modification page is referred to as a second modification trigger operation).
The management user can create identity tag information on a second modification page of the group, and the operation mode of entering the second modification page comprises the following steps: the terminal equipment can respond to the creation triggering operation of the management user, display a management prompt page related to a group created by the management user in the instant messaging application, and display an identity setting function interface in the management prompt page; the terminal equipment can respond to the setting triggering operation aiming at the identity setting function interface in the management prompt page and display a second modification page; the second modified page is used for setting the identity tag information in the group. In other words, when the management user just creates the group, the management user may display a management prompt page in the instant messaging application, and the management prompt page may display information such as a creator of the group, creation time, and an identity setting function interface.
Optionally, the operation mode of entering the second modified page of the group may further include: the terminal equipment can respond to a second viewing trigger operation of the management user aiming at the group, display a second data page and display an information modification function interface aiming at the management user in the second data page; the terminal equipment can respond to a second modification triggering operation aiming at the information modification function interface in the second material page and display a second modification page; the second modified page is used for setting the identity tag information in the group. In other words, after the group is created, the administrative user may enter the session page corresponding to the group, jump from the session page to the second material page by triggering the functional interface in the session page (i.e., the second viewing trigger operation), display member information and an information modification functional interface included in the group in the second material page, and jump from the second material page to the second modification page to create the identity tag information when the administrative user selects the information modification functional interface (i.e., the second modification trigger operation).
After entering the second modification page, the terminal device may display an identity input area and an identity display area in the second modification page (at this time, the identity display area is blank). When the management user clicks the identity input area, the terminal device can respond to the input triggering operation in the second modification page, and text information input by the management user is displayed in the identity input area of the second modification page; and responding to the confirmation trigger operation aiming at the text information in the identity input area, and displaying the identity tag information containing the text information in the identity display area of the second modified page. In other words, the administrative user may edit the text information in the identity input area, and after the editing is completed, the administrative user may confirm the text information (for example, click a "space" key or a "complete" key in a keyboard), and after detecting a confirmation trigger operation of the administrative user, the terminal device may display the text information edited in the identity input area as identity tag information in the identity display area of the second modified page, at which point the terminal device may clear the text information in the identity input area. The management user can repeatedly execute the above operations until the creation process of all the identity tag information in the group is completed, and all the identity tag information created by the management user can be displayed in the identity display area.
Please refer to fig. 4 a-4 c together, which are schematic diagrams illustrating a method for setting identity tag information according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4a, the terminal device 30a corresponding to the user may enter a message page of the instant messaging application, and a contact or a group recently communicated by the user, such as a group named "aaa", a contact named "XXX", or the like, may be displayed in the message page. If the user wants to create a new group, the user may click the function icon 30b in the message page, and after detecting the click trigger operation of the user on the function icon 30b, the terminal device 30a may display a function menu bar 30c in the message page in response to the click trigger operation, where the function menu bar 30c may include: a "create group" function option, an "add friends" function option, a "sweep" function option, etc. When the user selects the "create group" function option, the terminal device 30a may jump from the message page of the instant messaging application to the group creation page in response to a creation trigger operation of the user for the "create group" function option, in the group creation page, the user may invite a part of people from the address book to join a newly created group, and in the group creation page, the user may also input a name of a newly created group, such as "plan activity". After the user selects the "complete" key in the group creation page, the terminal device 30a may jump from the group creation page to the management prompt page 30d in response to a trigger operation of the user for the "complete" key, and may display information such as prompt information that the "planned activity" group is successfully created, a creator of the "planned activity" group, and creation time in the management prompt page 30d, for example, after the user xiao a creates the "planned activity" group, time information that the user xiao creates the "planned activity" group, and the number of members invited to join the "planned activity" group by the user xiao a may be displayed in the management prompt page 30d, where the user xiao a is a management user of the "planned activity" group.
The identity setting function interface 30e ("preset membership" function) may also be displayed in the management prompt page 30d, and after the management user clicks the identity setting function interface 30e, the terminal device 30a may jump from the management prompt page 30d to the modification page 30f in response to the click trigger operation of the management user on the identity setting function interface 30e, where the modification page 30f (i.e., the second modification page) may provide the identity tag information setting function for the management user.
Alternatively, the administrative user may enter the modification page 30f from the session page of the "curated activity" group, in addition to jumping to the modification page 30f through the identity setup function interface 30e in the administration prompt page 30 d. As shown in fig. 4b, after the administrative user creates the "planned activity" group, the administrative user may add the "planned activity" group to the address book of the instant messaging application, and select the "planned activity" group, the terminal device 30a may display a session page 30g corresponding to the "planned activity" group in the instant messaging application in response to the selection operation of the administrative user on the "planned activity" group, and may display a history message in the "planned activity" group in the session page 30g, such as a prompt message that the administrative user successfully creates the "planned activity" group. The administrative user may click the function menu icon 30h in the session page 30g, when the terminal device 30a detects the click operation of the administrative user on the function menu icon 30h, the terminal device may respond to the click trigger operation of the administrative user on the function menu icon 30h, and expand the function menu 30i corresponding to the function menu icon 30h in the session page 30g, and the function menu 30i may include a "milestone" function interface (i.e., a view function interface for viewing the identification message data), a "shared disk" function interface, a "task box" function interface, and a "more" function interface 30j (for viewing the material of the "plan activity" group), and the like.
When the administrative user selects the "more" function interface 30j in the function menu 30i, the terminal device 30a may jump from the session page 30g to the material page 30k (i.e., the second material page) in response to the selection trigger operation (i.e., the second viewing trigger operation) of the administrative user, and may display the member information included in the "plan activity" group in the material page 30k, although if the number of members is large, only a part of the member information may be displayed in the material page 30 k. The data page 30k may also provide various operation function interfaces for the administrative user, such as a "view group content" function interface, a "message do not disturb" function interface, a "modify group data" function interface 30m (for setting the head portrait, name, and membership of the group), a "modify nickname" function interface (for setting the name of the administrative user in the group), and a function interface for determining whether the other users need to check when joining the "plan activity" group. When the administrative user selects the "modify group profile" functional interface 30m, the terminal device 30a may jump from the profile page 30k to a modification page 30f (i.e., a second modification page) in response to the selection operation of the administrative user for the "modify group profile" functional interface (i.e., the second modification trigger operation described above), and the modification page 30f may provide the administrative user with an identity tag information setting function.
In the modification page 30f, the administrative user may set a membership tag for the "curated activity" group, as shown in fig. 4c, the modification page 30f may display the existing group name of the "curated activity" group, an identity input area 30n (for editing the membership tag), and in the modification page 30f, the existing group name of the group may be modified, for example, the existing group name "curated activity" may be changed to a "high efficiency team" or the like. The modification page 30f may further be provided with a member name modification instruction, for example, when the member name modification instruction is "please change to the real name", and when a new member joins the group, the new member may be prompted to set a new nickname according to the modification instruction.
When the management user clicks the identity input area 30n, the terminal device 30a may display a keyboard in the modification page 30f in response to a click trigger operation of the management user for the identity input area 30n, and may input text information in the identity input area 30n through the keyboard, and if the management user inputs "development" in the identity input area 30n and then clicks a "space" key in the keyboard (i.e., confirms the input text information "development"), the terminal device 30a may display the identity tag information "development" in the identity display area 30p in the modification page 30f in response to a confirmation trigger operation of the management user for the text information "development". The text information entered in the identity input area 30n may be cleared after the administrative user clicks the "space" key. The administrative user can continue to input text information in the identity input area 30n, set the next membership tag, and after the administrative user completes the membership tag information in the group, the administrative user can click the "complete" key on the keyboard to exit the keyboard from the modification page 30f, and at this time, the identity tag information displayed in the identity display area 30p is all the membership tag information in the group, i.e., four kinds of identity tag information, i.e., "develop", "produce", "test", and "design".
If the management user needs to modify the identity tag information in the group, the identity tag information displayed in the identity display area 30p may be clicked, for example, the management user clicks "develop", the text "develop" may be displayed in the identity input area 30n, and the text "develop" may be edited again. If "development" is changed to "background development" and confirmed, the "development" of the identity tag information in the identity display area 30p may be updated and displayed as "background development".
After the management user sets the member identity tag information for the group, the common members in the group can select the identity tag information conforming to the roles of the common members from the set identity tag information. The process of selecting the identity label information by the common members in the group comprises the following steps: the terminal equipment can respond to the group entering triggering operation of a participating user (namely, a common member in the group), display a group entering prompt page in the instant messaging application, and display at least two pieces of identity tag information in the group entering prompt page; each identity label information corresponds to one identity cluster; responding to a third selection operation aiming at least two pieces of identity label information, and determining the identity label information selected by the third selection operation as first identity label information corresponding to the participating user; the participating users belong to the identity cluster corresponding to the first identity label information. . In other words, when a participating user applies for joining the group, all the identity tag information already set in the group may be displayed in the join prompt page, the participating user may select one identity tag information from all the displayed identity tag information, and the selected identity tag information may be referred to as first identity tag information, where the join trigger operation may refer to a process in which the user applies for joining the group through the identification information of the group, and the identification information of the group may include, but is not limited to: the group name, the group number and the two-dimensional code corresponding to the group.
After the participating user selects the identity tag information, if the role of the participating user in the group changes, the participating user may modify the previously selected identity tag information, and the modified identity tag information is still the existing identity tag information in the group. The process of modifying the identity tag information comprises: the terminal equipment can respond to a first viewing trigger operation of a participating user aiming at the group, jump from the conversation page to a first material page, and display a modification function interface aiming at the participating user in the first material page; responding to a first modification trigger operation aiming at a modification function interface, jumping from a first material page to a first modification page, and displaying first identity tag information corresponding to a participating user and at least two identity tag information in a group in the first modification page; responding to a fourth selection operation aiming at least two pieces of identity label information, and switching and displaying the first identity label information into second identity label information selected by the fourth selection operation in the first modification page; and the modified participating users belong to the identity cluster corresponding to the second identity label information. In other words, the participating user may enter the first data page from the session page corresponding to the group, select the modification function interface in the first data page, jump from the first data page to the first modification page, modify the identity tag information in the first modification page, the modification range is the existing identity tag information in the group, and call the modified identity tag information as the second identity tag information. Of course, if the participating user does not select the identity tag information when just joining the group, one identity tag information may be selected in the first modified page.
Please refer to fig. 5a and fig. 5b together, which are schematic diagrams illustrating selecting identity tag information according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5a, the user widget D may apply for joining the "activity plan" group, and after the administrative user of the "activity plan" group applies for joining the group through the user widget D, the user widget D may formally become a member of the "activity plan" group, and the user widget D at this time is a participating user in the "activity plan" group. After the user successfully enters the group, the group entering prompt page 40b can be displayed in the instant messaging application, and all identity tag information in the group, such as four identity tag information of "development", "product", "test" and "design", can be displayed in the group entering prompt page 40 b. The user widget D may select one kind of identity tag information from the identity tag information in the above-mentioned 4, and when the user widget D selects the identity tag information "design", the terminal device 40a may respond to the selection trigger operation (i.e., the above-mentioned third selection operation) of the user widget D, and use the "design" as the identity tag information of the user widget D.
If the role of the user small D in the activity plan group changes or the user small D selects the wrong identity tag information, the user small D can modify the identity tag information. As shown in fig. 5b, the user widget D may select the "planned activity" group from the address book of the instant messaging application, and the terminal device 40a may display a session page 40c corresponding to the "planned activity" group in the instant messaging application in response to the selection operation of the user widget D on the "planned activity" group. The user widget D displays the function menu 40D corresponding to the function menu icon in the session page user widget D by clicking the function menu icon in the session page 40c, and the function menu 40D may include a "milestone" function interface, a "shared disk" function interface, a "task box" function interface, a "more" function interface 40e, and the like.
When the user widget selects the "more" function interface 40e in the function menu 40D, the terminal device 40a may jump from the session page 40c to the material page 40f (i.e., the first material page) in response to the selection trigger operation (i.e., the first viewing trigger operation) of the user widget for the "more" function interface 40e, and may display the member information included in the "planned activity" group in the material page 40f, of course, if the number of members is large, only a part of the member information may be displayed in the material page 40 f. The profile page 40f may also provide a plurality of operation function interfaces for the user widget D, such as a "view group content" function interface, a "message do not disturb" function interface, and a "modify my profile" function interface 40g (for setting nickname, identity, etc. information of the user widget D). When the user widget selects the "modify my profile" function interface 40g, the terminal device 40a may jump from the profile page 40f to the modified page 40h (i.e., the first modified page) in response to the selection operation (i.e., the first modification trigger operation) of the user widget with respect to the "modify my profile" function interface 40 g.
A nickname (i.e., name) for the user widget D in the "curated activity" group, identity tag information (e.g., "design"), and all membership tag information existing in the "curated activity" group may be displayed in the modification page 40 h. When the user selects the identity tag information "product", the terminal device 40a may switch and display the identity tag information "design" as the identity tag information "product" in the modification page 40h in response to the selection trigger operation of the user small D for the identity tag information "product" to complete the modification operation process of the identity tag information.
Of course, if the user id does not select the identity tag information when entering the group, the identity tag information displayed in the modification page 40h is blank, and after the user id selects the identity tag information "product", the terminal device 40a may respond to the selection trigger operation of the user id for the identity tag information "product", and the identity tag information displayed in the modification page 40h is "product", so as to complete the selection operation process of the identity tag information.
After the members in the group complete the selection operation process of the identity tag information, the terminal device may obtain the identity tag information corresponding to each member in the group, add the members with the same identity tag information to the same identity cluster, and further obtain at least two identity clusters in the group.
Optionally, the terminal device may further set identity tag information for the members in the group according to the behavior attributes of the members in the group, and add the members with the same identity tag information to the same identity cluster. For example, the activity of the member in the group may be determined by setting identity tag information such as "active", "bubbling", "diving", "sanhao student" and the like for the member, and further determining an identity cluster in the group according to the identity tag information, and when the user selects the member in the group in the conversation page, all members included in the "active" identity cluster may be selected by one key. Of course, the identity cluster in the group can also be determined according to the identity information (such as administrative, management, purchasing and other identity information) carried by the instant messaging application.
Step S102, responding to a first selection operation aiming at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation.
Specifically, after the user selects an identity cluster in the member selection panel, the terminal device may respond to a selection trigger operation (which may be referred to as a first selection operation) of the user for at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, and send the message data input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster selected by the user. The terminal equipment can respond to a first selection operation aiming at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, obtain a target cluster name corresponding to the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation, and display the target cluster name in the message input box; and sending the message input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster to which the target cluster name belongs. Optionally, the terminal device may respond to a first selection operation for at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, and determine a member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation as a target member; matching and combining the pointing character and the target member to obtain an edited text corresponding to the target member, and displaying the edited text in a message input box; and sending the message input in the message input box to the target member contained in the edited text. In other words, after the user selects an identity cluster from the member selection panel, a paired combined text between the pointing type character and each member in the user-selected identity cluster may be displayed in the message input box, and the message input in the message input box may be sent to the members in the user-selected identity cluster, and if the selected identity cluster includes small a, small B, and small C, a character in the form of "@ small a @ small B @ small C" may be displayed in the message input box and the message may be sent to small a, small B, and small C.
Optionally, the member selection panel may include at least two identity clusters in the group and a member list in the group, and the terminal device may send the message input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation and the member selected by the first selection operation in the member list in response to the first selection operation for the at least two identity clusters and the member list in the member selection panel. In other words, the user may simultaneously select an identity cluster and a target group member in the member selection panel, and then send a message to each member of the selected identity cluster and the target group member.
Optionally, when it is detected that the message input box includes the pointing type character and the member name, displaying a target identity cluster to which the member name belongs in a member selection panel of the session page; and responding to the triggering operation aiming at the target identity cluster in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the members in the target identity cluster. In other words, if the user continues to input the member name after inputting the directional character in the input box, the terminal device may identify the member name input by the user, and when the member name belongs to the group, a target identity cluster to which the member name belongs may be displayed in a member selection panel of the session page, and the user may select the target identity cluster from the member selection panel, and then send the message input in the message input box to the member included in the target identity cluster.
Optionally, when it is detected that the message input box includes the pointing type character and the member name, displaying an associated member matched with the member name in a member selection panel of the conversation page; the associated member belongs to a target identity cluster to which the member name belongs; and responding to a second selection operation aiming at the associated member in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the associated member selected by the second selection operation. In other words, if the user continues to input the member name after inputting the directional character in the input box, the terminal device may identify the member name input by the user, when the member name belongs to the group, an associated member matching the member name may be displayed in a member selection panel of the session page (the member corresponding to the member name and the associated member belong to the same identity cluster), the user may select the associated member from the member selection panel, and further, in the input box, the input member name is switched and displayed as the selected associated member, and the message input in the message input box is sent to the selected associated member.
Optionally, when the user inputs the directional character and the member name in the input box, the target identity cluster to which the member name belongs and the associated members included in the target identity cluster may be displayed in the member selection panel, and the user may select the target identity cluster (i.e., select a plurality of members) from the member selection panel, or may select the remaining members (i.e., associated members) having the same identity tag information as the input member name from the member selection panel. When the member name entered in the input box does not belong to the group, the member selection panel may be exited in the conversation page.
Fig. 6a to fig. 6d are schematic diagrams of another session message processing scenario provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6a, after the terminal device 50a enters the session page 50b of the "activity plan" group, the user may edit the text in the input box 50c of the session page 50b, and when the user clicks the input box 50c of the session page 50b, the terminal device 50a may pop up the keyboard 50d in the session page 50b in response to the user clicking the input box 50c, and the user may edit the text desired to be published to the session page 50a in the input box 50c using the keyboard 50 d. When the user enters the symbol "@" in the input box 50c, a member selection panel 50e may be displayed in the conversation page 50b, in which all identity clusters in the "activity plan" group, and the members included in the "activity plan" group, may be displayed. When the user continues to input the text "small B" in the input box 50c (the input content displayed in the input box 50c at this time is "@ small B"), the terminal device 50a may identify the text "small B", and if the text "small B" belongs to the name of a member in the "activity plan" group, may determine the identity cluster to which the "small B" belongs in the "activity plan" group (i.e., determine the identity tag information corresponding to the "small B"), and at this time, the member selection panel 50e may display the product identity cluster to which the "small B" belongs and members included in the product identity cluster, and the identity tag information is members of the "product", such as the identity cluster "@ all products (5)".
The user may select the identity cluster "@ all products (5)" from the member selection panel 50E, and the terminal device 50a may update and display the input content "@ little B" as "@ little B @ little D @ little E @ little F @ little H" (here, it is assumed that the members included in the product cluster are: little B, little D, little E, little F, and little H) in the input box 50c in response to a trigger operation of the user with respect to the identity cluster "@ all products (5)". The user can continue to input the message content in the input box 50c, and after editing is completed, the user can click the keyboard 50D or the "send" key in the conversation page, and publish the text in the input box 50c to the "activity plan" group, and directionally remind the members of small B, small D, small E, small F, and small H of the published message.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6B, when the user selects the identity cluster "@ all products (5)" from the member selection panel 50e, the terminal device 50a may update and display the input content "@ Small B" as "@ products" in the input box 50c in response to a selection operation for the user. The user can also continue to input the message content in the input box 50c, and after editing is completed, the user can click the keyboard 50D or a "send" key in the conversation page, and publish the text in the input box 50c to the "activity plan" group, and directionally remind the members of the product cluster of small B, small D, small E, small F and small H of the published message.
Alternatively, when the product identity cluster to which the "small B" belongs and the members included in the product identity cluster and the identity tag information are both members of the "product" are displayed in the member selection panel 50e, the user may also select the associated members associated with the "small B" (i.e., the remaining members of the product cluster except for the "small B"). As shown in fig. 6d, when the user inputs "@" character in the message input box of the "activity plan" group, the terminal device 50a may pop up a member selection panel 50e in the conversation page 50b of the group, all the identity clusters in the "activity plan" group and the member lists corresponding to the group may be displayed in the member selection panel 50e, the user may perform a multi-selection operation in the member selection panel 50e, for example, the user may select the identity cluster "all products (5)" and the group member tra (the selected member tra does not belong to the selected identity cluster), and after the user clicks "complete", the terminal device 50a may respond to the user's selection operation and display "@ product @ tra" in the input box 50 c. The user can also continue to input text in the input box 50c, and after the input is completed, the user can click the keyboard 50d or "send" in the conversation page 50b, and then issue the edited message "@ product @ small a" in the input box to the conversation page 50b, such as the message data 50f, and directionally remind the members in the product cluster and the member small a with the message data 50 f.
Alternatively, the user may select multiple group members simultaneously from the member selection panel 50e, or multiple identity clusters simultaneously. The user may enter the message content in input box 50c before selecting a group member, or may select a group member before editing the message content.
Please refer to fig. 7a and fig. 7b, which are schematic diagrams illustrating a process for selecting group members according to an embodiment of the present application. The session data processing scheme proposed in the present application may be executed on an instant messenger application, and the selection process of the group members may refer to steps S1-S3 in fig. 7 a. As shown in fig. 7a, a client of an instant messaging application may recognize a character input by a user in an input box of a session page, and when detecting that the user inputs an "@" character, may send a query request (which may be referred to as a query request sent at a first trigger opportunity) to a background server of the instant messaging application; after receiving a query request sent by a client, a background server can read identity cluster information corresponding to a current group, wherein the identity cluster information comprises all identity cluster names in the group, members contained in each identity cluster and the number of the members; the backend server may return the read identity cluster information to the client, and display all identity clusters in the group and the member quantity information of each identity cluster in a member selection panel (i.e., @ panel) of the client. And if the current group does not have identity cluster information, the data returned by the client is null, and only one option of "@ owner" is displayed in a member selection panel of the client.
When detecting that the user continues to input text behind the "@" character, the client may continue to send a query request (which may be referred to as a query request sent at a second trigger opportunity) to the background server; after receiving a query request sent by a client, a background server can read the member name matched with the currently input text in group member data, the target identity cluster where the member name is located, the members contained in the target identity cluster and the member number; the background server can return the matched members and the target identity cluster to which the members belong to the client, and display the target identity cluster, the number of the members contained in the target identity cluster and the members in a member selection panel of the client. And when the group does not have the member name matched with the currently input text, the data returned to the client by the background server is null, namely the current user does not select a member, and the member selection panel exits from the conversation page.
Fig. 7b shows a complete flow of selecting group members, after a user inputs an "@" character in an input box of a session page of a client, the client may send a query request to a background server, determine whether an identity cluster exists in a current group according to a data query result returned by the background server, if the data query result returned by the background server is empty, indicate that no identity cluster exists in the current group, only show an "@ owner" in an identity cluster area of an @ panel of the client, select a corresponding member from the @ panel at that time, and end the member selection flow. If the data result returned by the background server is not null, the current group contains the identity clusters, and all the identity clusters in the group and the member quantity information of each identity cluster are displayed in an @ panel of the client; the client may detect whether the text continues to be input in the input box, and if the user does not continue to input the text, the user may select an identity cluster from all the identity clusters displayed by the @ panel, and end the member selection process. If the situation that the user continues to input the text in the input box is detected, the query request can be sent to the background server again, the name of the member matched with the input text is searched for from the current group, when the data result returned by the background server is empty, the fact that the name of the member matched with the input text does not exist in the current group is indicated, the fact that the user is not selecting the member can be defined, the @ panel can be quitted, and the member selection process is finished. And when the data result returned by the background server is not empty, indicating that the member name matched with the input text exists in the current group, displaying the identity cluster where the input text matched member is located and the member and member data of the identity cluster in an @ panel of the client, selecting the corresponding member or identity cluster from the @ panel at the moment, and ending the member selection process.
The method and the device can detect the content input in the group message input box, when the message input box of the group is detected to comprise the directional character, a member selection panel is displayed in a conversation page of the group, and at least two identity clusters in the group are displayed in the member selection panel; and responding to a first selection operation aiming at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation. Therefore, all members in the group are clustered into at least two identity clusters, when the user inputs the directional characters in the input box of the session page, the instant messaging application can provide identity cluster recommendation for the user in the member recommendation panel, and the user can select all members contained in the identity clusters (with the same identity) by one key, so that the selection efficiency of the group members can be improved; the user can quickly and accurately determine the searched member according to the provided identity cluster, and then transmits information to the searched member in a message publishing form, so that the matching accuracy between the session data and the group members can be improved.
Please refer to fig. 8, which is a schematic structural diagram of a session data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the session data processing apparatus 1 may include: a cluster display module 11 and a message sending module 12;
the cluster display module 11 is configured to display a member selection panel in a conversation page of the group when it is detected that the message input box of the group includes the pointing type character, and display at least two identity clusters in the group in the member selection panel;
the message sending module 12 is used for responding to a first selection operation aiming at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation;
the member selection panel also comprises a member list corresponding to the group;
the message sending module 12 is specifically configured to:
and responding to a first selection operation aiming at least two identity clusters and the member list in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation and the member selected in the member list by the first selection operation.
The specific functional implementation manners of the cluster display module 11 and the message sending module 12 may refer to steps S101 to S102 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 8, the session data processing apparatus 1 may further include: a first detection module 13, a first response module 14, a second detection module 15, a second response module 16, a matching module 17;
the first detection module 13 is configured to, when it is detected that the message input box of the group includes the pointing type character and the member name, display a target identity cluster to which the member name belongs in a member selection panel of the conversation page;
a first response module 14, configured to send the message input in the message input box to a member in the target identity cluster in response to a trigger operation for the target identity cluster in the member selection panel;
a second detection module 15, configured to, when it is detected that the message input box of the group includes the pointing type character and the member name, display an associated member matching the member name in a member selection panel of the conversation page; the associated member belongs to a target identity cluster to which the member name belongs;
a second response module 16, configured to respond to a second selection operation for the associated member in the member selection panel, and send the message input in the message input box to the associated member selected by the second selection operation;
and the matching module 17 is configured to match the member name with the member included in the group, and if the group does not include the member name, quit the member selection panel in the session page.
For specific functional implementation manners of the first detecting module 13, the first responding module 14, the second detecting module 15, the second responding module 16, and the matching module 17, reference may be made to the embodiments corresponding to fig. 6a and fig. 6b, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 8, the cluster display module 11 may include: a statistical unit 111, a cluster information display unit 112;
the statistical unit 111 is configured to obtain at least two identity clusters included in a group, and count the number of members respectively corresponding to the at least two identity clusters;
the cluster information display unit 112 is configured to obtain cluster names corresponding to the at least two identity clusters, and display the cluster names and the number of members corresponding to the at least two identity clusters in the member panel.
The specific functional implementation manners of the statistical unit 111 and the cluster information display unit 112 may refer to step S101 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, which is not described herein again.
Referring also to fig. 8, the message sending module 12 may include: a cluster name display unit 121, a first transmission unit 122, a member determination unit 123, a pairing combination unit 124, a second transmission unit 125;
the cluster name display unit 121 is configured to respond to a first selection operation for at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, acquire a target cluster name corresponding to the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation, and display the target cluster name in the message input box;
a first sending unit 122, configured to send the message input in the message input box to a member of the identity cluster to which the target cluster name belongs;
a member determining unit 123, configured to determine, in response to a first selection operation for at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, a member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation as a target member;
the pairing and combining unit 124 is used for pairing and combining the pointing character and the target member to obtain an editing text corresponding to the target member, and displaying the editing text in the message input box;
and a second transmitting unit 125 for transmitting the message input in the message input box to the target member included in the edited text.
For specific functional implementation manners of the cluster name display unit 121, the first sending unit 122, the member determining unit 123, the pairing and combining unit 124, and the second sending unit 125, reference may be made to step S102 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, which is not described herein again. When the cluster name display unit 121 and the first sending unit 122 perform corresponding operations, the member determination unit 123, the pairing combination unit 124 and the second sending unit 125 pause the operations; when the member determining unit 123, the pairing-combining unit 124, and the second transmitting unit 125 are performing the corresponding operations, the cluster name display unit 121, and the first transmitting unit 122 each suspend the performance of the operations. The first transmitting unit 122 and the second transmitting unit 125 may be combined into the same transmitting unit.
Referring to fig. 8, the session data processing apparatus 1 may further include: a creating response module 18, a label setting response module 19, a second skip module 20, a third skip module 21, an input module 22 and a label confirmation module 23;
a creation response module 18, configured to respond to a creation trigger operation of the management user, display a management prompt page associated with a group created by the management user in the instant messaging application, and display an identity setting function interface in the management prompt page;
a tag setting response module 19, configured to respond to a setting triggering operation for the identity setting function interface in the management prompt page, and display a second modified page; the second modification page is used for setting identity tag information in the group;
the second skip module 20 is configured to respond to a second viewing trigger operation of the administrative user for the group, display a second data page, and display an information modification function interface for the administrative user in the second data page;
a third skip module 21, configured to respond to a second modification trigger operation for the information modification function interface in the second data page, and display a second modification page; the second modification page is used for setting identity tag information in the group;
the input module 22 is used for responding to the input triggering operation in the second modification page and displaying the text information input by the management user in the identity input area of the second modification page;
and the tag confirming module 23 is configured to respond to a confirmation trigger operation for the text information in the identity input area, and display the identity tag information including the text information in the identity display area of the second modified page.
For specific functional implementation manners of the creating response module 18, the tag setting response module 19, the second skip module 20, the third skip module 21, the input module 22, and the tag confirmation module 23, reference may be made to the embodiments corresponding to fig. 4a to 4c, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 8, the session data processing apparatus 1 may further include: an enrollment response module 24, a tag selection module 25, a first hopping module 26, a tag viewing module 27, a tag modification module 28;
the group entry response module 24 is configured to respond to a group entry trigger operation of a participating user, display a group entry prompt page in the instant messaging application, and display information of at least two identity tags in a group in the group entry prompt page; each identity label information corresponds to one identity cluster;
a tag selection module 25, configured to respond to a third selection operation for at least two pieces of identity tag information, and determine the identity tag information selected by the third selection operation as first identity tag information corresponding to the participating user; the participating user belongs to the identity cluster corresponding to the first identity label information;
the first skipping module 26 is used for responding to a first viewing trigger operation of the participating user aiming at the group, displaying a first material page, and displaying a modification function interface aiming at the participating user in the first material page;
the tag viewing module 27 is configured to display a first modification page in response to a first modification trigger operation for modifying the functional interface, and display first identity tag information corresponding to the participating user and at least two identity tag information in the group in the first modification page;
a tag modification module 28, configured to respond to a fourth selection operation for at least two pieces of identity tag information, and switch and display the first identity tag information to be second identity tag information selected by the fourth selection operation in the first modification page; and the modified participating users belong to the identity cluster corresponding to the second identity label information.
For specific functional implementation manners of the grouping response module 24, the tag selection module 25, the first skip module 26, the tag viewing module 27, and the tag modification module 28, reference may be made to the embodiments corresponding to fig. 5a and fig. 5b, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 8, the session data processing apparatus 1 may further include: an acquisition module 29, a cluster determination module 30;
the acquiring module 29 is configured to set identity tag information for members in the group according to behavior attributes of the members in the group;
a cluster determining module 30, configured to add members with the same identity tag information to the same identity cluster.
The specific functional implementation manner of the obtaining module 29 and the cluster determining module 30 may refer to step S102 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, which is not described herein again.
The method and the device can detect the content input in the group message input box, when the message input box of the group is detected to comprise the directional character, a member selection panel is displayed in a conversation page of the group, and at least two identity clusters in the group are displayed in the member selection panel; and responding to a first selection operation aiming at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation. Therefore, all members in the group are clustered into at least two identity clusters, when the user inputs the directional characters in the input box of the session page, the instant messaging application can provide identity cluster recommendation for the user in the member recommendation panel, and the user can select all members contained in the identity clusters (with the same identity) by one key, so that the selection efficiency of the group members can be improved; the user can quickly and accurately determine the searched member according to the provided identity cluster, and then transmits information to the searched member in a message publishing form, so that the matching accuracy between the session data and the group members can be improved.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the computer apparatus 1000 may include: the processor 1001, the network interface 1004, and the memory 1005, and the computer apparatus 1000 may further include: a user interface 1003, and at least one communication bus 1002. Wherein a communication bus 1002 is used to enable connective communication between these components. The user interface 1003 may include a Display screen (Display) and a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional user interface 1003 may also include a standard wired interface and a standard wireless interface. The network interface 1004 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface). The memory 1004 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., at least one disk memory). The memory 1005 may optionally be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor 1001. As shown in fig. 9, a memory 1005, which is a kind of computer-readable storage medium, may include therein an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and a device control application program.
In the computer device 1000 shown in fig. 9, the network interface 1004 may provide a network communication function; the user interface 1003 is an interface for providing a user with input; and the processor 1001 may be used to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
when detecting that the message input box of the group comprises the directional character, displaying a member selection panel in a conversation page of the group, and displaying at least two identity clusters in the group in the member selection panel;
and responding to a first selection operation aiming at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation.
It should be understood that the computer device 1000 described in this embodiment of the present application may perform the description of the session data processing method in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, and may also perform the description of the session data processing apparatus 1 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 8, which is not described herein again. In addition, the beneficial effects of the same method are not described in detail.
Further, here, it is to be noted that: an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer program executed by the session data processing apparatus 1 mentioned above is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and the computer program includes program instructions, and when the processor executes the program instructions, the description of the session data processing method in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3 can be performed, so that details are not repeated here. In addition, the beneficial effects of the same method are not described in detail. For technical details not disclosed in embodiments of the computer-readable storage medium referred to in the present application, reference is made to the description of embodiments of the method of the present application.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the computer program is executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

Claims (15)
1. A session data processing method, comprising:
when detecting that a message input box of a group comprises a directional character, displaying a member selection panel in a conversation page of the group, and displaying at least two identity clusters in the group in the member selection panel;
and responding to a first selection operation aiming at the at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the fact that the pointing type character and the member name are included in the message input box of the group is detected, displaying a target identity cluster to which the member name belongs in the member selection panel;
and responding to the triggering operation aiming at the target identity cluster in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the members in the target identity cluster.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when detecting that the pointing character and the member name are included in the message input box of the group, displaying an associated member matched with the member name in the member selection panel; the associated member belongs to a target identity cluster to which the member name belongs;
and responding to a second selection operation aiming at the associated member in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the associated member selected by the second selection operation.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the member selection panel further comprises a member list corresponding to the group;
the sending the message input in the message input box to the member of the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation in response to the first selection operation of the member selection panel for the at least two identity clusters comprises:
and responding to a first selection operation aiming at the at least two identity clusters and the member list in the member selection panel, and sending the message input in the message input box to the member in the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation and the member selected in the member list by the first selection operation.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying at least two identity clusters in the group in the member selection panel comprises:
acquiring at least two identity clusters contained in the group, and counting the number of members respectively corresponding to the at least two identity clusters;
and acquiring cluster names respectively corresponding to the at least two identity clusters, and displaying the cluster names and the number of the members respectively corresponding to the at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the message entered in the message entry box to the member of the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation in response to the first selection operation in the member selection panel for the at least two identity clusters comprises:
responding to a first selection operation aiming at the at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, acquiring a target cluster name corresponding to the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation, and displaying the target cluster name in the message input box;
and sending the message input in the message input box to the member of the identity cluster to which the target cluster name belongs.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein sending the message entered in the message entry box to the member of the identity cluster selected by the first selection operation in response to the first selection operation in the member selection panel for the at least two identity clusters comprises:
responding to a first selection operation aiming at the at least two identity clusters in the member selection panel, and determining members in the identity clusters selected by the first selection operation as target members;
matching and combining the pointing character and the target member to obtain an edited text corresponding to the target member, and displaying the edited text in the message input box;
and sending the message input in the message input box to the target member contained in the edited text.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to the group entry triggering operation of the participating user, displaying a group entry prompt page in the instant messaging application, and displaying at least two pieces of identity tag information in the group entry prompt page; each identity label information corresponds to one identity cluster;
responding to a third selection operation aiming at the at least two pieces of identity label information, and determining the identity label information selected by the third selection operation as first identity label information corresponding to the participating user; and the participating user belongs to the identity cluster corresponding to the first identity label information.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
responding to a first viewing trigger operation of the participating user aiming at the group, displaying a first material page, and displaying a modification function interface aiming at the participating user in the first material page;
responding to a first modification triggering operation aiming at the modification function interface, displaying a first modification page, and displaying the first identity tag information corresponding to the participating user and the at least two identity tag information in the group in the first modification page;
responding to a fourth selection operation aiming at the at least two identity label information, and switching and displaying the first identity label information as second identity label information selected by the fourth selection operation in the first modification page; and the modified participating users belong to the identity cluster corresponding to the second identity label information.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a creation triggering operation of a management user, displaying a management prompt page associated with a group created by the management user in an instant messaging application, and displaying an identity setting function interface in the management prompt page;
responding to the setting triggering operation aiming at the identity setting function interface in the management prompt page, and displaying a second modification page; the second modification page is used for setting identity tag information in the group.
11. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a second viewing trigger operation of the management user aiming at the group, displaying a second material page, and displaying an information modification function interface aiming at the management user in the second material page;
responding to a second modification triggering operation aiming at the information modification function interface in the second data page, and displaying a second modification page; the second modification page is used for setting identity tag information in the group.
12. The method of claim 9 or 8, further comprising:
responding to an input triggering operation in the second modification page, and displaying text information input by the management user in an identity input area of the second modification page;
and responding to the confirmation trigger operation aiming at the text information in the identity input area, and displaying the identity tag information containing the text information in the identity display area of the second modified page.
13. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and matching the member name with the members contained in the group, and if the group does not contain the member name, exiting the member selection panel in the session page.
14. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
according to the behavior attribute of the members in the group, identity tag information is set for the members in the group;
and adding members with the same identity label information to the same identity cluster.
15. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 14.
