Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, description is made of related nouns related to the present application:
knowledge extraction (Knowledge Extraction): is a natural language processing task which aims to extract knowledge contained in an information source through processes of identification, understanding, screening, induction and the like. In the embodiment of the application, the marking places contained in the data are extracted.
Location-based services (Location Based Service, LBS): the method is to obtain the position information of the mobile terminal user through a radio communication network of a telecom mobile operator or an external positioning mode (such as a global positioning system (Global Positioning System, GPS)), and provide a value added service of corresponding service for the user under the support of a geographic information system (Geographic Information System, GIS) platform. LBS is generally applied to terminals.
It includes two layers of meaning: firstly, determining the geographic position of a terminal; and secondly, various information services related to the position are provided.
Travel track: an active trace represented by a set of track points or a track generated for a user. Each track point is reported by a positioning device built in the terminal; or each track point is reported after the graphic code on the terminal is scanned by the code scanning equipment along the way, and the graphic code represents the first account number (and the health state of the first account number); or each track point is reported after the identification of the identity card by the access control equipment along the way.
Marking places: is the place of occurrence of the marked event. The marking event includes: at least one of an epidemic event, a lost article event, a case forensic event, and a nuclear security event.
FIG. 1 illustrates a schematic diagram of a computer system provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The computer system may include: a plurality of terminals 101, a server 102, and a data source 103.
The terminal 101 may be an electronic device such as a cell phone, tablet computer, electronic book reader, multimedia playing device, wearable device, personal computer (Personal Computer, PC) or the like. Alternatively, the terminal 101 is a portable terminal, and the terminal 101 is used by a certain user, such as a first user, a second user, a third user, and the like. The terminal 101 may have a first client (or first application) installed therein, where the first client can visually display a spatial relationship between a travel track and a marker location, and provide a messaging function, for example, the first client is a map-type application. Optionally, the terminal 101 is installed with a second client (or second application) that provides a messaging function, such as an instant messaging application or community application or a microblog application or a short video application. The first client and the second client both correspond to the first account. The terminal 101 may install only the first client, only the second client, or both the first client and the second client.
Taking the example that the first user of the terminal 101 is a common citizen, the first user inquires information corresponding to a marking place which is interested by the first user through the first client; the information may also be subscribed to by the first client, and when the information is updated (e.g., a tag location is added), the first user receives the updated information from the server 102 via the first client (or the second client).
In the embodiment of the present application, the types of the first client and the second client are not limited, for example, the first client (or the second client) may be a map navigation application, a social application, an instant messaging application, a network shopping application, a payment application, a news information application, a video application, and so on.
In the embodiment of the present application, the user type of the terminal 101 is not limited, for example, the terminal 101 may be used by a common citizen, may be used by a community manager, and may be used by a staff of an administrative unit such as an epidemic prevention management department, a nuclear pollution management department, etc.
The server 102 is configured to provide background services for clients in the terminal 101, including, but not limited to: at least one of map service, information service and instant messaging service. For example, the server 102 may be a background server of the client described above. The server 102 may be a server, a server cluster comprising a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center. The server 102 may provide information corresponding to the location of the marking location to the client corresponding to the first account. The client corresponding to the first account includes: at least one of the first client and the second client.
The terminal 101 and the server 102 can communicate with each other via a network 103. The network 103 may be a wired network or a wireless network.
Optionally, the computer system further includes: a data source 103. The data source 103 is a computer device set by an organization with a strong public trust. The data source 103 is used to publish event information of the marked event to the outside. The server 102 may obtain event information of the marked event issued by the data source 103, and perform knowledge extraction on the event information of the marked event, thereby obtaining a marked location.
Next, an information providing method applied to the server side will be described.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of an information providing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to the server 102 shown in fig. 1, and the method includes:
step 210, a first travel track of the first account is obtained.
The first account number is used to uniquely identify a user.
The first travel track is used for indicating a motion track of the first account in a historical time period. The first travel track may include one or more motion tracks. The first travel track includes 3 motion tracks of the first client in a week time, including: the method comprises the steps of moving a first client from a cell to a supermarket, moving the first client from the cell to a school and moving the first client from the cell to a fruit shop.
In one possible design, the server obtains a first account number and a first travel track reported by the first client, where the first travel track is reported after being positioned by a positioning module in the first client. In another possible design, the server gathers the track points of the first account number reported by a plurality of other clients with management authority (such as a third client on a third terminal used by epidemic prevention inspector) into a first travel track, where the track points are generated by the other clients scanning the graphic codes of the first account number. In another possible design, the server collects track points of the first account number reported by the multiple access control devices into a first travel track, where the track points are generated by the access control devices identifying identity cards of the first account number.
The first travel track is represented by a plurality of track points arranged in time sequence, or by a plurality of track points arranged in time sequence and connecting lines between adjacent track points, namely a broken line containing a plurality of track points, or by a track line in a curve shape.
Step 220, the location of the marking location is obtained.
Wherein the marking location is used to indicate the location of occurrence of the marking event. The number of marking location positions may be one or more, and the number of marking location positions is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, the marking event includes: at least one of an epidemic event, a lost article event, a case forensic event, and a nuclear security event. Such as: the marked event is an epidemic situation event, and the marked place position is the position of the diagnosis confirming place of the epidemic situation case; the marking event is a lost article pickup event, and the marking location is the location of the lost article location; the marked event is a case evidence event, and the marked place position is the position of the place where the case occurs; the tagging event is a nuclear security event, and the tagging venue location is the location where a nuclear security incident (e.g., nuclear leak) occurs. It should be noted that, the above description is only exemplary for the marking event, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the type of the marking event.
Optionally, the marker venue location is presented by means of latitude and longitude. Longitude is the degree by which the first terminal is routed east or west from the north-south direction of the primary meridian. The latitude refers to a line-plane angle formed by a connecting line of the first terminal and the center of the earth and the equatorial plane of the earth, the numerical value of the line-plane angle is between 0 and 90 degrees, and the line-plane angle and the numerical value form a geographic coordinate system, so that any position on the earth can be represented. Exemplary, marking venue locations includes: latitude, namely 32 degrees 02.18 minutes in north latitude (N); longitude, east longitude (E) 118 degrees 49.07 minutes. It should be noted that the implementation sequence of step 210 and step 220 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The server can acquire a first travel track of the first account and a mark place position at the same time; or the position of the marked place can be acquired firstly, and then the first travel track of the first account is acquired; or the first travel track of the first account can be acquired first, and then the position of the marked place can be acquired.
Step 230, providing information corresponding to the marked location to the first client corresponding to the first account in response to the intersection of the first travel track and the marked location in the spatial dimension.
The first client may be a client capable of visually displaying the first travel track and providing a message receiving and sending function. Illustratively, the first client is a map-like application. The first client may also be a client that provides only messaging functionality, such as: social applications, instant messaging applications. The account corresponding to the first client is a first account, for example: the first client logs in with a first account; the first client is bound with a first account; the first client is associated with a first account.
Alternatively, "there is an intersection in the spatial dimension" means: the marking location overlaps the first travel track or the distance between the marking location and the first travel track is less than a threshold.
When the first travel track is represented by a plurality of track points, determining that an intersection exists in the space dimension when the distance between the position of the marking place and the nearest track point on the first travel track is smaller than a threshold value.
When the first travel track is represented by a broken line represented by a connecting line between a plurality of track points and adjacent track points, determining that an intersection exists in a space dimension when the distance between the position of the marking place and the nearest track point on the first travel track is smaller than a threshold value; alternatively, when the vertical distance between the marker venue location and the nearest one of the links on the first travel track is less than the threshold, it is determined that there is an intersection in the spatial dimension.
When the first travel track is represented by a curve, it is determined that there is an intersection in the spatial dimension when the distance between the marker location and the nearest point on the curve is less than a threshold value.
Optionally, the information includes: at least one of a time of release of the marker location, a source of release of the marker location, news information related to the marker location, a notification announcement related to the marker location, and a biography related to the marker location. Illustratively, the marked event is an epidemic event, and the information includes: the diagnosis site is community b, which is released by the health and wellness Commission of A in the year 2020, 2 and 16. Illustratively, the tagging event is a lost-to-found event, and the information includes: the lost place is park c, which is released by the city a party on day 1 and 20 of 2020. It should be noted that, the above description is only exemplary for information, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific content of the information.
After the server acquires the first travel track and the marking place position, judging the spatial relation between the first travel track and the marking place position. If the intersection exists, the fact that the user corresponding to the first account has visited the marking place once means that the server provides information corresponding to the position of the marking place for the first client. If there is an intersection, that is, there are multiple intersections between the first travel track and the location of the marking location in the spatial dimension, the server may provide information corresponding to the multiple locations of the marking location to the first client.
In summary, according to the method provided by the embodiment, the server determines the relationship between the first travel track and the marking location in the space dimension by acquiring the first travel track and the marking location of the first account, and automatically provides the information corresponding to the marking location to the first client corresponding to the first account under the condition that the first travel track and the marking location have an intersection in the space dimension, so that the user does not need to determine whether the user accesses the marking location to query the related information, and the efficiency of obtaining the information by the user is improved.
In an alternative embodiment based on fig. 2, fig. 3 shows a flowchart of an information providing method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a server. In the present embodiment, step 230 may be alternatively implemented as steps 231 to 232 as shown in (a) of fig. 3, or step 230 may be alternatively implemented as steps 233 to 234 as shown in (b) of fig. 3:
step 210, a first travel track of the first account is obtained.
The first travel track can be generated through an image code scanning record or an in-out card swiping record.
In an alternative embodiment, the server obtains the first account number and the graphic code scanning record reported by the third client, where the graphic code scanning record is a scanning record on a check checkpoint on a travel track of the identity graphic code displayed by the first client.
The third client is a client that pings for staff use at the checkpoint.
When the user passes through the check gate of the community entrance, the traffic gate or the entrance of other public places, the user can use the first client to present the identity graphic code of the user, so that the staff checking the gate can use the third client to check. In the embodiment of the application, the implementation form of the identity graphic code is not limited, and for example, the identity graphic code can be a two-dimensional code, a bar code or a three-dimensional code.
When the user goes out of the cell, the staff uses the third client to check, the scanning code is specific to the identity graphic code of the user, and the server can acquire a graphic code scanning record reported by the third client: the first account number enters and exits the cell at 10 points on 16 days of 2 months in 2020. When the user arrives at the supermarket, another staff uses another third client to check, the scanning code is dedicated to the identity graphic code of the user, and the server can acquire a graphic code scanning record reported by the third client: the first account number is 11 points in and out of the supermarket at 16 days of 2 months in 2020. According to the two image scanning records, the server can generate a first travel track from the district to the supermarket.
Referring to fig. 4 (a), the identity graphic code is a two-dimensional code 41 displayed on the first client, when a user accesses an urban building, a community or a supermarket, a worker uses the third client to check by scanning the two-dimensional code 41, and the server can obtain a graphic code scanning record reported by the third client, for example: first account number, 10 in 18 days of 2 months 2020: 30 to and from urban building. As shown in fig. 4 (b), two first travel tracks are generated by scanning the record through the graphic code, and the user can display the first travel tracks by clicking the track map control 42, including: travel track 43 between cell 45 and city building 46, travel track 44 between cell 45 and supermarket 47.
In an optional embodiment, the server acquires the first account number and the access card swiping record reported by the third client, where the access card swiping record is a card swiping record on a check checkpoint on a travel track corresponding to the first client.
When the user passes through the check gate of the community entrance, the traffic gate or the entrance of other public places, the user can use the first client to present the identity identification card of the user, so that the staff checking the gate can use the third client to check. In the embodiment of the application, the implementation form of the identification card is not limited, and for example, the identification card can be at least one of an identification card, an access card and a work card.
When the user goes out of school, the staff uses the third client to check, the code scanning is specific to the identity card of the user, and the server can acquire an in-out card swiping record reported by the third client: the first account number goes in and out of school at 18 points on 10 days 2 months 2020. When the user arrives at the cell, another staff uses another third client to check, the code scanning is specific to the identity card of the user, and the server can acquire an in-out card swiping record reported by the third client: the first account number enters and exits the cell at 20 points on day 10 and 2 in 2020. According to the two access card swiping records, the server can generate a first travel track from the school to the community.
Step 220, the location of the marking location is obtained.
In an alternative embodiment, the server receives the location of the marker venue reported by the fourth client; or, obtaining event information of the marked event from a data source; and carrying out knowledge extraction on the event information to obtain the position of the marked place.
The fourth client is a client with the authority to report the location of the marked location. After the fourth client obtains the relevant information of the marking place, the information can be reported to the server, so that the server obtains the position of the marking place.
The data source comprises event information related to the marked event, and the server can extract knowledge of the event information after acquiring the event information, and extract information related to the marked place position in the event information. For example, the data source is "3/10/2020, and the park is exposed to the event of lost together", and the server can obtain the location of the marked place "park" from the data source.
Step 231: acquiring travel time corresponding to the first travel track and a marking time period corresponding to the marking place position;
travel time is the period of time that the user enters and exits the location of the marking venue. Such as: for the position of the supermarket, the access time of the first account is 15:00 of 23 days of 1 month in 2020 to 16:00 of 23 days of 1 month in 2020.
The server can acquire travel time corresponding to the first travel track while acquiring the first travel track. The server may acquire the marking time period corresponding to the marking location while acquiring the marking location.
Step 232, providing information corresponding to the marked location to the first client corresponding to the first account in response to the first travel track and the marked location having an intersection in the spatial dimension and the travel time and the marked time period having an intersection in the time dimension.
The travel time and the marking time period have intersections in the time dimension, which may include 3 cases as shown in fig. 5. As shown in (a) of fig. 5, the travel time 51 falls entirely within the mark period 52. As shown in (b) of fig. 5, the travel time 51 and the mark time 52 have a common time period. As shown in (c) of fig. 5, the mark time period 52 falls entirely within the travel time 51.
In one possible design, if the first travel track and the marking location have an intersection in the spatial dimension, but the travel time and the marking time period do not have an intersection in the time dimension, the server does not provide information to the first account.
The server obtains two accounts, including a first account and a second account, of which the travel track and the marking place position have an intersection in the space dimension. Wherein the marking time period is from 3 months 1 in 2020 to 3 months 2 in 2020. The travel time of the first account is 7:00 from 3 months 1 day 7:00 to 3 months 1 day 13:00 in 2020, and the travel time of the second account is 9:00 from 2 months 28 days 9:00 to 2 months 28 days 10:00 in 2020. The server provides information to the first client corresponding to the first account and does not provide information to the second client corresponding to the second account.
Step 233, obtaining a travel event corresponding to the first travel track;
the server can acquire the travel event corresponding to the first travel track while acquiring the first travel track.
In step 234, in response to the first travel track and the marking location position having an intersection in the spatial dimension, and the type of the travel event matches the marking type, information corresponding to the marking location position is provided to the first client corresponding to the first account.
The mark type is used for judging whether the information needs to be provided for the first account. The server may select a type of a part of the event route as a tag type. If the first travel track and the position of the marking place have an intersection in the space dimension, but the type of the travel event does not accord with the marking type, the server does not provide information for the first account.
For example, for a case evidence event, the case is a secret leakage case of a unit, the position of the marking place is the archives of the unit, the access event can be "cleaning" and "consulting data", the server can select "consulting data" as the marking type, and the first travel track refers to the activity track of staff in the unit. Under the condition that the first travel track and the marking place position have intersection in the space dimension, and the type of the travel event accords with the marking type 'reference data', the server provides information corresponding to the marking place position for a first client corresponding to the first account.
Note that, in fig. 3 (a), the implementation sequence among the steps 210, 220, and 231 is not limited in this embodiment; in fig. 3 (b), the embodiment is not limited to the implementation sequence among the steps 210, 220, 233.
It should be noted that, for (a) in fig. 3 and (b) in fig. 3, the combination implementation may also be a new embodiment, that is, when the server has an intersection between the first travel track and the location of the marking location in the spatial dimension, and the travel time and the marking time period have an intersection in the time dimension, and the type of the travel event accords with the type of the marking, the information corresponding to the location of the marking location is provided to the client corresponding to the first account.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, besides the fact that the first travel track and the position of the marking place have the intersection in the space dimension, the fact that the type of the travel route accords with the marking type is needed, and the fact that the travel time and the marking time period have the intersection in the time dimension is needed, the server can provide information for the first client, irrelevant users can be further screened out, and the fact that the server accurately provides information for relevant personnel of the marking event is guaranteed.
In an alternative embodiment based on fig. 2, fig. 6 shows a flowchart of an information providing method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a server, and the method further includes the following steps:
Step 240, adding at least two accounts with intersections of the travel track and the marked location to the same group.
Wherein the at least two accounts include a first account.
The server can acquire travel tracks corresponding to the accounts, such as a first travel track corresponding to the first account and a second travel track corresponding to the second account. The server acquires at least two accounts with intersections of travel tracks and the marked place positions in the plurality of accounts, and adds the at least two accounts to the same group so as to timely inform the at least two accounts of relevant information of the marked place positions through the group.
Optionally, the group has a time threshold and the group creation is automatically dismissed after exceeding the time threshold. For example, the group automatically disintegrates two days after creation. Optionally, the group has a display threshold by which the number of interactive information displayed is limited. For example, after 10 pieces of interaction information are displayed in a group, the group is automatically broken up. By automatically de-grouping, interference to users due to excessive messages can be avoided.
For example, if the marking event is an epidemic event, the server may obtain at least two accounts with intersections of the travel track and the marking location position: a first account, a second account and a third account. The server adds the three accounts to the same group in the instant messaging client so as to manage the users corresponding to the three accounts in the group and conduct popular science, persuasion and organization related protective education measures. Referring to fig. 7 in combination, the group is an epidemic prevention notice group. A session interface 700 for a group is displayed on the terminal, the group including 4 accounts, community manager, zhao Yi, second and third sun, respectively. The community manager notifies Zhao Yi, chien two and Sun San by the group: fruit shops they visit have been released as diagnosis sites and they are organized by this group for epidemic protection work such as isolation.
In an alternative embodiment, an event level of a marked event is obtained; setting account data viewing rights of at least two accounts in a group according to the event level of the marked event; wherein, the event grade and the account data viewing authority are in positive correlation.
The marked event may correspond to different event levels, the higher the event level, the higher the importance of the marked event. After the server obtains the event level of the marked event, the account data viewing authority of at least two accounts in the group can be set according to the event level. Such as: if the event level is 1, the server does not set account data viewing authority for the accounts in the group, the accounts in the group cannot view the account data of other accounts, and only messages can be sent and received in the group; the event level is 2, the server sets partial account data viewing authority for the accounts in the group, such as self introduction of the accounts and nicknames, but not the authenticated personal identity information of other accounts; and if the event level is 3, the server sets account data viewing authority for the accounts in the group, and the accounts in the group can view the account data of other accounts.
Illustratively, the marked event is a lost and found event, the event level is low, and the server sets a portion of account material viewing permissions for accounts in the group. The head portrait, nickname and latest speaking of other accounts can be checked among the accounts, but the personal phones and native places of other accounts cannot be checked. For example, the marking event is a nuclear security event, and in order to ensure personal safety, the server sets complete account data viewing authority for the accounts in the group, and the accounts in the group can view the account data of other accounts, including: personal telephone, name, native place, address, etc.
Optionally, the server acquires a group type of the group, and sets account data viewing authority of at least two accounts in the group according to the group type.
Illustratively, the marked event is an epidemic event and the group type is a group for providing a logistic support service. The account data viewing rights include: at least one of the name, the personal telephone and the address of the account is checked, so that the manager can contact the user corresponding to the account through the personal telephone, know the demands of the user, transport the materials according to the address and provide effective logistic support service for the user. Illustratively, the marked event is an epidemic event and the group type is a group for providing epidemic protection education. The account data viewing rights include: the names of the accounts are checked, so that the manager can count related people according to the names, and epidemic situation protection education is performed.
In an alternative embodiment, the server adds a friend relationship to the second account with at least two accounts having intersections of the travel track with the location of the marking location.
The second account is an account with administrative rights that mark events. Illustratively, the marked event is a case evidence event and the second account is an account of a case supervisor; the marked event is an epidemic event, and the second account is an account of a community manager.
Optionally, the server adds a friend relation between at least two accounts and the second account, so that the second account can timely contact the personnel visiting the location of the marked event, and the second account and the personnel interact with each other through the client to manage the marked event, thereby improving efficiency.
Illustratively, the marked event is an epidemic event and the second account is an account of a community manager. And the server adds friend relations between accounts with intersections of all travel tracks and the marked places and the second accounts, so that community management staff contact corresponding staff of related accounts through the friend relations to know the physical conditions of the people, and epidemic prevention and control are facilitated.
In an alternative embodiment, the server adds a friend relationship between at least two accounts where the travel track intersects the location of the marking location.
Optionally, the at least two accounts communicate the marked event by adding a friend relationship, so that information can be effectively transmitted.
Step 250, reporting at least two accounts with intersections of the travel track and the marked place position to the target management account.
Wherein the target management account is an account with supervisory authority for marking events.
The marking event is an epidemic event, and the target management account is an account corresponding to the regional epidemic prevention center. The server can report at least two accounts with intersections of the travel track and the marked places to the corresponding accounts of the regional epidemic prevention center, so that the regional epidemic prevention center organizes unified isolation checking and other protective measures according to the reported information of the at least two accounts.
Step 261, a subscription request sent by a first client is received.
The subscription request is used for subscribing the follow-up information corresponding to the location of the marked place.
For example, if the information of the location of a tag location is changed, the server may provide the updated information of the tag location to the first client (or the second client).
Optionally, the subscription request may also be used to subscribe to information corresponding to the location of the newly added tag location. If a location of the tag location is added, the server may provide information about the location of the tag location to the first client (or the second client).
Step 262, in response to the subscription request, the first account is added to the subscription account list corresponding to the location of the tagging venue.
After receiving the subscription request sent by the first client, the server adds the first account in a subscription account list corresponding to the marked place position. When the information corresponding to the marked place position is updated, the server can send the subsequent information corresponding to the marked place position to all accounts (including the first account) in the account list.
In an alternative embodiment, determining the importance level of the first account based on the auxiliary decision information; providing information to a first client corresponding to the first account according to an importance level, wherein the importance level is related to at least one transmission parameter of the transmission quantity, the transmission time and the transmission sequence of the information; the auxiliary decision information comprises at least one of the distance between the first travel track and the central point of the position of the marking place, the travel event corresponding to the first travel track, and the overlapping degree of the travel time corresponding to the first travel track and the marking time period corresponding to the position of the marking place.
Optionally, the server determines the importance level of the first account according to the auxiliary decision information. The importance level affects the transmission parameters of information such as: the higher the importance level is, the more the information of the first account is sent by the server, the shorter the sending time is, and the earlier the sending sequence is.
Illustratively, the marked event is a case evidence event. And if the overlapping degree of the travel time corresponding to the first travel track and the marking time period corresponding to the marking place position is higher, the server determines that the importance level of the first account is higher and the association degree with the case is higher. The server sends a large amount of information aiming at the first account so that a user corresponding to the first account can provide clues for related departments according to the information.
Illustratively, the marked event is a nuclear security event. The server obtains the distances between the travel tracks of the accounts and the central point of the position of the marking place, and for the accounts with shorter distances, the server sends information to the first client corresponding to the first account, so that the user with higher possibility of being affected by the security accident receives the information first, and the user can take corresponding measures according to the information.
It should be noted that, step 240 may be implemented separately as one embodiment, step 250 may be implemented separately as one embodiment, and steps 261 and 262 may be implemented separately as one embodiment. These three embodiments may each be implemented alone or in combination of two or three, and the present application is not limited in this regard.
In summary, according to the method provided by the embodiment, the server determines the relationship between the first travel track and the marking location in the space dimension by acquiring the first account number, the first travel track and the marking location of the first client, and automatically provides the information corresponding to the marking location to the client corresponding to the first account number under the condition that the first travel track and the marking location have an intersection in the space dimension, so that the user does not need to determine whether the user accesses the marking location to query the related information, and the efficiency of acquiring the information by the user is improved.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the server can provide information for a plurality of users through the group, so that the efficiency of providing information service by the server is improved.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the server can receive the subscription instruction, so that the user can subscribe the follow-up information corresponding to the position of the marking place, and the user can conveniently further know the related information of the marking event.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the server can report at least two accounts with intersections between the line track and the marking place position to the target management account, so that the management center can effectively process the marking event according to the account information.
Next, an information obtaining method applied to the first terminal side is described, where the first terminal operates with a client, and the client corresponds to the first account.
Fig. 8 shows a flowchart of an information acquisition method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to the terminal 101 (i.e., the first terminal) shown in fig. 1, where the method includes:
step 810, the client is started.
The client corresponds to a first account number that is used to uniquely identify a user. The client may be a first client, a second client, or both. The client may also be other clients.
The client logs in with a first account; or the client is bound with a first account; alternatively, the client is associated with a first account number.
Step 820, the information of the marked location is obtained by the client.
The information is sent by the server when the first travel track of the first account and the marking place position are intersected in the space dimension, the marking place position is used for indicating the occurrence place of the marking event, and the first travel track is used for indicating the movement track of the first account in the historical time period.
The first terminal obtains information of the marked place position from the server through the client, or the server automatically pushes the information of the marked place position to the first terminal through the client.
In step 830, a user interface of the client is displayed, where the user interface is used to display information.
The user interface displays information by adopting at least one display element of characters, images, audio, video, charts, icons and expressions.
In one possible design, the first terminal displays a map interface, the map interface displaying a first display element corresponding to the first travel track and a second display element corresponding to the marker location, there being at least one intersection of the marker location and the first travel track in a spatial dimension. Optionally, the first display element is at least one of a trajectory line, a trajectory animation, a trajectory point, and the second display element is at least one of a location point, a building icon, and an event tag.
By way of example, the user interface includes a map interface that highlights the marked location with a circle at the corresponding location on the map and displays a text message "you visited the marked location 3 days ago" near the marked location. Illustratively, the user interface is a news interface on which news related to the location of the marking venue is displayed. Illustratively, the user interface is an instant messaging interface on which a message is displayed in the form of a pop-up or conversation interface: you visited the marked venue location 3 days ago.
Optionally, the client also broadcasts the information acquired from the server in the form of voice.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9 (a), the first terminal displays a user interface of a client (e.g., a map navigation application) based on the LBS. Information about the location of the marking location in the vicinity of the user (within 3 KM) is presented on the user interface, such as: the people park is positioned at the intersection of the sea road before the city A and the people road, is 1.56KM away from the first terminal and is released before 22 days; garden bookstore, located at the a city garden path 199, 2.09KM from the first terminal, was released 19 days ago. The user can also view information about the locations of the marking sites in other areas by switching the query operation, such as clicking on the control 801.
In summary, the method provided in this embodiment provides an information obtaining method applied to a first terminal, where, in a case where an intersection exists between a first travel track and a position of a marking location in a spatial dimension, the first terminal may obtain information corresponding to the position of the marking location through a client and display the information through a user interface of the client, so that a user directly obtains the information without self-judging whether the user accesses the position of the marking location to query related information, thereby improving efficiency of obtaining the information by the user.
In an alternative embodiment based on fig. 8, fig. 10 shows a flowchart of an information acquisition method according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a first terminal. In the present embodiment, step 830 is alternatively implemented as steps 831 and 832:
step 831, displaying a map interface, wherein the map interface displays a first display element corresponding to the first travel track and a second display element corresponding to the position of the marking place, and at least one intersection of the position of the marking place and the first travel track in the space dimension exists;
illustratively, as shown in fig. 9 (a), the first terminal has a map interface displayed thereon. On the map interface, a first display element corresponding to the first travel track, namely a plurality of track curves, and a plurality of second display elements corresponding to the marking place positions of marking events, namely a plurality of button controls, are displayed.
The first travel track is determined according to a code scanning record of an identity graphic code (such as an epidemic situation health code) of the first terminal. The epidemic situation health code is an electronic certificate of access and passage which is gradually carried out in the whole country, for example, the epidemic situation health code is a two-dimensional code carrying a first account number, and is automatically declared and generated by citizens or reworking and returning staff according to real information. Every time a user enters and exits a check checkpoint, such as a district, a supermarket, an office building and a cinema, a first terminal is required to be used for scanning codes to leave a scanning record, so that a server can draw a visual travel track for the user according to the scanning record. The marking place position is based on an artificial intelligence big data processing technology, knowledge extraction is carried out according to official disclosure definite case data of the Wei Jian commission of each province, and the knowledge extraction is automatically presented on a map interface.
The user can intuitively check whether the first travel track of the user and the marked place position (namely the confirmed place position) intersect in the space dimension on the map interface. As shown in fig. 9 (a), the marker venue location 902 intersects the first travel track of the user in a spatial dimension.
In step 832, information about the location of the marking location is displayed in response to the first trigger operation on the second display element.
The first triggering operation may be a single click, a double click, or the like operation performed by the user on the second display element corresponding to the location of the marking location. After receiving the first triggering operation, the client displays information of the triggered marked place position on the map interface.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9 (a), the map interface includes a button control for triggering and displaying information corresponding to the location of the marking location, and the first triggering operation may be that the user clicks the button control corresponding to the location 802 of the marking location, where the location 902 of the marking location intersects the first travel track of the user in a spatial dimension. As shown in fig. 9 (b), after the client receives the first trigger operation, information of the triggered tag location 902 is displayed on the map interface: cell B, located on market a, garden path 20, was released by market a health commission for 16 days, 2 months 2020, 1.56km from the current specified location (i.e. the current location of the first terminal) for 8 days.
In an alternative embodiment, the information is sent by the server to the first terminal in any one of the following cases.
Case 1: the information is transmitted when the server has an intersection in the space dimension between the first travel track and the marking location, and the intersection in the time dimension between the travel time and the marking time period corresponding to the marking location.
If the first travel track and the marking location have an intersection in the spatial dimension, but the travel time and the marking time period do not have an intersection in the time dimension, the server does not provide information to the client.
The server obtains two accounts, including a first account and a second account, of which the travel track and the marking place position have an intersection in the space dimension. Wherein the marking time period is from 3 months 1 in 2020 to 3 months 2 in 2020. The travel time of the first account is from 8:00 in 3 months 1 to 13:00 in 3 months 1, and the travel time of the second account is from 9:00 in 2 months 28 to 10:00 in 2 months 28. The server provides information to the client corresponding to the first account and does not provide information to the client corresponding to the second account.
Case 2: the information is sent when the server has an intersection in the space dimension between the first travel track and the position of the marking place and the type of the travel event corresponding to the first travel track accords with the marking type.
The server may select a type of a part of the event route as a tag type. If the first travel track and the marking place position have an intersection in the space dimension, but the type of the travel event does not accord with the marking type, the server does not provide information for the client.
For epidemic events, the marked location is a hospital, the access events may be "visit contaminated areas" and "visit non-contaminated areas", and the server may select "visit contaminated areas" as the marked type. Under the condition that the first travel track and the marking place position have intersection in the space dimension, and the type of the travel event accords with the marking type 'visit pollution area', the server provides information corresponding to the marking place position for the client corresponding to the first account.
In an alternative embodiment, in response to a second trigger operation on the second display element, a subscription request is sent to the server, the subscription request being for subscribing to subsequent information corresponding to the location of the tagging venue.
The second triggering operation may be a single click, a double click, or the like operation performed by the user on the second display element corresponding to the marker location. After the first terminal receives the second triggering operation, the server can send the subsequent information corresponding to the position of the subscribing marking place to the first terminal under the condition that the information of the position of the subscribing marking place is updated, so that the user can know the latest information of the position of the subscribing marking place in time.
The map interface includes a button control, and the button control may be further used to trigger the first terminal to send a subscription request to the server, where the second triggering operation is that the user clicks the button control corresponding to the location of the marking location.
Optionally, the subscription request may also be used to subscribe to information corresponding to the location of the newly added tag location. If a location of the tag location is newly added, the server may provide information about the location of the tag location to the first client. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9 (a), a subscription control 903 is included in the map interface for subscribing to the confirmed cell update reminder.
In an alternative example, a group session interface is displayed, the group session interface including at least two accounts, the travel track of the at least two accounts having an intersection with the location of the marking location, the at least two accounts including a first account.
The server can acquire travel tracks corresponding to the accounts, such as a first travel track corresponding to the first account and a second travel track corresponding to the second account. And the server acquires at least two accounts with intersections of the travel track and the marked place position from the plurality of accounts, and adds the at least two accounts to the same group. The client of the first terminal may display a group session interface, where the group session interface includes at least two accounts.
The user can receive the science popularization of the related protection education measures through the group session, and the user can cooperate with the related management mechanism to carry out epidemic protection.
In an alternative embodiment, a session interface is displayed with a second account, the second account being an account having administrative rights to mark events, the second account and the first account being added as a buddy relationship by the server.
Illustratively, the marked event is an epidemic event and the second account is an account of a community manager. The client of the first terminal can display a session interface with the second account, and the user directly communicates with community manager through the session interface to receive guidance of the community manager on epidemic events.
In an alternative embodiment, a session interface with a third account is displayed, the third account being an account having an intersection of the travel track and the location of the marking location, the third account and the first account being added as a friend relationship by the server.
Illustratively, the tagging event is a lost-to-the-object event, and the third account corresponds to another person visiting the lost location of the item. The second account and the third account communicate with the lost and found event through the session interface, so that information is effectively transmitted.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the first terminal visually displays the relationship between the travel track and the position of the marking place (such as the diagnosis place) in the space dimension on the map interface through the first display element and the second display element, so that a user can intuitively and accurately determine the association between the user and the position of the marking place.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, besides the fact that the first travel track and the position of the marking place have the intersection in the space dimension, the type of the travel route is required to be in accordance with the marking type, or the intersection of travel time and the marking time period in the time dimension is required, the first terminal can acquire the information, the first terminal can be prevented from receiving invalid information, and the power consumption of the first terminal is reduced.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the first terminal can display the group session interface, so that a user can receive the related information of the marked event through the group session conveniently.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the first terminal can send the subscription instruction to the server, so that the user can subscribe the follow-up information corresponding to the position of the marking place, and the user can conveniently further know the related information of the marking event.
